i would be down to give pd/sd the power to shut down factions if they were chill it seems fun, but the amount of pg mg and ooc hatred these ppl have is hilarious, u catch them pging and mging often, imagine what happens behind the scenes that u dont know about not saying illegal rpers r angels there r a lot of bad apples too but in summary u cant give anyone such power a lot of ooc hassle and rulebreaking, a case to shut down a faction wouldnt be as simple as u think

The server wasnt as bad as ppl are trying to portray it here. it was better than lsrp before 2021’s closure, there was few pros like the dev team and ifm team (even tho the complaints abt spectre here is valid). I see ppl crying abt both teams here but u will always have crybabies even if ur the most successful, both teams r not the reason for the playerbase drop I cba to write my opinion in details but i think lsrp has done a horrible job with few things 1- marketing 2- new player experience 3- handling their admins and im saying admins not testers (leads+ job) u will always have players leaving the server for million reasons, theres no way to stop it. But what u can do is always bring new players thru marketing and giving new players a good n easy experience to make em stay, but ye samp is old and its a harder job now to do that but u could of done better tbh, but i still know we r not in 2015 where u can easily get new members thru other servers like ngrp pla prrp, etc. its hard now you are alone, but could of done better imo

ima say my opinion, but i have only played lsrp2 for 2-3 weeks cuz im busy irl, so i might be wrong im a guy who always complained abt lsrp1 on the forums all day back then, im a crybaby, BUT i think lsrp2 is way better, from the experience of the 2-3 weeks i have played on. why? -u can see few devs coding now and u can see frequent updates, back then it was only 1 dev who would write 1 line of code every month -ooc gun sales used to be biggest issue in the illegal scene, but now i can see that they made gun schemes easier for unofficials. how is this better? cuz back then rpers could never find a gun thru rp, they just needed ooc connections, now they can apply for the scheme i guess... but ooc gun selling will never stop and lets be real, theres no way to stop it, but u can see the issues that it does and minimize em -i see factions r able to get free houses now which is nice, i see roe getting discussed n changed few times after community feedbacks and other stuff maybe that i dont remember and tbh i expected the server to die after a month or 2 and a lot of ppl did, but its still alive so but AY not everything is nice, there r still admins in the staff team that r dumb and abusive. some of them give me the vibe that they dont care cuz samp will die anytime soon anyways so they do w/e tf they want but if im going to give lsrp1(not the golden era ofc, golden era was 10/10) 5/10, ima give this 7.5/10 edit: also back then when ppl complained abt the server (like me), they had solid points that u can never argue against, but now when ppl complain, their points are weak n easily argued against but still the server is far away from perfection, theres a big room for improvement

sounds like a very good idea, however imo having 1 rp hub might be a problem, we should have 2 if the server playerbase lets us. 1 for illegals n dmers, and 1 for karens n mallrats any server has both type of players and its good to keep them both so we can have 2 places like on samp, idlestacks and the mall having illegals and legals in one place will be a problem

i agree with this fully and thats my thoughts on the case too we have alrdy tried making guns hard to get on lsrp samp in its last few years and it was shit and it made the server ass 1- no1 could take an L so they dont lose their guns, reports every minute, me myself used to report on lsrp samp every minute so i can get a refund for the gun that was hard to obtain (petty reports just to get the situation voided) 2-p2w mentality as u mentioned 3-all guns will be sold thru ooc deals. Ooc deals existed and will exist forever theres no way to stop it, but if guns r easy to get then no one will ooc deal or it will be way less cuz whats the point? Its easy to get, but if guns r hard to get everyone will save their guns to sell for their ooc homies and the rpers who wanna obtain it icly will find nothing, im speaking from a wide experience on this matter

I haven't read the whole post as I am busy, so I don't know what's the purpose of these questions... but I will answer your questions from my perspective until now. Why you shoot at a cop? Till now, I haven't shot a cop but I am thinking to start doing it. Why? Because a lot of traffic stops end up with the cop asking to frisk me for no reason, and I would have a gun on me. It's kinda annoying to get asked to be frisked for no reason. You might be a good apple who wants to roleplay and shit, but you for sure have members who all they want is shootouts and pursuits, and they try to provoke it. Also, sometimes a player would straight shoot you up because he knows you are going to call backup and ask to frisk him, so he chooses to kill you before the other arrives... well it's DM, but... it's frustration/hatred between police and illegal RPers sometimes, so players would risk the admin jail. Why you evade a peace officer? Same for the above, I have evaded few times because the cop wants to frisk me over a traffic stop. Why you attack a rival faction? Gang beef... depending on the escalation... can be thousands of reasons. Why you engage yourself in illegal activities? Legal RP is boring to me. Illegal RP doesn't mean shootouts only, but yeah. I do love shootouts and I like engaging in them, but I don't go around shooting random cops for petty reasons, but as I said, I might start doing it because I get asked to be frisked for no reason a lot, and it's kinda frustrating. How you will get away by shooting & evading? Most of the times, you will eventually get caught shooting at a cop. Sooner or later. That's why I don't prefer it, but sometimes you have to, so you don't lose your gun to a provoker cop. How you will attack a rival faction to properly evade it afterwards without being shot back by cops who will get on the scene? Just do a quick hit and don't chase people. On other RAGEMP text servers, I don't get caught by doing that. But on LSRP, most of the times you will get caught because a lot of cops around Davis/Rancho area anyways. So it's kinda hard not to get caught. How will you sell drugs without being caught? I don't sell drugs anymore. It's kinda dead because they don't give HP and barely anyone RPs an addict, so right now, it's pointless. No one is buying. Did you give the proper chance on the other side to realize your character is under the influence of something which results to excessive behavior? I don't get it. I think they should add a rule that you are not allowed to shoot at a cop for a petty reason, BUT at the same time add that you can't frisk someone for no reason. Asking to frisk for your "safety" over a t-stop is just dumb. You can just give the driver the ticket and leave. Like... most cops take your license first then ask to frisk so they would have your information when you evade/shoot. Well, they can just give you the ticket and leave?

i haven't been affected negatively by the police so far (im still level 2, havent played much) but tbh it looks dumb asf that i see more cruisers than i see normal civilian cars. yesterday i checked... and it was 30 cops on 100 players, isnt this too much and the fact that they r all saturated in davis... shit just doesnt look like real life, seeing more cruisers than normal cars feels like u are playing crazybobs cops and robbers 😁 it just looks retarded and funny as fuck imo. i think this will be fixed when we have more players rp around the map, prob rn all cops are in davis bcuz theres nothing else to do so they be on gangs dick... i havent seen in any rp server in my life this cops to civs/crims ratio in davis tbh, im not even pissed rn cuz i havent been affected by it but just my opinion
