  1. Hey all, This is the first post I'm making in 2022 so I'd wish you a happy new year and all that, but I feel we're all over that already given it's the 20th. That being said, there's no doubt 2022 will be the year of LS-RP. To kick the showcase off for the year, I'd like to show you what I've been working on for the past few days on and off - the ATM feature. The video is pretty self explanatory so I'll skip right to the chase. We created a part of this system LIVE on Twitch. If you'd like to see more development streams, let me know in the replies; also let me know which feature you'd like to see being developed! (Visual ones, such as the ATM interface are easier to do live). I'll try to bring you more updates in the form of posts and videos in the coming days as we finalize some cool features; in the meantime you can check out #snippets on Discord for the odd tease here and there. Thank you all for the continued support, whether it's here on forums, Discord, my DM's, or directly on Patreon. Let me know what you'd like to see next. Yours truly, Martin

  2. I've been in colleges on both SAMP LS:RP (USALS) and GTA:W (ULSA). Usually it turns out to be an OOC shitfest, when some people want to just rp around campus and be full time students and other people want to use the college as a development platform for their characters (mob, lspd, you name it). Me, @Street Boss, @Bellagio and few other guys joined ULSA on GTA:W and we got ton of hate the next few days, just because people knew we eventually gonna develop into illegal characters. So if the college's leadership acknowledges the fact that people want to develop through this platform, it'll be amazing - internships in various companies/departments, scholarships for athletes, etc etc. And obviously - it should be a crime-free zone on OOC level, BUT certain small crimes should be allowed for students only (acts of vandalism, small drug deals, fights, etc). P.S. Shoutout to Josh (Jack Ponaro) if he's still around.

  3. GTAW for you. They focus too hard on legal roleplay and they can't imagine anyone doing crimes in colleges or grow up a criminal after graduating. I'm not gonna namedrop, but there was people who kicked it with us often - mostly because we were the ones promoting sport rp, cheerleading rp, etc. In my opinion, those who got mad - they never had a chance to go to college/university IRL and they just want to enjoy the student life in game, at least, and they hated when someone didn't take full-time student rp serious. But to each their own, I guess.

  4. With the clothing items they will be reviewed by the modding team before importing them onto the server that’s the whole plan. And If they set the price fairly high it might not be a item that gets used a lot. custom interiors I ain’t sure about now that you mentioned malware’s

  5. That's fucked, a lot of Organized Crime figures have got college/uni education IRL. Restricting players from using a uni to help fund their development, whether it's illegal or legal, is a bad thing.

  6. It could be something suggested in the future - like I said I'm not familiar with how many slots it takes to furnish thing's on GTA V. But if people want to furnish their company then surely they shouldn't have to have a good interior for their company, for their personal use such as their houses that's completely fair enough. But I remember back on LS-RP SAMP. They had a points system for companies, this could be a point system once again maybe? That's something for Management to decide nothing less.

  7. This is by far the best idea for article based journalism although it'd be good to be able to access these articles while out of the game too. (Perhaps being able to browse the IC internet while out of the game via the website if possible) I don't think the chat system of news broadcasts should be removed but perhaps make it off by default and then able to be toggled on as there are definitely times when listening to the news has been cool and useful while I've played. I'd like the ability for live broadcasts (where you basically spectate the broadcaster) to take place again because those, while rare, were always cool to watch but there is probably a better way to handle that on GTA:V that isn't just spectating them in 3rd person.

  8. the server shouldnt have paying 2 "win" for important features like another RAGEMP server does, an example of a paying to win feature is only being able to set a business blip if you have IRL money to pay for the ability to do so, and because setting a business blip and opening it would be vital to someones business so players actually show up, so locking it behind a paywall would be stupid. of course, money has to roll in to keep the server running so of course there are going to be some advantages donators have and i hope they dont take away from non donators, another example locking the BMX behind a donator perk, lets not do that again. i think that supercars (like lambos and shit) should be locked behind a paywall, preferably only having the ability to purchase supercars ingame if you buy the highest donator or something. its gonna be stupid if every mallrat is zooming in their supercar down every south central block a few months in i do acknowledge that i dont really know how the economy is going to be designed, but i feel like a good amount of players who grind constantly might be whipping around in these Basically, having the ability to being able to buy cars like this should be locked behind the highest donator level or something. Or if no ones a fan of OOC restrictions, ridiculously expensive. Both ways works tbh. https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Super_Vehicle_Class
