  1. Howdy gamers, Today marks an incredible milestone for our community - Los Santos Roleplay is now eighteen years old. That’s old enough to vote, drive, purchase alcohol in most of the world (shout-out US of A), or take out a an unfavorable loan to finance a vehicle that’ll drop in value by half the moment you drive it off the lot. Yay! Around this time last year, when LS-RP was turning 17, we re-released our San Andreas Multiplayer server. Although it’s been a whirlwind of a year since then, I must say re-launching SA-MP has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made - which is something to say, considering I was adamantly against it until last minute. I feel our unsuccessful effort to transition into GTA V throughout 2023-2024 humbled us a lot. We learned a great deal about our approach to the community and how to prioritize our efforts so they’re as impactful as they can be. I’ve said this before, but I can’t overstate how happy I am with the place LS-RP is in currently. Not without flaws for sure, however after years of looking at descending trendlines, barring the occasional boost (RAGE launch, SA-MP relaunch), we’re finally seeing organic, steady growth month over month, for the past half year or so. A statistic that keeps surprising me every time I remember it is that over half of the players who play our SA-MP server today have never played LS-RP before we relaunched the SA-MP. That really goes to show this platform is still thriving and gives us the drive to continue improving it for a long time to come. Credit where credit is due, none of this would be possible without the amazing staff we have, and the passionate, engaged community which keeps pushing the envelope year by year, and day by day. So shout-out to all of you, and an even louder shout-out to people who refuse to simply embrace the status quo but instead choose to actively look for ways how to improve the community and our servers. I do my best to surround myself with people like that, as comfort and complacency are my (and LS-RP’s) worst enemies. To bring you some RAGE updates - we’re currently working on the last few features to finish before relaunch. We’ll be integrating the new Insider scheme shortly as we enter a testing phase to make sure all the features our RAGE team has worked on tirelessly for the past year work well. I’m stoked to show you some of the features and mechanics we came up with. There’s so much more I want to say in regards to RAGE, however as I mentioned a good few times previously, I’ve learned from my mistakes and I won’t speak on them too soon. But we’re close. Very close. Birthday Giveaway To celebrate LS-RP turning 18, we’re also giving away a month of free Premium membership to 18 of our players. Each hour spent in-game between 17th of May 2025 00:00 GMT+1 and 31st of May 2025 23:59 GMT+1 including, translates into 1 ticket for the giveaway. The more tickets you collect, the better chance of winning you have! Winners will be drawn on June 1st, 2025. We restrict the right to remove a player from the giveaway pool at our discretion, for example but not limited to if evidence is found of abusing the system to avoid AFK kicks, excessive AFK kicks, or if the player is banned at the time of drawing. No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway, as LS-RP is free to play. Premium members do not receive preferential treatment during drawing. All players, including staff members have equal probability of winning per amount of tickets collected. Happy birthday, LS-RP, here’s to another 18!

  2. I'm happy to say what I think needs to change to see an improvement in the player base. 1. Removal of "Education over Punishment" Right now there is an expectation that admins educate over punishing. Meaning a player can DM someone 2/3 times before we enter the space of actually being able to issue a light punishment. When I returned to the staff team and saw this, I was shocked! This is why we lost the standards and went from a "Heavy roleplay Server" and entered the realms of being more like a Cops & robbers server which is probably the best way to describe the current state of the community. I have standards, and luckily I have a set of rules which I used to govern. - I don't follow this rule, I never have and quite frankly I never will. I am all up for helping someone understand where they have gone wrong and explain to first time offenders, but if I think (On the balance of probabilities) deliberately broken a rule, you're being punished for it. I owe this standard to the rest of the community that uphold the rules, play fair and want to get on with their roleplay. I know what its like to be roleplaying with your mates, and to have a dumb ass come up to you trying to provoke you to desperately try provoke a reaction to justify pulling a gun and engaging in a shootout. It ruins everything and creates the very situation we're in. (Barely any street level gang roleplay.) 2. Removal of Inactive and Idle Administrators & Testers We have a large amount of inactive and completely Idle Administrators and Testers that are retaining their positions for absolutely no reason. I am all for people having breaks and having real life priorities however a large percentage have been on absence for months on end. And for the Admins I will break that down for you guys to understand in a more granular detail. We have too many Admins in key positions who are Idle holding their areas hostage over the title but don't want to actively work for it. Lead Admins: 7 Of the 7 admins, only 2 (28% activity) have been active in-game. (I acknowledge there's stuff behind the scenes, but your core function is to Lead Administrators, and you can't do that unless you're in-game.) Senior Admins: 11 Of the 11 admins, only 4 (36% activity) have been active in-game. Some haven't logged on in months at all. (One hasn't logged on the forums since October!) Game Admins: 16 Of the 16 admins, only 5 (31% activity) have been active in-game. (To be considered "Active" you must have a minimum of 30 hours spent IG per month. For context, some admins peak at 180 hours a month.) So when you look at the above figures for admins you have 11 active admins providing the community with 24 hours coverage 7 days a week. What this creates is admins becoming burnt out because they're carrying more work loads, people becoming unmotivated as a result of a lack of support, and this results in the figures dropping even more. I dread to think the state of the activity leading up to the new year. These 11 active admins are the same ones processing your player reports, refund requests, house changes, ban appeals and just about everything else on the forums! We're too afraid to loose inactive admins because "What does that fix?" it shows there's a consequence for not being active and pulling your weight, it allows space for development for those who are active to develop further into the admin team. It encourages growth and development for everyone. (Chain effect all the way down which in turn allows us to give a better service to our customers who are our community. 3. Faction Management I will be honest with this point, I do not see Illegal Faction Management as a functional service as it stands. It is not representative of the community, and rather a small circle that operates around it. You have so many voices in the illegal factions world that are experienced, giving the IFM the very solutions to the problems we're facing and instead of gripping onto those solutions and running with them to implement nothing is being done. Or we're shutting them down on the spot. There are Official Factions that went inactive after a week of getting it, remove them and make space the the numerous other factions that are absolute gems within the community. This needs to be done because once the illegal factions give up in their pursuit you'll have PD pursuing SD until one of the two decide to give up. Urgent and drastic leadership changes are needed in order to preserve the future of the illegal scene. I personally have been so put off from continuing my illegal roleplay knowing it will never lead anywhere. 4. Legal Faction Management One of the most catastrophic mistakes was the decision to move LFM from a full time person and move it under operations with no oversight from an experienced LEO role-player. Why a LEO role-player? The two biggest legal factions are PD and SD, and a great deal surrounds the two. Instead the role was merged across the responsibility of two people, one being the head of Illegal Factions - a clear conflict of interest. There is a huge issue with activity around the leadership of many of these legal factions and I have seen in the recent days a series of poor decisions being made about leadership changes. Faction Leaders need to be active in order to drive the faction, maintain and uphold standards and again provide the player base with a level of service! - Some days the server has 100+ players with 1 or 2 LEO's on, where is the realism in that? You then speak to the factions, and the response is, If faction management can't be asked why should I? Then you get nothing short of civil war on the server. Legal and Illegal factions are the most important entities on this server, and we're getting it so incredibly wrong. In both PD and SD we have absolutely exceptional leaders who aren't being given opportunities to lead simply because they're vocal and active and threaten the inactive leadership by outshining them, so instead of promoting them to run and help out, we're seeing them be supressed and ostracised to keep them at bay in order to safeguard certain individuals positions. Legal Faction Management needs to be owned by a Lead Admin that has experience in either PD or SD as a leader that can give them the full time attention they need, this doesn't mean dictating, this means obtaining feed back from the faction members, giving and equipping them to succeed. Right now we're seeing the polar opposite. 5. Pandering to the toxic few. There's a certain few individuals who keep popping up within these chats (Ban Evading) may I add who offer nothing of any value at all, and we're allowing their opinions and voices to plague and curtain the true issues we need to be addressing on this community. Some of these who I won't bother naming have been banned for a while for gross breaches of rules in-game and on the forums. Stop pandering to them and ignore their moot opinions. Finally my message to the community, a shit ton of effort goes into this community by Martin and Michael (prior to his departure) and I stand firmly beside Martin with this. He often is called lazy and that he doesn't care or he's not invested and simply wants money out of this etc etc...I've heard it all. I will defend him till kingdom come. I know how much he invests and how much he injects into this community to keep it running and he is let down by some of his staff, but also a community have a significant part to play here as well. Stop the toxicity, accept it will never be like 2015 or whatever era exists as being the golden age for LSRP for you, we're in 2024 going on 2025 and we're pushing through during different and challenging times around the world. For many this is a get-away from reality. Acknowledge the effort going into the community, appreciate the little things and be constructive and productive about the future of the community. Remember, pressing the red button and switching the community off once more is an easy option - we need to keep fingers away from that and start collectively driving this forward. If anyone has been offended (Staff or otherwise) by anything I have said, tough luck if the shoe fits lace that bitch up and own it. I own my flaws, and I will work on them but I will never give up on this community. Eren.

  3. Hey all, I hope the start of the spring term is bringing out everyone's good moods now we're coming out of the gloomy rainy weather. We've got quite a bit to get through for this update, so stick around and have a good read through. First and foremost I'd like to share some positive stats; our SA-MP server has been doing very well in the last few months which can also be seen in the time spent in-game and the average peaks we reach every day. Just for comparison, here's two graphs showing the total playtime and peaks evolving over the last ~3 months: Happy to see it! I'll say the vibes both in-game and within the community just feel much more healthy and positive than they did come end of last year. I've to say I'm happy with where the community is headed in general. Private Skins Last week we launched a long-requested and anticipated premium feature: Private Skins. You can now upload your own skin mod (.dff and .txd) to use on the SA-MP server. Everyone will see your skin in-game! To request a Private Skin, head over to the UCP > Premium Central > Private Skins. We implemented a strict approval process to make sure silly skins don't get in-game (you MAY see me in a Mr. Bean skin on admin duty, sorry immersion frogs). We will only approve skins that are appropriate and do not break any server rules. We also intend on this being an exclusive feature, since we don't want everyone on the server having to download hundreds of unused private skins when they log in. You can read the Private Skin Rules here. Illegal Faction Team Update We'd like to start be announcing the return of The Bellantonio Crime Family as an official faction once again. Some of you may be aware that Bellantonio have had their fair share of issues in the past, however they've worked tirelessly to produce high quality roleplay for the server ever since. Following several months of candidacy, we're happy to announce their return - Welcome back! 🦊🍷 Further to this, to shed some light on a recent post which had an effect on Official Factions in general. Stockpiling has become quite a serious issue which the Illegal Faction Council are taking steps to resolve. This month, Official Factions were subject to an In-Character event which has been implemented in collaboration with PD & SD leadership in order to provide roleplay for everyone involved rather than implementing these restrictions as an OOC measure. Moving forward, Official Factions (and scheme holders) will be subject to limited amounts of weapons through their warehouses and schemes. We understand almost everyone, including the general playerbase, has incredible stashes from pre-closure of SAMP however this has been compounded by the fact that warehouses are still available to Official Factions, leading to these stashes growing instead of depleting over recent months. Moving forward, warehouse access and logs will be under scrutiny from the Illegal Faction Council as we hope to achieve some reduction in stockpiling, and improve the flow of guns throughout the server. Following feedback from our Illegal Faction Team, we're also working on increasing the weapon price agreement. Right now, weapons are being bought at very low profit margins and sold on by the buyers for ludacris prices. The increase in the weapon agreement only applies to Official Faction & Scheme Holders to allow them to reap actual benefit from the sale of weapons. This is subject to review/change and will be closely monitored and enforced by the Illegal Faction Team & Council. This will be announced once the figures are finalised. Schemes: Illegal Faction Team have been working hard on a number of things throughout this month. In December-January, a number of schemes were put on the back-burner as adjustments were required before they could reopen. Drug Scheme, Strawman Scheme, Melee Scheme and Turf Requests have all been assigned a new 'Head of' each respective scheme. Drug Scheme and Strawman for both faction and solo roleplayers have opened this month, and accepted candidates have been selected and set up. We hope to regularly open these schemes moving forward to keep rewarding players for showcasing high quality roleplay, and activity on the server. We've also been working with @Rye and @Scumpy who oversee Scenario Scheme applications, and have introduced a new use for the scheme as a temporary measure in place of scripted drug manufacturing. Players who are approve in their application can now roleplay the manufacturing of crack cocaine and through the scheme, an admin will then reward them with crack in place of their cocaine. Our Scenario Schemes are extremely flexible, and we'll always do our best to try to support those who apply for it. If you have an idea you believe the Scenario Scheme can help with, please feel free to apply. For more information, please click here. Drug Decay: Drug decay is back by popular demand! We announced this approximately two weeks ago, and allowed for a two week grace period before the decay kicks in. As of 29 March 2025, decay is live - while IFC & the general community would've preferred for all stashes from prior to the server closing would be wiped/depleted significantly, this isn't something that the script can necessarily identify. Drug decay can be managed dynamically in-game, and we'll be closely monitoring the effects and strength of decay on drugs of all kinds throughout the server. For more information regarding decay and the drug system, click here. Illegal Faction Team: We've decided to reopen Illegal Faction Team applications this week. While we're still very focused on improving the illegal faction scene for our SAMP server. We've also been making alot of progress alongside our Development Team on RAGE/LSRP:V. @Dos Santos as previously mentioned in our last update is very much invested in RAGE and we'd like to appeal to anyone with an interest in supporting LSRP:V to reach out to any member of the Illegal Faction Council with an expression of interest. Interest in RAGE/LSRP:V is not necessary however, if you'd like to work with us on SAMP, please feel free to apply too as we're always looking for dedicated and active members to support our SAMP server. If you'd like to apply for Illegal Faction Team, please click here. Mapping Team Update Our Mapping Team have been hard at work for the last month or so bringing some updates to existing maps at request of factions in different parts of the map, we are currently in a testing phase and expect to see them in game very soon. Our mapping team is more active than ever, if you have anything you feel would bring a well needed update to the map then please don't hesitate to reach out to the Mapping Team Leader @Fiellavin. Below are some examples of the maps coming: Event Team Update March has been a successful month for our Event Team, we've held some large scale events, some of the ones that are memorable are the St Patricks Day Event and the most recent Flexing Loud Festival. We saw massive turn outs for both of these events and the other ones held within the community. These would not be possible without our Events Team, if you're interested in bringing new ideas forward then please reach out to @JustSid if you're interested to join, below are some images from the above events. Staff Update March has been a very good month for the community as a whole, consistently reach high numbers of players on our server. But with an increase number of players we received an even larger increase of work for that the staff team work on and plow through each and every month, before I move on and share promotions within the team I want to share some of the key stats: There were a total of 3418 reports handled There were a total of 3382 help requests handled There were a total of 17 refund requests handled There were a total of 63 forum reports handled There were a total of 305 character applications handled This is just a small insight to what our staff team have to deal with a monthly basis while also indulging in their own roleplay and positions they are in, whether it be faction, companies and more. I want to give them a massive shoutout and thank you. The number of applications coming through is great to see and I want to give a warm welcome to the new players in our community, I hope our team is welcoming and provides the best possible experience for you! Moving on, congratulations to our newly promoted staff members: Senior Admin Lemon Trainee Admin demigod — alooshy

  4. Was asked to put my 2 cents in, so here goes. If you know me, you’ll know that my dedication to LSRP since relaunch (and for the last 14 years really) has been pretty strong. This changed in August this year. I was consistently doing the most in game reports, the most refund requests, the most insert menial task here, etcetera, all while leading a sub team and doing general admin shit on the side. My demotivation and burnout slowly started to set in because of a few things, I’m not going to name any names but if you know, you know. I don’t want this to be a bashing post, just a post from the heart. Bear in mind I’ve not touched LSRP really since August at this point. I’m going to say a majority of the admin team done absolutely fuck all to support others who actually cared about the community, whether this be in game reports or whatever. There was lead admins in game who would make a mockery of player reports in /a instead of actually dealing with them whilst I’m trying to deal with 2 reports and a refund at the same time, just to try and restore some faith in the team that were not lazy bastards and reports do get handled. My report statistics confirm this. I slowly got sick of this. Actually no, I quickly got sick of it. The knock on effect there is that why should I be bursting my balls while these guys sit in the same or higher positions than me whilst not giving a singular fuck, or abusing their positions to win RP situations and break rules and hack (I’m looking at you Xanakin, happy to name him as this is historic at this point) I then decided ok I’ll try help out in other ways. I joined the dev team and began writing and modifying scripts, ONLY based off of player suggestions. In my mind, doing what the players WANT was the right thing to do (within reason). The first “big feature” I worked on was company system enhancements, primarily company chat. I had most of the scripting done to then be let down like a Japanese pilot in the 40’s. I was simply told “nah FTC said no” this booked my piss and I argued and argued for it until they were basically told it’s happening whether you like it or not. This of course put a sour taste in my mouth too. The final straw for me which started my extensive absence was a result of a staff report, made against me by a lead admin at the time who didn’t like me because I publicly shamed him for his laziness every chance I could get. I got on one night after a few drinks and dealt with an admin sit (because would you look at that, the reporter didn’t bother to accept the report). Resolved the report pretty simply, all was good. The player who was reported was logging off and messing around so I chugged his ass into the dirt, revived him, refunded his weapon and that was that. No harm done, just a bit of fun! I find out the next day that I was going to be removed from the staff team for this ONE incident, despite me being the most active contributor (statistically) to the community at the time. This really set me off and I don’t think I’ve logged in to this day. I’ve really been trying to regain my spark for it but whenever I open up the SAMP client I take a totally legally acquired Xanax because I just can’t face it right now. The players for the most part are cool as fuck and you know who you are, but some of you are absolutely insufferable and I think you need a reality check. as those who have resigned have said, nothing is ever good enough. We could script the cure for cancer and someone would complain “but what about cerebral palsy?!” just my two cents, or dollars. Rambled on a bit here but here’s where I’m at right now. This isn’t a resignation, but just an explanation for my absence. I do love this place, but shit has to change and I’m not just talking about staff/management. I really do want this place to succeed man. Get a grip, everyone.

