It should be common sense. You role play fear logically, if you deem that your character would feel fear in that moment. I don't think that there are conditions for fear RP. It probably falls under common courtesy. So use common sense to role play fear in situations, and if you see someone not doing so just report them, take screenshots/record, etc.

Per MMartin. Los Santos is the replacement for Los Angeles. LA should not be role played as a place on LSRP. So Los Santos is Los Angeles. Same goes for California as a state. California = San Andreas Los Angeles = Los Santos

Nothing much has changed apart from the fact that SADCR got merged with SD (Post above; a further explanation of it). The faction is building up slowly in members as people began to reinstate and involve themselves in the department again. If you are interested in recruiting yourself in the Sheriff's Department, there has been a notice a few weeks prior by MMartin. Legal factions are required to open their recruitment processes up to fourteen days after the server launch. Keep up with our forums. The prison part of the faction is going to be a separate entity. There is separate command and supervisory staff, as well as custody officer ranks. Of course, Sheriff's field staff may request a secondary assignment as a custody officer. There isn't much to complicate. As far as I know, it is going to operate the same way SADCR did before, except it's going to be a part of the Sheriff's Department. That way LSSD staff may assist in custody work and make prison role play more active and enjoyable to the illegal side.
