  1. Hi all, As most of you are aware, the Faction Team has been working hard on establishing the core illegal script systems along with guidelines and rules surrounding illegal roleplay. This blog post will provide an update on what the Faction Team has been working on, along with how the illegal roleplay scene will play out when we launch the server. Faction Tier System The Faction Team has re-developed the faction tier system and this will provide factions with specific perks and rewards as they move through the tiers towards official. A lot of brainstorming has gone into this system and is based off issues we encountered during the SA-MP server. Unofficial (eligible to apply for any scheme after 1 month of being open) Verified (attained after being open for 3 months and having a successful application) Official (determined after a minimum of 3 months whilst being Verified) Drug Scheme The Faction Team has decided on taking a completely new approach to the Drug System/Scheme and have suggested that instead of giving drugs directly to the players, we will provide them with both the utilities and ingredients needed to manufacture the drugs. Players can still receive drugs from Faction Team in cases that certain drugs aren't able to be manufactured currently. You may apply to join the Drug Scheme once you have been open for 1 month. Weapon Scheme Unofficial Factions will be able to apply to the Weapon Scheme after 1 month of being open - applicants will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed admittance into the scheme. The amount of weapons and ammo given is something exclusive to members of the scheme and is based on faction size and status (unofficial, verified or official). The 1 month period will begin from the day the server launches and having a faction thread for more than a month pre-launch doesn't make you eligible. Join a Scheme Pre-Launch In order to have an effective drug and weapon system in place from day 1 on the server. We're looking to introduce some members to these schemes pre-launch. This means you won't have to wait the original month (stated above) but you'll be required to have exceptional illegal roleplay experience and a good-standing history in the community to reserve yourself a spot. Requirements for the pre-launch scheme: Only factions will be able to apply. You must have a minimum of 10 faction members. Must be the leader of the faction that is applying. Must have experience in/around illegal factions. Must have a good standing in the community The Weapon & Drug Scheme will be open for applications from the time of this blog post (22nd January 2022). Applications will close on the 24th February 2022. You can apply to join the pre-launch scheme by following this link. Thanks for reading, Baker

  3. This is a guide for a roleplay server, borderline fedposting with this one. If you actually go outside, touch grass and communicate with firearm enthusiasts in your community, you could very easily get someone to purchase ammunition and or spare parts even as a felon. But here we are, forming arguments over the internet about how firearms are manufactured in a virtual world where we all larp as either gang members or boot lickers. No matter how much knowledge you hold on the subject of firearms in the real world, it still wont change the fact that you decided to come to a well constructed guide for ROLEPLAY PURPOSES (((as displayed in the big BOLD red text at the top of the guide if you cant read))) to flex your knowledge to impress ZERO bitches. Cope, seethe, ratio.

  4. Hey all, This is the first post I'm making in 2022 so I'd wish you a happy new year and all that, but I feel we're all over that already given it's the 20th. That being said, there's no doubt 2022 will be the year of LS-RP. To kick the showcase off for the year, I'd like to show you what I've been working on for the past few days on and off - the ATM feature. The video is pretty self explanatory so I'll skip right to the chase. We created a part of this system LIVE on Twitch. If you'd like to see more development streams, let me know in the replies; also let me know which feature you'd like to see being developed! (Visual ones, such as the ATM interface are easier to do live). I'll try to bring you more updates in the form of posts and videos in the coming days as we finalize some cool features; in the meantime you can check out #snippets on Discord for the odd tease here and there. Thank you all for the continued support, whether it's here on forums, Discord, my DM's, or directly on Patreon. Let me know what you'd like to see next. Yours truly, Martin

  5. It was a good experience my character was a professor and I remember we used to often hangout with other people at the faculty longue, we had dorms, offices, cafeteria, library and classrooms, as far as I can remember classes were kept as minimum as possible nothing longer than 15 minutes unless it's something really interesting and we didn't stress it much people were free to attend or ditch, Unfortunately a few people went against the idea of college roleplay because they wanted high school instead so they took out the campus building from underneath us and used it as a high school, most of our members lost interest and Josh who was the faction leader got demotivated as well then we gave up on the faction eventually even though people were still sending apps to join us. I also remember that high school faction literally died after a week.

  6. DISCLAIMER: The information disclosed in this guide is only to give insight to roleplayers on LSRP and not to be used in real life This topic itself is meant as an introduction to the 3D printing and P80 world and not meant to be a step by step tutorial The world of firearms is constantly growing at an alarming rate not only over the span of time but especially in the last few years. 3D Printing firearms: The 3D printing world has been overwhelmed with extreme creativity in the recent years, along with 3D printing becoming incredibly affordable for the average man or woman. Originally 3D printed firearms became a trend in Europe due to the extremely strict gun laws. But quickly over time it has flooded into the USA with tons and tons of people making blueprints and making their own firearms straight from their home. Only using minimal amount of tools like a dremel, drill, filer, and sandpaper to fabricate their own "ghost gun" from the comfort of their home or garage. 3D printing has been incorporated into the criminal world heavily due to most criminals are not allowed to own a legal firearm. Most printers nowadays cost about $200-$400 which is really affordable. Along with most prints taking about 1-2 days to fully print Example (open for full-view): A lot of questions asked in the 3D printing world are things like "Can it be traced back to you?": Yes and no, there's always a digital footprint in the internet's world, but there's always ways to cover your tracks, ordering parts to other locations and VPN's are the best way to avoid these issues. "Is it illegal?": Yes, it is illegal to fabricate your own firearms without paying the ATF and allowing them to view everything you make/own. "Is it safe?": Sort of, if you take your time and use the correct material and follow steps accordingly there should not be a single issue. But if you cut corners and try to rush it? There's a chance your print could crack/break/combust. But that is the risk some are willing to make. "Are 3D printed firearms 100% 3D printed?": No, only the lower receiver is printed, the ATF only tracks lower receivers. You have to fill out paperwork when buying a lower receiver from any site/store, printing it cuts out that part. Making a 3D printed firearm deemed a "ghost gun". But 3D printing doesn't just stop at the lower's themselves, it also continues further into special "switches" or "sears" that you can print that turns your firearms into automatics (which could be implemented into your roleplay). A full-auto switch/sear is a small tool made to form either your Glock and/or AR15 from a semi-automatic to fully-automatic. The mechanism itself tricks the firearm into continuous firing instead of resetting the trigger on each shot. (AR AUTO SEAR): (GLOCK AUTO SEAR/SWITCH): Another wildly used method of firearm fabrication are P80 kits, "80% part kits" Similar to 3D printing, P80 kits are another way to fabricate a firearm from the comfort of your own home. You can order a P80 kit straight off the internet, using various tools to mill the lower and form it into your own personal firearm can take up to 3-5 days. Along with the P80's themselves being rated much higher in a safety standard compared to it's 3D printed adversaries. A lot of questions asked about P80 kits are: "Are P80 kits illegal?": No, they are fully legal to order to any location, they are not considered firearms by the ATF. "Are P80 kits safe?": Yes, a much safer alternative to the 3D printing method, extremely safe. "How accessible are P80's?": Super accessible for any normal person, ordering in large amounts could get you flagged. "Are P80 kits 100% plastic?": Yes, the kit itself is an all plastic kit, coming with metal drill bits and an aluminum locking block. "Is a P80 kit an entire firearm?": No, the P80 is only half of the firearm, the rest can be ordered legally off any site, like the lower parts kit, upper parts kit, barrel and slide. Overall, attaining firearms/modifying firearms does not just consist of "smuggling weapons" or "acquiring them from gun-shows", it goes much deeper than that. I hope that the guide itself gives some insight to roleplayers that roleplay around firearms consistently. 3D printing and P80 kits are the new norm in the firearm world, more and more criminals are turning towards these methods of acquiring firearms due to the accessibility and the low risk high reward aspect. Giving food for thought to any of you that are open to creative firearm roleplay. Lastly, I could've given a step by step on how to fabricate these methods, but I would like for you guys to use your knowledge and research icly and be creative. It's all about creativity when it comes to stuff like this, the field is extremely open, enjoy! I'm open to answer any/all questions on this thread as well, and if there's anything you'd like to ask personally, add me on discord [Shmoe Fo#6006]