  6. Hello everyone, Welcome to the December Community Update. We're entering the last month of a year that has overall been a very good one for LS-RP. The return of SA-MP gave our community a much needed breath of fresh air, and it allowed us some time to step back and reflect on what we really want to do next. It's not quite the time to look back yet so I'll save all of that for the End Of Year update, but this year we decided to make it easier than ever to look back — we'll be doing a "Your year on LS-RP" (think Spotify Wrapped, etc) so that's something to look forward to. Keeping up with the End Of Year theme and the spirit of holidays, I want to encourage everyone to start decorating their houses with outside furniture for the season. If you're unable to do this for whatever reason worry not, we'll be allowing for holiday decoration submissions soon, available for personal properties, businesses, factions and companies. Keep your eyes peeled! LS-RP Christmas Giveaway '24 And finally, to celebrate this years' holidays and give back to the community, we're holding a prize giveaway for all of our players. The prize pool consists of Gift Cards in total value of 800 EUR! On December 25th, we'll be giving out: Prize #1: 5 Gift Cards of 50 EUR each Prize #2: 10 Gift Cards of 25 EUR each Prize #3: 15 LS-RP Premium Credit packages of 2500 Credits each Upon winning, you can choose any widely available Gift Card of your liking (Steam, Amazon, etc). As long as we can purchase it directly, you can have it! To read more about the giveaway, how to enter, and its rules, please visit: LS-RP Christmas Giveaway 2024 - Los Santos Roleplay. Faction Updates Faction Team Public We've recently revamped FTP to improve its functionality for the greater FT. The FTP is a great avenue to get in touch with the FT and voice your opinions, whether you're a seasoned veteran or a player just getting the ropes of things. It is a team designed for people to voice their concerns and partake in discussions without the stringent experience requirements of FT. If you're interested in joining the faction team and seriously impact the server's infrastructure, FTP is a great way to prove yourself. We're actively on the lookout of members that possess a sound acumen when it comes to the illegal mechanism, and FTP is somewhere you can demonstrate it in the best possible way. Please reach out to @Scumpy for all queries related to FTP. Barons Motorcycle Club I'd like to announce and congratulate Barons Motorcycle Club on reaching official status! Barons Motorcycle Club is an outlaw organized motorcycle club primarily based within Flint County, San Andreas. The establishment of the club was primarily based on a late succession from the defunct White Knights Motorcycle Club, which involved core past members of said club alongside newer faces to reunite under a new banner yet following their same outlaw ideology. Over an extensive period after first settling on the Flint-Whetstone highway, Barons had rapidly expanded its presence within the Flint County and Whetstone regions whilst primarily associating with other organizations and motorcycle clubs alike within the Los Santos city limits. - Spectre, Faction Team Council Faction Team Council I'd also like to congratulate @Klag for advancing into the Faction Team Council! He's now joining Spectre and badhbh in the council to help facilitate a fair and supportive ecosystem for the illegal factions on the server. I have personally taken an interest in illegal factions recently and will be working with the council closely to address some of the concerns that have been raised by the faction team, and illegal faction players recently. As always, communication is key, so if you've anything to bring up to the council or me directly, please create a ticket in the Factions Discord, and if necessary, escalate to me directly. As an example, we'll be trying to provide a more robust pipeline for factions to add custom maps into the server; even if they can't procure the maps themselves. We're adding 4 new mappers today to help us with that! Staff Updates & More Now, onto the Staff Update. Congratulations to our newly promoted staff members ... Senior Admin jungsaeo Trainee Admin n0de101 Senior Tester consistency And congratulations to the new mappers! Mapper peculata - Ricta - ganchew - Leg4nd114 As you may remember, a few updates ago we introduced a new role to the staff team; the Head of Player Experience. This role is supposed to bridge the gap between the player base and the staff teams, mainly the development team. This will help us understand the needs of the community better and translate that into a list of priorities for the teams to work on. Having an individual responsible for this is crucial so that nothing falls through the cracks. The position solidified and integrated more recently, and given its importance and wide reach across the staff team, we made this a lead position. There are two HOPE positions, one for SA-MP and one for our RageMP server (more on that later). So congratulations to our two new leads: Lead Admin ROZE Head of Player Experience (SA-MP) Lead Admin Helius Head of Player Experience (RageMP) I honestly can't find more fitting candidates for both of those roles, so I'm really excited about this setup. Also shoutout to risen, who was promoted to a Lead Admin just days after last month's announcement: Lead Admin risen Head of Testers Now you might be asking - RageMP? Is this still a thing? Yes. We've (when I say we, mostly a taskforce consisting of Helius, danut, and Conor) gone and looked back at our stint with RageMP last year and tried to learn from our mistakes why the server didn't work out as we might've hoped it would. We've learned a lot from the community and staff feedback, and are working on a plan to bring the server back to thrive. This takes some time as it involves quite a lot of further development, economy overhaul, factions overhaul, marketing and more. We aren't quite ready to share more details just yet, but we've several developers whose main interest is the RageMP platform and when I say they're cooking, they're cooking. Big ups for the group for not giving up on the project and bringing my morale back into it. Anyway more on that later, as I said, lots of work to do still and I don't want to get everyone excited too early. Considering danut's endless efforts with the project and continuous work on the gamemode ever since joining the team, I'm excited to announce he'll be taking a role of a Lead Developer on RageMP! I've no doubt that with his and Helius' effort as the HOPE for the project, we'll be able to see it really succeed. Lead Developer danut Lead Developer (RageMP) In the SA-MP department, we're working on the next juicy update to bring you. Make sure to cast your vote at the Feature Voting on the UCP as we use it to influence priorities. There's a lot of big things on the list, so they take time to implement, but every vote matters. Currently the two big things we're working on is the Thief/House Burglary revamp (see #snippets on Discord!) and Premium/Custom Skins feature to let players add their own skin to the game. Note from ROZE re. marketing: We have noticed that new players are being retained on the server pretty well now, we've had a lot of new people join and stick around, often logging hundreds of hours. As we're now in a comfortable position to retain new players we will be taking a more in-depth look at marketing. We recently spoke to several new players to gain feedback about how they found LS-RP, and we have also reached out to some content creators in order to get feedback on how we can better work with them to create a system where we can get a constant stream of publicity and 2-way support. On top of this, we are also looking at the possibilities of being put back onto the server browser. That's it from me for today! I hope you all are able to enjoy the holiday season (or suffer through it, at least, shoutout to fellow season depressos iykyk). We've a few things prepared to make the season on LS-RP festive, so join us and let's enjoy the game together. - Martin

  8. Hi everyone, In a flash August is over! We're thrilled to share updates regarding what has been happening across the community. Ranging from Illegal Faction Team updates to our Staff Update. One thing I've personally enjoyed over the past month from the community is the increase in the number of media outlets and content from the streets of Los Santos. If you haven't seen the articles yet, you can see them in the Internet subforum, amongst many other things others are up to. Without further ado, our September Community Update: Illegal Faction Team It's been another terrific and productive month for the Illegal Faction Team. We've brought on a number of new members to the Illegal Faction Team following recent LOI's being submitted and reviewed, we're grateful to have had so many veteran applicants to eager join the team. We've been busy hounding developers with script ideas to help improve realistic roleplay around the server and offer different avenues to conduct certain things. I won't tease anything just yet, but be sure to look out for any new features coming soon! We'd personally like to thank the developers that are assisting us and allowing the teams members to engage in thoughtful discussions that could improve the server. A friendly reminder that all of the schemes that we offer are open, if you believe these interest you and want to see if you fit the requirements please check out the posts here: As some may be aware, Barons Motorcycle Club was locked and archived this month alongside Serbian Transnational Criminal Organisation (STCO). We'd personally like to thank every member and leader of these factions in their efforts to provide the server with high quality roleplay. They've both made a huge impact on the server during their time as official. Their efforts in maintaining a positive and active atmosphere will be missed and we hope to see these faction and their members around someday. With that being said over the last few months we have have had our eyes on a particular faction for some time. They've gone through a lot of ups and downs in recent months, and overall the Illegal Faction Team and Council are impressed with their handling of everything thrown at them while still maintaining a impressive activity level; bringing much needed high-quality street level roleplay to the Idlewood area. We would like to congratulate this faction on becoming the servers newest official faction. Congratulations, 59th & Harlows Bloods. Finally, we'd like to mention the the Illegal Faction Discord now has a functioning ticket system, and we encourage any queries/questions/concerns you may have to be raised through these tickets for a swift and easy response. Whether it's clarification of Rule of Engagement, queries/concerns surrounding your interactions with other factions, or questions about our available schemes - these tickets the best way to open a direct line with our Illegal Faction Team who are eager to help. For an invite, click here. Company Team This month we have incorporated a new employee income system. This system is quite simple , once per month, active companies will receive a monetary grant straight into their company bank account. This money can be used by companies to pay their employees an hourly pay check. Our hope is that with this addition, more people will be interested in joining companies as they are able to guarantee income for employees, and on top of this, it should also allow companies to pursue more unique roleplay ideas, whilst still being able to support their staff. The company team has also grown this month, receiving support from some additional staff members. Tester Team Applications We're looking for individuals to join our team. If you're passionate about helping others, and want to contribute towards making LS-RP an even better place, we need YOU! Applications are open until end of day 21st September 2025. 10. Redouane Bouziane was raised and born on the streets of Casablanca, Morocco. His boyhood was forged out between the rhythm of the medina and the shadowy specter of the street hustle. The world never gave him much, so he made do with what he had with the cards he held... quick mouth, silver tongue, and hard heart when it suited him. Redouane had moved at 16, his family along with him, to the Netherlands in search of a brighter life. But European streets, though, weren't actually all that different from what he was accustomed to... cleaner, quieter only. Soon enough, he ended up in the underground scene, taking part-time jobs for the local gangs before his name started ringing in the ears of the authorities. Before long, Redouane was completely enveloped in the life of the Mocro Maffia. With time, Redouane climbed ranks... fast. His record was impeccable: reliable, discreet, ruthless when the occasion demanded. When a high-risk braquage (heist) opportunity arose, he was chosen. The job was brazen, dangerous, and risky... just the sort of thing he enjoyed. And it paid off big. The gang got away with more than they could count. But while most were basking in the glory, Redouane was making plans to leave. He knew the heat would come. It always did. With a phony passport, and burner phone. Redouane vanished from the Dutch radar... straight into the smoky horizon of Los Santos. In Los Santos, it wasn't long before he met a face he knew. Achraf Lamari, a face familiar to the Moroccan underworld, now a high-ranking member of a rising DTO known as Conexion Casablanca. Their encounter was uneventful... but behind it, years of trust and dirt built on silence and survival. Redouane wasn't in need of being persuaded. Blood money and a new city to inherit, he entered into a completely new game.

  11. VERONA SHORELINE CRIP GANG The Ghetto By The Sea The Verona Shoreline Crips formed in the Oakwood neighborhood of Verona—a part of the city that was originally labeled a "servant's zone" by Verona's founder, Abbot Kinney. It was one of the few areas within a mile of the San Andreas coastline where Black people were allowed to own property. The name "Verona" came from a dream Kinney had in 1900 while living in Verona, Italy. He imagined recreating the romantic Italian city on the coast of San Andreas, complete with canals and singing gondoliers. Five years and 16 miles of canals later, that vision became reality, and the city of Verona was founded. Kinney’s dream eventually became a reality. However, because of restrictive covenants that enforced racial segregation, Black residents of Verona were not allowed to live along the canals, and they were only permitted to ride in black-painted gondolas. By the 1950s, the City of Los Santos had neglected Oakwood so severely that it became known as “the ghetto by the sea.” The neighborhood had narrow, unpaved streets that led to run-down bungalows, many of which were built without proper foundations. It was also nicknamed “Ghost Town” because there were no streetlights in the area during those early years. As a result, many new arrivals settled down just outside of Verona, in what became the historic African American community of Oakwood. A few years later, Kinney met a 17 year-old on the working on the Verona Pier by the name of Irving Tabor. Irving was an African American from Louisiana who left his sharecropping family with his cousin Arthur Reese to explore west for new opportunities. Shortly after his arrival he stumbled upon a chance to meet the Doge, Kinney, at the pier. Kinney was impressed by Tabor's can-do attitude and asked if he could drive, Tabor immediately said yes although he had never seen a car in his life. He ended up learning over the next few days and served as Kinney's chauffeur for years to come until Abbot Kinney's death. In a twist, upon his death, Kinney left his luxe villa at the tip of the Grand Canal to Tabor. Thumbing his nose at canal residents who didn’t want a Black family in their midst in the era of racist housing covenants, Tabor and his brothers cut the house in three pieces, transported it by mule, and rebuilt it in place on 6th and Dupont in Oakwood, where the house stands today with a designation from the city as a Historic Cultural Monument. Tabor went on to found the first Black-owned maintenance company in Verona and became an elder statesman and historian of the neighborhood before his passing in 1987. Jataun Valentine, Tabor’s descendant, carries on his work of leading Verona’s Black community through her advocacy for the First Baptist Church of Verona. Oakwood was set aside as a settlement area for blacks and the population increased rapidly as hundreds moved to Verona to work in the oil fields during the 1930s and 1940s. While unemployment surged following the closure of the oil fields, the 1960s introduced both narcotics and heightened racial tensions to Oakwood, leading to a rise in gang membership within the already established Verona 13 gang. Influenced by the Black Power Movement and following a series of militant Black uprisings in Verona during the late 1960s, the Shoreline Crips were founded in parallel with some of the original Crip sets formed by Tookie Williams and Raymond Washington in South Central Los Santos. In the 1980s, with the introduction of crack cocaine and a shift in gang focus from political motives to financial gain, the Shoreline Crips became significantly involved in the narcotics trade throughout Oakwood and along the Verona Boardwalk. Leading into the 1990s, gunfire became a nightly occurrence as the Shorelines engaged in conflict with the rival Culver City 13, following the displacement of Shoreline cliques from the Mar Vista Gardens housing projects. Soon thereafter, Oakwood experienced a surge in violence as a territorial war erupted between the Shorelines and Verona 13 over control of the Verona-area drug trade, ultimately leading to a brokered ceasefire between the two gangs. During the 1980s and 1990s, newly arrived white homeowners began settling in and around the neighborhood, prompting the City of Los Santos to initiate efforts to address gang activity. However, despite a series of raids, gang injunctions, and other enforcement measures, the Shorelines have continued to maintain consistent control over their territory, with membership estimated in the several hundreds. Verona Beach Crips The Real V's In recent years, the current and older generations of the Shoreline Crips, which is one of L.S.'s most historically rooted Crip sets, have faced a radically shifting environment in Verona Beach. As waves of gentrification continue to transform the area from its grimy past into a more trendy, high-class, and technologically driven area, many longtime Black and Latino residents have been displaced due to the rise in such things. The constant shift deeply impacted the younger members of the Shoreline Crips, as many members have been pushed into other parts of Verona, like where the Graveyard Gangster Crips are active, or further out into Culver City, where the Blasten Fools Gangster Crips reside. This shift has put immense pressure on the remaining community and the current youth who are still gangbanging in the neighborhood of Verona. Surrounded by a neighborhood that used to be known for its raw street culture, it is now seen clashing between old and new worlds. While million-dollar condos and tech companies like Eyefinder have now moved in, along with this, there are still remnants of an active street life that persists on certain streets and areas of Verona. The younger members of Shoreline grow up caught between these realities: on one side, a city that no longer accommodates them; on the other, a legacy of gang affiliation that demands loyalty and respect. For the members that are still a part of this lifestyle, old and new, they face many challenges from not only their enemies but also poverty, violence, and the local LSPD and LSSD due to high surveillance. They have the constant threat of death or incarceration hanging over their heads every time they leave the house. Some seek ways out—through music, sports, or social media—but for many, the set is more than just a gang; it's family, identity, and protection, just like any other gang. Despite the changing landscape, things like gang rivalries still remain active and dangerous. The Shoreline Crips have long-standing rivalries with several sets, one of those being Culver City 13, a Sureño gang, and one of Shoreline's most violent enemies. Historically, one of the most intense and complex rivalries for the Shoreline Crips was the Verona 13's, a Sureño gang based in the same neighborhood. This feud has a strong racial element, with tensions between Black and Latino communities playing out violently on the streets of Verona throughout the '80s and '90s. The rivalry shaped much of the local gang politics for decades. However, in the more recent years, that relationship has shifted. Today, the Verona Crips and Verona 13 are at a ceasefire, and in some situations, they can even be seen acting as allies, especially when confronting mutual enemies like Culver City 13. While not a full-blown alliance in the traditional sense, the truce shows a new page in Verona gang relations, influenced by gentrification, prison politics, and generational change. That said, Shoreline still maintains active and violent rivalries with several other gangs. Chief among them is Culver City 13, with a long and bloody history against Shoreline. Additional enemies include the Playboy Gangster Crips and By Yourself Gangster Crips, both Crip sets, showing that gang politics often override affiliations. Others consist of the Black P Stone Bloods, Rollin 20s Neighborhood Bloods, and Santa Maria 13 gang, a Sureño gang not too far from them. All of these rivalries continue to fuel street-level violence, especially as younger members engage in online call-outs and disrespect that escalate quickly into real-world retaliation. In the cultural space, the newer generation of Shoreline Crips has taken to rap, street fashion, and social media to represent their identity. While this has created new ways for some of them to gain attention and possibly exit the streets, it also brings increased surveillance, clout-chasing conflicts, and exposure to rivals. The modern Shoreline youth exist in a difficult in-between, caught between the fading legacy of their Verona turf and the realities of a new city that has largely pushed them out. The physical territory of the gangs ruling shrinks, but their cultural and social influence continues to adapt and survive.

