I couldn’t agree more. I opened it back up for constructive criticism, but this whole staff history is just something else. There’s plenty of ways to relay feedback to staff, my PM inbox is one of them.

Just to offer some clarity on some of your points: The leadership definitely has a collective understanding in agreement with your first point. We absolutely encourage, and actively enforce a courteous, professional & friendly approach in any situation that the admin team are involved in. Should this not be the case? You can file a staff report, and it’ll be looked into, non-subjectively. Unsure what you mean by unpopular, if you could elucidate a little I’d be keen to share some feedback on this. Every administrator in the team has been subject to the same onboarding process, including 1 on 1 mentorship by senior members of staff. The journey to becoming an administrator is lengthily, and heavily evaluated by the Head of Admins, and Head of Staff.

Indeed there is occasions where /me is misused, and incites MG. There's nothing stopping you from having a friendly conversation with the player via /PM and explaining how they're misusing the command. I tend to point it out wherever I can, but I think it's just been accepted on other servers, and a lot of players on V have come from other communities.

Thanks! I know the Faction Team, along with the Development Team is definitely looking into ways (other than the ones currently being worked on & implemented) to mediate the amount of weapons in the server. We should definitely be able to keep tabs on these a lot more in the future. There’s no doubt there’s too many guns right now. In terms of illegal factions, I’ll be the first to say I believe a lot of the factions are being ran by people that are just coming into what I’d refer to as “LS-RP Illegal Faction culture” — meaning they probably were involved in precious GTA V communities that allowed a lot of the shenanigans to go on. I’ve been working with the Faction Team Council to find a healthy balance between being fair on players breaching the Rules of Engagement, but also setting the foundations of what is to be built on in the future for illegal factions. If you, or anyone have any feedback, my forum or Discord messages are always open. I have a positive outlook for the future of illegal factions, and LS-RP collectively, and I think the people that are in place genuinely care, and want to see it prosper. If we all work together & start reading out of the same book, illegal roleplay will start to produce good fruit, where it can be nurtured!
