If you are fimiliar with gang-culture on the West-Coast, you should be aware of the fact that a simple baseball hat can get you killed. Gangs are known to wear hats of certain teams to represent where they are from. I will only be listing MLB Teams, there are way too many hats to cover, tho I might update this in the future. Feel free to add non-factor gangs I left out in the comments below. Atlanta Braves - Asian Boyz, Rollin Forties (Avenues) - Not that bad of a hat to wear, you might get banged on depending what area you are going through, tho mostly safe. 4/10 Boston Red Sox - All Blood gangs, Blocc Crip (BFG), Rollin Sixties (Brynhurst Cartel), Hoovers (Bay-Bayz), Barrio Eighteenth Street - This hat smells like cheap cologne and Newports, if I was you, I wouldn't even bother buying one, you might as well make a go-fund-me page. 9/10 Chicago White Sox - Rollin Sixties - The only people who will wear this a lot of are some Compton Crip gangs and Mexican gangs. Actually, when we talk about the Italian Organized Crime ( Mafia-Like Organizations ), we rarely distinguish between the various types of criminal organizations that populate Italy and that often migrate to other continents safeguarding traditions of the criminal organization they were part of. The main differences are found in: Jobs they handle The way they threat petty crime The way they act Where they come from In 2021 have been officially recognized some mafia-like organizations operating both in Southern and Northern Italy with countless imports of drugs and weapons from different continents. What are these recognized criminal organizations? Cosa Nostra ( or Sicilian Mafia ) - Sicily 'Ndrangheta - Calabria Camorra - Campania Sacra Corona Unita - Puglia And other small groups affiliated with these criminal organizations COSA NOSTRA The criminal organization that started the phenomenon commonly referred to as the "mafia" General Info: With the passing years the structure and the organization have been lost, in fact the old marked hierarchy ( Consigliere, Capodecina, Soldier etc.. ) has practically disappeared. The structure of this criminal organization is now homologated to the structure of the other organizations since the criminal organization way of acting has changed radically compared to the last century. Jobs they Handle: drugs trafficking, guns trade, money laundering, protection service, manipulation of the legal system. Petty Crime: Cosa Nostra ( or Sicilian Mafia ) doesn't care about petty crime and the reason is simple. Actually one of their income just comes from protection service that is related to petty crime. Violence: MEDIUM - If the situation is resolvable in a contained or violent way, they will choose the contained way unless they want to teach a lesson. Where they come from: Sicily, Italy. 'NDRANGHETA The most violent mafia-like organization born in Italy General Info: The mafia-like criminal organization commonly called "'Ndrangheta" is not only a simple mafia-like criminal organization. It is the most violent mafia-like organization. It has a precise structure followed and idolized so much that it has never been changed since its inception. Structure: Everything comes to life through families called "ndrine". A set of ndrine is called "local". A local has its boss who has the right to decide if a person has to live or to die, an accountant, and a "crime" that deals with relations with other criminal organizations. The important thing is that there isn't just a "local" but there are several locals scattered all around the place they want to control. Jobs they Handle: drugs trafficking, guns trade, money laundering, protection service, manipulation of the legal system, countless investments on the stock exchange for foreign shares, scams Petty Crime: They do not admit it, therefore they usually repress the perpetrators of petty crime. Violence: HIGH Where they come from: Calabria, Italy CAMORRA One of the most ancient mafia-like criminal organizations in Italy General Info: What does "Camorra" mean? "Camorra [...], in the general meaning of the word, designates much more than the association [...] The word applies to all abuses of force or influence" ( Marc Monnier ). It is one of the most ancient mafia-like criminal organizations in Italy and the second one in terms of violence. Structure: This organization is divided into individual groups called "clans". Each clan differ from each other by type of influence on the territory, organizational structure, economic strength and their way to act. Each clan has a "boss" and each boss can manage up to hundreds of affiliates, depending on the power and structure of each clan. Jobs they Handle: The main activities of the Camorra are drug trafficking, racketeering, counterfeiting and money laundering. Furthermore, it is not unusual for the Camorra clans to infiltrate the politics of their respective areas. Petty Crime: They favor petty crime. Violence: HIGH Where they come from: Campania, Italy While in the past criminal organizations were very well defined, today criminal organizations operate in a totally different way. Today we can even talk about "Criminal Enterprise". The FBI defines a criminal enterprise as a group of individuals with an identified hierarchy, or comparable structure, engaged in significant criminal activity. These organizations often engage in multiple criminal activities and have extensive supporting networks. Various federal criminal statutes specifically define the elements of an enterprise that need to be proven in order to convict