  12. Redouane stands at 6’1” with a clean, athletic frame and a sharp, no-nonsense presence. His skin is olive-toned, with a smooth face and subtle street-hardened edges. A tight fade frames his black hair, cleanly styled, and his eyebrows are thick and expressive over focused brown eyes. He keeps it simple but sharp, always crisp, paired with Nike TNs or Air Max 95s. No tattoos. Just that quiet confidence of someone who's seen too much and says little.

Congratulations again, and thank you for playing! Illegal Faction Team The Illegal Faction Team have once again been hard at work alongside our development team to introduce new changes to the script in order to benefit illegal roleplay. We've recently introduced a whole host of drug effects such as; more and less melee damage both given and taken by the player depending on the drug of choice, taser resistance, tackle resistance and beanbag resistance. We hope that this is just one of many upcoming tweaks and changes to the script to provide people with further roleplay and to increase the demand and flow of drugs on the server. We haven't released any information as to the exact effects added in the hopes of the playerbase themselves experimenting and finding their ideal concoction! In the month of June, we're placing a big focus on reviving the Illegal Faction Team Public, and would like to make it far more accessible than it has been since relaunch. Keep an eye out for upcoming announcements for more information on how you can get involved. We're also launching a new initiative/scheme to promote passive roleplay for illegal factions who have hold turf on the Turf Map and meet our expectations in terms of quality and community standing. We're now offering business leases to factions to hold for the duration of their faction's activity. Your application's success will be based off a number of factors including whether or not your faction requires a leased business from IFT to promote roleplay, whether the business type is realistic for your faction, etc. This is not a guarantee for all factions on the turf map, but is intended as a reward for those that deserve it. We'd also like to add that we've opened the LOI's for the Illegal Faction Team. If you'd like to join IFT, please feel free to review the following and forward your LOI to @Aloosh, @unlawfulactand @badhbh. Marketing Team We have been surveying some of our newest players to try and find out how they came to know LS-RP, and why they joined. Almost every response was the same - YouTube! Based on this feedback, we’ve decided it’s time for LS-RP to adopt a more modern marketing approach, similar to those used in other gaming communities. By supporting our creators and offering perks that recognise their hard work and creativity, we aim to strengthen our online presence through engaging content - ultimately attracting more players to the server. The perks provided will include things like FREE LS-RP premium, test server access, content creator highlight inclusions, and more. As well as video bounties that creators can complete which awards credits, whilst providing us with the type of content that we're hoping to see. On top of all of this, we will have a levelling system for content creators, allowing creators to make their way up the ranks, unlocking new perks, and eventually becoming an official LS-RP partner. There is a lot to go through here, and we're excited to tell you more. Stay tuned for a separate announcement on this in the next few days. New Blood on Sunset: Bellantonio's Up-and-Comers Grab the Wheel SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 4 JUNE 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS I) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE RAYMOND FLLEMING & ARTHUR CREA The purpose of this supplemental intelligence report is to provide information regarding suspicious activity observed during a solo ride around Downtown on 04-06-2025. On 04-06-25, about 0342 hours while conducting a ride around the Mulholland area, I observed two vehicles parked next to each other in the Mulholland Parking Lot, close to the entrance of the parking lot. The vehicles were identified as a 2025 Maserati Gran Turismo ((Buffalo)) , bearing license plate "9PXW907", registered to Raymond Flleming of 2333 Sunset Avenue, Downtown Los Santos, and a Windsor, bearing license plate "5QLU363", registered to Arthur Crea of 1058 Mulholland Drive, Mulholland, Los Santos. Both alleged Bellantonio associates were pictured exchanging duffel bags. The contents of the duffel bag are unknown at this time. Raymond Flleming and Arthur Crea were standing between their cars while the exchange occurred. Following the exchange, both of them departed in different directions. The observed exchange of duffel bags between Raymond Flleming and Arthur Crea at the Mulholland parking lot at nearly 4AM in the morning in a secluded alley is highly suspicious and suggestive of potential criminal activity, such as the exchange of illegal goods, money, or weapons. Whereas there is no photo of Raymond Flleming's vehicle during the surveillance due to the angle of the camera, I personally witnessed it parked next to Arthur Crea's Windsor as I drove past the Inside Track business. MDC check confirmed that it was indeed his 2025 Maserati Gran Turismo. There is no previous photo of Raymond Flleming's 2025 Maserati Gran Turismo however there is a surveillance photo of his 2024 Range Rover Vogue parked outside of Sharky's, the infamous Bellantonio restaurant. The vehicle's ownership was identified through Raymond Flleming's details on the MDC. ATTACHMENTS Photo of Raymond Flleming and Arthur Crea exchanging duffel bags ((OOC confirmation by Arthur Crea that they were exchanging duffel bags)) Photo of the license plate "5QLU363" on the Windsor Photo of the license plate "9RNX861" on the 2024 Range Rover Vogue with Raymond Flleming inside((Huntley)) SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 8 JUNE 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS I) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE THE MIDNIGHT MASSACRE The purpose of this supplemental intelligence report is to provide information regarding a massive shootout that erupted in front of Sharky's, the infamous Bellantonio Crime Family restaurant. The shootout was documented during a solo ride around Downtown on 06-06-2025. On 06-06-25, about 0011 hours while conducting a ride around the Commerce area, several motorcycles were pictured parked outside of Sharky's. Approximately around six bikers wearing "Warlocks MC" leather vests and patches were pictured having a conversation with a few Bellantonio associates right outside the restaurant. In the span of ten minutes, more people kept coming in despite the business not being advertised as open, hence why it raised suspicion that a confrontation can occur. Deputy Casatella decided to circle the area as there were a lot of cars coming in and out, Deputy Casatella then repositioned over to the South side of Sunset Avenue in order to get a better surveillance angle. People from both sides started shoving each other around, there was an obvious dispute and it escalated into a massive shootout. Several identified members of the Bellantonio Crime Family were pictured wielding pistols, shotguns, TEC9's. Approximately eleven members of the Bellantonio Crime Family were present on the scene with about six additional allies who are yet to be identified. None of the identified members of Bellantonio took casualties, the only people who were shot and killed were part of Bellantonio's unidentified allies and the entire group of the bikers from Warlocks. The motive behind the shootout is still unclear, there is no previous information of Bellantoino and Warlocks having any deadly interactions nor if they have had a partnership. Some of the Bellantonio shooters are still being identified. Deputy Casatella has managed to recognize a lot of them through all of the surveillance that was done during the shootout. Here is a list of every confirmed shooter that has been identified yet: ADAM MORA CHRISTOPHER TESSARO RAYMOND FLLEMING HENRY SCAVIOLLA CAMERON FLLEMING NICHOLAS CICERO MICHAEL DEROSA MATTHEW JULIANO There are still three more shooters that have to be identified, will follow up on this as soon as possible through extensive surveillance and research. The reason why Deputy Casatella was there in the first place was because of the presence of Mr. Philip Arditi who is an alleged Soldier in the Bellantonio Crime Family, considering the information about him on the New Blood on Sunset: Bellantonio's Up-and-Comers Grab the Wheel article in which his name is mentioned alongside several high ranked Bellantonio members. Mr. Arditi also had his Huntley pictured outside of Sharky's, a known hangout of the Bellantonio mob. Once Mr. Arditi left Sharky's and got into his Huntley, Mr. Arditi was accompanied by Mr. Joseph Calabrese, an associate from Bellantonio who has previously been arrested for Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm, Failure To Pay A Fine, Obstruction of Justice, Assault on a Peace Officer, Criminal Threats and Driving Without use of Headlights, as per the Incident Report submitted on May 30 2025 by Deputy Sheriff Reynolds (41398). Mr. Arditi got into his Huntley with Joseph Calabrese in the passenger seat and he drove South from Sunset Avenue. As Mr. Calabrese recently was charged with Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm, Deputy Casatella decided to follow Mr. Arditi's Huntley by maintaining a safe distance in order to investigate the relationship between Mr. Arditi and Mr. Calabrese. Mr. Arditi parked his Huntley next to a blue complex on 799 Rodeo Boulevard, Marina, Los Santos. Deputy Casatella parked his unmarked CVPI on a safe distance across the street and started taking surveillance footage of Mr. Arditi and Mr. Calabrese. Mr. Arditi was seen walking inside of the apartment with Mr. Calabrese standing outside. Mr. Calabrese was later on joined by two more individuals, one of them was identified as Mr. Anthony Scifaretti and the other one currently remains unknown, he will be referred to as Suspect 1. Mr. Calabrese, Mr. Scifaretti and Suspect 1 stood outside of the apartment for approximately ten minutes as Mr. Arditi remained inside of the apartment. While the trio were outside, an unidentified male with a Base 5 shirt, cargo shorts and baseball cap on backwards was captured on surveillance approaching the Bellantonio associates outside the apartment, he will be referred to as Suspect 2. After a short conversation, Mr. Calabrese, Mr. Scifaretti and Suspect 1 started running after Suspect 2 as they were trying to tackle him to the ground. Mr. Scifaretti was also pictured physically assaulting Suspect 2 as he punched him in the face with his right arm. The situation was noisy and unnerving as a lot of inaudible shouting echoed around Marina. Mr. Arditi walked out of the apartment while the rest of his associates were chasing Suspect 2 and was also pictured on surveillance running after Suspect 2. Suspect 2 was trying to escape the situation and wasn't actively defending himself with force against Mr. Calabrese, Mr. Scifaretti, Mr. Arditi and Suspect 1. The chase was mainly held in the backyard of the complex however Suspect 2 managed to get on the Rodeo Boulevard where he was actively chased by Mr. Scifaretti. Deputy Casatella took the decision to cease the surveillance once Mr. Scifaretti started chasing Suspect 2 on the Rodeo Boulevard as the probability of being caught doing surveillance increased due to him being exposed while taking pictures of the situation. On June 1, 2025, at approximately 1450 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance around the Sharky's restaurant on Sunset Avenue, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. The main purpose of Deputy Casatella's presence around this area was to gain sufficient intel on whoever is regularly visiting Sharky's, a publicly known restaurant which is ran by The Bellantonio Crime Family. Due to the high amount of vehicles and alleged Bellantonio members crowding the area, Deputy Casatella occasionally scouted Sunset Avenue and took surveillance pictures of two vehicles who were parked around Sharky's for a prolonged amount of time. It was a hot Sunday afternoon and the Bellantonio members took advantage of the sunlight and decided to step outside of Sharky's, treating themselves to a cold drink to ease the heat. Deputy Casatella decided to take a surveillance photo of three men standing outside of Sharky's. Whereas two of them currently remain unknown, one of the men is Mr. Carmen Romano, who was recently arrested by Deputy Sheriff Ian Wahl on June 4, 2025 for illegally discharging a firearm and possession of an unlicensed firearm. The Yosemite with license plate of 4EWA154 is registered to Mr. Romano. Whereas the license plate is not visible on the surveillance photo, Deputy Casatella looked through the vehicles that Mr. Romano owned after being informed about his arrest and managed to identify the Yosemite. After approximately five minutes, four more cars parked around Sharky's and a total of seven men walked inside of the restaurant. Deputy Casatella took advantage of this and shortened the distance between himself and the establishment in order to take proper surveillance photos of each vehicle's license plate. The Premier with license plate of 5AVX273 is registered to Mr. Calvin Quinn who has no direct connection to The Bellantonio Crime Family however he did visit Sharky's during a time when the business was not publicly announced to be open. The Landstalker with license plate of 2VDW619 is registered to Mr. Benjamin Galante, he has not been identified yet via surveillance as he has no prior convictions and Deputy Casatella currently cannot confirm whether he is connected to the Bellantonio mob or not. One thing is for sure, he was present at the scene however his involvement is still to be investigated. The Black Elegant with license plate of 6PXY042 is registered to Mr. Jay Mezzasalma. Mr. Mezzasalma himself was not captured on surveillance footage however he was identified through his past criminal records as he was arrested on the May 15, 2025 by Deputy Sheriff Rocco Battista for Grand Theft Auto, Resisting a Peace Officer and Failure to Identify to a Peace Officer. The Windsor with license plate of 5QLU363 is registered to Mr. Arthur Crea. Mr. Crea was not pictured on surveillance on that occasion however he was documented exchanging duffel bags with another identified Bellantonio member, Mr. Raymond Flleming, as per the Supplemental Intelligence Report submitted on June 4, 2025. After the successful surveillance carried out by Deputy Casatella in managing to identify all of the vehicles outside of Sharky's, he decided to depart from Sunset Avenue in fear of being spotted as the area is not exactly surveillance friendly, considering the amount of tall complex buildings and lack of cover. ATTACHMENTS Carmen Romano pictured with two unknown alleged Bellantonio associates The license plates and vehicles of: Arthur Crea, Benjamin Galante, Calvin Quinn and Jay Mezzasalma SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 17 JUNE 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS I) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE SAN FIERRO LINK? On June 16, 2025, at approximately 2300 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance in San Fierro, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Sunset Avenue has been unusually quiet for the past week. Neither of Bellantonio's businesses had opened in the past dozen days and it has to be related to the shooting that took place in front of Sharky's on June 6, 2025. The mob is obviously laying low at this time however several key figures of the mafia continue using their personal phones and were hence traced continuously for the period of June 6, 2025 to July 17, 2025. While the majority of their members kept their phones off, several high ranked members such as Frank Baldi, Anthony Ulino and Adam Mora kept their personal phones on and were able to be traced by Deputy Casatella. On June 16, Deputy Casatella received a rather poor response from the San Fierro Midtown Tower 2 that Frank Baldi is located in Financial, San Fierro (909) and Anthony Ulino being located around Esplanade North, San Fierro (909). Deputy Casatella didn't have the exact location of Mr. Ulino & Mr. Baldi's whereabouts so he took the risk to commence surveillance around Financial and Esplanade North with the hopes of gather more intel on the Bellantonio mob. Deputy Casatella drove past a street in Financial and managed to recognize Mr. Baldi's personal vehicle, a Feltzer with the license plate of 9VOW198. The Feltzer is easily recognizable due to the red leather seats within the interior and the black exterior. The Feltzer wasn't the only car parked outside of the property, there were two more vehicles in close proximity. A brown & black Landstalker with the license plate of 0QYG498 and a black Admiral with the license plate of 8TBL425. The Landstalker is registered to Mr. Dante Muscato who has been arrested on June 12, 2025 for Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm and Resisting a Peace Officer. The Admiral is registered to Jack Santavicca who has a clear record. It is still unclear whether Mr. Muscato and Mr. Santavicca are directly involved to the Bellantonio mob as this is the first time they were caught in surveillance ever since the beginning, this will be investigated further. Core members of the Bellantonio council have historically migrated from San Fierro and it was only a matter of time before Deputy Casatella was able to link anything back to the likes of Anthony Ulino and Frank Baldi, both known high ranked members of the now defunct San Fierro Crime Family. The establishment which is labeled as "Michelle's Auto Repair" with address 2842 Unknown, Downtown, San Fierro 909, San Andreas is going to be further investigated in the near future in order to find out the connection with the property & Bellantonio. ATTACHMENTS Surveillance of the vehicles outside of Michelle's Auto Repair (2842 Unknown, Downtown, San Fierro 909, San Andreas) ((OOC logs of the /trace usage: server logs can be checked too if ever required)) SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 19 JUNE 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS I) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE The botched assassination of Michael Casatella On June 17, 2025, at approximately 0200 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, was on the way to the West Vinewood Station after conducting surveillance in San Fierro, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department, when he was approached by a masked individual with intentions to either rob or murder Deputy Casatella. After Deputy Casatella took enough surveillance footage in San Fierro, he decided to drive back to the West Vinewood Station in order to access his work computer and submit a surveillance report. After submitting the surveillance report, Deputy Casatella decided to drive past Sunset Avenue once more to see if anything suspicious is going on. After failing to locate any of the Bellantonio members, Deputy Casatella decided to scout Flint County with his unmarked CVPI due to the fact that Flint County is considered the territory of the Barons Motorcycle Club. The Barons have been documented by Detective Susan Yanagisawa to have held meetings in front of The Rock Barn with The Warlocks Motorcycle Club, the current rival faction of The Bellantonio Crime Family. Deputy Casatella parked his unmarked CVPI North from the Flint Gas Station, right at the intersection between the roads leading to the San Fierro tunnel and Blueberry. Deputy Casatella was forced to park his vehicle as he was receiving subsequent phone calls from his fiancee. Worried that something bad has happened, Casatella took the time to answer his fiancee's phone call and remained parked for approximately ten minutes. Vehicle lights lit up the interior of the unmarked CVPI as a Black Admiral parked right behind Casatella. Still occupied on the phone, Casatella prioritized the conversation with his fiancee over the suspicious approach of the Black Admiral as his guard was evidently down. Shortly after the Admiral parked behind Casatella, an overweight man with a thick black beard, black shirt and blue jeans walked outside of the Admiral. He was wearing a red motorcycle helmet. He was walking towards Casatella's unmarked CVPI in a rather quick pace. Deputy Casatella finally notices the man approaching as he clocks him on the driver's side view mirror, the man still walking towards the unmarked CVPI. Upon realizing what's going on, Casatella hit the gas and drove off as fast as he could, his destination was the West Vinewood Station. Casatella parked the unmarked CVPI and went inside the station in order to report on the aftermath of his initial San Fierro surveillance. Upon reviewing the dashcam footage, the Black Admiral's license plate was identified as 8TBL425. The vehicle is owned by Mr. Jack Santavicca, confirming that this is the same vehicle that was captured on surveillance footage in San Fierro, outside of 2842 Unknown, Downtown, San Fierro 909. Despite not having clear footage of Mr. Santavicca's face during the incident, his distinctive overweight build and thick black beard are easily recognizable. The motive behind Mr. Santavicca's actions are to be investigated further. It is still not clear whether Casatella was targeted by the Bellantonio mob in order to be assassinated or if this was an independent decision by Mr. Santavicca to perform a robbery. One thing is certain, Mr. Santavicca clearly didn't have any good intentions of approaching Casatella's vehicle with a motorcycle helmet over his own head. ATTACHMENTS ((Due to the heat of the moment, I was not able to take screenshots. There would be dashcam footage of the incident, I've confirmed this with Detective Leadership.)) ((OOC confirmation from Jack Santavicca that it was him)) SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 22 JUNE 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS I) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Kenneth Muldoon, the new Dallas Calhoun? On June 21, 2025, at approximately 2320 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance around the Sharky's restaurant on Sunset Avenue, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Despite strategically being a difficult location to surveil due to the narrowly built complexes and skyscrapers, Sunset Avenue remains the top priority of the Major Crimes Bureau due to the frequent gatherings conducted by the Bellantonio mob, both at their restaurant Sharky's and their newly launched lounge Downtown Royalty Lounge. Deputy Casatella always drives through Sunset Avenue on each surveillance that he is conducting and June 21 was no different. What sparked Casatella's interest in that specific surveillance is that there were nearly eight cars parked outside of Sharky's and the majority of them had not been surveilled before. Casatella assumed that the business had opened to the public due to the presence of unknown vehicles however no social media report suggested that Sharky's had been advertised as open. Many people were coming and going, making the task of obtaining surveillance photos of the vehicles' license plates extremely difficult. Deputy Casatella took his time with the surveillance as he strategically waited to take photos since there were many unidentified individuals standing right outside of Sharky's, smoking cigarettes and drinking alcoholic beverages. All of the surveilled license plates are going to be listed below in order of the attached evidence footage in ATTACHMENTS: License plate: "8ANK361" Vehicle model: Sentinel Vehicle color: Light grey Registered owner: Sergei Eskin License plate: "4XDG420" Vehicle model: Landstalker Vehicle color: Black Registered owner: Rondall Simmons License plate: "9GUK003" Vehicle model: Uranus Vehicle color: Light blue Registered owner: Gerald Tupua License plate: "7BMP601" Vehicle model: Primo Vehicle color: Black Registered owner: Mateo Sussiani License plate: "9VOW198" Vehicle model: Feltzer Vehicle color: Black and red Registered owner: Frank Baldi License plate: "3EIV413" Vehicle model: Elegant Vehicle color: Grey Registered owner: Antoine Gournier License plate: "MULDOON" Vehicle model: Huntley Vehicle color: Black Registered owner: Muldoon Bros. License plate: "0IGG741" Vehicle model: Admiral Vehicle color: Black Registered owner: Anthony Scifaretti License plate: "8HQQ316" Vehicle model: Premier Vehicle color: Black Registered owner: Peter Belotti After managing to photograph all the vehicles and their license plates, Deputy Casatella drove off as people were constantly going in and out of Sharky's, he was afraid of being caught doing surveillance. This is not the first occasion of Bellantonio members and supposed business associates or friends gathering privately in Sharky's however one license plate stuck out like a sore thumb - "MULDOON". At around 2348 hours, Deputy Casatella situated himself North from Sunset Avenue with intentions to continue his surveilling over Sharky's. Whereas the surveillance was directly aimed at the Bellantonio mob, Casatella was now more interested in the "MULDOON" license plate branded Black Huntley. The main target was to identify whether the vehicle was operated by an employee from Muldoon Bros. or whether it was driven there by one of the Muldoon brothers. Upon getting closer in order to conduct surveillance, Casatella noticed an easily recognizable mullet. It was indeed Kenneth Muldoon, the current candidate for becoming the next Mayor of Los Santos. He was pictured together with Evelyn Nichols and two currently unidentified men. A separate casefile is going to be organized and submitted within the next 48 hours regarding Kenneth Muldoon and his involvement in the Los Santos underworld. ATTACHMENTS Surveillance footage of all license plates documented in front of the Sharky's restaurant Kenneth Muldoon outside of Sharky's, together with Evelyn Nichols and two unknown males SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 26 JUNE 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS I) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE BELLANTONIO & BARONS MC CONNECTION On June 24, 2025, at approximately 2345 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance in Flint County, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Sunset Avenue is slowly picking back up again as several already identified Bellantonio members were spotted by Deputy Casatella outside of Sharky's however conducting any surveillance would have been insufficient as the suspects have already been pictured together multiple times and they weren't doing anything suspicious. After the Midnight Massacre reported on the 8th of June, every identified shooter has had their personal phones actively traced by Deputy Casatella along with members of the Bellantonio council, such as Frank Baldi, Anthony Ulino and James Delutro. One of them is rarely showing face and has only been identified through the articles and his past criminal record - Arnold Guarna. Deputy Casatella has attempted to trace the location of Arnold Guarna's cellphone however he never achieved any success, he assumed that the SIM card was already destroyed and the phone is no longer in use. Upon trying to locate the remainder of the council, Deputy Casatella was shocked as he realized that he finally has managed to trace Arnold Guarna's personal cellphone. Heading to Flint County, Deputy Casatella was approaching the region with immense caution as Flint County is a predominantly flat area with little to none adequate cover for conducting surveillance. Deputy Casatella parked the unmarked CVPI behind the hill as the terrain would work in his favor. Deputy Casatella walked down to the tunnel where the train tracks are located as it was the perfect place for him to conduct surveillance. It is also important to mark that the business that they were inside, The Outsider, was not publicly announced as an open business, leading us to believe that this was a private meeting between Bellantonio and Barons MC. The only Bellantonio members that were captured on surveillance are the already identified Richard Cicero and Dante Muscato. Arnold Guarna was not captured on surveillance footage however he was inside of The Outsider while the Bellantonio associates were standing outside. Due to the angle of the surveillance, Deputy Casatella managed to identify only two vehicles: One being the easily recognizable Black and Yellow Phoenix owned by Russell Muldoon with license plate 3EYW470 and a white Premier owned by Michael Kavanagh with license plate 7ZAA395. The motive behind the private meeting has not been identified yet however both organized crime groups seem to be meeting a lot more often once Election Day came around the corner. ATTACHMENTS Full Surveillance Footage ((OOC confirmation of using /trace on Arnold Guarna's phone with /stime included)) SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 02 JULY 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE DOMESTIC TERRORISM AT PERSHING SQUARE PARK On July 1, 2025, at approximately 2245 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, and Deputy Sheriff Soraya Reynolds, assigned to the Majors Crime Bureau under callsign 809D1 conducted covert surveillance in Pershing Square, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. In a rather quiet night, Deputy Casatella decided to take Deputy Reynolds on a patrol as part of her Field Procedure training within the Detective Mentorship Program. Deputy Casatella went through some of the key bullet points in regards to the investigation of the Bellantonio Crime Family in order for Reynolds to familiarize herself with the state of the casefile. As they drove past Pershing Square, Deputy Casatella noticed three men sitting on a table in the garden and just like a bolt out the blue, these three were no ordinary men. Arnold Guarna, Adam Mora and an unknown male were spotted having a conversation in public. This instantly raised alarms as mobsters have historically used areas like the municipality where the likeliness of being targeted are very slim. Both of the identified high ranked Bellantonio members, Arnold Guarna, the alleged street boss of the LCN mob, and Adam Mora, the alleged captain have very rarely been captured on surveillance footage. It is important to note that this is Arnold Guarna's first public appearance ever since the casefile commenced. Furthermore, an unidentified white Sentinel was parked in close proximity to the meeting, the vehicle was facing towards Guarna and Mora's table. Upon patrolling the area, Deputy Casatella and Deputy Reynolds drove past a blue Sentinel with license plate "4SGA773" at West Azalea Street, the vehicle is registered to Frank Malvezzi, he has no current identified ties to the Bellantonio mob. However, an already identified Bellantonio associate was sitting in the back of the car and was quickly recognized by Deputy Casatella due to the previously done surveillance, his name is Dante Muscato. An extremely rare public meeting held by high ranked members of the Bellantonio mob along with a separate car being parked a block away from the meeting raised concerns. The Bellantonio members usually resort to holding meetings either in Sharky's or within other properties around Sunset Avenue. Deputy Casatella and Deputy Reynolds remained within close proximity and more specifically on North Lucas Avenue to maintain a safe distance. Deputy Casatella made the call to temporarily evacuate the area and pick a different unmarked CVPI in order to reduce the suspicion of the Bellantonio members. On their way to the West Vinewood Station, Deputy Casatella's suspicions became a reality - an emergency call came through the 911 hotline. "There is a bomb planted under a black Sentinel in the Pershing Square park." The call was made within Mulholland Drive & Monterey Avenue, the number that called is 624-802-718. Deputy Casatella immediately called the number back and after greeting the caller, he was told "I just found this phone on the street. You got the wrong number." The Los Santos Police Department were initially planning to hold a press conference at the City Hall on July 1st however that event had to be postponed as Deputy Reynolds called in for the bomb squad as the potential threat of explosives in Pershing Square couldn't be overlooked. There was only one place that this bomb could be located as there was only one vehicle on the parking lot, a black Sentinel. Upon the arrival and operation carried out by bomb squad, an explosive was indeed located underneath the black Sentinel with the license plate "9ZCF509", the vehicle is owned by Adam Mora. The bomb squad successfully defused the situation and evacuated Pershing Square. Deputy Casatella noticed the camera over at the Pershing Square park and decided to request the footage for review in order to see if he can identify the potential bomb planter. A masked individual is shown on the CCTV footage walking towards the black Sentinel at approximately 2258 hours. Whereas his face is covered, his clothing seemed oddly familiar to Deputy Casatella. Upon going through the footage a couple more times, Deputy Casatella realized that he already saw a man dressed up with the exact same clothes lurking around West Azalea Street. The bomb planter's identity has been revealed as Dante Muscato. This confirms that Dante Muscato had clear intentions of assassinating the captain of Bellantonio Adam Mora. ATTACHMENTS 911 phone call for the bomb in Pershing Square Deputy Reynolds calling in the bomb squad via radio ((OOC confirmation by Dante Muscato to confirm the usage of the CCTV)) Surveillance footage of the bomb squad defusing the C4 explosive from Adam Mora's vehicle SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 18 JULY 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE The Russian Connection On July 11, 2025, at approximately 2345 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, assigned to the Majors Crime Bureau under callsign 809D1 conducted covert surveillance in Market, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Sunset Avenue has developed into a ghost town prior to the internal war which divided the Bellantonio crime family. Sharky's & Downtown Royalty Lounge's openings have been cut short as the Bellantonio mob members have stayed out of that area for the past couple of weeks. The internal war reached its boiling point once Dante Muscato planted the bomb underneath Adam Mora's black Sentinel. This lead Deputy Casatella to conduct surveillance in different Los Santos neighborhoods in order to gain any sort of intelligence over the Bellantonio mob. One of those places being Trojka, an ancient Russian restaurant which has been surveilled by Deputy Casatella in the past. The parking lot of the restaurant is rarely used for any meetings as they are usually conducted inside in private however in this instance, Henry Scaviolla was pictured together with Sergei Eskin, Marat Gusarov and two unknown individuals. Sergei Eskin and Marat Gusarov have been present in past surveillance reports, such as The Midnight Massacre, the infamous shootout between Bellantonio and the Warlocks MC outside of Sharky's on 8 June 2025. They were not actively involved in the shootout themselves as they were pictured unarmed however their ties to the Bellantonio mob have been well documented. After successfully executing the electronics warrant at the house owned by James Delutro on address 2532 Santa Maria Boulevard, Verona Beach, Los Santos, Deputy Casatella closely surveilled the Santa Maria Boulevard as he patiently waited for a private Bellantonio mob gathering within the property. Several vehicles were pictured outside of the house along with identified Bellantonio members, that being Carmen Romano and Michael DeRosa along with one unknown individual. Despite the presence of mobsters, Deputy Casatella was not able to gather any intelligence as they avoided speaking inside of the house. The vehicles were still parked outside and the audio transmitter wasn't picking up anything. This lead Deputy Casatella to believe that the private meetings are conducted within the garage which is connected to James Delutro's house. The garage is going to be closely monitored and as an electronics warrant has already been approved, Deputy Casatella is going to place encrypted audio bugs inside of it as well. The warrant is going to be properly executed and armed with patience, opening the garage door manually through lockpicking mechanisms is going to be a complex operation. Deputy Casatella is carefully going to plan the strategy in order to prevent any suspicion from the general public and eliminate any chances of James Delutro or any other connected member of the Bellantonio mob catching up on it. ATTACHMENTS Carmen Romano, Michael DeRosa and 1 UNKNOWN MALE outside James Delutro's house SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 17 JULY 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Peter Belotti wielding an assault rifle On July 13, 2025, at approximately 0130 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, assigned to the Majors Crime Bureau under callsign 809D1 conducted covert surveillance in Market, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Continuing his regular surveillance over the Russian owned Trojka restaurant, Deputy Casatella took several surveillance photos of vehicles that were previously not driven to the parking lot of the establishment. An unregistered black Buffalo along with Anthony Ulino's black Washington (4GFC892) and Peter Belotti's gray Premier (8HQQ316) were present in the parking lot. Anthony Ulino has had his vehicles previously pictured outside of Trojka however the debut presence of the unlicensed Buffalo and Peter Belotti's Premier was a rare sight. Idling within a good distance, Deputy Casatella remained inside of his unmarked CVPI with a camera in his hands, he was waiting for anyone to walk outside of Trojka in order to gather sufficient intelligence. To his shock, Peter Belotti walked outside of Trojka wielding an assault rifle. He instantly started running North as he left his vehicle outside of the restaurant. Deputy Casatella opted of following and investigating Peter Belotti due to the lack of supporting units at the time, the risk was calculated to be extremely high. Deputy Casatella remained posted up for another ten minutes and decided to leave the area shortly after. The Russian group in Trojka has proven itself on multiple occasions to be closely affiliated with the Bellantonio mob. They are currently going to be investigated as allies of the Italian mafia. Peter Belotti is also going to be investigated further as this is the first bit of surveillance conducted in which he is directly involved. It is still unclear whether he's an associate of the Russian mob, Bellantonio mob or acting as a solo enterprise. Deputy Casatella had just came back to the West Vinewood Station in a 2003 Dodge Ram Van which was utilized for carrying out the electronics warrant on James Delutro's garage in Santa Maria Boulevard. An emergency call came through and the number of the caller was easily recognizable for Casatella since it was one of the few electronic leads left for the Major Crimes Bureau in order to track the location of the members. 