I'll respond back to this later. I wouldn't throw shade about how people should take my word with a grain of salt and ram down that I was removed for misconduct though, especially given that the motive for releasing information has nothing to do with a removal. My first removal was overturned and was done against Michael's wishes (as well as some leads) and the second was down to allegedly being insulting, coincidentally the same day that I said danut must be delusional for thinking LSRPV had a chance and was not already dead. I'll bounce back in to address points made here and provide a little more insight which was previously left out. It'll be in the evening.

You've got it. I'll reply to this properly in several hours when I've got the time to formulate a proper response, but from skimming through I can assure you I and others are working on and actively pushing a similar (if not the same in areas) agenda. Stay tuned for a reply later on.

October 22, 2024 Related: Russell Muldoon, CEO, Arrested, Muldoon Bros. CEO Guilty, Bail Granted Following the controversial preliminary hearing of one of the CEOs of Muldoon Bros. Transport, a leading figure in the transportation and logistics industry of San Andreas, a spokesperson commenting on behalf of the Muldoon Holdings Board of Directors has released a statement: "We are extremely displeased with the misconduct of Mister Muldoon; we have worked tirelessly with our shareholders, partners and Kenneth [Muldoon] since the events that transpired from Monday evening into the early hours of Tuesday. Given the circumstances and severity of the misconduct, Russell Muldoon will be removed from the company effective immediately. We would like to offer our condolences to anybody who was put under distress due to the events that transpired, as well as the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department". The Board of Directors are permitted to vote on the removal of a founding member or CEO of a company if that person owns less than 51% of shares; in the case of Russell Muldoon, the total shares owned were 35%; this is standard practice for serious forms of misconduct that may potentially affect a company's image and relationships with partners, as well as shareholders and the public alike. Kenneth Muldoon, formerly CEO of Muldoon Bros. Transport and presently CEO of Muldoon Holdings, CEO will maintain his position as a key figure in the transportation & logistics and entertainment industry of San Andreas. We were previously unable to reach Kenneth Muldoon, however following the news of his brother's removal we were successful in making contact. "I do not in any way, shape or form condone the actions of my brother. Business will effectively proceed as usual, with our truck drivers, couriers and mechanics working tirelessly around the clock to meet customer demands. Our expansion into the entertainment industry will also be unscathed by recent events; The Chieftain of Rodeo will continue to operate and we will continue to look at further exploring methods to expand our business efforts. The Muldoon Security Agency is still planned to go ahead in the coming weeks." We also attempted to contact Russell Muldoon, however efforts have been declined by attorney Benjamin Fitzpatrick. Whether this change will have an effect on the industry is yet to be seen, with competitors like Roze Enterprise looking to capitalise and exploit the situation to their advantage.

(( I would just like to note that whilst Russell Muldoon will be removed from his position from an in-character perspective, my involvement with the company out of character will remain intact. The character will also be involved, although more loosely. As always, character development is a key component in roleplay and will continue to be showcased moving forward. The descent of the youngest of the Muldoon brothers has been showcased for some time. ))

October 22, 2024 Related: Russell Muldoon, CEO, Arrested The CEO of Muldoon Bros. Transport, Russell Muldoon appeared at the Los Santos County Court this morning to attend a preliminary hearing. The defendant plead guilty to all three charges that were presented to the court, which were: one count reckless endangerment, one count willfully evading a police officer and one count possession of a Schedule II drug. Muldoon, who has no prior criminal history was set a bail bond of $300,000 and remanded to the San Andreas Department of Corrections shortly thereafter. A spokesperson for Muldoon Holdings has declared that bail has already been posted and will be processed later this afternoon, which could see Muldoon released from custody pending a formal trial hearing the same evening, dependant on staff availability within the correctional facility. The company is said to be conducting its own internal investigation surrounding the conduct of the younger of the Muldoon brothers, which follows from negative press and public reception. Defending Russell Muldoon is Las Venturas based criminal attorney Benjamin Fitzpatrick, who stated, "Russell Muldoon is an upstanding citizen and a prestigious businessman who, along with his elder brother, has created one of the largest transportation and logistic networks in San Andreas. The crimes committed on Monday night, whilst atrocious, have no bearing on my client's capabilities as a businessman." Fitzpatrick, who has previously defended the likes of Los Santos based mob enforcer Raymond Ward, has placed importance on the no contest guilty plea that was entered earlier this morning. Several members of the public were present outside the courthouse this morning demanding that Russell Muldoon be forced to step down by his company's board of directors. We tried to reach out to Kenneth Muldoon for comment on this matter, however were denied to do so.

October 22, 2024 The CEO of one of San Andreas' leading transportation and logistics firms was arrested on October 22 in Flint County. The arrest was made after Muldoon led members of the Los Santos Sheriff's Department and its Special Enforcement Bureau on a high-speed chase through Red County. Also at the scene was the eldest of the two brothers, Kenneth Muldoon, however no charges were filed against him. Earlier that night, at approximately 23:20, the LSSD's Special Enforcement Bureau responded to a distress call involving the discharging of a firearm on Osuna Road, Flint County. When attending the scene members of the SEB attempted to apprehend the suspects who were attempting to flee, however brothers Russell and Kenneth Muldoon made it to the former's 2014 Cadillac Escalade, which led to a high-speed chase lasting fifteen minutes through Red County. Following their arrests, Kenneth Muldoon was released without any formal criminal charges being filed, however the younger Muldoon, Russell, was charged with wilfully evading a police officer, reckless endangerment and possession of a schedule II drug. Upon searching the SUV, also owned by Russell, a .308 CVA Cascade hunting rifle was found in the trunk, as well as a 12 GA 505 Bantam Mossberg. Both of these firearms were legally procured and registered with the Los Santos Police Department's Firearms Licensing Division. The discovery brings into question whether firearms licensing regulations should be reviewed, given a recent significant increase in crimes involving firearms throughout the San Andreas state. Russell Muldoon was also seen to be wearing a denim vest with patches bearing allegiances to the Barons Motorcycle Club, a 1%er club that is believed to be based in Flint County. Several members of the Barons Motorcycle Club have been rumoured to have past ties to the infamous White Knights Motorcycle Club, formerly of Blueberry, Red County. The Los Santos Sheriff's Department have stated that they will be performing an investigation as to whether this was an offence attributed to the group's activities, or a separate incident. A preliminary hearing is set to take place during the early hours of Tuesday morning, where it is expected that bail conditions will be set; the date of the formal criminal trial will be announced thereafter. Muldoon will be kept in custody until then. Several other arrests were made at the scene on Osuna Road, however no formal charges were filed. More details to follow once the preliminary hearing has taken place on the 22nd October at the Los Santos County Court.
