Character Creation System Suggestion

Having the character creation system can lead to a lot of abuse in my opinion so I'd say it's best to leave it to customizing your character only when you make it - this way players can make sure they're happy with the creation they make at their first login. -

Some of these were already showcased and should be approved in-game at some point.

Like everyone else said, it's an IC issue. However, personally I'd like to see it kept legal due to the fact that it can still be used as a racket. The server lore is placed in 2023, gambling is pretty much legal everywhere, I don't see a reason to change it other than your obvious suggestion of it benefiting illegal rackets.
