  3. lsrp v wont be a success. You have no engagement on this post, being a direct reflection of the current state of this server that, and the management team who are STILL deleting any dissenting posts, they lost the community. You little 16 year old jerkoffs who got a little power with an admin rank can't keep a fish alive if you tried, let alone this dream of even getting somewhere close to a succeeding GTA V server

  6. Marcus Allen Kincaid (1). Jesus Rodriguez, friend of Marcus (2). - IRAQ - Tikrit 2012. Marcus Kincaid grew up in a collapsed Ohio mill town and enlisted in the Army at eighteen to escape instability. Repeated deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan hardened him into a highly effective reconnaissance and special operations asset, stripping away any remaining ideals. Disillusioned with both war and civilian life, he left the military and turned his skills into profit. Now operating in legal and ethical gray zones in the state of San Andreas. He values efficiency, discretion, and survival over redemption or loyalty. Daniel DeRosa (1). A close friend (now deceased) of Marucs. Marcus Allen Kincaid (2). Not aware of the camera man. Afghanistan 2017. Name: Marcus Allen Kincaid Age: 38 (DOB January 25th, 1988) Place of Birth: Cambridge, Ohio, United States of America. Alias(es) and/or Nickname(s): Graveyard Tattoo(s) and Identifying Marks: Left Forearm: A faded Latin phrase, “Mors Certa, Hora Incerta” (Death is certain, its hour uncertain) — done overseas, poorly inked, never retouched Right Shoulder Blade: Coordinates of a desert location where his unit was ambushed; no names, no dates Inner Right Wrist: A small black spade—symbol of expendability rather than luck None are decorative. Each marks a lesson learned the hard way. Jimmy Rowson, a rookie (1). Marcus Allen Kincaid (2). A random soldier joined the photo(3). Afghanistan - Mozar El Sherif 2016 Most people just call him Graveyard. Supposedly ex-military, not stolen valor. Keeps to himself, dresses plain, moves like he’s always clocking exits. Officially, they say he’s some kind of security consultant. Trains crews, does risk assessments, that sort of thing. Unofficially? Word on the street is he’s tied to firearms and drugs trafficking through the city, always one step removed. Nobody’s ever seen him handle anything directly. What stands out is how quiet he is. No flexing, no crews rolling deep, no social media nonsense. Just a man who lives light, changes locations often, and somehow knows how to make problems disappear before they turn loud. People say if Graveyard is involved, things run smooth or not at all. And if you don’t go looking for him, you’ll probably never notice he’s there Profit in the Absence of Meaning.

  8. We do plan for political roleplay to be purely ingame on RAGE (Minus the paperwork side, which has to be through the forums), though I dont remember in what instance was any sort of political roleplay done through the forums, besides the process of regestering a political party, everything else was fully ingame, minus of course, news or character campaigns which had to be through this forum to ensure full coverage.
  9. My only issue is sessions being held on the forums rather than in-game. It's understandable if you have to do it on the forums if politicians aren't able to log in on time and etc. But it shouldn't be the norm.
  10. As we approach the long awaited relaunch of LSRP: V, The Los Santos City Government is currently seeking dedicated community members to help revitalize political roleplay for the upcoming relaunch of LSRP:V. As faction leadership continues to reshape legal roleplay going into V, your input and assistance are important to us to creating an engaging political landscape. If you are interested in contributing to this goal or want to learn more about available roles, please reach out to @JustSid (Or justsid. on discord) For further information. Moreover, there has been many changes to the municipal system, but we want YOU, the community, to tell us what you feel the Government faction should have, fix, improve on, or ephasize on, you may mention what you really liked about the Govenment faction on SAMP, what you did not like, and how you would like to see the government faction move on forward. (A quick edit, the Government faction has the departments of Code Enforcement, Street Services (Public Works), Coroners, Social Services, Cultural Affairs (Events), and much more planned departments like Port Authority.) Please keep the discussion respectful and on-topic. You can also join the Los Santos City Government faction discord to stay updated to the latest changes and ordinances regarding the City of Los Santos. https://discord.gg/d8Zzd2VA