  8. The San Andrean Dilemma and How It Complicates Everything James Amato, the alleged puppet ruler of the Los Santos Crime Family, surrendered to the FBI on Tuesday to face an array of charges including loansharking, drug trafficking, and money laundering, all predicates named in a long RICO indictment unsealed last week. Amato is accused of acting as the boss of a small but active criminal enterprise centered around typical mob activities in metro Los Santos. Amato, dubbed by gangsterreport.com as one of the "new generation gangsters", akin to the new blood of the 1990s "who contributed to the mob's downfall" was said to have been dismissive of the old-school values and traditions that were once treasured by members of the mafia. This characterization has Amato stand out among current bosses, many of whom are seeking a return to the discretion of the good old days. Amato, on the other hand, could be compared to "Skinny Joey" Merlino in his brash arrogance and lack of fondness for the old days, which seems to have contributed to his quick downfall, only serving as boss for a couple of years at most. Amato, a Canadian gangster, was inducted into the L.S. mob in 2016 at the request of then-Gambino acting boss Frank Cali, ostensibly to act as the formal representative of Hamilton's Musitano Family on the American west coast. But many speculate that the real reason Cali asked for this favor was to install a controllable operative in San Andreas. According to that theory, the end goal was to pull the remnants of the west coast mob under the Gambino family. This speculative timeline of events lends credence to the notion that the Los Santos Crime Family is now a tributary of the New York-based family. East Coast involvement in the Los Santos family has historically been documented extensively, with the west coast gangsters having often reached out to their counterparts for succor given the lack of homegrown potential. The demographics of major cities outside the traditional east coast mob strongholds have contributed significantly in the downfall of the mob nationally. With few Italian recruits to pick from, these small families have either completely died out or gradually transformed into shadows of their former glory, sustained on life support by out-of-town gangsters like Amato who are either installed or come out seeking to make their fortunes in unspoiled territories. That Amato was able to style himself as boss within only a few years of being 'made' is an indication of how dire the situation is in declining families like the Los Santos group. Apparently sensing that withering on the vine is no way to run their business, there has been evidence of Los Santos gangsters increasingly relying on non-Italian associates to conduct their affairs and act as muscle. Three Mexican-Americans and one Asian-American were indicted with Amato, a fact that stands out in the case. No Italian-Americans were included, which suggests Amato had surrounded himself with associates of other ethnic backgrounds. Some suggest that Amato's induction in L.S. was part of ongoing gamesmanship between the New York 'Five Families', with Cali apparently having trumped his rivals decisively when he made his move. Whatever the intentions Amato's tenure as de-facto boss, as detailed in the indictment, prove that the crime family still exists despite a lack of media coverage. His clumsy and imposed rule hasn't seemed to have helped the family's condition, which could use all the assistance it can get, famously being labelled by the L.S. Times as The Mickey Mouse Mafia (a jab based on the dominant organized crime force in the region, the Mexican Mafia). With Amato in custody, speculation has already begun about who might succeed him - or who is even able to. Eugene Chinaglia seems the most capable contender. One of the only homegrown mob figures known to still be alive and active in Los Santos, Chinaglia is probably the only confirmed member of the family with the experience to take up the challenge of steering a shattered organization. Chinaglia was also named as an unindicted co-conspirator in Amato's case, being listed as the only 'captain' in the family within the organizational chart provided. Other candidates include Sergio "Big Serg" Turrisi, who has been listed by Los Santos crime reporters as the family's only other captain for most of the 2010s, though not by the government. Carlo Tornatora also seems a possibility, rounding out the group as the last of three senior gangsters known to be active and alive in San Andreas. OOC information: We aim to impose our own interpretation of what we believe is a modern depiction of today's 'mafia' on the American west coast. Our style will differ from what you've been accustomed to, both past and present and we hope to adopt a more suitable approach according to the southern Californian demographics. For this reason, you'll see a lot of changes in what is ordinarily associated to this type of faction, especially in terms of our own head count which will demographically outnumber your usual east-coast dominant roster. On the ground level, we encourage characters native to San Andreas no matter the ethnicity. We assure you that playing as non 'full-blood' Italians will not halt your progress in our faction. For more information, feel free to contact @Chuckles, @Mac, or myself.

  9. The Underground world: In the 1960s when the three main Detroit-based American car companies were producing high-powered performance cars. Since a private racing venue was not always available, street races would be held illegally on public roads. It always happened on the public roads with open car meets and racing were a big hit for the people. When the years went by and more people got interested in the famous " Pegassi Toros, Grotti Turismo and other famous classic 'super' cars " from the movies and series that were racing up and down the road like Gone in 60 seconds, Italian Job. But other side of the people got interested of the Rally Groups with the suited up as Rally vehicles racing and crashing - Crashing is a unfortunate reason but it kept the dreams of automotive alive. But the times outside Rallying and Movie/series. What happens in Underground Racing world is a whole lot of people gathering around and racing/cruising around with their rides around town - Doesn't sound as much but at night most people go to bed, we get out of our garages to disobey the law. Midnight Club: Formed in 1987, membership of the Midnight Club was not easy to obtain. The absolute minimum requirement for a hashiriya street racer to join was to own a car that was capable of going at least 160mph, and competitive drivers were expected to be able to achieve racing speeds of 200mph or more on Tokyo’s public highways. At the time, all vehicles in Japan were electronically limited by law to a top speed of 112mph, and so members were also expected to have a high degree of mechanical know-how in order to boost their cars’ performance. Would-be Midnight Club racers were first accepted as apprentices for a year, during which time they were required to attend all of the club’s meetings without absence. While other gangs of street racers competed in drifting or point-to-point racing events, the Midnight Club specialised in one thing only: top speed. Races usually started at speeds of at least 75mph with the event officially started by one of the cars sounding its horn. Afterwards, the drivers would meet up and discuss the details of the race.Winners were usually judged to be the first car that was fast enough to completely lose the rest, while one anonymous club member was reportedly once overheard saying: “Drifting and autocross is for the weak. We only do maximum velocity.”The incredibly high standard of the drivers’ abilities made it difficult for authorities to catch them, and as police cars of the time were limited to the same top speed as any other car in Japan, police simply found it impossible to keep up with the Midnight Club racers. This Anonymous car club is a cover-up for the illegal street racing. Mostly will be a meet up and plethora of other things that can happen in the underground parking where most car meets is going to happen. Anything's allowed but no fights! Leave that outside. OOC We allow anyone to join. Just Private Message me and there will be more developments with screenshots and or pictures of vehicles with or without actions surrounding the Automotive vibe.

  10. Russian mafia's world wide grip BY LSTIMES.COM STAFF LSTIMES.COM STAFF AUGUST 31, 2021 / 6:08 PM / LSTIMES When most people think of organized crime, LST News Correspondent Bill Lowstein reports, it calls to mind images of The Godfather or The Sopranos—in other words, the Italian Mafia. The reason for the Russian Mafia's dominance, says Lowstein, is that they ''have something no crime group in the world has. They have their own state to work from, in fact, a former superpower.'' Currently, Russian mobsters are operating in 50 countries. Lowstein says Russian organized crime emerged here during the 1970s era of detente with the former Soviet Union. Under pressure from the Nixon administration, Moscow agreed to allow more Soviet Jews to emigrate. But in a move copied years later by Fidel Castro, the Soviets opened prison doors in the gulag and thousands of hard-core criminals left for the United States. Since then, the Russian Mafia has been linked to penny stock manipulation, gas excise tax scams, health care fraud and cybercrime--criminal enterprises where they are pioneers, not just perpetrators. But law enforcement officials say the Russians are particularly good at money laundering, the lifeblood of organized crime. In fact, other crime groups use the Russians to clean their dirty money. From the Valentine's Day Massacre to Murder, Inc, organized crime in America already has a blood history. But Lowstein says the Russians are even more ruthless then the mobsters who preceded them. ''Italian organized crime has an unwritten rule that they don't go after cops. They don't go after prosecutors. They don't go after American journalists.'' the author says. ''The Russians go after everybody. One retired cop in New York told me, 'They'll shoot you just to see if their gun works.'' Like the Italians and Russians, many immigrant groups became involved in organized crime when they first came to America, Irish, Jewish, Chinese and Albanian are just a few. Lowstein warns that the Russian Mafia is ready to ender the next stage of criminal development. ''What the Italians were able to do was to get into labor unions, to get into legitimate industries to use their money to corrupt major politicians, cops, prosecutors—sometimes even fix political races.'' he explains. That Russians organized crime has spawned such a complex service economy says much about its scale, sophistication and stability. In the process, the old vary are dying out, at least in their own terms. Once, if you wore a criminal tattoo to which they felt you were not entitled, you ran the risk of having that patch of skin forcibly removed with a knife - if you were lucky. Now, no one cares: you just pay to get inked. Crime was once something that defined people, that set them off from the rest of society. Now, it is just another route to power and prosperity within that society, and the customs that were there to keep the vor subculture separate and distinct no longer have meaning or value. A vor I once spoke to bitterly complained that ''we have been infected by the rest of you and we are dying'', but the infection has passed both ways. Many of the organizing and operating principles of modern Russia follow the lead of the underworld. Maybe it is not that the vary have disappeared so much as that everyone is now a vor, and that the vorovskoi mir - the world of the thieves - ultimately won... Eurasian Transnational Organized Crime Groups Eurasian TOC groups are politically and financially motivated organized crime groups influenced by, associated with, or originating from the former Soviet Union or Central Europe. These criminal groups continue to thrive outside their borders in numerous countries around the world, including the United States. It is estimated that Eurasian TOC groups have caused hundreds of millions of dollars in losses to U.S. businesses, investors, and taxpayers. Evidence and studies suggest Eurasian TOC groups no longer conform to the typical hierarchal structure of traditional organized crime groups, but instead are divided into supporting networks, or cells, each having a different function or responsibility