Why would regular staff try contacting mmartin on telegram? Leadership need to keep in contact with him so they had contact in that regards.

Management are going to be making a server-wide announcement today. I can understand your frustration as I feel it too, but the news that’s being delivered is somewhat good news.
-
We haven’t received a update either so I don’t know why you’re trying to act like we know something you don’t, in the last six months we have all been in the same boat. Tonight, during the meeting we can finally ask questions about what’s happening and hopefully get somewhere in the near future.
-
How can we hide from exposing the truth if the meeting hasn’t even happened yet, we will all be up to date on the status of the server later this evening when the meetings finished.

Starting a new job soon and one of the benefits is having shares, starting is £3,600. But this obviously goes up. If you're there for five years you then get to sell them tax free. Not sure if this is good, but hopefully it's a huge benefit..

I feel like when the server launches, we are going to have to get furniture designers / mappers to brand together to try and get furnishing done in-game, so having a community of people ready to start furnishing in-game would definetely be a good start.

San Andreas and California co-existing? (LSRP Lore)
Dos Santos replied to xander11's topic in General Discussions Archive
I personally don't agree with having Los Santos / San Andreas bordered of from the mainland. Back on LS-RP SA-MP it was a un-written rule where SA replicated California and should be done the same here, simply not allowing us to have a mainland sort of vibe is strictly going to cause issues in the near future. Hopefully not, we can have a thread that clarifies what's what so there isn't speculations. But I totally do agree that San Andreas should replicate California. -
San Andreas and California co-existing? (LSRP Lore)

It has been confirmed. San Andreas is going to be acted as a island and we don't connect to the mainland. -

Illegal factions and legal factions all combined but the new company system coming into play will make the whole roleplay a different atmosphere.

It all sounds good on paper but then you got to remember, people have to donate for namechanges and a lot of people don't exactly want to buy stuff for the game. Which is understandable. But, when you have people that end up going Rambo and shooting their way out of LEO situations to avoid jail-time, and they die. I personally think the Law Enforcement Officer should be within their right to report this person, to force a CK on them. Now, I know how this sounds in some situations it can be deemed acceptable but it should all be done case by case rather than CK'ing every single person who shoots at police, as it does happen. People do shoot at the Law Enforcement in California. Now, regarding Illegal factions. The way it's been handled in the past has been fair, you give the leadership your permissions and if they deem it necessarily they can CK you off which is totally fair and logical as let's be real, if you fuck up IC'ly. You fuck up, your character development got you in that predicament. So that faction has every single right to faction kill you. Now this is quoted from the rules of engagement. If you get yourself into a war FACTION TEAM highly encourage you to enter a faction controlled war where you can set your own terms, and some terms can be regarding Character Kills. Now, does this ruin the roleplay you may think? Absolutely fucking not, you're having characters out there roleplaying actual fear, roleplaying going to the county etc etc, people are actually scared of losing their characters and this is why Character Kill wars are amazing as people are more careful and try their best to provide quality roleplay.

Leasing businesses before launch
Dos Santos replied to holaa.'s topic in General Discussions Archive
They generally need a business system in play that’s going to be owned by players on launch, a company system as such mingled in with the business script where we can have employees. This would then get rid of the stupid farming money jobs and have actual interactions and actual roleplay. They need to have a plan in place for people to be able to apply for companies before launch to get the economy rolling and get employment rolling and illegal factions and legal players would benefit from this entirely -
It's Los Santos Roleplay, take into consideration now a huge amount of LS-RP players started somewhere on low end roleplay servers back on SA-MP, aka NG-RP. These sort of servers, they came over here and learnt and read guides, and joint factions to teach them up to the high-standards that we know about today. This is the same sort of vibe, if people join these factions they can learn from dedicated role-player's who are trying to shape the community. We shouldn't be judging them on their roleplay quality as we all had to start somewhere years ago. It's now our job, to shape them into good roleplayers.

What do you want as donator perks?
Dos Santos replied to A Glass of Jack Daniels's topic in General Discussions
With the clothing items they will be reviewed by the modding team before importing them onto the server that’s the whole plan. And If they set the price fairly high it might not be a item that gets used a lot. custom interiors I ain’t sure about now that you mentioned malware’s