individuals or groups of individuals under those statutes. In the States, the RICO statute defines an organization as "any individual, partnership, corporation, association, or other legal entity, and any union or group of individuals associated in fact although not a legal entity." and defines a criminal enterprise as "any group of six or more people, where one of the six occupies a position of organizer, a supervisory position, or any other position of management with respect to the other five, and which generates substantial income or resources, and is engaged in a continuing series of violations". Those associations of individuals operate transnationally for the purpose of obtaining monetary and commercial gains, power, influence, totally or in part by illegal means, while protecting their activities through a pattern of corruption and violence, or while protecting their illegal activities through a transnational organizational structure and the exploitation of transnational commerce or communication mechanisms. Talking about Italian Organized Crime, in the United States the FBI estimates several Mafia groups operating in the United States. More than 3000 members and associates scattered mostly throughout major cities in the Northeast, Midwest, California, and the South. What about their largest presence? The largest Italian Organized Crime presence is estimated around New York, Philadelphia and New Jersey. The major threats posed by these groups are drug trafficking ( heroin and cocaine in particular ) and money laundering. They're often involved in political corruption, illegal gambling, kidnapping, extortion, fraud, counterfeiting, murders, bombings, infiltration of legitimate business and weapons trafficking. Main activities: Drug Trafficking Interstate transportation of stolen property Murder for hire Bribery Sports bribery Fraud Money laundering Obstruction of justice Prostitution Counterfeit goods trafficking Interstate shipment thefts Gambling Extortion What about tattoos? Italian Organized Crime do not use specific tattoos to designate membership with the group, but some factions of the mafia occasionally get tattoos. For example, one common tattoo among the Stidda group is the five green marks in a circle that form a small starr: As you can see it is a small tattoo since secrecy is among the highest values.1 point

Nakolki (наколки in russian) meaning tattoos Background and tradition During the 20th century in the Soviet Union, criminals maintained a culture of tattoos to indicate their criminal lifestyle, their career and ranking amongst other criminals. This was well-spread among the prisoners in Gulag camps and spread out to other prison entities. This is soon to be a tradition with almost a hundread years long history, the practice of criminal tattoos first started to appear in the 1930s, reaching the peak point in the 1950s after which it slowly started to decline, due to Nikita Khruschev's new policies. Krushcov tried to eradicate the criminals from the society, thus he introduced extended prison sentences for known criminals, those that identified themselves with the tattoos. In the same time, the traditional criminals that formed the Thieves in Law aka Vory (Воры́ в зако́не) as a response to the Khruschevs new policies started to enforce their criminal code, making sure that the ones that were unworthy of the tattoos got them forcefully removed. In the 1970s the tensions had risen to the boiling point, due to Vory enforcing their code and rules too much. At this time, prison authorities often threw Vory and legitimate criminals who enforced the code in the same cells, most of the time alone with multiple convicts from whom they removed the tattoos or had beaten up, or in some instances had raped. After the mid 1970s, tattoos started to come in fashion in the juvenile facilities and that flooded the ''Prison community'' with people who wore the ''unearned tattoos'', combined with the extreme punishments the Vory received for enforcing their code, Vory outlawed rape as a method of punishment and stopped enforcing the code of tattoo as strict as they had previously. After the perestroika in 1985 tattoos had spread outside of the prisons and made their way in the general fashion and reduced the value of tattoos being associated with criminal lifestyle. Modern days In the modern world, tattoos are rarely associated with criminal lifestyle, as they for most of the society are acceptable way of self-expression and in some instances just an attribute to enhance the looks. Altho, criminal tattoos are still a thing in most societies and post-soviet states are no exception. They are not enforced as harsh as they were, but surely wearing some of them are strong indications and the wearer knows the price of it. Most of the criminals chose not to get them, because they are like a sign that says ''I am a convicted felon and a criminal'' ultimately reducing their chances of living a casual civilian life. But for those who chose to get them, they often hold more of a personal meaning,a reminder, rather than displaying their criminal career. Of course, that goes both ways, some get them to display their ranking among the criminals in the prison community. Here I have compiled a rather long list with the most common and some more rare tattoos. S/O to Kiril_Ustinov for helping me find the websites. Virgin Mary - Wearer has been a thief/criminal from their early days or protection from some misfortune. (spoiler for a few variants I found) Casual stars Vory stars See spoiler for alternative