As someone mentioned above, people see the "past" versions of LSRP thru rose tinted glasses. DM squads were rampant and stacks was a hot mess. Main thing I think should be tweaked is "death threats" being a viable reason to murder, most of us are aware that when someone says "I'll kill you" but have no reason to kill is a free pass to shoot someone with no repercussions.