while sharing a common overarching goal. This framework allows cells to operate independently, limiting their contact with members of the entire organization, thus protecting high level organized crime figures. Eurasian TOC groups often engage in a myriad of criminal activity including healthcare fraud, securities and investment fraud, money laundering, drug trafficking, extortion, auto theft, interstate transportation of stolen property, robbery, attempted murder, and murder. The roots of Eurasian organized crime in the United States lie with the Vory V Zakone, or “thieves in law.” These are career criminals who banded together for support and profit in the Soviet prison system. During the Soviet period, their leaders, or “shop managers,” were illicitly paid a 30 percent margin to acquire scarce consumer goods and divert raw materials and finished goods from production lines for the benefit of Nomenklatura, or the educated elite, and criminals. With the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, members allied themselves with corrupt public officials to acquire the control of industries and resources that were being privatized. This gave the syndicate a one-time infusion of wealth and supplied the infrastructure for continuing cash flows and opportunities to launder criminal proceeds. In February 1993, Boris Yeltsin, the first elected president of the Federation of Russian States, said, “Organized crime has become the No. 1 threat to Russia’s strategic interests and to national security...Corrupted structures on the highest level have no interest in reform.” Organized crime members first emerged in the West in the 1970s when Soviet Refuseniks were allowed to emigrate to Europe, Israel, and the United States. Among the Refuseniks were criminals who sought to exploit their new-found freedoms. These criminals helped the major criminal groups expand to the West when the Soviet Union collapsed and the people of the region were able to move about freely. These groups based in the former Soviet Union have also defrauded newly formed governments of billions of dollars, as industries and resources formerly owned by the government have been privatized. They profit through tax-evasion schemes and using corrupt officials to embezzle government funds. Their activity threatens to destabilize the emerging political institutions and economies of the former Soviet Union, where nuclear weapons remain deployed. The potential political and national security implications of this destabilization cannot be ignored. © FBI.GOV/ORGANIZEDCRIME FBI FBI.GOV EURASIAN CRIME

  11. The picture above showcasing Hoover Criminals from 43rd to 112th Street old and new generation Hoover Groovers The Hoovers. Originally known as the “Hoover Groovers” were a crew of friends that lived within the Hoover Street borders - the Hoover Groovers would eventually find its stronghold along 92nd becoming 92nd Hoover Crips. Soon after they’d ally with a group of young guys that resided along the Hoover Street line from 43rd - 112th and they’d come together as one under one umbrella, the “Westside Hoover Gangster Crips”. Of the alliance, there was which would form the “Grooveline” (90th and 43rd are no longer active.) Sporting Houston Astros’ apparel, orange and blue flags, blue Chuck Taylor’s with orange shoestrings, the Hoovers have been arguably one of the most fierce gangs in LS history. The Hoover Criminal Gangs originated in the 1960s and were originally known as the Hoover Groovers. The Hoover Groovers, have been around long before the formation of the "Crips", one of the founding members of the Hoover Groovers, younger brother was murdered and the majority of the accusations were blamed on the West Side Crips. The Hoover Groovers and the Westside Crips held a meeting at the Jamestown Recreational Center (Park) located on Jamestown St , between Dutch London and 89th Street. Both gangs eventually formed an alliance and blamed the RoyLowe Boys for being responsible for the death. Which, resulted in the leader of the RoyLowe Boys being violently beaten at a nightclub in LS. By the mid-1970s, due to their alliance with the West Side Crips, the Hoovers dropped the Groovers from their name and adopted the Crips (Hoover Crips). By 1979, when the feud between the Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips, and the Eight Tray Gangster Crips, gangs started pleading alliance to either the Rollin 60s Crips or the Eight Trays. Gang's who aligned themselves with the Rollin 60's adopted the Neighborhood Crips also known as Deuces or Deuce Gang's (2x) and gang's who aligned themselves with the Eight Tray Gangster Crips adapted the "Gangster Crips" also known as Trays or Tray Gang's (3x) The Hoovers fall under the Gangster Crips brand "Hoovers Gangster Crips". On August 1979, Raymond Washington was murdered in a drive-by shooting, rumors of the shooters spread throughout the streets of Los Santos. The East Side Crips placed the blame and held the Hoover Crips responsible for the murder of Raymond Washington. This sparked a bitter feud between the Hoover Crips and the East Side Crips. The Hoover Criminals are allies of all Hoover sub-sets their main ally outside of the Hoover Criminals, were the Main St Mafia Crips. However, in 2009, their alliance ended on bad terms at a house party thrown by the Main Street's, who invited the Hoover Criminals. Allegedly, the Hoover Criminals and the Main Streets , got into a confrontation, followed by gunfire. August 16, 2009, Dreymond Carter also known as Four Star, a member of the 94 Hoovers was walking from a shopping mall (Roy Lowenstein Swap-meet) on 87th Place and Roy. Carter, was wearing an orange bandana when he was approached by Kriston Brown, a member of the Main Street Mafia Crips. Brown asked Carter "Where you from?" Carter replied "94 Hoover Criminal Gang." and was shot moments later by Brown. Carter died shortly after the shooting, he was only thirteen years of age. Brown was sentenced to 50 years to life in state prison, the sentence consisted of 25 years to life for murder, plus 25 years to life for the use of a firearm. On Aug. 25, 2009, a gunman walked into the heart of the Main Street Mafia Crips neighborhood, on Main Street itself, and open fired shooting Lenar Jones, 29, and Kevarius Allen, 16. Both of the victims died from multiple gunshot wounds. Police believe the Hoover Criminals were responsible for the killings (up close and personal). Casualties Of War; The Hoover Criminals Gang have waged war on all Raymond Ave Crips, East Coast Crips, Neighborhood Crips, Rollin O's (Crips) Rollin Hundreds (100's), and more recently the Main Street Mafia Ups. The 112 Hoover Criminals Gang feud with the Denver Lane Bloods, has resulted in a portion of the 112 Hoovers neighborhood had being overrun by the Denver Lane Bloods. The 1990s, Anybody Killer (BK/CK/OK) mentality and brutal nature, have amounted to countless casualties of gang-related shootings. Due to their constant feud with rival gangs, this is the most dangerous area in Los Angeles, to live and raise a family. They also are involved a deadly feud with the South Los 13 a Sureño gang that turned racist. Modern Day West Side (W/S) 83 Hoover Criminals, also known as "8-Tray Hoovers" and formerly known as 83 Hoover Crips one of the most infamous African American Hoover sets on the West Side of South Los Santos, San Andreas. They've been referred to as "The Raskals", this gang is considered to be the largest and most active sub-set under the Hoover Criminals Gang umbrella. Their territory stretches from 80th and Carson on the north, Macdonald Street in the south, Roy Lowenstein on the west, and Jamestown on the east. Out of all of the neighborhoods Hoover Criminals have the more dominant and active are between 74 and 83rd, these two are the largest in the 77th Division of the L.S.P.D. The two sets stated are currently cliqued to form the 34 Hoover Criminals, but this faction will be strictly based on 83 Hoover as of now. Modern-day 83 Hoover Criminals have stamped their allegiance with the 74 Hoovers and taken on the nickname of 34 Hoover / Tray Soja's Foes (TS4's) and also have acclaimed (MK) for Main St. Mafia Crips and Menlo Crips Killer, to become Mkadass Everything due to fallen member (Mkadass) that was murdered by Main Street Mafia Crip. This sub-group consists of the younger generation from both sides, but since we're focused on (83HCG) we'll strictly focus on Tray Soja's and Mkadass Everything. The 83 Hoover Criminals had become ABK (Anybody Killer), as all Hoover Criminal sets have and would be at war with dozens of sets at any given time. Their enemies consist of Denver Lanes, Rollin O’s, N-Hood Crips, East Coast Crips, Mafia Crips, Underground Crips, Brims, and more. The Hoovers have few allies but used to be close with certain sets from the (3x) Gangster Crips card on the Westside (ETGC) Eight Tray Gangster Crips being one of those particular sets. They've currently been known to ally with Westside Blood sets, one of their more known alliances with bloods modern day would be the Hoover Stones, which is (W/S) Hoover Criminals and Black P Stones. Despite their large list of enemies, the 83 Hoovers dominate their neighborhood through their sheer numbers plus their reputation for brutality and terror. Hoover vs Main St. An intense outbreak of gang violence has residents of two Southside neighborhoods flashing back to the dreaded 1980s after a swarm of shootings between the Hoover Criminals and the Main Street Crips left one dead and at least two people wounded. "It's getting like the '80s again," said a man Friday afternoon as he walked past a "Murder Memorial" set up at 97th and Main streets. "The bad old days are coming back. It had slowed up, but now the kids born in those crazy years are starting to act like their parents. "Thursday morning, 28-year-old DaQuan Woodley was shot and killed at that corner shortly after 10 a.m. as he was walking. Police and local residents say Woodley was not a member of the Main Street Crips, long a force in this neighborhood, but that members of his family are. "He never bothered anyone," was the most common comment about Wooley. Sandwiching his death were two shootings on Hoover Street that left two males wounded, one critically. Four men along Hoover Street near 83rd echoed the concerned man on Main Street, dreading a return to the violent days of the 80s and 90s. "It's getting really hot again," one said. Thursday and Friday the LSPD was out in force and vowed an increased presence in the area for as long as it takes to quell the violence. "Unlike the projects, the two areas are very large, but we are in suppression mode," said Capt. John Lombardy, commander of the Southeast Division who is helping coordinate the efforts with 77th Street Division and Criminal Gang Homicide Division. "We have a high visibility. and the detectives are working the cases hard. Plus, we're working closely with [gang] interventionists." The following story comes from a man who was legally drunk and freely admitted it. Hours before DaQuan Woodley was killed, he called 911 out of concern for a drunk neighbor who was intoxicated to the point where he collapsed "I got drunk, a little too drunk, and people were concerned, but I guess he was the only one concerned enough to call the paramedics," said a man who goes by Krome, a 60-year-old local artist. "They came and left. But, when I really woke up from my drunken stupor, he was dead."

