COMMUNITY AWARDS 2025 The highly requested community awards have finally made a return! This is an old tradition that we used to do on our old forums. With the return of the Community Awards in 2025, we have decided to do things a bit differently from previous years. This time around, if you win a category, you will receive an award badge on your forum profile corresponding to the category that you won. This award badge will remain with your profile forever. In some categories the badge can only be won by one person, whilst in other categories, the corresponding badge can be won and applied to all members of an entire faction or company. This year the community awards isn't just a popularity content (although some categories will still cover this), but we also have categories that are won based on activity stats, such as "Most Active Unofficial Illegal Faction of 2025", or even view counts on videos. Starting today, you will be able to find the Community Awards 2025 survey on the UCP, where you will be able to vote for your top picks for any of the votable categories. You don't need to vote for all categories, but after you click submit, you will be unable to change your votes. If you would like to enter a stat-based category, you will need to fill out the form found near the bottom of this post and send it to @ROZE. Your faction/company and all of it's members will then be eligible to win the award. Some of the stat based categories only consider stats over the next 2 weeks, meaning if you are a new faction/company, you will still have a chance to win. Scrolling down you will be able to find all of the categories for the Community Awards 2025, as well as the corresponding profile badge that can be won. The ability to vote will end on the 23rd of June, 2025, and the winners will be announced and awarded on the 25th of June, 2025. Votes will only be eligible from accounts created before 11/JUNE/2025. BY SIB STAFF / JUNE 08, 2025 SHERIFF WESTBORO PROMOTES COMMANDER GEISBAUER TO DIVISION CHIEF, NOW SERVING AS HIS CHIEF OF STAFF Sheriff Westboro announced the appointment of Robert E. Geisbauer to the rank of Division Chief of the Los Santos County Sheriff’s Department, effective June 2025. Chief Geisbauer, a 30-year veteran of the Department, now leads the Office of the Sheriff, where he is responsible for executive-level coordination of departmental initiatives, strategic planning, and oversight of special projects, in addition to providing direct and ongoing support to the Sheriff. “Chief Geisbauer is a trusted, principled leader whose decades of service and dedication to this Department speak for themselves,” said Sheriff Westboro. “His vision, commitment to integrity, and relentless drive for excellence make him the ideal choice to help lead our agency forward as we continue to serve the people of Los Santos County with transparency, accountability, and professionalism.” Chief Geisbauer’s career in law enforcement began more than 30 years ago with the Los Santos County Sheriff’s Department. He has served in multiple assignments, including Patrol Operations, the Professional Standards Division, and the Administrative Services Division. As Captain, Geisbauer led the Internal Affairs Bureau, where he directed sensitive administrative and criminal investigations and oversaw the Department’s legal arm, the Advocacy Unit. He also served as Coordinator for the Basic Sergeant Supervisory School, modernizing the leadership curriculum and introducing new evaluation models to enhance readiness among first-line supervisors. Promoted to Commander in May 2025, Geisbauer assumed oversight of both the Administrative Services Division and the Professional Standards Division, where he led efforts in departmental training, policy compliance, and ethics oversight. He played a key role in aligning internal accountability with countywide governance and performance standards. Appointed Division Chief the following month, Geisbauer now leads high-level operational planning and the implementation of strategic initiatives in close coordination with the Sheriff. His efforts help ensure the Department remains focused on its mission to protect and serve the community while fostering professional excellence across all levels of the organization. Throughout his career, Chief Geisbauer has emphasized professional ethics, leadership development, and organizational accountability. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Organizational Leadership, is a graduate of POST Command College Class 52, and maintains several advanced law enforcement certifications. Back Like I Never Left After a long time away, Eric found himself back in Ganton the same streets where he used to hustle and built the Trap Clique from the ground up. He knew every alley, every stash spot, and every blind corner like the back of his hand. But this time, he wasn’t coming back to pick up where he left off — he was coming back on a whole different level. Since leaving the hood, Eric had been making moves quietly. He focused on go-fast runs, moving weight quickly and cleanly without leaving a trail. Through these drops, he built connections with solo hustlers and newly formed sets across the city. He kept it low, stayed consistent, and most importantly real. One of those connections, a plug from the east side, stuck with him heavy. The two ran a few deals, made solid money, and built trust. That loyalty meant something to Eric, and it pushed him to help smaller players get on their feet, acting as the main supply line when no one else would. But the real shift came when someone from Eric's past tapped back in an old connect from 2018 who’d been deported to Mexico years ago. The guy had history in LS but was now sitting at the table with some serious people, running weight as part of the Sinaloa Cartel. After reconnecting, they made a deal. The cartel would supply the drugs directly, and Eric would take care of distribution in LS. It was clean. It was profitable. And it was official. Eric reached out to a few of his older clients, letting them know the stock was ready to move. But nobody tapped in no explanation, just silence. Eric didn’t dwell on it. He knew where he stood and what he had. He wasn’t the one missing out — they were. Without wasting time, he set his focus on building new links and locking in tighter relationships with clients who actually moved right. From that point, Eric decided to limit what kind of product he pushed and who got access to it. Some of it he'd move personally, on his own terms, especially through party scenes and nightclubs. He tested the idea by taking a few pills with him to a club one night. Everything moved smoothly no attention, no pressure. Just quiet flips and clean money. It was a reminder: he knew how to move, and more importantly, he knew how to stay under the radar. But he also realized clubs weren’t active every night, and sitting on product for too long increased risk. So he made a decision: post back up in Ganton. The same ground where the Trap Clique was born. He still had the knowledge the routes, the safe spots, the pulse of the area. Now, he was focused on building something stronger: connections based on loyalty, not hype. No more second chances. Anyone who didn’t value what he offered before? They’re off the list for good. And now, with the drug supply secured through the Sinaloa pipeline, Eric has his eyes set on something bigger arms trafficking. He’s slowly working to add gun deals to the table, expanding his role from a local plug to a serious distributor in LS. He’s still running go-fasts, still supporting solo hustlers and sets, but this time with real structure. Real rules. Real moves.
