Remove tapering. As soon as my rewards get tapered when trucking, I immediately exit the server and come online when my reward limit is reset. People are more likely to stay online for longer periods of time if they're being rewarded for doing so, tapering these rewards has the opposite effect.

When I first joined LS-RP SAMP I was too poor to be able to afford a taxi so I rode around LS on a moped claiming to be an Uber driver. After like 50 hours of doing this, I ended up picking up some very nice lady who gave me 40K to buy a taxi of my own.