224-3472. The number belongs to Richard Cicero, an already established and proven member of the Bellantonio mob. His emergency call was brief and straight to the point, quote "I'd like to speak to someone about an organized outfit operating in the city". Deputy Casatella called the number as soon as he was done with his task, he carried out a small conversation with Richard Cicero in which Cicero demanded a personal meeting arranged with Deputy Casatella. Followed by a backup unit, Deputy Casatella headed towards Angel Pine in order to meet Richard Cicero in his hideout place, a trailer in the trailer park. Deputy Casatella and Richard Cicero walked inside of the trailer and held a conversation for a little longer than an hour. THE CONTENT OF THE CONVERSATION WILL BE INCLUDED IN AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT SUBMITTED BY RICHARD CICERO THE STATEMENT HAS BEEN PREPARED AND WILL BE UPLOADED SHORTLY TO THE CASE PACKAGE, IN TEXT & VIDEO FORMAT One of the most important things that Richard Cicero shared with Deputy Casatella in their meeting is that Richard has reasonable concerns over the well being of his brother, Nicholas "Nicky" Cicero, another closely surveilled and already identified member of the Bellantonio mob, along with his crew associate Matthew "Meatball" Juliano, also an identified member of the Bellantonio mob who was also part of the Midnight Massacre on June 5. The current supplement report is going to be followed up with the intel gathered through the encrypted audio bugs placed in James Delutro's garage, the subsequent arrests of Carmen Romano and Michael DeRosa and Richard Cicero's official statement. ATTACHMENTS Proof of Richard Cicero's 911 call SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 23 JULY 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE "As I said, he won't see it comin." On July 18, 2025, at approximately 2332 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, successfully managed to gather intelligence through the audio encrypted bugs placed in James Delutro's Santa Maria Boulevard garage. Deputy Casatella was on his way for a routine patrol utilizing an unmarked CVPI as his audio transmitter started picking up coherent speech. The moles were placed in the garage at 2532 Santa Maria Boulevard, Verona Beach, Los Santos, property of James Delutro, an identified and high ranked member of the Bellantonio mob. TRANSCRIPT OF THE MOLES: [00:20:58] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: You got any other street soldiers available? Verona guys? [00:21:05] [MOLE ID#0] James Delutro says: Yeah, sure, exactly. [00:22:13] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: I know them both. We could do it, no problem. [00:22:24] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: Vinny too, yeah. [00:23:12] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: You heard from Rich lately? He's out there runnin' solo, huh? What you think, he found out about his brother? [00:23:50] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: Then we're good. [00:24:17] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: As I said, he won't see it comin'. [00:26:41] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: Yeah. How much I owe you for this? [00:26:41] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: Alright, you'll have to give me ten. I don't carry that much money on me. That a problem? [00:27:34] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: You gonna stay inside for next ten minutes? I'll try to be as quick as possible. [00:29:03] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: Alright. I'll be right back. [00:29:32] [MOLE ID#1] Carmen Romano says: Jesus Christ, heavy as fuck! The individual who is mainly heard on the tape has been identified as Carmen Romano, both through the logistics of his subsequent detainment and context in Richard Cicero's official statement. The current supplement report is going to be followed up with the subsequent arrests of Carmen Romano and Michael DeRosa, and Richard Cicero's official statement. ATTACHMENTS ((Roleplay of the warrant being executed by Michael Casatella)) ((Screenshots of the audio being captured via moles in game)) SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 30 JULY 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Michael DeRosa and Carmen Romano arrested On July 19, 2025, at approximately 2345 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, apprehended two identified members of the Bellantonio mob, Michael DeRosa and Carmen Romano. After the intel obtained through the surveillance, Deputy Casatella had probable cause to believe that the safety of his informant, Richard Cicero, was at a high risk. Following up to the previous supplemental report, Carmen Romano is heard discussing whether Richard Cicero is aware of the death of his own brother, Nicholas Cicero. Whereas there isn't any concrete proof of Carmen Romano being involved in the murder, the surveillance proved that he was completely aware of Nicholas Cicero's sudden passing. In the initial meeting held by Deputy Casatella and Richard Cicero, the detective was informed by Richard himself that Richard Cicero, Nicholas Cicero, Matthew Juliano, Carmen Romano held a meeting at Ray's Subs, a fast food restaurant located on the Santa Maria pier. Later on, Anthony Ulino and Michael DeRosa also joined the meeting. According to Richard Cicero, this wasn't any ordinary meeting. The private gathering had intentions of clearing any personal disputes within the Bellantonio mob. The reason as to why the meeting was held is because Michael DeRosa was the target of a contract killing. The contract was given by Henry "Hen" Scaviolla, another identified Bellantonio mob member. It was later on confirmed by Richard Cicero that Henry Scaviolla had a change of heart and decided to physically assault Michael DeRosa instead of murdering him. Scaviolla decided that he will opt of killing DeRosa and instead rough him up and commence taxing him from that point onwards. Richard Cicero also confirmed that Michael DeRosa had a total of four pistols and four ounces of cocaine in his vehicle which Richard Cicero decided to rob from Michael DeRosa. It is important to note the names of the individuals involved in the robbery, physical assault and extortion of Michael DeRosa: Richard Cicero, Nicholas Cicero, Matthew Juliano, Henry Scaviolla. Despite Henry Scaviolla being the one who initially gave the order of physically assaulting Michael DeRosa, he was not present at the meeting held at Ray's Subs. Michael DeRosa had complained to Anthony Ulino about the situation and was demanding for his stolen pistols and ounces of cocaine to be returned to him. Richard Cicero complied as he took a drive in order to pick up the stolen items as he returned them to Ray's Subs for Michael DeRosa's compensation. Richard Cicero left the meeting immediately after returning the stolen goods back to Michael DeRosa and left Nicholas Cicero, Matthew Juliano, Carmen Romano, Anthony Ulino and Michael DeRosa to conclude the remainder of the meeting by themselves. As soon as Deputy Casatella started picking up intel from the moles set in James Delutro's Santa Maria Boulevard garage, he started connecting the dots by aligning the context of Richard Cicero's testimony along with the words uttered by Carmen Romano. Deputy Casatella was in close proximity of the garage and immediately started requesting backup. The initial plan was to block Carmen Romano's blue Majestic which was parked right outside of the garage however as Deputy Casatella was orchestrating and coordinating the arrest of Carmen Romano, the blue Majestic took off. Deputy Casatella took that window of time to make his way down to Angel Pine's trailer park, the temporary hideout of Richard Cicero. Considered for Cicero's wellbeing and the possibility of him being targeted at that exact moment, Deputy Casatella arranged two cruisers to follow him to Angel Pine in order to check on Richard Cicero. Upon reaching the trailer park, Richard Cicero was spotted across the street casually smoking a cigarette. Richard Cicero was informed by Deputy Casatella that Carmen Romano was picked up on surveillance talking about the passing of Nicholas Cicero along with conspiring to murder Richard Cicero. He was ordered to hide in his trailer until the arrest of Carmen Romano was successfully executed. Deputy Casatella received information from his radio that the blue Majestic was parked outside of Downtown Royalty Lounge, a well known Bellantonio mob business located on Sunset Avenue. Deputy Casatella arrived on the scene with two more law enforcement officers for backup, Deputy Virgil Nash and Deputy Anas Benatia. The three deputies stormed the place and were initially only after Carmen Romano at the time however upon entering the business, Michael DeRosa was standing right next to him. Michael DeRosa was already targeted by the Major Crimes Bureau for his involvement in the "Midnight Massacre" which happened on June 6, 2025 outside of Sharky's. He was pictured wielding a silenced pistol as he was actively involved in the shootout with the Warlocks Motorcycle Club. Deputy Casatella decided to apprehend both of them and take them down the Dillimore headquarters first for questioning. Upon questioning, both Carmen Romano and Michael DeRosa opted to use their lawyers to represent them further and refused to cooperate with Deputy Casatella. Carmen Romano was arrested for 316. Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm. Michael DeRosa was arrested for 316. Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm and 105. Assault with a Deadly Weapon. The current supplement report is going to be followed up with Richard Cicero's official statement. ATTACHMENTS ((Roleplay around the arrests of Carmen Romano & Michael DeRosa)) SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 30 JULY 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Richard Cicero's official statement On July 21, 2025, at approximately 2100 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, successfully conducted and processed Richard Cicero's statement in the West Vinewood Station. The statement is available as a transcript, which is supported by an hour long video footage. ATTACHMENTS TRANSCRIPT OF RICHARD CICERO's STATEMENT: SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 4 AUGUST 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Lucas Dillon On July 29, 2025, at approximately 2150 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance in Temple and more specifically Star Street, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Following up on the supplemental intelligence report submitted on the July 17 titled "Peter Belotti wielding an assault rifle", the unlicensed black 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon caught the interest of Deputy Casatella and was further investigated. The vehicle was spotted once more on July 29 parked outside of a business in Star Street with a new license plate of 3COG899. The plate was checked by Deputy Casatella through the MDC and it turns out that the license plate belongs to 2005 BMW 760I ((Sentinel)) and the owner of the vehicle is Davonte Antwine. On August 3, the same 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon was spotted outside of Sharky's on Sunset Avenue with a new license plate. Upon running the plate through the MDC it turns out that it is another stolen plate. The license plate of 3DXQ006 belongs to Tampa and the owner of the vehicle is Darius Pritchard. A man who has nothing to hide wouldn't be forced to steal license plates in order to conceal his identity. Deputy Casatella availed of calling in units to investigate the Dodge on the spot as it was spotted outside two regularly surveilled locations, Sunset Avenue and Market. Upon reviewing all Los Santos citizens with High-Risk Arrest Warrants set out by both the Los Santos Police Department and the Los Santos Sheriff's Department, Deputy Casatella managed to identify Lucas Dillon through the surveillance footage gathered across the span of two weeks, from July 17 to August 3. Lucas Dillon has been on the run for more than four months now as the High-Risk Arrest Warrant was submitted by Police Officer Rocco Baristta on April 10, 2025. His garage in Glen Park was raided and the LSPD Detective Division managed to find weapons that are connected to several shootings occurred in East Los Santos. He is alleged to have ties both to the Russian Mob and the Bellantonio Crime Family. His current line of work is unknown to the Major Crimes Bureau. He will be further investigated. ATTACHMENTS MDC information on both stolen license plates Surveillance of Lucas Dillon and 1 UNKNOWN, Star Street Surveillance of Lucas Dillon's vehicle with each stolen license plate Surveillance of Lucas Dillon at Idlewood Gas Station SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 18 AUGUST 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE SERGEANT MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE [H-RAW] Dante Muscato On August 3, 2025, at approximately 2345 hours, I, Sergeant Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, received a phone call from the alleged bomb planter, Dante Muscato, from the Pershing Square Park Incident on July 1, 2025. Sergeant Michael Casatella was well aware at this point that Dante Muscato was the one behind the terrorism act on July 1, 2025 however due to complications with the forensics analysis, Casatella had his hands tied. After the success he had with former Bellantonio associate Richard Cicero in converting him from a street gangster to a state witness, Casatella decided to take advantage of the phone call received by Dante Muscato and convince him to become an informant against the Bellantonio crime family. Ironically enough, Casatella asked Muscato to meet him at the same parking lot in which the bomb was planted in: Pershing Square Park. Casatella knew the suspect poses a great threat and had to meet him in a public spot in order to limit any attempts of an ambush, a potential kidnapping or even an assassination. After a brief back and forth with no clear cut communication and Muscato being wary enough of Casatella wearing a wire, Casatella was told that he is going to be given an envelope with a secure phone number inside of it. Muscato handed him the envelope and both of them went their separate ways. Casatella weighted the envelope in his hand in order to review the possibility of Dante Muscato handing him an explosive device, considering his line of work. After Casatella got back into the 2018 Ford Explorer, he put the envelope inside of an evidence bag and was reluctant of opening it on his own accord. Sergeant Casatella drove back to the West Vinewood Station and in the presence of other Major Crime Bureau detectives decided to put on a pair of nylon gloves and carefully reveal what's inside of the envelope. A phone number wasn't found, instead a printed photograph of a middle finger. At this point, Michael Casatella decided that Muscato isn't going to be given any more chances of redemption and offers of becoming an informant. The forensics report was provided by the head of LSPD detectives, Thomas McLoughlin, to the current temporary head of LSSD detectives, Michael Casatella, on August 16, 2025. Upon reviewing the analysis of the fingerprints on the homemade explosive, it was confirmed that they belong to Dante Muscato. A high-risk arrest warrant has been approved by Presiding Justice Christopher Shabrovnik on August 17, 2025. The arrest is going to be coordinated by head of LSSD detective unit Michael Casatella together with his Major Crimes Bureau unit. A supplemental intelligence report is going to be submitted once the high-risk arrest warrant has been executed. ATTACHMENTS [H-RAW] Dante Muscato SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 18 AUGUST 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE SERGEANT MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Dante Muscato sentenced to life imprisonment without parole On August 20, 2025, at approximately 2325 hours, the high-risk arrest warrant on Dante Muscato was successfully executed by detective Camila Alvarez along with the tactical cooperation of the Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB). Following an investigation carried out by Sergeant Michael Casatella and Detective Soraya Reynolds, the identity of the bomb planter was known to the Major Crimes Bureau detectives however due to complications of obtaining the forensic analysis, specifically concerning the fingerprints on the homemade explosive, Sergeant Casatella was not able to request the high-risk arrest warrant due to fears of the suspect's chances of legally countering the arrest and potentially fleeing the state of San Andreas afterwards. Upon receiving the forensic analysis from LSPD's Detective Division, Michael Casatella submitted a request for Dante Muscato's arrest warrant on August 15, 2025. He was captured in a coordinated tactical operation spearheaded by Lead Detective Camila Alvarez along with the support of the Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB). Dante Muscato refused to cooperate with the Major Crimes Bureau in order to reveal who had given him the orders of placing the bomb underneath Adam Mora's vehicle. No further intelligence has been obtained by the suspect. Muscato himself refused to pursue this matter in court and legally contest the charge. He was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole for PC 325. Terrorism. ATTACHMENTS Supplemental intelligence report submitted on July 2, 2025 titled "DOMESTIC TERRORISM AT PERSHING SQUARE PARK" ((CK confirmation)) SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 25 AUGUST 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE SERGEANT MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Bellantonio and Valenti mobs holding private meeting in Casa Di San Lorenzo On August 24, 2025, at approximately 2355 hours, I, Sergeant Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance around Sunset Avenue, utilizing an unmarked 2016 Dodge Charger registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Whereas Sunset Avenue remained relatively quiet with little to none presence around Sharky's and Downtown Royalty Lounge, Sergeant Casatella spotted a group of people leaving a business situated at South Main Street, right on the corner across the Main Street Ammunation. Casatella instantly identified familiar faces as he drove past them with an unmarked 2016 Dodge Charger, he went straight to the intersection between Sunset Avenue and All Saints General Hospital. Sergeant Casatella stepped out of the unmarked vehicle as he withdrew his Canon EOS 3000D camera. He managed to quickly take two photos just as one of the groups were about to leave Casa Di San Lorenzo. The business was not advertised at all on August 24 which means that a private gathering was organized within the establishment. Frank Baldi, Anthony Ulino, Michael DeRosa and Carmen Romano were present from the Bellantonio camp. They were pictured right as Frank Baldi was making his way to the drivers seat of the Black Greenwood, a rental vehicle, accompanied by the rest of his Bellantonio members. Michael Dippolito, an alleged Valenti mob associate and brother William "Bill" Dippolito, alleged Soldier of the Valenti mob, was also pictured leaving Casa Di San Lorenzo, right after the Bellantonio mob exited the building. The remainder of the individuals on the captured surveillance, whom have not been mentioned by name, will remain unidentified for the time being and will be further investigated to identify whether they have any ties to either crime family. The rental vehicle was followed by Michael Casatella and was later on captured on surveillance outside of a garage in Market. The address of the property tied to the garage is 1831 Mildred Avenue, Marina, Los Santos 313. That area is going to be closely monitored from now on as Sergeant Casatella believes that this could be one of the places that the Bellantonio mob is using to hide their weaponry and narcotics. Casa Di San Lorenzo is also going to be closely monitored by the Major Crimes Bureau. ATTACHMENTS Surveillance footage of Bellantonio and Valenti concluding their private meeting 1831 Mildred Avenue, Marina, Los Santos 313: surveillance footage of Frank Baldi's rental vehicle outside the garage SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 21 SEPTEMBER 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE SERGEANT MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Eastmoor meetings between Bellantonio and the Russian mob On September 21, 2025, at approximately 0255 hours, I, Sergeant Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance around Eastmoor, utilizing an unmarked 2016 Dodge Charger registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. One of the alleged leaders of the Russian Mob, Marat Gusarov, was pictured entering a beige Blista Compact on Star Street, a vehicle unfamiliar to surveillance yet. The vehicle's license plate reads "2LKF282", the car belongs to Vadim Konstantinov who has featured in prior surveillance reports submitted in the Bellantonio Mob casefile. The Buffalo with license plate "9PXW907" belongs to a familiar Bellantonio associate and alleged hitman, Raymond Flleming. He is one of the main suspects in the "Midnight Massacre", the shootout that occurred outside Sharky's on June 6, 2025. Whereas the surveillance footage doesn't show in which apartment the private meeting was held, it is strongly believable that they met in Frank Baldi's Eastmoor apartment. The supplemental intelligence report is to further show that the Russian mob and the Bellantonio mob are still maintaining some sort of a relationship, whether it's private or strictly business. ATTACHMENTS Surveillance footage of Vadim Konstantinov, Marat Gusarov, Raymond Flleming and Edgar Vittore SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 27 SEPTEMBER 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE SERGEANT MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE V-Rock Hotel On September 25, 2025, at approximately 0015 hours, I, Sergeant Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance in Las Venturas, utilizing an unmarked 2016 Dodge Charger registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. The majority of Bellantonio mob members have opted out of using their personal phones, either keeping them off at all times or prioritizing the usage of burner phones. However, Sergeant Casatella is still trying to trace the location of their phones daily in the hopes of gathering intel. That was the case with Arnold Guarna's cellphone as it was successfully traced and located in Julius Thruway East, Las Venturas. Upon arriving to the suspected location, Casatella realized that Arnold Guarna was located in V-Rock Hotel, a famous luxury hotel in East Las Venturas. As he was taking surveillance footage, A brown Huntley with license plate "2TPI421" parked outside of the hotel. After checking the registration on the MDC, the vehicle owner turned out to be Mr. Kevin Giampa, a former convict who has previously been charged with Prostitution and Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm in 2018. Despite not having any past surveillance mentioning Mr. Giampa, it is very likely that he is associated with the Bellantonio mob. His involvement is going to be further investigated. 15. Welcome to the monthly Faction Newsletter. This is your monthly update on the latest developments within the faction scene. This newsletter is designed to provide transparency by sharing high-level insights from internal discussions, spotlighting a featured faction each month, and highlighting any groups reaching candidate or official status. We’re excited to offer a closer look moving forward at the inner workings of the team and the ongoing progress of the illegal faction community. Stay tuned each month as we share updates, celebrate community achievements, and spotlight the factions shaping the future of the illegal roleplay scene. Introduction of Faction of the Month Through discussions between the Faction Team (FT) and Illegal Faction Councils (IFC), we have decided to introduce a Faction Spotlight on a monthly basis. Each month, IFC and FT members nominate and discuss standout factions during the last week of the month. From these nominations, tallies are gathered, the top four factions are identified, and a final vote determines the selected faction. There's a number of factors considered, not only the quality and appearance of each factions threads but most importantly, their impact and interactions with the community in-game. Earning the monthly spotlight provides more than recognition because it also comes with tangible benefits. Spotlighted factions may receive approval for larger-scale scenario schemes, gain access to faction complexes and businesses to further roleplay and become eligible to apply for drug schemes or other schemes offered by the Faction Team. This program is designed to reward not only official factions but also highlight the contributions of unofficial factions, who are an essential part of the community. We recognize that unofficial factions have not always received the credit they deserve, and this system is intended to address that gap. The Faction Spotlight is an opportunity to showcase creativity, collaboration, and community impact, and we encourage all factions to push the quality of their factions to be considered for this spotlight. Faction of the Month We would like to extend our congratulations to Verona Shoreline Crip, the recipient of this month’s Faction Spotlight. This faction's roster is filled with both veteran and newer community members, whose leadership have once again continued to inspire and entertain others with their gritty depiction of street-gang roleplay. The Illegal Faction Team & Council have been thrilled to watch this faction develop since they opened in June of this year and hope to see much more from them in the coming months. We encourage anyone wishing to get involved with Verona Shoreline Crip, to reach out to VSC's leadership: @Original Cranky., @AP. or @Roderick_Mays Since they opened their doors in June, Verona Shoreline Crip, has delivered outstanding roleplay and made a consistently positive contribution to the server. Notable highlights from their thread include their in-depth and realistic character development and high quality screenshot cinematics, which truly deserves recognition this month. We intend on rewarding factions monthly through this newsletter, with an incentive of their choosing, Verona Shoreline Crip's leadership will be contacted or can feel free to reach out to the Illegal Faction Council to discuss their chosen in-game incentive. If your faction would like to be considered for the next spotlight, continue pushing your creativity and standing out in meaningful ways. Key areas that can set your faction apart include strong character portrayal, showcasing unique media or roleplay, and maintaining a clean administrative record by following server rules. We look forward to carrying on this tradition and recognizing another deserving faction in the coming month. Every faction has an opportunity to be recognized so keep building, innovating, and contributing to the community. Internal Updates We would like to welcome the new community members who were recently inducted into the Faction Team. For those inducted, their names are mentioned in the section below. Moving on, we would also like to once again congratulate 59th & Harlow Bloods for reaching official status, which was previously shared in the Community Update Newsletter. As a reminder, all the schemes are currently open as follows: Faction Drug Scheme — OPEN Faction Prison Scheme — CLOSED Strawmen Scheme — OPEN Solo Scheme Drugs — OPEN Weapons — (Refer to Strawman Scheme) Melee — OPEN Scenario Scheme — OPEN Business Scheme — OPEN If you would like more details, you can find additional information SA-MP Illegal Available Schemes. We would also like to give a special shoutout to faction-owned businesses that continue to contribute positively to the community and remain consistently active. This month shoutout goes to Rirakuzeshon, operated by members of The Santa Maria Collective. We believe their efforts in creating an authentic atmosphere are worth recognizing, and we will continue highlighting such businesses moving forward. Lastly, there are several internal discussions underway that we’d like to share with the community at a high level. These highlights provide a glimpse into the topics covered during our monthly meetings and areas currently being reviewed by the team. If there is something you’d like to see added to future discussions, please reach out to @Scumpy, who will ensure its included if not already raised within our monthly meetings. If you'd like to join our discord, where a ticket system is in place allowing you to directly contact the Illegal Faction Team with questions or concerns, you can join here. Chopshop System There is currently ongoing internal review of the structure and how the current system is set up. The goal is to prevent abuse and make sure that the new structure covers a better reward structure but also take other things into consideration such as Legal Factions availability. Drug Related Updates There are discussions happening around the drug system and how we can improve it. The goal is to explore more waves of refining how drugs work along with the effect. The ideas are still on-going, but it is still worth mentioning for the community to get a general idea of things being discussed. 16. Hi All Hope everyone is doing OK, we're past the half way point of the year, isn't it crazy how fast time goes when you're having fun. We're currently in the midst of very good hot weather, I hope everyone is staying hydrated and touching grass more than once a week. Without further ado, we've only a short update for this month, have a read below. Illegal Faction Team The Illegal Faction Team have been working to address a number of issues on the server, one of which being weapon stockpiling and the general flow of weapons on the server. You may have seen the MOTD in-game along with our announcements regarding the upcoming weapon wipe. As a one-time measure, the Faction Team Council will be conducting a stale weapon wipe over the weekend of July 04, 2025. What does this mean? With the recent addition of Unique Universal Identifiers (UUIDs) for weapons, our Lead Admins and FTC now possess the ability to track individual firearms, including their origin and history. Since the update, any weapon spawned on a player or within a vehicle has been assigned a unique UUID. However, weapons held by players or within vehicles that have not been logged in or spawned since the update currently lack these identifiers. To ensure your weaponry is properly identified and remains available to you, we kindly request that you log in if you are carrying weapons or packages, or spawn any vehicles containing weapons before July 04, 2025. This action will automatically assign the necessary UUIDs to your items, saving them from being deleted forever! You will not be refunded if you miss this cut-off point. We're excited to announce more opportunities for unofficial illegal factions! We've broadened the schemes available, making it easier for factions to access properties/businesses within their designated turf. We're also launching a new monthly faction spotlight! This initiative is designed to recognize and celebrate factions that truly stand out. Keep an eye out on discord and the forums for further information, and in the mean time check out the current available schemes! 17. Hi All, hope everyone is well. Welcome to our March Staff Update, we've a lot to cover this month as we've a lot of updates from some of our core teams, you can read about those below. Illegal Faction Team Update The Illegal Faction Team has been diligently working behind the scenes on a number of updates and improvements to enhance our activities. We are excited to welcome @Dos Santos to the Illegal Faction Council. Dos Santos will focus on identifying and addressing the challenges we faced during the initial launch of V, as we prepare for the relaunch of our V server. Additionally, we have also recently opened the Letter of Intent (LOI) process for the Illegal Faction Team and have onboarded new members to support the illegal roleplay scene. Following a discussion between Illegal Faction Council and management, we've agreed on a candidate. We'd like to announce, @unlawfulact as the newest addition to the Illegal Faction Council. With this expanded team, we are actively reopening several schemes. The Scenario Scheme is now managed by @Rye, and the Melee Scheme is overseen by @alooshy. We will soon announce the new heads of the Drug Scheme and Strawman Scheme, which we aim to have reworked and reopened in early March. Furthermore, we have implemented certain measures to ensure that factions of subpar quality are identified and supported in their efforts to meet our high standards. We received significant feedback regarding factions that do not meet LSRP's standards. To address this, we have revised our Turf Requests process. Instead of solely evaluating faction activity, we now consider the faction's overall reputation and the quality of their screenshots and roleplay. Factions that do not meet our standards will be moved to 'Unofficial Factions' until they demonstrate improvements in the required areas. We would also like to remind factions of the support available to them. Any faction with turf on the map can receive assistance from IFT/IFC with properties. We have several complexes available across the map, and if there are none in your specific turf, we are happy to explore creating one or finding alternatives to provide your faction with housing. We are committed to helping your faction in any way necessary. If you have an idea that does not fit within the current schemes, please reach out to us, and we will be happy to collaborate with you and your faction. Mapping Team Update A few words from our Mapping Team Leader @Fiellavin; We've been actively adding maps to enhance engagement across various areas, including companies and illegal factions. Now, we're looking to collaborate with different parts of the server to meet their specific needs. This doesn’t mean we’re stepping away from any group—we’re simply broadening our efforts to ensure all areas receive the attention they need. We welcome any roleplay-oriented map requests, and I’m always open to discussions with those looking to contribute to the community’s growth. Commerce and Estate Team Update A few words from the Commerce and Estate Council: Over the past few weeks we have reached out for and looked into player to gather feedback on property auctions and where they would like to see new properties being auctioned. Based on the community input, we are excited to announce a new bi-monthly schedule for auctions to better satisfy the players' needs for properties. Moreso, we have started auctioning unowned complexes around the server to better help address the ongoing property shortage caused by blocking apartments purchases without complex owner consent. Make sure to keep an eye on the Auctions boards as we plan on introducing more complex auctions in the near future. Event Team Update A few words from our Event Team Leader @JustSid: I’m honoured to step up as the new Events Team Leader and continue the work of making LS-RP an exciting, immersive, and unforgettable roleplay experience. First off, a huge thanks to @danielswe for all the effort and dedication put into this role before me. Moving forward, Our focus will be on expanding event opportunities, bringing more large-scale, story-driven events, and ensuring that both legal and illegal roleplayers have more dynamic, engaging interactions. I want to make sure the Events Team is working closely with factions, businesses, and community leaders to craft unique moments. If you have ideas, feedback, or just want to be involved in upcoming events, my DMs are always open. Let’s push LS-RP’s roleplay experience to new heights together. See you all in-game. 18. Faction of the Month This month's Faction Spotlight is Black Organized Crime, a group we’ve been watching since last month. From the start, they have delivered a distinct and refreshing take on illegal character development while maintaining consistently high standards of roleplay and OOC conduct. As always, we encourage anyone interested in getting involved with Black Organized Crime to reach out to their leadership team: @boris1, @sk8txrfu, @Gnarp, and @Iamkaciii. Tracing their roots back to 2024, the faction is steeped in rich lore that is a genuine pleasure to explore. Every storyline is crafted with remarkable attention to detail along with long-term development for character portrayals. The Black Organized Crime thread stands out as one of the few that captures both the day-to-day roleplay and a cohesive, evolving storyline. Their ability to balance grounded, passive roleplay with engaging schemes and rackets makes their faction feel more dynamic. Faction Mediation Team Introduced We’re pleased to share that a Faction Mediation Teams have been introduced to support healthy faction relations and oversee war term agreements across the community. The team is composed of experienced faction members who work together to promote fair play, resolve disputes, and maintain a balanced environment during conflicts. This initiative reflects our continued commitment to transparency and collaboration within the illegal roleplay scene. Rage Updates During our recent Illegal Faction Team monthly meeting, we took the opportunity to address the absence of defined procedures and policies in preparation for the upcoming relaunch of the RAGE Multiplayer server. One of the advantages of having such a dedicated and experienced team is the diversity of perspectives we receive from across the community. This feedback continues to guide our approach as we prepare for the future of both platforms. We recognize that discussions around RAGE Multiplayer may not appeal to everyone, and we want to reaffirm that SA-MP will remain the primary focus of the Illegal Faction Team for the foreseeable future. At the same time, we’re ensuring that when the RAGE server is ready, we are fully equipped and organized to support it. If you’re interested in contributing ideas or joining the conversation about the development of illegal roleplay on either platform, please reach out to the Illegal Faction Council to get involved. Internal Updates We’d like to congratulate the Marat Gusarov Brigade for officially reaching official faction status. Your dedication and creativity have truly stood out within the community. We’d also like to congratulate the Verona Shoreline Crips and Warlocks Outlaw Motorcycle Club for being selected as official faction candidates. We look forward to seeing your continued development and impact on the server. The Illegal Faction Council and Management have launched a new competition to recognize and reward talented interior designers within the community. Participants will have the chance to design and furnish assigned residential properties, with prizes of up to 2000 UCP credits for the winner and 500–1000 credits for runners-up. 19. Dutch-Moroccan Connection Moving Weight Through the Ports De Mokkro Koppel is a tightly knit Dutch-Moroccan criminal network that has quietly risen to prominence since 2021. Operating mainly in Rotterdam, Utrecht, and Amsterdam, the group specializes in the smuggling and distribution of cocaine and hashish, running well-coordinated supply lines through major European ports like Rotterdam and Antwerp. Their operations are notable for blending street-level control with sophisticated logistics and money laundering schemes, allowing them to maintain a low profile despite increasing police scrutiny. De Mokkro Koppel’s smuggling operations are run with precision, relying heavily on corrupted dock workers and trusted couriers to move shipments concealed within legitimate cargo, making it difficult for law enforcement to intercept. On the streets, they maintain control through loyal runners and enforcers who ensure debts are collected and rival groups kept in check. Like Houssine Ait Soussan & Associates, De Mokkro Koppel functions similarly within the same Mocro Maffia framework, combining street-level influence with careful coordination. Armed with smuggled assault rifles and equipped with burner phones, they operate with discipline and efficiency, avoiding flashy public displays. Despite their quiet approach, De Mokkro Koppel has been linked to several violent incidents, including targeted shootings and armed confrontations, reflecting a simmering turf war beneath the surface. Their success is also driven by extensive money laundering through small businesses and involvement in credit card fraud and document forgery. The crew follows a strict code of loyalty and silence, ensuring that internal conflicts remain contained and that their operations continue without attracting undue attention. Qualitative reports and ethnographic studies confirm the elevated level of deviant and criminal behavior in European gang members. These studies also show that gang-related behavior can be expressed in many different ways in Europe. In some instances, European gangs are mainly involved in nuisance and minor to moderate forms of delinquency, like fighting, harassing people, vandalism and petty types of theft (Gruter and Vesterlingh 2001). In other instances they are involved in a wide variety of delinquent behaviour, including serious offenses like robbery and group violence. An example of a more serious delinquent, but also very versatile gang was provided by Van Gemert and Fleisher (2005). In an ethnographic study on the mainly Moroccan ‘Windmill Square group’ in Amsterdam they noticed that members of this group were involved in many forms of minor delinquency but also in serious crimes like burglary and robbery. The more serious offenses were not conducted by the whole gang, but by separate smaller co-offending groups. Nuisance and harassments, on the other hand, seemed to be a group phenomenon. Also violence was a group phenomenon, because in conflicts with the outside world, loyalty to group members was the rule. The Moroccan gang that was described in the Netherlands (Van Gemert and Fleisher 2005), did have instigators and more experienced members. At the same time, gang members expressed that no one can tell them what to do and ridiculed others that were trying to ‘play boss’. Migration and marginalization in Europe Moroccans and Turks, among others, decided to stay and most people in these groups are now first or second generation (Engbersen et al 2007). This is the moment that Colombia law enforcement caught the Netherlands' most-wanted fugitive who is accused of drug, murder and terrorism charges. A multi-national task force unit headed by Colombia's National Police Anti-narcotics Directorate arrested Said Razzouki inside an apartment Friday in Sabaneta, a municipality in the department of Antioquia. Aided by the FBI and DEA, Colombian law enforcement was able to track down the 48-year-old Moroccan-Dutchman. Authorities say Razzouki employed some of the same tactics used by Pablo Escobar to evade capture before he was killed during an operation in 1993. Razzouki had been hiding out in the apartment for at least six months, according to Colombia network Tele Medellin, and had not contacted his family for eight years. When authorities raided his third-floor apartment, he reportedly tried to flee through the window but was shot and detained. Razzouki, who was wanted since 2018, kept a low profile and had not spoken to his family in eight years Dutch authorities accuse Razzouki, who has been wanted since 2018, of drug trafficking, homicide and terrorism. The Colombia police said a surveillance unit was deployed and discovered that Razzouki did not use social media networks or the internet and would only spend a maximum of three hours outside his home. On Fridays he visited a local mosque. 'We practically had to return to techniques such as the Search Bloc used to locate Pablo Escobar, since this individual applied mechanisms to hide and evade the authorities,' said General Jorge Luis Ramírez, director of the National Police Anti-narcotics Directorate. Ramírez said Razzouki was linked to Clan del Golfo Cartel [Gulf's clan] and allegedly shipped large quantities of cocaine hydrochloride to Europe. Razzouki was transferred to Bogotá where he received medical treatment. Razzouki was allegedly the right-hand man of Ridouan Taghi, 41, who had been on the run for years until his arrest in Dubai in December. Prosecutors accuse Taghi and Razzouki in the murders of five people, including career criminals and a crime blogger. Houssine Ait Soussan, commonly called Hoes, born in 1979 has Amsterdam (The Netherlands), is a former president of the club futsal ZVV 't Knooppunt, businessman and criminal dutch original moroccan. A large-scale drug trafficker, he leads the life of a businessman at the head of a futsal club. Houssine Ait Soussan was notably a great figure of the Mocro Maffia in the Netherlands and in Belgium. He was distributing tons of cocaine towards allWestern Europe. Houssine Ait Soussan was sought after by for many years Interpol for his involvement in numerous assassinations and kidnappings, the majority of which took place in Antwerp and Brussels in Belgium.