variants and analogs I've found so far. Beetle is a symbol of a pickpocketer. There is also an analog for this, letters reading ''ZHUK'', that literally means a beetle in russian. That is also an acronym, reading ''Zhelayu Udachnykh Krazh '' meaning ''May your theft be a success'' Spoiler for more variants and pictures Churches, can be seen on hands, chest and back The number of dome towers (cupolas) indicates either number of prison terms or number of years of the sentence. Tiger - Just a symbol that that the wearer is hostile towards the law enforcement. Sailing ship, the wearer is a traveling thieft, sometimes known as brodyaga. Spider in a web, can be seen on any place of the body. In the web, it can indicate that the wearer is a drug addict or if moving upwards, a criminal who is active, if moving downwards, a criminal that seeks to exit the life of crime. Sunset, especially with birds represents freedom. The reading ''svoboda'' also means freedom, literally. A cat, often with a hat, symbolizes luck. It can also mean that the wearer is a thieft. It used to be that, the added bowtie represents that the thief snitched to get a reduced sentence, but in the modern days there is no such stigma around adding bowties, it's seen as a decoration mostly. Also an acronym KOT (meaning cat) stands for ''Korennoy Obitatel Turmi'' meaning Native Prison Inhabitant, a guy who lands in the jail all the time. English word would be a jailbird. Crucifixes, they are worn by the criminal ahtority figures. Career criminals with significant respect. Eyes on shoulders, means that the wearer oversees his surroundings and is always alert. Can also be linked to schitzophrenic origins, because eyes are often seen by schitzophrenic people causing them panic and making them check their surroundings all the time. Bells, ringing bells symbolize that the wearer will serve full sentence, ''From bell to bell''. Swastikas / Nazi related insignia are a sign of rebellion against Russian prison authority. Doesn’t literally mean that the wearer is a nazi sympathiser. SER - Svoboda Eto Ray - Freedom Is Paradise. Mix of women, money, cards or gambling related stuff and weapons / drugs just symbolizes the things that are killing ''us'' or the wearer. This is sometimes tailored for each person due to what's ruining his life. A bat, also a symbol of a thieft. A bull, basically the wearer is easely aggrevated and really aggresive. They are used as the hitsquad in prisons. Knife in shackles, wearer has commited a crime in prison. Roses, often with barbed wire just means ''Ruined childhood''. These are worn by criminals who started the career very early in life or had landed in juvenile facility. Knife in the neck, the wearer is skillfull with melees and has either killed somebody with a sharp object or has caused severe harm with the object. The joker, wearer likes to gamble. Pirate, wearer is a robber. Sight, the wearer says that if you shoot, you better kill him, because he won't miss when he retaliates. Scorpion, many meanings LHVS - Legavim Huy Voram Soboda - To trashcops the dick, to thieves freedom. Another meaning of LHVS it's just joke - Lublu Halvu Varenie Sahar - I like halva, marmalade, sugar. --+# Searched, searched, caught, condemned. Ring tattoos, these are tattooed on fingers like rings. For the meanings, check the quote under this. Used literature and websites in the spoiler1 point

This topic has always been a heavily debated one. I'd personally like see a whole restructure and re-thinking of how the economy works in this game. Without going in to copious amounts of detail, I think the following are key in order to establish an economy that address both hyper inflation and realism; 1. Money needs to be a physical item in your inventory. It can be stored in cars, your properties etc. Anything that is on you, can be taken like any other item in game. 2. Illegal role-players need to be forced into cleaning "dirty" money via a businesses. This will prevent people from making 100k from a drug deal and then going to buy a house without any legal repercussions. You'd have a financial crimes unit in PD to deal with this, as well as a few basic scripts to allow the IC police to track this sort of thing. 3. The administration needs to take a really hard look at how money is brought into the server, in which avenues it travels from player to player and then how they plan for money to "exit" the server. Some examples of money being brought in; welfare, script jobs, etc. Some examples of money moving around; players paying employee's, illegal activities, legitimate business. Some examples of money leaving the server; taxes (sales tax, income tax, capital gains tax), police seizing assets / money because of illegal activity and destroying it. Anyone who knows anything about economics or studied this in school knows that creating a realistic economy in this type of environment will require a large amount of effort / scripting. As well as a very well thought-out plan that will require constant oversight and correction. Is it possible? For sure it is, it just depends how seriously the management team deems a realistic economy to be and how much effort they want to put in. I personally think if a realistic economy was created, this would be a huge win for role-play in general, and would draw a massive number of players to this server.1 point

Donator Vehicles like Classic Exotic Cars. As you already said, we have a very wide variety of cars in GTA V, so it won't be a problem if something like 10 vehicles will be donator vehicles.
