The way it has been going as it did on SAMP was perfect in my eyes, suicide by cop being rewarded with an ajail and such instead of a CK - wouldn't be doing suicide by cop if they cared about their character in the first place. Forced CK's should only be a thing in faction wars and when faction leaders greenlight the PK/CK of a faction member with the perms given beforehand.

I agree with this, I think doing stupid stuff without giving any value to your character's life puts you on the risk of getting said character CKed, while it's very situational, I agree with having a NO-FEAR RP rule, being at gun point for example during a robbery with a gun on your forehead and then you just out of nowhere pull a gun and shoot back and die, that's a CK if you ask me. People also tend to make fodder characters for the sake of baiting cops or joining wars or just messing around with people with nothing to lose, it gets very annoying for everyone involved around them. That's not how it really works around here, people who do dumb stuff in PD and get CKed don't have to go through anything over and over again, what simply happens is their character dies, they namechange and carry on from where they stopped, it's just a learning lesson for them to not do what got them brutally murdered again. -In conclusion having a forced CK rule puts more value into reconsidering your decisions before doing stupid stuff.

I think the best way to go about this, is by creating companies and having it scripted if possible with permissions to do specific job related task.

No, let the thing die already. I myself was a die-hard refusing the switch, but as time goes I saw how many more possibilities Rage offers, how many old players return and how hyped everyone is. Server hasn't even launched and I'm already stoked. Besides, no one has the resources and time to upkeep and manage a server that would simply provide freeroam grounds, as staff is extremely busy with the V server. Afterall, three weeks left...

I more than probably anybody else doubted the ability to transition GTA Roleplay into the GTA5 format. After messing around with RAGE for awhile I can absolutely assure you that at the bare minimum, emulating LSRP is possible on this platform. I think even the most staunch die-hards who refuse to make the switch will admit that RAGE / GTA5s features are leagues ahead of SA-MP. Shit, compare SA-MP to MTA. MTA was on the same platform and while I'm no developer, it still seemed vastly superior in terms of tech. SA-MP really wasn't that impressive, the communities were.

There's no need for the things listed above, and as soon as you get used to GTA-V you're gonna wonder why the hell you even played samp for that long.
