The guy had history in LS but was now sitting at the table with some serious people, running weight as part of the Sinaloa Cartel. After reconnecting, they made a deal. The cartel would supply the drugs directly, and Eric would take care of distribution in LS. It was clean. It was profitable. And it was official.