  24. ALL SIDE FOETY CRIP. By: CINDY CHANG DEC. 18, 2019 | 3AM STAFF WRITER Garry “Twin” Dorton walked up to his childhood home, past the tree trunks that had shielded him from bullets many of times. THE STORY OF GARRY DORTON. It was about 7 on a summer evening, still light out. Inside, they had given up waiting on him and cut the cake. He said “happy birthday” to his grandmother, ducked into the bathroom and headed out again. As always, she implored him to go straight home and not hang out. This was his block of Van Ness, lined with the impossibly tall, wind-bent palm trees featured in movies about South Los Santos — the backdrop for his heyday as a leader of the Rollin’ 40s Crips, dealing crack, tooling around in a Mercedes-Benz, warring with the Bloods across 48th Street. The monikers “Big Twin” and “Twin 1" were his birthright for being six minutes first out of the womb. Everyone knew Garry and Jerry, the identical twins from Van Ness, with their reddish hair, heavyset builds, down-to-earth charm and matching “40s” tattooed on their forearms. The Dorton Twins In recent years, Dorton had turned from the dark side to good, using his street cred to mediate between rival gangs and mentor young people. At 48, with five children, he had settled into modest prosperity as a gang interventionist for the city with a side gig providing security for TV and film shoots, such as John Singleton’s “Snowfall.” But there is a hard truth to gang-banging. You can never leave it behind, no matter how cleanly you live. Something from your past, or a minor conflict from the present, can come back to bite you in a world where people settle their scores with gunfire. Dorton’s milestones growing up were these: First robbery at 12. First drug deal around the same time. Becoming a father at 15. He knew right from wrong but right was less glamorous. Circa. 1984 -- 42nd St & 7th Ave. Crack cocaine hit the streets of Los Santos in the early 1980s. The money was easy and the danger close to home. Rivals threw Molotov cocktails into his grandmother’s house and shot up her front door. “Like lacing my shoes and putting a belt on, I had to put a gun on. That was the way of life,” Dorton said in a 2017 interview with The Times. But bullets never touched him — not when he took cover behind those palm trees, not when he was cruising on Crenshaw and some Bloods shot at his car, hitting his twin in the arm. In the late 1990s, as Dorton approached his 30th birthday, the police seemed determined to put him away. His criminal record was sparse — reckless driving, cocaine possession. But they were threatening to slap him with a gang enhancement, which could have meant a long sentence. It was time to walk away, he decided — not from the neighborhood, not from his friends, but from the road that ended in prison or death. “They were locking up a lot of people at the time, so we just had to change up,” Dorton said in the 2017 interview. “I got tired of fighting those cases and all that. I said, ‘Well, you know, I’ve got to change, got to go to work, got to go back to school, you know, start doing things like trying to keep it productive.’” A NEW HORIZON. It was awhile before he stopped tucking a gun into his waistband. But his lifestyle gradually shifted. For a time, he and his brother operated a convenience store down the block from their grandmother’s house, using the business acumen they had honed dealing drugs to sell chips and sodas. Dorton got his GED and took classes at SAN State L.S. In his spare time, he offered guidance to young people and became a familiar presence at community events. Four years ago, he scored a full-time gig as a foot soldier in the mayor’s Gang Reduction and Youth Development Program. When Dorton’s phone buzzed in the middle of the night, it was usually a notification from the city that someone had been shot. He would throw on some clothes and rush to the scene to comfort friends and relatives, tamp down rumors about who did it, talk people out of retaliating. Only high-status “Original Gangsters” were qualified for the work. These were men who had lived the violence of the 1980s and 1990s, when annual homicides in the city topped 1,000. These were men who had seen friend after friend die or go to prison for life and wanted to steer young people away from similar fates. On these streets, seemingly minor conflicts — an unpaid debt, a contested parking space — could mushroom into violence. Dorton convinced people that it was strong, not weak, to let a slight go. And there were the kids who still had a chance to avoid the mistakes he had made, who occupied his afternoons and weekends with fishing trips, pep talks, heart-to-hearts with their parents. The mayor and the police chief often touted gang intervention as a major reason why homicides and shootings were down in South L.S. The work was all-consuming, and it could be dangerous. Peacemakers are generally considered off-limits in gang warfare. But it is inherently risky to put yourself in the middle of angry, armed factions, to work with both police and gang members, to navigate complex gang politics where one misstep could be fatal. But Dorton stayed in the mix. Only by turning young lives around could he atone for his lost years. In the summer of 2018, the Rollin’ 40s were contenders for the Crips softball championship once again. TENSION. On July 1 at Vermont Square Park in Jefferson, they clobbered the Rollin’ 90s, 48 to 5. As the slate of games wrapped up, spectators packed up their picnic gear and headed home. The league had been a passion for Dorton since he brought in the 40s as one of the founding teams in 2016. It was an ambitious peacemaking effort, using sports to cement the tentative goodwill among Crip gangs, which more or less got along but were always at risk of flareups that could erupt into full-blown wars. Many of the players were middle-aged and no longer actively gang-banging. Like Dorton, they still identified strongly with their gang but wanted that affinity to represent something positive. They wanted to set an example for the young people who came to watch the ballgames. Plus, it was just plain fun to suit up with the homies and represent the neighborhood, trying to outplay and out trash-talk one another. “Hopefully, one day when I get old with a cane and sit in the bleachers, they’re playing, you know,” Dorton said of the young spectators. Dorton had stepped back from the league to answer the call of work and family on weekends. But he still attended the games when he could. He was there that day at Vermont Square Park when Xavier “Chico” Guerrero, a Rollin’ 60s OG, showed up. The 60s were at war with the 40s, so they were not allowed to join the league or even attend the games as spectators. Some 40s asked Guerrero to leave. The talk grew heated, and he retreated. It is unclear what role Dorton played in the altercation. On the phone with his fiancée later that day, he mentioned an incident at the game. “I’ll tell you when I get home,” he said. After stopping to offer birthday greetings to his grandmother, Dorton drove up the block to his longtime friend Tamajon Jackson’s house, where members of the Rollin’ 40s often congregated. Dorton’s grandmother, Eula Montgomery, had long urged him to leave the neighborhood. She knew trouble could still find him. But he lived around the corner and stopped by to see her almost every day. He was a man who planted his roots deep and tended them carefully, who loved barbecuing for a large crowd and arguing vociferously with his brother over trivial matters like the songs on a Mary J. Blige album. In his youth, he had channeled that loyalty into a culture where men took up arms for one another and a slight against one was a slight against all. One person may have pulled the trigger, but everyone from that gang was to blame. One person may have been disrespected, but his allies all felt the same thirst for revenge. “Anytime you lose a loved one, you blame everybody, you know — whoever you don’t get along with,” Dorton said in 2017. That ethos still burned strong in the next generation of gang members, from the young men Dorton tried to set straight to the thousands of others he had never met. A LIFE CUT SHORT. Dorton was standing by his truck in Jackson’s driveway at 7:30 p.m., chatting with friends, when a black Mazda sedan stopped in the middle of the street. Two young men got out, both armed with handguns, and began shooting. A bullet hit Dorton in the back of his left shoulder, piercing his heart and lungs and coming to rest in his liver. A man standing near Dorton was critically injured. By the time paramedics arrived, Dorton had no pulse. They performed CPR on him throughout the 12-minute ambulance ride. At 8 p.m., minutes after he arrived at the hospital, a doctor pronounced him dead. Dorton’s funeral drew an unlikely crowd, but one that reflected his work as a peacemaker — gang members from all over the city, including mortal enemies of the Rollin’ 40s, like Bloods and Hoovers, as well as a representative from Mayor Eric Garcetti’s office. Kevin “Twin” Orange, a gang interventionist from the Hoovers who worked closely with Dorton and whose own identical twin had died in gun violence, addressed Jerry “Twin 2" Dorton. “To lose a twin is like losing another half of your soul,” he said. Within weeks of Dorton’s death, police arrested a member of the Rollin’ 60s. Brandon Dixon’s GPS monitor, affixed to his ankle because of a previous crime, placed him at the shooting. Surveillance video from a nearby business showed that he was behind the wheel of the black Mazda. Dixon, 22, was charged with murder, attempted murder and other related crimes. The alleged gunmen in the car with him — Dejone Wright, 20, and a juvenile whom The Times is not naming — also were arrested and charged. Circa. 2012 -- 43rd St & S Kansas Ave. (Darcside & Parcside 40s.) BLACK HEARTED. As the Rollin’ 40s mourned Dorton’s death, retaliation seemed a real possibility. Dorton’s friends were outraged that he was targeted, when he should have had immunity as a noncombatant. “It’s not like he’s doing anything to harm anybody there,” said Berniel “Blue” Garrett. “If he’s in an opposing community, he’s there to save lives.... Why go after our peacemaker?” They quit the softball league. Their hearts were too heavy, and they worried that more violence could break out. ‘For him to die now, when growing up, he dodged all of that — it’s senseless.’ JERRY “TWIN 2" DORTON, ON HIS LATE BROTHER Dorton would not have wanted any blood spilled on his behalf, the 40s knew. For the most part, they did not channel their grief into revenge. But with Dorton’s death, the enmity between the 40s and the 60s grew deeper. It took the killing of another gang member turned do-gooder, the rap star and Rollin’ 60 Nipsey Hussle, in March, for the two sides to broker a fragile cease-fire as part of a wave of gang peacemaking that swept the city. Forgiveness was not necessary, only an understanding that the killing would stop. It was what Hussle and Dorton would have wanted. THE SUSPECTS. Dixon, the driver of the black Mazda, told his version of events to detectives. Guerrero, the Rollin’ 60s OG, had told Dixon and his friends about the dispute at the softball game. Dixon admitted to cruising past the house on Van Ness, where he recognized Dorton standing in the driveway. But Dixon insisted they went there to buy codeine from a Rollin’ 40, not to avenge their big homie. As they pulled up, a tall man with glasses approached the car and tried to shoot them, according to Dixon’s account. But the gun jammed. Dixon said he didn’t know his two companions were armed until they got out and began spraying bullets, while Dixon stayed in the car. Questioning a witness at a hearing in May, a prosecutor elicited a possible motive for the gunfire: a young gang member might want to impress his elders by acting on their behalf. The witness, an LSPD gang expert, dismissed the notion that a Rollin’ 60 would go to a Rollin’ 40s hangout to purchase codeine. TRIAL. Jerry Dorton sat in the small downtown courtroom, yards away from Dixon and Wright, wearing a T-shirt with a photo of his brother and him as babies in identical white tops and red shorts. “Two of a kind, 1970 — 2018,” the shirt said. Dixon’s attorney, Ludlow Creary II, argued that the young men acted in self-defense after the tall man pulled the gun on them. But the judge ruled there was enough evidence to send them to trial. Guerrero could not be reached for comment. Attorneys for Dixon and Wright declined to comment. A date for the trial has not yet been set. The third defendant’s case is being handled separately in juvenile court. These young black men were from the very demographic Dorton was trying to help, living the same life he had once led. The irony weighed heavily on his family and friends. “For him to die now, when growing up, he dodged all of that — it’s senseless,” his brother Jerry said. “Those kids — I used to be those kids.” At an earlier court hearing, Dixon and Wright stood handcuffed in a glassed-in holding booth. Wright spotted Jerry Dorton sitting in the audience. He shot a sidelong look at Dixon, and both stole glances at Dorton, who stared back hard. It was the face of the man they had allegedly sent to the grave, etched with a grief his brother had never known. More than 1,000 police officers and federal agents executed dozens of arrest and search warrants this morning in a coordinated operation in which members of a violent street gang were taken into custody for their alleged roles in the widespread distribution of narcotics. The results of today’s operation were announced by George S. Cardona, Acting United States Attorney in Los Santos; William Bratton, Chief of the Los Santos Police Department; Keith Bolcar, Acting Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI in Los Santos; and Carmen Trutanich, City Attorney in Los Santos. The announcement of the law enforcement operation called “40 Ounces to Freedom” was made on behalf of multiple agencies that participated in the investigation to assist the FBI/LSPD task force. Seventy-four members of the gang known as the “Rollin’ 40s Neighborhood Crips” were charged in 23 federal indictments and 45 state warrants for their alleged roles in a narcotics trafficking conspiracy that operated within a three-square-mile area of Los Santos. The federal indictments that were unsealed this morning charge 29 gang members with crimes that include conspiracy, possession with the intent to distribute cocaine base (“crack”) and methamphetamine, and firearms violations. Forty-five additional members of the gang are named in state charges filed in Los Santos Superior Court for their roles in the illegal drug distribution operation. Many of the defendants at the federal and state level were arrested this morning; however several defendants were already in custody on both related and unrelated charges. Several subjects of this operation are still being sought by law enforcement, including six federal defendants and 20 state defendants. The FBI/LSPD task force initiated an investigation in 2008 to address gang-related crime and persistent violence fueled by narcotics trafficking being reported in the city of Los Santos. Using statistics, including offenses reported to the police, and further analysis, the task force identified the Rollin’ 40s Neighborhood Crips territory as among the most violent in the city, and focused on the “shot callers” who control the criminal activity in the area. The Rollin' 40's Neighborhood Crips is a violent Crips gang that operates primarily in a three-square-mile area of South Los Santos, an area which falls under the jurisdiction of the LSPD's Southwest Division. The Rollin' 40s have established strong ties to other gangs under the "Neighborhood Crips" umbrella, as well as other Crips gangs in the local neighborhood. The Los Santos Police Department has identified this gang as one of the 10 most violent gangs in the city of Los Santos. The Rollin' 40s are organized into four loosely affiliated cliques that control their particular neighborhood area. Its members are known to be involved in a variety of crimes, including murder, assault, robberies, narcotics and firearms violations. Each clique is controlled by a shot caller who determines the overall strategy relative to the criminal activity within the clique. Prior to the charges announced today, this investigation resulted in 51 felony arrests and 35 misdemeanor arrests, separate from those individuals sought today, including members of the Rollin’ 40s gang and members of other gangs. Among those arrested were active parolees and felony probationers. In addition to substantial quantities of narcotics, task force members seized several handguns, rifles and a large amount of cash during this investigation. During today’s operation, narcotics were seized, as well as approximately 10 weapons. The Los Santos County City Attorney’s Office has brought parallel civil actions as part of this investigation, including five nuisance abatement lawsuits against six separate properties being used by gang members to conduct criminal activity, including drug transactions and illegal weapon storage. For each abatement, the City Attorney’s office will seek an injunction against the owner ordering various improvements, orders to stay away from gang members named as defendants in the lawsuits, civil penalties and additional fees. In addition to the five lawsuits, the City Attorney’s Office is notifying property owners that, by law, tenants conducting illegal drug activity must be evicted. A permanent injunction was filed against the gang in 2008. Based on federal sentencing laws, the mandatory minimum sentence each federal defendant faces are five years in prison. Eleven of the federal defendants face mandatory minimum sentences of 10 years in prison. If convicted of the charges, several federal defendants face between 20 years to life in prison. Federal defendants arrested today will make an initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Los Santos this afternoon. This case was investigated by agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and detectives with the Los Santos Police Department, in coordination with the Los Santos City Attorney’s Office. Multiple agencies participated in today’s operation, including the San Andreas Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, the Department of Transportation, the San Andreas Highway Patrol, the Los Santos County Sheriff’s Department, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Los Santos City Fire Department - EMS Services, the Los Santos County Probation Department, and the Los Santos County Department of Child and Family Services. The federal defendants will be prosecuted by the United States Attorney’s Office in Los Santos. The District Attorney in Los Santos will prosecute defendants charged by the state. 25. I have most likely fucked up the formatting somewhere as I had to copy and paste the entire casefile from the LSSD forums in which they are still using the old BBCodes from the legacy forums. I wanted to show to the community the depths that the Major Crimes Bureau had taken the casefile on the Bellantonio faction. Whereas it was primarily myself spearheading a one man casefile on an entire faction, I did receive enough help from my faction whenever I truly needed it, whether it was a patrol partner or sending in the menaces from SEB. As a LCN roleplayer for more than 10 years, I never really experienced the constant pressure of law enforcement in the way that I wanted. Investigate roleplay wasn't a niche picked up by many players and those who did either lacked the patience to carry out long-term investigations or just didn't fully comprehend the dynamics of being a detective. So I did it myself. I walked in with having absolutely no prior investigative roleplay experience and just followed my intuition and used common sense all the time. The initial plan was to investigate Valenti however due to their inactivity, we had head down the other side of the city and investigate Bellantonio instead. Their leadership knows that we have had or ups and downs however as I look back at it, I have no regrets. I was planning to go for Valenti next and even spoke to their leadership OOC'ly about it however I just don't have it in me to continue this type of roleplay. I've invested too many hours of my life in the Bellantonio casefile and honestly, I am burnt out. So for all the Valenti guys, I'm sorry. NOTE: Some of the hyperlinks lead to the LSSD forums and you will not be able to have any access to see them. I have a lot of surveillance footage that I haven't included in the casefile itself, you can see it all here.