  12. Los Santos gang members tied to a string of home break-ins, the last one ending deadly. Article written by: Alex Chavez Source: Los Santos Police Department Monday night, Los Santos resident found dead in his home after four males, ages between 13 and 16, broke in, thinking there was no one home. The elderly man woke up to noise downstairs as he grabbed a licensed 9mm handgun, walking into the living room and opening fire on the suspects, striking one in his left leg. The four young males returned fire with modified handguns, shooting as many as 60 rounds in the males direction. The four young males were identified as being part of a crew, known to sell parts to make semi-automatic pistols into fully automatic ones. Touch More Bands or more widely known as TMB has been linked to as many as 15 break-ins and robberies. One attempted break six months ago, left another house owner dead after he shot one of the intruders with a shotgun, leaving him paralyzed from the neck down. The house owner was found dead on arrival, cause of death was inflicted by a storm of bullets shot by the intruders. Two out of the three suspects are still wanted. This is not the first time we hear about a string of house break-ins ending deadly, last month another couple was found dead in their house after a robbery went wrong. Learn more about how to protect your home at https://www.adt.com/resources/help-prevent-home-invasion. The culture of "Switches" on Glocks These modifications for handguns are relatively new, being popularized primarily by rappers and gangsters over social media. These "Switches" are tiny parts that turn a Glock pistol into a mini-machine gun, capable of firing dozens of rounds within seconds. These were originally appearing in San Andreas from sellers outside of the U.S. These tiny parts come with a Glock logo imprinted on it, to make it seem like they are manufactured by the company that makes the pistols themselves, but they are not. Before the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives got a handle on the situation, these parts could be purchased for less then 30$. After they became popular, a lot of gang members and criminals started profiting off the craze, importing thousands of switches from other countries, and marketing them as "key chains". This started to become more and more popular, as they were targeting the most popular platforms for teenagers: Snapchat and Instagram. With these pages popping up, a lot of teenagers were purchasing them, but a lot of them were getting robbed or scammed too. This resulted in some of the more popular pages to start expanding their business, opening more and more accounts, one by one being taken down by the platforms they were advertised on. Some of the resellers decided to go to Youtube, where most of them found out that their videos could rack up hundreds of thousands of views without being taken down. More and more managed to make successful "trust worthy" pages, which were making the "Switch" epidemic more and more of a problem. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives started noticing these parts popping up around Chicago mostly, being made popular by gangster rappers in the area, but soon spread across the U.S, making their way into gang members and criminal's hands all over the country. This is one of the many problems that Police officers encounter every day, most criminals have newer and better guns then them, some even turning their already customized firearms into full auto machine pistols. 924 Hoover Criminals x Touch More Bands Touch More Bands (TMB) is a group formed by members within the 92x94 Hoover Criminals gang and was initially made because of an argument between one of the OG's from 92 Hoovers and one of the founding members of Touch More Bands. The decision to split off from the group but still keep connections was made in order to stay in the alliance between the Hoover Criminals and 83 Gangster Crips. TMB and Hoovers are very close and sometimes act as one, but TMB isn't under the same leadership as Hoovers. The original founders of the gang, which are currently locked up for different 2nd and 1st degree Homicide charges, are still active hoover members and are known to have ties to 415 Kumi inside the prison walls. In 2022 the group was reportedly consisted off multiple hoover affiliates from 83 HC, 92 HC and 94 HC and residents of the area that aren't known gang members. The death of Lil Bossy and the Bossy World Motels Lil Bossy was a very popular member from Touch More Bands, and an active 94 Hoover Criminal. He was rumored in the streets to have caught 4 bodies. His death came as a shock as his music career just started to take off, landing him a record deal. Bossy was the brother of one of the founding members of Touch More Bands and was always eager to rise to his brother's level, which he started to try and achieve at a young age. He hopped off the porch at around 13 and made a song with the title "Hopped off the porch at 13" which was one of his biggest hits out yet. After serving 6 months at a Juvenile Boot Camp, he returned home with a different flow which made his music even more popular, as a lot of people started to relate to it. He often spoke about gang violence and drug abuse in his music, as he always had a lot of love for his community. Even after his career started to take off, Lil Bossy couldn't leave the streets behind, continuing to gang bang and be active in the set. Bossy put in a lot of work, being known to have taken the chain of a rival Rolling 60s member in a brawl. His death came two weeks later, as he was gunned down outside a Liquor Store on Roy Lowenstein Blvd. Many believed that his death was related to the chain snatching incident, but one month later the police revealed that they had 2 suspects in custody and that he was targeted over a robbery a day before, in which he stripped one of the shooters off 20 thousand dollars and a gun. The Bossy World motels were renamed after his death in order to celebrate him. A lot of people mourned his death and to this day he remains a legend in the gang. His music is still doing numbers and he has managed to make it into multiple small time documentaries which made a lot of people curious about why he didn't leave the hood when he had the chance to. The motels have been known now to be a stronghold for the Touch More Bands group and starting to become legendary in the LS gang banging scene, being a point of reference for the turf that hoovers claim. ㅤㅤㅤ‎ Melvin “Melly” Roberson Melvin was born and raised in South Central, Los Santos. 13. SOS W/S Sons of Samoa Gangster Crip is a predominantly Samoan and Polynesian street gang, located in Vespucci. With the influx of Samoan American immigrants during 1962, Polynesian youth gangs and cliques did not take long to form, however Sons of Samoa was established in the early 1980's. These youth gangs made up of local Polynesian Americans and other community members occurred as a result of the racial division and targeting from rival gangs such as the infamous E/S Longos 13 that was all so common for the poverty stricken neighbourhoods at the time. With the W/S Sons of Samoa Gangster Crips being primarily of Samoan or Polynesian descent, it is not uncommon to see affiliates of Asian or African-American descent. Due to Polynesian's overwhelming sense of unity and familial connections, it is common to mistake a W/S Sons of Samoa Crip member for a civilian, on account of their typically friendly nature, only changing upon provocation or intoxication. The W/S Sons of Samoa Crips, despite being extremely Americanized are still in-touch with their Polynesian heritage and underlying culture, they are Christian and often deeply religious and it is not uncommon for some members to speak Samoan, being taught by their parents and various community members. W/S Sons of Samoa Gangster Crips can be commonly seen sporting the Seattle Mariners logo, representing their gang with baseball caps, shirts and accessories labelled with the blue 'S'. Dark blue rags are also used to represent their Crip affiliation. The W/S Sons of Samoa Gangster Crip's are heavily involved and hold an alliance with the Asian Boyz, due to their location and similar sense of community and unification. Sons of Samoa are also involved with the SEA alliance, consisting of the Suicidal Town Crips, Exotic Family Crips and Asian Boyz. Sons of Samoa have a rather long list of rivalries, including all Samoan Piru gangs such as W/S Carson Piru and Scottsdale Piru. Other rivals consist of the E/S Longos 13, Rollin 20's Crips, Rollin 80's Crips and the W/S Rollin 60's Crips. OOC INFORMATION W/S Sons Of Samoa Gangster Crip is a faction based on the the real life Sons of Samoa gang based in Long Beach, a Polynesian street gang. We are aiming to portray realistic Polynesian-American gang-bangers and an accurate portrayal of a Los Angeles street gang. Upon joining, it is expected members to be well informed of LA gang politics, as well as a good understanding of the Sons of Samoa street gang and Polynesian culture. 