09. Lsrp gonna have its own old persons home at this rate!

I think he was put in the GOAT conversation simply because many GOAT managers were heavily influenced by him during their come up. If you're basing GOAT status on trophies etc, it certainly isn't him - I think its more just everyone has the upmost respect for him, from players to managers etc.

I think Biesla did get through to the players at the start because his philosophy worked - managers hadn't played against that kind of football before (or at least often) so we were able to use that to our advantage and preformed well. The issues came when he didn't adapt. Managers knew what we were going to do, so other teams knew how to cut us open - and with some calibre of players we have, it made us concede 3+ and lose often. His ignorance to his type of play is what killed us this season - although I am hoping recent results keep us up under Jesse. Rumours circulated that a group of our players had went to Biesla during a bad run of games and wanted a meeting with him in regards to tactics and changing things up because they were sick of how easy we were to beat - and again, he done nothing. So I wouldn't be surprised if he lost the dressing room a bit, was clear to me how happy the players were meeting Jesse in the very first video put out on the official Leeds pages - they were happy to see change. Saying that, Leeds will never not appreciate Biesla for what he done for the club, he made loads fall back in love with it, reunited a city and brought the spark back - so regardless of what happened this season, he'll be praised forever. I'd honestly expect some sort of memorial. I'm super happy with how we are playing under Jesse, was proper sceptical at first- but I am warming to him, think he's solid.

Yes. He was going to go in the end of the season anyway, regardless of if our fans wanted it or not. Jesse is doing well and he's getting through to the players, alongside building their confidence again as it was completely gone towards the end of Biesla. Would love him to still be involved in the club somehow, just because of everything he done for us.

You're absolutely right I wanted to give up, felt like all the effort was for nothing sometimes, although in the same mindset, I can't put 6 years into something and not get the result I want - so the grind continues! We're doing decent in CS right now yeah. We plan to be competing in COD, League of Legends and a few more coming into 2022 (currently off season for most scenes and a lot of the players are on breaks). Appreciate your kind words, keep an eye out for the org in the big scene - I'll be sure to comment back here when we're making moves!

Valorant is a great game, can only see it getting more popular throughout the upcoming years. Riot know what they're doing. Running an esports org is difficult man, it is a lot of voluntary work with the hopes of one day doing it as your full time job. I've been in the scene for around 6 years now, used to own an organisation called Mythos (twitter.com/MythosGamingLtd) and now I run an esports organisation which is the collaboration of two called Belfast Storm (twitter.com/BelfastStorm). It's a really fun scene, but expensive and a lot of risk and reward. We recently acquired a sponsorship of a local internet provider, so it is making things a lot easier. Hoping I can do esports as my full time job within the next year or two. Yeah I tend to watch a majority of majors myself. Used to be a huge fan of CS but not really recently.

Any esports fans here? I enjoy watching League of Legends, CSGO, Valorant and COD mainly. Also have a team competing in the above, currently help run an esports organisation.

Yeah, you said it. I've a folder with loads of old memories of the 2016 era, some really were amazing. I'm looking forward to the old forums being accessible again because some stuff on there is golden.

Most realistic gang to cop RP I ever had, was great fun. Shit was done right.

Just as long as it doesn't get forgot about. Too many memories and work on them.
-
Ahh, the times we had, some of the memories are great! So good to see you still around after all this time. Thank you a lot! Appreciated man.

How people grind skills like that is beyond me. Like if you've 99 agility I just don't understand how you have the mental capacity to even do that.

Access to the old one somewhere.

Honestly really like the MP for Vanguard, I'm really enjoying it so far and hope they bring out a decent league play/ranked system. As for zombies, haven't played much myself but all reviews I've seen have been horrible.
-
Yeah, I was for a while actually - really enjoyed it. Appreciate you.

When I wanted to get back into OSRS it was the first thing I done, set a goal to hit minimum stats for all quests then complete them all - was really fun and got me hooked again lol