  26. Hi everyone, With September over and autumn slowly creeping up on us it's hard to believe that the year is nearing an end. This month we released the first (of many) Illegal Faction Newsletter which includes a wealth of information, and of course Faction of the Month. If you haven't seen it already, check it out.! Here's our October Community Update: Illegal Faction Team Another great month in terms of progress for the Illegal Faction Team. We've introduced another official faction, The Marat Gusarov Brigade. They've been providing high quality Eurasian organised crime roleplay to the server for quite a while now. If you haven't already go and visit their thread and congratulate them on becoming official! Verona Shoreline Crips, a faction which is ran and operated by seasoned gang roleplayers have taken the next step and are now official faction candidates. Look out for this faction as they're taking the gang scene by storm! Over the last month we've been incredibly busy, we've brainstormed ideas on how to improve our faction properties and the quality of them. We recently announced a furnishing competition. This competition aims to assist in the furnishing of faction team properties (which any eligible faction can apply for) whilst also rewarding furnishers of the community by competing against one another for UCP Credit prizes! The winner will be announced next month once all entrants have completed their work, and the voting process is complete. We've also been receiving and noticing an increase of reports regarding behaviour on MyFace which we'll be adding some clarity to our Rules of Engagement to cover. Keep an eye out for the upcoming Illegal Faction Team Update blog post, for more information on what we've been up to and what's coming! We'd like to add that in our recent monthly Illegal Faction Team meeting, we also discussed the lack of existing procedures/policies in place for the relaunch of our RAGE Multiplayer server. (We said the R word! 😱) One of the great things about having a such a dedicated and widely experienced Illegal Faction Team is that we're able to receive feedback from all walks of the community. We're aware discussing our RAGE Multiplayer server is not everyone's cup of tea, and if this is you, we'd like to reassure you that SA-MP will remain the focus of the Illegal Faction Team just as it has since we returned. We are however ensuring that when the RAGE Multiplayer server is ready to go, so are we. If you'd like to get involved in discussions surrounding the illegal roleplay scene on either, or both servers please reach out to the Illegal Faction Council with your interest. Once again, we have plenty of schemes available to apply for, and we're excited to continue our work with our Development Team to come up with updates for SA-MP. If you think you have something to bring to the table, that would benefit the illegal scene don't be afraid to reach out to @Aloosh@Rye or @unlawfulact. Staff Update Here are some of September's Key Metrics: There were a total of 2377 reports handled There were a total of 2297 help requests handled There were a total of 338 character applications handled We saw a large number of applications come through for Tester and after long deliberations between the leadership team, we want to share a massive congratulations to our new testers! 28. It's been seven months since @West$ider and I founded this faction. The journey has been a rollercoaster, full of highs and lows. There was even a time when only three of us remained, but we never backed down. More than that, we never once questioned whether it was all worth continuing. Month after month, we poured our hearts into this - time, money, energy, and relentless effort. That’s why it means the world to us when people notice and truly appreciate what we’ve built. A heartfelt thank you goes out to every member who has put in the work and still does to help this faction grow and thrive. Thank you for the overwhelming love and support. See you at the top! WFFW!