14. Rollin 100s The Rollin 100s Crips (R100s), also known as the Rich Rollin 100s (RR100s) consist of many street gangs located on the Westside of Los Santos. Their presence is well known on the Westside of Los Santos, being one of the largest, strongest street-gangs located on the Westside. The Rollin 100s went through many trials & tribulations to claim territory in the Westside Los Santos area. The Rollin 100s are one of the first spin off gangs from the Westside Crips, turning into the Rollin 100s, along with the sub-sets under them, Neighborhood Crips, Raymond Avenue Crips, Underground Blocc Crips, and Original Blocc Crips and plenty more. During this time, Los Santos became a gang hotbed, with Blood, Brim, and Piru’s coming out of the cuts, starting problems with the Crips. With all of the battles they have gone through, they have an alliance with gangs under the Neighborhood Crip Card (2x), along with all gangs under the Rollin O’s card. The Rollin 100s carry several gangs that are under the Rollin 100s umbrella, the gangs go as far as the 104 Hard Time Hustler Crips, 111 Neighborhood Crips, Budlong Gangster Crips, 107 Original Blocc Crips, 113 Original Blocc Crips, Underground Blocc Crips. The Original Blocc Crips and Underground Blocc Crips also fall under the Rollin 100s umbrella. The Rollin 100s are allies of the East Coast Crips, East Side Hustler Crips, Tonga Crip Gang, and are allies of all Neighborhood/Rollin Crip gangs. Rollin 100s Underground Blocc Crips The Rollin 100s Underground Blocc Crips, also known as the Blue Flame Gang are a primarily African-American street gang located on the Westside of Los Santos. This gang is one of the largest and notable ones in the Rollin 100s, along with the Original Blocc Crips, which we won't be roleplaying. The main cliques are 103rd, 105th, and 107th. Although they have those cliques, members from UG tend to claim “108th” or “V8.” V8 is a term given to 108th Street, the home of the OBC and the UGC’s. Both gangs (OBC x UGC) claim V8, it’s just a Blocc Crip thing. The Underground Crips are allies of all Rollin O’s and Neighborhood Crips. Their rivals are Black P. Stones, Rollin 20s Neighborhood Bloods, Family Gangster Bloods, and basically any other faction that falls under the Blood, Brim, Piru moniker. Although they beef with a lot of bloods, they still show animosity towards Crip gangs such as the Eight Tray Gangster Crips, 99 Mafia Crips, and the 111 Neighborhood Crips even though they’re affiliated with the Neighborhood Crips. This set also has a long history of beefing with Hoover Criminals, specifically the 107 and 112, which they call themselves the Gunnas. They also feuded with the Watergate Crips over a gang-affiliated tagging. When the Underground Crips had first started pushing for more territory in 1975, Chu Chu, an alleged member of the Underground Crips, wrote “UGC Chu Chu” on one of the walls. Shortly after, Big Chop from the Watergate Crips had turned the U into a W and crossed out Chu Chu’s name. The Undergrounds and Watergates fought all the way until 1992, and at one point of time, were number one enemies. Another feud that the Underground Crips had were with the Raymond Avenue Crips. This feud started over a pistol that wasn’t even involved with Underground, but things escalated, and it turned into a heated rivalry. At one point in time, the Underground Crips were a big family, with relatives from Hoovers, Eight Tray, and many others. People then started getting on the Underground Crips because they were hanging around the Rollin 60s, which at the time were one of the most hated gangs. This made the Underground Crips feud with many other gangs, even though they used to be a small set. The youth of the Underground Blocc Crips are heavily influenced by the internet. The internet is the easiest way to get taken down by the LSPD, but yet, gangbangers still do it. Some don’t, but most do. They love to show off themselves and their lifestyles on the internet. It’s also a way to interact with enemy and allied gangs, you can easily see a live Instagram story and know exactly where someone is if they move sloppy enough. This generation of the Underground Blocc Crips are what some call “net bangers.” Even though they cause havoc in the streets, they still decide to net bang. You’d see their hood days, party advertisements, and plenty other things on the internet. Even videos of themselves with guns in their enemies territories. #100Days100Nights The Rollin 100’s and the Hoover Criminals were already on horrible terms during the years before the #100Days100Nights hashtag. The #100Days100Nights hashtag started trending in the summer of 2015, and became one of the most violent acts in the city of Los Santos. This hashtag started from two known street gangs, the Hoover Criminals, and Hoover Gangster Crips and the Rollin 100’s. It wasn’t only those two gangs in this though, other street gangs from Los Santos decided to step in the war, and bring even more attention then there already was in the streets of Los Santos. This hashtag started over the death of Kenneth “KP” Peevy. Kenneth was an 27 year-old African-American male that was shot and killed on Covenant Avenue and Brouge Avenue, according to the Los Santos coroner’s records. The Los Santos Police Department went over to the gang-affiliated area after getting a call about gunshots being fired. When the Officers arrived they saw 27 year-old Kenneth Peevy on the floor with several gunshot wounds in his upper torso. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the coroner's records. It was believed that KP’s death had something to do with a fist fight Peevy was involved in with a rival gang. Afterwards, the rivals were angry enough to pick up a gun and shoot Peevy. This shooting is said to have sparked the violent online challenge between the Hoover Criminals and the Rollin 100’s: a race to kill as many rivals as they can in a 100 day and night period. That’s where the hashtag #100Days100Nights comes into play. Members from both Rollin 100’s and the Hoover Criminals said that it would remain on for 100 Days and 100 Nights, and innocent people should stay away from both Covenant and Forum Drive, because they can be risking their lives. “The LSPD says the city of Los Santos had its deadliest August since 2007, and 39 people were killed just last month. The search continues for the suspects of Kenneth Peevy’s murder which took place on Covenant and Brouge Avenue.” - Los Santos Times.

  15. HOOVER CRIMINAL UMBRELLA The Hoover Criminal Gangs (HCG) are a predominately African-American and they have adapted there name after the street Hoover Street. Hoover Street is between Vermont Avenue, Figueroa Avenue on the West Side Los Santos, Forum Drive. The hoovers consist of seven street gangs under the umbrella. The Criminals casually wears Houston Astros as their insignia as they uses the Orange color that is the major color for the team, as that what made Hoovers pick that as there known color they rep also they use the “H” to represent Hoover. The hoovers fued and beef with East Coast Crips, Raymond Avenue Crips, Rollin 0’s Crips, Rollin 100’s, All Neighborhood Crips, Main Street Mafia Crips. HOOVER GROOVERS The street gang Hoover Criminals appeared in the 1960’s, were known back then as the Hoover Groovers as there title. The Hoover Groovers at the time, have been around for quite sometime before the transformation to the Crips Card. One member from the Hoover Groovers, younger brother was tragically killed and the huge allegations were blamed on The West Side Crips. The Hoover Groovers and the West Side Crips came together at the Saint Andrews Recreation Center located on Saint Andrews Pl. The two street gangs came up with a conclusion and believed the Figueroa Boys for the murder of their affiliate. W/S 94 HOOVER CRIMINALS The 94 Hoover Criminal Gang (94HCG) also known as The Low Downs, or 9-Foe Hoover Criminal Gang are a predominately African-American street gang. The Low Downs are located in the housing projects on the corner of Innocence Blvd and Roy Lowenstein Blvd, and can often be seen posted up at the projects, or the corner store near Davis Avenue and Innocence Blvd. The 94 Hoover Criminals are a subset under the Hoover Criminal umbrella. The Low Downs are in a close alliance with all other Hoover Criminals sets, and all under the Hoover umbrella. They rival with sets such as 984 Main Street Crip, Vermont Ness Gangster Brims, all NHC sets, East Coast Crips, 97 Gangster Crip, and 87 Gangster Crip. MAIN STREET WAR In the early 2000s, Hoover Criminals and 98 Main Street Mafia Crip were close and would often be seen together and partying together. But in August 2009, at a house party in Main Street Mafia Crips turf, there was an altercation between the two sets which was allegedly over a female. The beef quickly heated up and escalated beyond the point of saving. The two groups quickly started throwing out disses to the opposing set and their dead homies, which turned into a large brawl between the two groups in just minutes. After the brawl, gunfire was exchanged but nobody was reportedly hit. Hours later, the older heads between the two tried to step in and calm the situation down, but at that point it had went too far. Various Hoover Criminal sets would take part in hits on the Main Street Crips, and MSC would retaliate. The cycle has been going on for some time, and there has been too much blood shed on either side for their to be a truce in the coming years. 98 Main street Mafia Crip and 84 Main Street Mafia Crip would grow closer and form an alliance, dropping the Mafia from their name and forming under a new set called 984 Main Street Crip, and would continue to rival with anybody under the Hoover Criminal umbrella as one. MODERN DAY / TODAY‏‏‎ ‏‏‏‎94 Hoover Criminal Gang, as well as the entirety of the Hoover Criminal Umbrella, are known to be a very ruthless and active street gang in the modern day. They continue to hold down their territory in the Westside of Roy Lowenstein, and will press any new faces seen in the area, regardless of if they have family in the area, friends, or are younger. Having such a strong presence within the neighborhood, it is not uncommon that the Low Downs will recruit the youth into their ranks, with put on's even being as young as just 12 years old. They take advantage of the broken up families, and young men left fatherless, or whatever the situation may be. They are known to have more brutal jumping's for a put on, having groups of full fledged members of the gang beat on members senseless. These usually last for 65 seconds, and they do not hold back regardless of age. The same routine is followed when a member of the gang is put off from the set, at the discretion of the older heads within the ranks. To local police forces, 94 Hoover Criminals are still very much active and have eyes from law enforcement as such, due to their violent nature. There is a gang officer assigned to the neighborhood who takes note of any children from around the hood acting out, wearing Houston Astros gear, taking part in petty crimes and low level drug dealing, and even as much as getting gang ink tattooed at such a young age. Presently, in 2022 the 94 Hoover Criminals are compromised of a youth dynamic, and most younger men in their early twenties are calling shots. They have made a name for themselves as one of the most ruthless street gangs in the streets of Los Santos. U.S. Attorneys » Central District of Los Santos » News SHARE Department of Justice U.S. Attorney’s Office Central District of Los Santos FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Wednesday, November 18, 2020 Joint FBI-LSPD Investigation into South L.S. Street Gang Leads to 14 Arrests on Federal Charges of Distributing Crack Cocaine and Meth LOS SANTOS – An investigation led by the FBI and the Los Santos Police Department last night and this morning resulted in the arrest of 14 defendants linked to the Hoover Criminal Gang on federal charges alleging the distribution of narcotics, some of which were sold to customers out of two South Los Santos storefronts. The investigation – dubbed Operation Hoover Dam – resulted in three indictments being returned over the past few weeks by a federal grand