God, just stop trying to get into what people RP or not. If you agree with it you just do it, if you don't then don't do it. Of course there should be limits. You would never allow things lie pedophilia, etc. But other than that, fuck. Just let people do their thing. And ID? Like seriously, I just wanna play after a long day or week of work, I ain't trying to join a nightclub. If you wanna use ID for something, ban as well alcohol, drugs and any kind of illegal RP for minors too since you are influencing them by allowing such things.

I truly understood your explanation about Constables and its functions but I also don't see a reason to put it practise. The more we create LEO factions the more we're going to have all these guys pilled inside neighborhoods with 'high crime rate' because even if you guys have a good intention, we all know most of the people playing in LEO's factions wants and likes to interact with illegal factions and not only stay around doing 'soft jobs' and in my opinion that will fuck up the roleplay for illegal factions, especially gangs. I think the effort and the people you would reunite for this would be way better applied inside an already existing faction like PD/SD. It would be way better to have for example, a PD force with a lot of members strategically distributed along the map than 4-5 LEO's factions fighting with each other due to jurisdiction.

I think it is good as it is. As others said, the quiz isn't made to trick you nor anything like that, but to at least see if the applicant has a proper mind-set. We need to consider that between people who have been roleplaying for years, there's also people who never roleplayed and are willing to have this experience and they need to at least have some direction on how things works and the rules, everything else will come with experience. In my opinion, older and experienced roleplayers should be the ones to direct new ones with their experience whenever it's possible. The ones who are coming to troll or whatever will be banned or dealt right away, but for those who're starting, it's a good start.

To be truly honest with you, I think we shouldn't force anything. I think the rule is good and working by the way it is now. But if something like that comes up to discussion in the future, just gave an alternative to be considered.

I do agree with it but in a different way. In my opinion, when it comes to illegal roleplay, factions already have CK permissions for their members, and about wars and everything else, LS-RP has already created and published the rules of engagement for the server that's about to open. Faction leaders and higher ranks are the ones who must guarantee that all the members are strictly following those rules, specially when it comes to wars. More important than win is the roleplay and what that kind of situation provides, so, with that being said, I think that any faction in the server that puts an OOC win above quality in their IC roleplay only for cool death screenshots shouldn't even be around. Now, about being CKd when a cop goes all rambo in a dangerous situation or being CKd in a gang war, while I agree they should be CKd like real life, I don't agree with everything that brings. What I mean is, let's take the PD example. Upon joining the faction, it takes a whole process like going through interviews, applications, academy, etc etc. Or even illegal factions, such as making your IC way into it, it takes time. It takes dedication, and not everyone has that time available to go through it over and over again every time he gets CKd. It gets boring, it gets exhausting and we all have lifes and responsabilities out of the game. Not everyone is willing to start all over again every time. With that, I think we could put something like, if a police officer gets killed, and he's a sergeant for example, he could actually be CKd but instead of losing everything, he could have the opportunity, if he wishes of course, to namechange and restart his rank in the faction instead of going through everything all over again. Same goes for illegal. Ex: Being an OG in a gang, you get CKd and start again as a associate or someway to join once again. I don't know. And if the faction is in a war, he must stay out of it until it's over. But all of that is just an idea. You could have some realistic situation without needing to restart all over again. Some of us just want to have some fun.

I guess my favorite memory of SAMP LS-RP was around around the end of 2009 or the first days of 2010 when I was playing in LSFD (EMT) and I was new in the server, still learning how to RP and how everything worked and when I came down to El Corona I saw that damn huge crowd standing at Idlegas (Southside Locotes) and I was like fuck I want to be part of this, so the next day I just quit FD and went straight down to EC to start RPing with the gang. Made some damn good friends there.
