El Corona has always been a stronghold for illicit activity, even during the First World War the area was known for not only its roughness but had a reputation for its high poverty rate although residents knew nothing of what was becoming of the neighborhood before the early 1920s. Residents of El Corona became more and more engrossed in ways that friends would come together and defend the area from gangs that were popping up at the time, gangs that included Big Hazard and White Fence but despite these events, the famous Zoot Suit Riots of the 1940s are what shone light on the 38th Street Gang in a way that would change the course of the gangs actions and reputation within Los Santos forever. The Sleepy Lagoon Murder consisted of multiple teenage 38th Street gang members brutally murdering a young boy by the name of Jose Diaz at a water reservoir which was often visited by gang members. 600 Mexican teenagers all over Los Santos were hauled up by LSPD for the heinous crime although eventually 22 members of the 38th Street Gang including some female affiliates were tried and the event would lead to the single largest mass trial on record in San Andreas. From 1999 up until around mid 2019, the 38th Street Gangs impact on the southern side of the city was devastating to not only the local residents but to law enforcement alike as new cliques flagging the neighborhood started popping up within the immediate area. The tiny locotes (TLS) were among the first clickas to originate out of the gang all the way back in the 1920s, now in current times there are over 12 different clickas across three different states all flagging for the same cause. In Los Santos, the 38th Street gang holds 6 sets; Tiny Locotes (TLS), Gardenas Locos (GLS), Krazy Katz (KZK), Tiny Winos (TWS), Pee Wee Gangsters (PWGS) & Tiny Diablas (TDS), each set with their own reputations and input on the lives they live. In 2019 a rival gang; Bounty Hunter Bloods (BHB) took their chances and sparked a war which would end up making national news with a body count of over 30 people over the course of a year, Oscar "Blueboy" Huerta along with other original new generation 38th Streeters at the time including Antonio "Shaggy" Merino, Andres "Casper" Artego, Joshua "Bugs" Pena, Owen "Stomper" Nereyo and the famous Dennis "Creeper" Grajeda engaged deep in the war between the two gangs, often plotting on ways to score points and cleanse the 38th Street flats of blacks. After a long and bloody war between two gangs that lasted almost two years, the 38th Streeters eventually managed to push back and take the flats with force which resulted in a mass shootout within the 38th Street car lot. After taking back control of the flats, another spark ignited only this time it was directed from the Eastside Hustler Crips (EHC). During this time of conflict, the 38th Street Gang were also up against a gang injunction order which made them prone to constant stop and searches and the avoidance of their friends due to the court order; making attacks on rival gangs 10 times as hard.2 points

Hello all, As many of you have already been aware, the staff team has being going through a major restructure recently and in light of that badhbh, Spanion and I have been appointed as Illegal Faction Team Council. We want to be entirely transparent so we're going to explain what has went on in the background, how illegal factions will work between V and SA-MP & the available schemes for both servers. We've been putting in a lot of work behind the scenes for the upcoming SA-MP server release. With a strong team backing us, we're ready to provide even more support for illegal factions across both servers. Our forum section is all set to go and will be up shortly, allowing people to create their faction threads and apply for schemes before the server launches. We've completely overhauled schemes on both platforms to better meet faction needs, based on feedback from faction leaders. Our aim is to offer as much support as possible for both existing and new factions. While we expect many questions about management across both platforms, we want to assure you that we have a dedicated team constantly working on improvements. We're actively engaging in discussions with illegal faction leaders and members to provide the best support we can. Official Faction Reinstatements We have decided to allow factions that were official within 1 year of the SA-MP server's closure to re-apply for their official status. We will be offering schemes to factions, but will be discussed amongst the illegal faction team council on a case-by-case basis. If your faction meets the criteria below, please feel free to fill out an application, and send it to @Helius on behalf of the Illegal Faction Team Council. You can find the application format here. Illegal Faction Team Applications We have reached out on Discord for people that are willing to support the illegal faction team to provide support for factions, liase with faction leadership and partake in active discussions regarding upcoming changes or additions to factions. You can find out more here. We have decided to bring back the public faction team which will allow players to partake in discussions regarding upcoming changes and additions and generally support the faction team to grow and develop further. More information about the public team can be found here. Schemes Schemes have been reviewed in SA-MP, and we've decided to keep the same amount of weapons and drugs for official factions. @Spanionhas estimated and rounded off the amounts that will be given to unofficial faction scheme holders and solo scheme holders. Applications have been opened for official faction applications prior to the release of SA-MP. As for new emerging faction (and old) which didn't hold official status, we'll be opening up the faction schemes and turf map requests a couple weeks post launch of SA-MP, and we will announce when members can apply for the solo related schemes. In terms of how it'll work in-game for faction schemes and solo schemes, our members in the FTC will be passing the allowed amount to the faction leaders per month or bi-weekly if requested, although either option will still amount to the same overall throughout the month. The amount of drugs you will receive will be limited, mainly for the fact that we'd like to focus on giving factions two drugs of their choice. If they require other drugs, they should have the initiative to roleplay with other factions and purchase whatever they require. This way, we hope more factions get extra roleplay as well as interacting with each other in a realistic manner. This will also be the case for solo scheme holders in SAMP. If accepted, you simply need to reach out to FTC and collect your monthly or bi-weekly drop from them every month.1 point

All recruitment as you can imagine will be done In Character and you will be expected to not break any rules, be respectful and dedicated to the faction and your character in it. We understand that not everybody is an expert on gang roleplay and specifically Sureño roleplay but we are an open path for you to learn. We expect you to accept constructive criticism if it's being given to you and for you to engrave your own development path in the faction. The aim of our faction is to create a realistic sureño environment in El Corona. We don't want this to lean towards being a generic faction so we will have our own personal twist. If you've found the thread interesting and want to participate and join us on this journey then we expect you to know that you will have to develop a character and focus on bringing out the realism aspect in the environment. Any information regarding sending CK permission, the faction rules, backstory & more can be found inside the Discord channel which you can join by clicking the interactable image below. If you got any questions or complaints about the faction or its members, don't hesitate to send a forum PM to @risen1 point

Thanks for your question. Houses with existing owners from when the SAMP server shut, will still retain ownership of those houses. However once we open, those players and their assets will be subject to activity requirements (details TBC), meaning that any players who are inactive will at some point have their properties listed for auction, allowing other players the chance to buy them. The prison will be available at launch, yes, as SADCR.1 point