jury. The indictments allege that the defendants – all members or associates of the street gang, or alleged drug dealers who operated in gang territory – sold methamphetamine, crack cocaine, cocaine and phencyclidine (PCP). One indictment also alleges weapons violations, including carrying a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking crime. The main indictment charges 10 defendants, including two senior gang members who operated stores where narcotics allegedly were peddled. Bobby Lorenzo Reed, a.k.a. “Zo,” 56, the owner of the H&E Smoke and Snack Shop, and Andrew Tate, a.k.a. “Batman,” 52, the owner of the TNN Market, each sold methamphetamine, crack cocaine and powder cocaine from their respective South Los Angeles stores, referred customers to one another, supplied one another, and directed their employees to engage in drug sales and referrals, according to the indictment, which details dozens of narcotics transactions in 2017 and 2018. The 32-count indictment further charges Tate and a second person with conspiring to distribute heroin inside Bolingbroke State Penitentiary in Blaine County. In this conspiracy, Tate allegedly supplied heroin to Lashina Lacy, 33, of Fresno, who allegedly attempted to smuggle the contraband into the prison for an incarcerated gang member, who, in turn, intended to sell the heroin to other inmates. As a result of this part of the investigation, which included the Los Santos Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, the heroin was intercepted before entering the prison. The second indictment unsealed today charges three defendants with participating in a series of narcotics transactions in 2018, some involving sales of approximately one and two ounces of methamphetamine and crack cocaine. The third indictment unsealed today charges two people with distributing street-level quantities of PCP and crack cocaine. The three indictments charge a total of 15 defendants. After 14 arrests last night and this morning, authorities are continuing to search for one defendant, Ricky Blue, 51. The defendants were taken into custody primarily in South Los Angeles, but arrests were also made in South Gate and Fresno. The defendants arrested in the Los Angeles area are expected to be arraigned this afternoon in United States District Court. An indictment contains allegations that a defendant has committed a crime. Every defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. If convicted of the charges alleged in the indictments, most of the defendants would face mandatory minimum sentences of five or 10 years in federal prison. Operation Hoover Dam was conducted by the FBI, the Los Angeles Police Department, and the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation The prosecutions resulting from the investigation are being handled by Assistant United States Attorney Scott D. Dubois of the International Narcotics, Money Laundering, and Racketeering Section.

  16. Hello, We're still hard at work and today I'd like to give you a few development updates so you can see what we've been cooking up. Before anything though - I KNOW! You want to see some of that juicy illegal faction action. Drogas, gats, theft, all of that. Well sorry but not today. The Faction Team + some other members of our team have been hard at work preparing a thought-through bullet proof scheme to give our illegal scene the attention it deserves. LS-RP prides itself on being home to the most legendary factions of any online Roleplay community and we want to be sure we're doing things right before we start parading them around. So shoutout to all of you and I promise I'll show you some stuff you're going to love soonTM For the time being, let's talk about our clothing system. Which is your favorite hoodie? Is it Drawable 92, texture 12? Or Drawable 200, texture 0? You know... the yellow looking o-- forget about it. Forget about sliders and arrow buttons to click through every clothing item out there. Highlights The system is entirely integrated and you will never have to think about an undershirt again. If a shirt has an undershirt counterpart, the system detects it and uses it. There are no concepts of "undershirts" visible to the player. You can see a preview of any clothing item in your inventory, or in a store - without even trying it on. Some items have alternative states (hoodies with hoods on, unzipped jackets, etc). You can switch between those & the system will match your perfect undershirt for it. Just make sure it's compatible, or you'll be walking about with your belly button out. Clothing items are inventory item entities, which means you can store them in furniture (drawers, closets). They can be placed in bags, given to other players, stolen, etc. Different stores will hold different types of clothing items. Don't go looking for a fancy suit in Sub Urban. We're adding custom models for clothing. We aren't decided yet whether to use IRL brands or not. Let me know what you think about that. TL;DR, show me the video Besides that, there's still a lot of work going on behind the scenes. We're preparing electronics stores, character applications (which should open soon for our Patreon supporters), Kane's cooking up a great damage & death system and much more. It's been great to see the community engagement since we've opened the forums up. Love seeing new and old faces around. Thanks for all the support, can't wait for you all to play! Kind regards, Mmartin

  17. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Background The Black P Stones are a predominately African-American street gang located in the Chamberlain district of South Los Santos. The Jungle Stones, a recently founded Los Santos chapter, are known to be involved in a variety of violent crimes to include murder, assault, robberies, narcotics violations, and firearms violations. The street gang was established in the late 1960s by O.O.O.G. T-Rodgers of Chicago, a former member of the Black Stone Rangers. With the permission of the “Main 21” a term used to describe the original twenty-one leaders of Chicago gangs who agreed to merge with the Blackstone Rangers, T. formed a chapter of the “Almighty Black P Stone Nation”, who at the time, and contrary to popular belief, were in fact a community-based and backed organization and not a lawless gang; somewhere along the way, unfortunately, this would change. Under T.'s leadership, the Black P Stones became affiliated with and founding members of the Bloods, mortal enemies of the predominant Crips. In 1972, the LS Brims, Piru St Boys, Athens Park Boys, Bishops, Denver Lanes, Pueblos and Lueders Park Hustlers founded the Bloods after constant attacks on independent gangs by the Crips in addition to Crip and Crip rivalries that also began to surface. While they may be a set of bloods, the Black P Stones are one of the few blood gangs in Los Santos that represent the five. BPS, in later years, joined the Bloods movement and founded their own factions The Black P Stones would thrive in "The Jungles" and become over five-hundred members strong, eventually controlling the largest territory of any other black gang in Los Santos. At their peak, the Black P Stones became one of the most feared and infamous gangs in Los Santos if not the entire United States. This dubious distinction would earn T. a position on the Ten Most Wanted Gang Leaders list by law enforcement in South Central Los Santos. The Black P Stones consist of two major sub-sets, The Jungles Stone Bloods and The Bity Stone Bloods. The Jungles & The Bity The Jungles, an area on Forum Drive centralized around various apartment complexes, neighbors to the renowned B.J. Smith Park. The B.J. Smith Recreational Center and Park was once a joyous area for children and adults alike. Known to host one of the most famous skatepark's in Los Santos alongside its beautiful baseball field. While mostly harmless, the area is responsible for get togethers by some of the most lethal surrounding gangs of the city. Locals who visit the park are rarely pressed by gang bangers in the area, however common folk activity is on a decline following a shooting in early 2018, which local authorities explain as "a nightmare". Rumors of a targeted escalation was responsible for a shooting that cleared a crowd of twenty plus on the basketball courts. A believed hit between rivals, which resulted in the death of one innocent female bystander and two opposing gang members. Many in attendance were taken to the hospital for their injuries following this dispute. The community remains outraged with these unsolved murders. The Sheriffs Department claims to be working diligently asking for people to come forward with any potential leads. The Black P Stones Bity is located in the West Adams/Mid City district of Los Santos. Which runs from Washington Blvd to Adams Blvd, between Crenshaw and Arlington. The Santa Monica Freeway runs thru the center of their neighborhood. Some of the cliques are found on 21st Street, 25th Street, 27th Street and 29th Street. The Stones have established ties to other Blood gangs in South Los Santos, as well as prison gangs. However, a majority of the newer generation of Black P Stones choose to remain No Kutt behind bars, meaning they retain their outside affiliations in the streets as opposed to cliquing up. This however, doesn't limit their peace and truce in the county. For example, they have a strong and close-knit relationship with the Rollin 20s Neighborhood Bloods referred to as the "Rollin Stones" alliance. The Black P Stones once approached the Rollin 20s to become members of BPSN in the past (Black P Stone Nation), but both preserved their loyalties. Operation: Red Dawn In the month of May, 201 Seventy-Five Members and Associates of the Black P-Stones Street Gang Charged with Narcotics Violation. Over 900 officers and agents participated in the execution of pre-dawn arrest and search warrants targeting members and associates of the Black P-Stones street gang, announced Steven Martinez, Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI in Los Santos; André Birotte Jr., United States Attorney for the Central District of San Andreas (Los Santos); Chief Charlie Beck of the Los Santos Police Department; Los Santos City Attorney, Carmen Trutanich; and Special Agent in Charge, Jim Todak, of Housing and Urban Developments Office of the Inspector General. Over 50 arrest warrants were served primarily in the southwest area of Los Santos. Twenty-five state search warrants were also executed during today’s early morning operation, known as Operation Red Dawn, as it relates to the targeting of the Black P-Stones, a faction of the notorious Bloods street