  29. Thank you for all the interest shown so far. I do want to point out that this adjustment does not mean joining will now all of a sudden be easy. We strive to roleplay everything realistically IC and recruitment is no exception. In fact, much of Valenti's success across all eras can be attributed to our stringent recruitment/progression process; delayed gratification has worked wonders for us in many other facets as well and will continue to be foundational to our success. There are other LCN factions where you can simply have an Italian name, ask for a drink and they'll hire you to do dirty work, but that won't cut it here. Working your way in will still require the ability to portray a realistic character, creativity, and patience. It's no secret our activity has been below peak levels for a while now and the server as a whole isn't as lively as it once was, so we felt a public Discord channel is an appropriate move for the time being. We're giving you a few nuggets on where and when you can find us to make joining a little more convenient, but it's on you to plan a realistic character and find your own pathway into the faction from there. In regards to the recent decline in activity: don't worry about it. All factions experience peaks and valleys when it comes to activity and ours are unavoidable due to our memberbase being much older than the average faction and increasingly pulled away from the game due to real life responsibilities. The beauty of Valenti, though, is that it's very rare that people ever leave the faction; they'll take a break from roleplaying and return home when they have time to get back into the game. Our ability to retain players over long periods of time is simply second to none and rest assured myself and countless other Valenti loyalists will return home when we have the time. We have experienced far greater activity slumps in the past and rebounded to incredible heights; I have no doubt that will happen again. All that to say: don't let our recent slip in activity deter you from joining, but rather look at it as a prime window of opportunity. The inactivity currently is at the associate level, which means naturally there will be a higher demand for manpower and more room for characters to advance than in many previous eras. That doesn't mean it will be quick or easy but now is certainly a great time to get involved if you'd like to make your mark on our historic storyline. With that said, I hope this adjustment dispells the misconception that we are a closed club full of elitists and don't want anyone to join because that couldn't be further from the truth. This is the Mafia; our exclusive nature IC is self explanatory, but on an OOC basis we are thrilled to have new people join. We may or may not be as engaging as other factions are in their Discord channels, but we are also cognizant of creating an immersive roleplaying environment IC with no OOC strings attached. Every single one of us was new to this faction at one point and we can all speak to how helpful the faction and its members were in developing us as roleplayers. Valenti has lasted so long because it's always been a breeding ground for the best LCN roleplayers and we are looking forward to seeing the next generation emerge and helping them along the way. Just two cents from the dead boss. Keep up the great work everyone.