gang. Seventy-five members and associates of the Black P-Stone Bloods were identified for arrest during this investigation that lasted over one year. Twenty-one defendants were charged in 15 indictments returned by the federal grand jury sitting in the United States District Court for the Central District of San Andreas with a variety of federal statutes relative to the possession and conspiracy to possess methamphetamine and cocaine base, also known as “crack.” An additional 54 state arrest warrants were filed with the Los Santos County District Attorney’s Office. A large share of the state defendants were arrested this morning; the remainder were already in custody on unrelated charges. An additional 20 individuals were arrested during the course of the lengthy investigation but are not included in today’s overall numbers. During the operation, the investigation had resulted in the seizure of 135.5 grams of PCP, 41.2 grams of methamphetamine, 25 kilograms of marijuana, 1.7 kilograms of cocaine and a vast variety of firearms. Assistant Director in charge Steven Martinez said, “The task force coordinated this joint effort to have the greatest impact on the landscape of the P-Stones’ gang-controlled neighborhood. The strategy involved dismantling the gang’s infrastructure by arresting the main players and by removing the businesses where gangs launch their criminal activity. By working jointly with the LSPD, the City Attorney and HUD, we have a chance to provide the community with an opportunity to move forward.” Allies & Rivals The Black P Stones have been known to wage war against various Crips and Hispanics. Most notably the Rollin (2x) gangs, such as the Rollin 90s Neighborhood Crips, the Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips, and the Rollin 50s Neighborhood Crips. Their most bitter rivalries come from the 30s and 40s cliques. Other Crip enemies include School Yard Crips, Mansfield Gangster Crips, Playboy Gangster Crips and the Geer Gang Crips. The Stones are active participants of the current power struggle between African-American and Hispanic gangs in Los Santos, rivaling sets such as the Mid City Stoners 13 and 18th Street Gang. Around some time in the 1970s, the LA Brims, Bishops, Piru St Boys, Denver Lanes, Athens Park Boys, Lueders Park Hustler and Pueblos founded the Bloods after an overwhelming amount of attacks on independent gangs led by their now infamous rivals, the Crips. Following the Crip and Crip rivalries that had also began to spring into action on the surface. the Black P Stones sometime in their later years decided to join in on the Bloods movement that was started and chose to found their own factions the Jungle Stones & city/Bity stones. Today, the Black P Stones are on decent terms with a large and vast variety of blood gangs scattered through-out South Central, Los Santos. That list contains but is no limited to dangerous sets such as Fruit Town Brims, the Rollin' 20 Neighborhood Bloods and so on. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ OOC Information Our main priority while roleplaying within this group is to portray a realistic Blood gang which consists of properly portrayed members lingering around Davis. 26. The university idea would work better in GTA V. However, it needs to be ran a certain type of way so it doesn't result in it becoming a cult of e-roleplay with no actual role play inside it. The main aesthetic of the university is the college-dorm life and teens being teens, not the learning. No one willingly will sit in a class room for ages and learn something nobody knows anything about. Put emphasis on group-orientated role play and group chats, college dorms, dramas, feuds, fights and drug selling/buying, BMX'ing, skating — it'll work well and can actually be very enjoyable.

  28. I've been in colleges on both SAMP LS:RP (USALS) and GTA:W (ULSA). Usually it turns out to be an OOC shitfest, when some people want to just rp around campus and be full time students and other people want to use the college as a development platform for their characters (mob, lspd, you name it). Me, @Street Boss, @Bellagio and few other guys joined ULSA on GTA:W and we got ton of hate the next few days, just because people knew we eventually gonna develop into illegal characters. So if the college's leadership acknowledges the fact that people want to develop through this platform, it'll be amazing - internships in various companies/departments, scholarships for athletes, etc etc. And obviously - it should be a crime-free zone on OOC level, BUT certain small crimes should be allowed for students only (acts of vandalism, small drug deals, fights, etc). P.S. Shoutout to Josh (Jack Ponaro) if he's still around.

  35. In the year 2014, Multiple members of the Grape Street Crips were arrested; The war between the Grape Street Crips and the Bounty Hunter Bloods was at an ultimate high, members from both sides died and their feud would never end. One noticeable moment was when Grape Street member, Jamal Dorsey went on a hit with two other members of the street gang. The hit was specifically on two people who were assumed to be Bounty Hunter Blood members. They pulled aside them in the Black Sedan, with the notifying question "WHERE YOU FROM?!" Jamal yelled from the vehicle. 17 year old, Makai Dunn and 16-year-old Marquis Dubois were on their way home from school. The duo responded with "They're from around the area" which the area was a known place of the Bounty Hunter Bloods. Jamal placed his Glock out the window, with a gray bandana wrapped around the clip, and he fires multiple times striking the teenagers. Makai was hit multiple times in his chest, immediately dying to his injuries while Marquis was only hit once which wasn't fatal. The teenagers would be rushed to the hospital. Witnesses pointed out Jamal Dorsey after a description went out for him. About three months later Jamal Dorsey would be captured and taken into Los Santos County Jail where he would face life without parole. The two teens, who actually were from the Bounty Hunter Gang, had immediate retaliation for them. Drive-bys would happen between the two gangs, and it'll even get as disrespectful as kicking over candles from both gangs of fallen members. The war is still ongoing looking as if there will never be an end to the ongoing war between the two dangerous street gangs. Grape Street Crips currently being on top of the war. After shooting the duo, the two Grape Street members flee to the Rancho Projects, where they crash into the gate, and their car not being able to move, one of the teenagers named Jabari Holmes, exited the vehicle with his hands raised as another unknown runs off into one of the Project homes, not being caught by the public eye of which. Rancho has never been a safe area, the area was known for the 1900's riots. Especially the riot of August 11-16, 1965. Riots were on-going everyday due to the police abuse. Stores were getting raided and the Black Panthers were known to be behind plenty of the riots as well. Holding guns on the side of the street watching over the African-Americans and Hispanics who were raided the streets of Rancho from street to street. There has been a lot of lost lives in the Rancho area, which makes everyone who lives in the area always aware of their surroundings. When losing your friends at a young age, your friend could've possibly been affiliated with the street gang which makes you want to get down with the group to get payback on the group that murdered your friend, which is exactly how it goes in the street life. It's a scary sight to see a person you were in daycare with die right in front of you because they chose a specific life, where they believed they were the safest. The doors of the Innocence High School opened in 1905, this is a four-year public High School on the Westside of South Central, Los Santos home of some of the most famous Basketball players. This school is also filled with many street-gangs across Los Santos. Actually one of the most dangerous schools to be in this modern day. The Innocence Sentinals is the basketball team of the High School, a very good team is what people may call them, but there is another side to all schools, and looking from the outside in you may think the school is good but others may say different. Going into the school for the first time you may see about a race ratio of about 32% Hispanics, 53% African-American, 15% Mixed in. The school is mostly an urban school of course. On December 12, 2021 at a Sentinals Basketball game against the Davis Spartans, the rival schools get into a brawl against each other over disrespect to their home players. Jamar Ingram one of the basketball players of the Sentinals was tripped by a person from the Davis High School, and the two schools immediate had a brawl on the court although some gangs was beefing this time around they were on the same side of the chain. Innocence High School is home to the streets gangs like the 83 Gangster Crips, Hoover Criminals, a minority of the Rollin 90s Neighborhood Crips. Most faces from these schools can relate back to the Van Ness area but, most also aren't put onto the street gang. Government officials have claimed plenty of times about the Strawberry area being one of the most dangerous areas to live in. South Central holds a very high crime rate when it comes to murders, drug dealers, and prostitution. There are also most broken homes with their being an either-or missing parent to guide children and steer them into a correct path. Other teenagers would say growing up with their closest friends helps them grow up while older people in the game attempt to widen the eyes of the young generation. Modern African American Culture After the year 1990, it seemed to be a huge rise in broken families in the African American family, you would see the ratio of the African American is the most families without both parents, since 1994. The Crime Act during this time sent away a bunch of gang members leaving them without any parole to get out of jail, as they'll sit up for the maximum charges. Committing a crime you might as just change your identity, and leave the entire country, once you are caught you're immediately going to get sent up for life without parole. It was easy to commit a crime but hard to beat it, because if you were caught it'll mean you've had a lot of obvious evidence which points towards you doing the crime. Since this was still in the Crack epidemic, the gang-wars over money was still at the high, and the younger fathers would be killed in the street-wars over the cash, territory, and the respect of an area, the most earners always won the war at the end of the day being allowed to buy the better guns, cars, and get access to the better product than other gangs. Hood Tattoos & Whackouts With the new era gang-banging getting a tattoo of your set like "Grape Street" isn't the wave, there are logos that represent each set with a specific reason of that logo. For Instance obviously being from the Grape Street Crips, you would think about a Grapes which is something that the street-gang represents. To the right you can see one of the members from the Jordan Down Gang that has "Gutta Gang" a clique from the street-gang and a Grape under it supporting the Jordan Down Crips. People that don't really care about there enemies decide to tattoo logos from their enemies set and cross them out on their face. These are the people who may've done dirty work against that specific group (shootings, stabbings, beatings). These people are easy to give the gang enhancements when arrested though. Gang Units look out of tattoos whenever they arrest people from low-income area as its easy to identify which gang they're from and how much they're affiliated with the gang. This includes the baseball teams, football teams, or even a couple numbers which the set may use. The Old-School Graping The Grape Street Crips was created in the Jordan Down Projects in the 1950s, originally the turf was overrided by the hispanic culture of the Varrio Grape 13 gang, and named the Rancho Varrio Grape Gang. The Varrio Grape immediately accepted the newly coming African Americans into their turf, and the African American's picked up the name Grape Street from the Varrio Grape Gang. Being branded Grape Street the African Americans started to make a name for themselves around Rancho starting a beef with the Rancho 13 gang aslongside the Varrio Grape members. During the 1960s the Grape Street Gang adopted the Crip moniker alongside a bunch of Eastside and Westside South Central gangs. They aligned themselves with the Hub 'N Dub card eventually during the 1990s. Although they're from a different card they have close alliances with multiple Gangster Crip and Hoover street-gang which resulted in other Neighborhood Crip gangs wanted immediate beef with them due to their alliances. The Grape Street Crips also started beefing with all other gangs in the Rancho area, without a care in the world they were also known for showing off big guns and showcasing their lifestyle to writers, and news reporters coming to the Jordan Down Projects. A lot of the children from the ages of 6-12 also wanted to be down with the Grape Street Crips while but the teenagers of the gang refused to put them apart of their street-gang until they became an age where they believe they can actually can think for themselves. The Modern Day Graping The Grape Street Rancho Crips are primarily an active African-American street gang located in the Jordan Down Housing Projects/Rancho Projects on the East Side of Rancho, in South Central, Los Santos. The Grape Street Crips are known for their color of purple to represent their gang, and they are known to be affiliated with the Gangster Crip (3x) card but are one of the only gangs under this card to claim the Rollin' 30s Crips as a neutral group towards them The Grape Street Crips share various cliques with their main one being the Baby Locs. "Three-Tones" from the Grape Street Crips, an OG from was murdered by an East Coast Crip member which sparked a massive war between the two rival gangs. The murder rate was high in the Rancho area due to this death. Which added on the dangers of living in Rancho. People who weren't affiliated with any side was killed just because of their skin complexion sometimes. Even the Varrio Grapes joined in on the war with the Grape Street Crips. The clique names of the Grape Street Crips are Baby Locs, 103 Street, Dust Town, Bandera Blocc, and a lot of others which were made with the young generation of the ages 14-16. They're the largest Crip gang in the Rancho area. Baby Locs were originally made by the Hispanics from the Varrio Grape 13, who then drifted off with their 13 moniker from the Mexican Mafia alliance. The Grape Street Crips also have a very close alliance with the Hoover Criminals. Varrio Grape 13 The Grape Street Crips originally came off from the Varrio Grapes a street-gang of the Mexicans of Rancho which eventually got mixed in with African Americans, who then made their own branch of the Mexican Gang and claimed the Jordan Down Housing Projects as their heart of the hood. Both gangs has preserved an alliance with each other throughout generations. Although, the two gangs parted ways, they maintain a close relationship, and share common enemies such as the East Coast Crips. The street-gang also has a bit of African Americans from their set. In the 70's the Hispanic members joined the Mexican Mafia which gave them the 13 behind their name and their name became "South Side Varrio Grape 13". The beef between the Varrio Grape and the Fudge Town Mafia Crips was the biggest from the two gangs which despised each other due to the maximum blood-shed between the two sets. Varrio Grape 13 has three cliques, the Tiny Wynos, Gangster Locos, and the TRS. The Gang Indictment on Varrio Grape 13 Los Santos - In 2021, there was a case on the Varrio Grape 13 gang, and this built up case eventually led to a gang-indictment on over one-hundred-fifty members from the street-gang. The case involved multiple murders, drug trafficking, gun trafficking, and prostitution. Informants was placed within the gang which helped with the case against the street-gang where they've caught about fifty-members of the street-gang preforming the acts and others by association. Varrio Grape 13 is a gang only known specifically in the Rancho area. The street-gang has grown bigger and bigger but after this arrest on the street-gang they've went down in numbers drastically. The Varrio Grape's hierachy played a vicious role inside of the street-gang. The beef the street-gang had with other gangs and suspected people who've cooperated with the police came out to be a enemey towards the street-gang. Guillermo Rodriguez a/k/a "Snakey" one of the highest ranking members was sentenced to life without parole for killing three members of a rival street-gang and each time being caught on cameras within the area with his face out, and his noticable head tattoos placed around his head regarding the Varrio Grape Street-Gang, this mistake led to more gang research upon the violent street-gang. Guillermo didn't cooperate with the police and will never have a chance for parole in the future. Jamari "Beezy Bank" Ingram was a basketball player for the Innocence Sentinals, he got into a brawl with people from the Davis High School in-between a game he had against their team. Jamari Ingram grew up in the Rancho Projects, and was cooling around playing basketball, when he was rolled up on and was shot multiple times by an unknown gang suspected to be the East Coast Crips. Growing up around Rancho, the Grape Street affiliates protecting Jamari, making him not apart of the gang-life and kept him away from the activity but more in the gym. Jamari was a very good basketball player and earned the name "Bankshot" by his friends for his good jumpshot. Beezy came from his father who was apart of the Grape Street gang, sadly Jamari got his life taken at such a young age with so much potential and the Grape Street members are furious about the situation wanting immediate vengence, there is even a clique of the Grape Street members named after Beezy, calling themselves the Beezy Mafia. East Coast Crips vs. Grape Street Crips On January 27, 2008 The Grape Street Crips and The East Coast Crips get into it at a party, eventually East Coast Crip members start firing shots at the Grape Street Crip members, striking multiple from their side. A couple hours later, Grape Street Crips immediately go towards the East Coast Crips neighborhood. The Grape Street members drove-by shooting at a member from East Coast striking him multiple times but he still survived. Two hours later in retaliation for the shooting of an East Coast member, a Black Stainer pulls into the Jordan Down Projects and starting letting off shots at two people standing in the front of their home. The member doing the hit from East Coast eventually was sentenced to life after being caught up by witnesses. The next-day Van Knott was sitting on 97th Street, where a member from East Coast pulls up next to him and let off shots from a Black Buffalo. Van Knott had no affiliation with the Grape Street Crips. A couple hours later, Grape Street members pull up into the 6-Pacc territory of the East Coast Crips. There was about twenty people outside, a Grape Street Crips member leans himself out the window with a rifle in his hand firing at the entire group, a five-year-old child was shot and 55 year-old Leroy Smith was killed after being shot in his chest. Randall Colemen was charged with this shooting and sentenced to 173 years to life. The Out-Come of Beezy After Beezy was killed the entire hood was upset, the East Coast Crips made it known they were responsible for the killing, and the younger generation of the Grape Street Crips immediately rolled out towards their territory. The love-ones of Beezy wanting to be included on the drill was told to stay back as the rest of the Grape Street members rolled into the territory, and spotting about five East Coast members standing in-front of a corner store with flags around their neck. The Grape Street members jump out of the vehicle and starts to gun down the group of East Coast Crips not leaving one alive, eye-witnesses and camera footage caught this on live-tape and the four Grape Street Crip members were arrested and charged with 15 years in prison a piece. After officially getting their get-back on the East Coast Crip members they felt good about themselves, but still torn up about the death of their star basketball player. Outfits was made to support the life of Beezy and people supported his family wearing them to the next Grape Street hood-day. The war between the East Coast Crips and the Grape Street Crips seems to be never-ending with the casualties continously racking up. On the same day of the war, it was people retaliating in such little time, which goes to show how ruthless these both gangs can really be. All this is ending with is people dying and no one being able to feel lifeless anymore and more so just wanting to get rid of their enemies because of family members and friends being taken out by the streets. The cycle is everyday and there won't be a stop this is because just like other gangs they're already into deep with their enemies.