  30. I'll piggy back on Martin and Michael and more or less just echo what they're saying. I haven't spent nearly as much time as them, but I still think I brought a lot to the table, but my experience was already the same as theirs. I add one thing and it's all fine for a day or two, then it's back to "priorities are wrong!", "that's useless!", "what about us?!", etc. Nothing that will be added will be sufficient for anyone, but even so, we're playing on a script that has been maintained for over a decade, there won't be any game changing features that will change how you play or experience the game at this point. I remember Kane working hard as fuck some years ago adding new stuff left and right, and everyone seems to have suddenly forgotten about all those contributions as if they never happened and it's now impossible to roleplay on the server. It's left to the community to get together and form what LS-RP used to be and keep it running, but everyone is busy complaining at management and each other. Nothing will be done at this rate and we're headed to a rapid descent. I'm not saying that as in "we're destined to fail" but rather as a wake up call to get together and actually play the game to enjoy the game. There's definitively a possibility of turning the descent around, but it won't happen with all the negativity that the community is orbiting around. If you don't think it's possible to "save" the community, one has to ask what the fuck you are still doing here complaining.

  31. New Gang Emerges in Idlewood Amid Loose Ties to Crystal Garden Bloods By Tanner Noble Published: January 03, 2025 After the sweeping arrests that dismantled the Crystal Garden Bloods, Frontline MOB, a new gang has appeared in the northern parts of Idlewood. Although authorities successfully removed key figures, the power vacuum has invited fresh criminal activity. Law enforcement has noted a spike in drug trafficking, illicit firearms, and violent incidents in the area. While the emerging group is not directly linked to the former gang, loose connections to past members may play a crucial role in its evolution. Captain Raul Mendoza of the Idlewood Police Department warned, “There’s concern that some key figures may still be at large and influencing this new organization behind the scenes.” Residents, who had hoped for lasting change after the recent busts, now worry about renewed turf wars and instability. Community leaders are urging for enhanced support measures—such as expanded youth programs and economic opportunities—to help deter vulnerable individuals from criminal involvement. As law enforcement intensifies its surveillance, the future of Idlewood remains uncertain. Whether this new gang will grow to match the notoriety of its predecessor is yet to be determined, but officials remain determined to prevent another cycle of crime and violence. LSPD Officer Killed, New Gang Suspected in Targeted Execution By Tanner Noble Published: March 17, 2025 The execution of LSPD Sergeant I Miguel Ruano has sparked a statewide investigation and drawn attention to a newly emerged street gang in South Los Santos. Authorities believe the killing was carried out by members of the 59th & Harlow Bloods—a recently surfaced set with suspected ties to the defunct Frontline MOB. Ruano, a veteran gang enforcement officer, was abducted in Los Santos and later found dead at a remote airstrip in Las Venturas. Police say the attack was calculated and intended as a direct message to law enforcement. “This wasn’t random,” said Captain Raul Mendoza of LSPD. “This was about sending a signal.” Though 59th & Harlow was not previously known to police, early intel suggests the group may be made up of younger affiliates seeking to rebuild turf once held by Frontline MOB, which saw its leadership dismantled in past federal cases. In response, LSPD has launched targeted operations across South LS, hoping to prevent further violence. Community leaders, however, stress that enforcement alone won’t be enough. “If we don’t address what drives young people into gangs, we’ll be here again,” said youth advocate Liana McNabb. As Ruano is laid to rest, the city braces for what may come next—uncertain whether this new gang presence will burn out or escalate further.

  32. FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY Federal Bureau of Investigation Southern San Andreas Field Office Eurasian Organized Crime Task Force Armenian Organized Crime in San Andreas: Fact Sheet Last updated: 11/MAY/2019 The Armenian Power organization — aliases: Armenian Power 13 (AP13); AxP, Vinewood Power Gang; North Vinewood Power Gang; East Vinewood Power Gang; Armenian Mob; Armenian Mafia — is a predominantly Armenian–American criminal enterprise based in the Greater Los Santos metropolitan area where it has remained since inception. Armenian organized crime is unlike more traditional forms of organized crime present in the United States in that it lacks a definitive leadership cadre. Similarly to the associated Russian mafiya cells, members within the organization are primarily ranked according to their individual ability to generate profit though the organization differs from their counterparts through their significant street presence within their neighborhoods of operation. These activities are used to facilitate overt luxurious lifestyles. In gang parlance, this is referred to as "putting in work" or being "active". While the Armenian Power organization is involved in the distribution of Schedule I-III controlled substances as well as arms similar to street gangs, such activities are suspected to only make up a small portion of the gang's income. Instead, there is a focus on white-collar crime — often in conjunction with prominent Russian mafiya figures ("thieves-in-law") — and focused on various forms of fraud. 33. Scenario summary: After the wild night of September 8, the one that saw Onika, Ornell, Black and the crew caught up in a police raid — an operation that ended in nothing — things seemed to water down . The LSSD/PD tried cracking down on the Sampson St. Crew, but they ended up making not a single arrest, and seizing not a single weapon. It's said that Onika led them away while Iceman & co. made a smooth escape. The following day, though, Nika would dive back into her studies: business models, internet schemes, digital hustles — anything that could turn into real net worth. After a smoke break Nika gives the heads up to Ornell "Iceman" Yards about people in their circle still stashing up assets in the area where SD almost caught them lacking. What started to be a chill day turned into something real grimy. Related post: https://community.ls-rp.com/forums/topic/26948-black-organized-crime/page/39/?tab=comments#comment-300340

  39. Under the "totality‑of‑the‑circumstances" test of Illinois v. Gates, 462 U.S. 213 (1983), probable cause exists where there is a fair probability that evidence of a crime will be found in a particular place. Affidavits must be interpreted in a "commonsense" manner that recognizes the training and experience of law‑enforcement affiants. United States v. Ventresca, 380 U.S. 102 (1965). As the affidavit below demonstrates, the convergence of independently corroborated surveillance observations, CSLI data, undercover recordings, and victim‑witness statements establishes far more than a "fair probability" that evidence of the enumerated offenses will be found at the Target Locations. Courts routinely uphold search warrants for the residences of suspected gang members where surveillance shows the member commuting between crime scenes and the residence. See, e.g., People v. Camarella (1991) 54 San.An.3d 592. CSLI and physical tailing place each SUBJECT at his respective residence within two hours of the Havana Club assault. Given the short temporal proximity and the inherent mobility of firearms, there is a fair probability evidence will be stored at these homes.

  40. SAN ANDREAS PAUL GRUMO, ALLEGED BOSS OF LOS SANTOS CRIME FAMILY, DIES AT 63 Booking photo of Paul Grumo following his arrest in 2021. (Los Santos Police Department) BY HAROLD DALEY Dec. 10 Updated 9:01AM PT LOS SANTOS — Paul Grumo, the alleged boss of the Los Santos crime family, was found dead in his Palomino Creek home Sunday morning. The 63-year-old died suddenly in his sleep, and authorities stated it is too early to comment on whether or not foul play factored into the death. Born and raised in Tampa, Grumo is believed to have got his start in organized crime working for the Valenti crime family’s long-time Florida-based caporegime Frank D’Armi as a bookmaker in the late 1980s. Grumo moved to Los Santos in 2013 when the Valenti family was in a state of turmoil with much of its upper echelon behind bars or on trial and deadly power struggles decimating the family further. Grumo has been linked to notorious Mafia bigwigs from Santino “The Butcher” Valenti’s inner circle such as the now-imprisoned Samuel “The Beak” Beccarini and Donald Rigazzi, who currently resides in Tampa. Grumo was released from prison in 2009 after serving a 5 year sentence for aggravated assault, but otherwise managed to stay under the radar of law-enforcement and out of the public eye for much of his criminal career, until rising to the top of the Valenti crime family in recent years. Grumo faced a lengthy trial before eventually being acquitted of money laundering charges last year. In stark contrast to Sonny Valenti—who through his bloody rise and high-profile trials became a celebrity and embraced a life of luxury, often seen wearing expensive suits, driving flashy sports cars, and lived in a Richman Hills mansion—Grumo largely managed to avoid headlines and exhibited a more humble lifestyle. Mafia pundits point to Grumo as being a key figure in the rebuilding of the Valenti crime family, ushering in an era of stability for an organization that had been in constant turmoil since the 2011 conviction of its original boss Sonny Valenti. The Valenti family, once thought to be completely defunct, began making significant inroads and a resurgence in the Los Santos underworld in 2018 and beyond, which came to the surface with their bloody feud with the renegade Bellantonio crime family in 2019 and 2020. Since then, there has been no violence linked to the Valenti family. Authorities believe that the rival organizations negotiated a peace treaty and cut all business ties, through the help of mediation from Bonanno family bigwig Joseph “The Barber” Uttaro. The impact Grumo’s death may have on the landscape of the Valenti family and Los Santos underworld remains to be seen. Some believe that Sonny Valenti still holds the top seat in the family from behind bars, but his level of influence in the family’s modern state of affairs is largely unknown. The Butcher’s earliest possible release date is 2036.

  41. Much like some of our faces still around I'm from the first generation of lsrp, y'all have it too easy, back then we had nothing, but we loved it, because it's a roleplay server and that's what we were expected to do, use our imagination and roleplay. Unfortunately the community only thrives with creators, a lot of you have lost your imagination and creativity, find it. Not disregarding anything else in this thread And kudos to those that do create, because you're an asset to the server.
