Hi everyone, In a flash August is over! We're thrilled to share updates regarding what has been happening across the community. Ranging from Illegal Faction Team updates to our Staff Update. One thing I've personally enjoyed over the past month from the community is the increase in the number of media outlets and content from the streets of Los Santos. If you haven't seen the articles yet, you can see them in the Internet subforum, amongst many other things others are up to. Without further ado, our September Community Update: Illegal Faction Team It's been another terrific and productive month for the Illegal Faction Team. We've brought on a number of new members to the Illegal Faction Team following recent LOI's being submitted and reviewed, we're grateful to have had so many veteran applicants to eager join the team. We've been busy hounding developers with script ideas to help improve realistic roleplay around the server and offer different avenues to conduct certain things. I won't tease anything just yet, but be sure to look out for any new features coming soon! We'd personally like to thank the developers that are assisting us and allowing the teams members to engage in thoughtful discussions that could improve the server. A friendly reminder that all of the schemes that we offer are open, if you believe these interest you and want to see if you fit the requirements please check out the posts here: As some may be aware, Barons Motorcycle Club was locked and archived this month alongside Serbian Transnational Criminal Organisation (STCO). We'd personally like to thank every member and leader of these factions in their efforts to provide the server with high quality roleplay. They've both made a huge impact on the server during their time as official. Their efforts in maintaining a positive and active atmosphere will be missed and we hope to see these faction and their members around someday. With that being said over the last few months we have have had our eyes on a particular faction for some time. They've gone through a lot of ups and downs in recent months, and overall the Illegal Faction Team and Council are impressed with their handling of everything thrown at them while still maintaining a impressive activity level; bringing much needed high-quality street level roleplay to the Idlewood area. We would like to congratulate this faction on becoming the servers newest official faction. Congratulations, 59th & Harlows Bloods. Finally, we'd like to mention the the Illegal Faction Discord now has a functioning ticket system, and we encourage any queries/questions/concerns you may have to be raised through these tickets for a swift and easy response. For an invite, click here. Company Team This month we have incorporated a new employee income system. This system is quite simple , once per month, active companies will receive a monetary grant straight into their company bank account. This money can be used by companies to pay their employees an hourly pay check. Our hope is that with this addition, more people will be interested in joining companies as they are able to guarantee income for employees, and on top of this, it should also allow companies to pursue more unique roleplay ideas, whilst still being able to support their staff. Trip To 38ST. Roleplay Summary — On the evening of September 1st, Austin Mora was confronted in his territory by a group of approximately six to eight 38th Street gang members. The situation quickly escalated, and Austin was severely beaten with knives and knuckledusters. A few days later & after recovering, Austin let the PBS members know and went to the 38th Street turf to challenge one of their members to a fair one-on-one fight. The offer was declined by Emanuel, and tensions flared once more, resulting in Emanuel being shot during the encounter. Leaving Niggas Dead. Aftermath / SpotCrime Map. Roleplay Summary — It’s the day after the shooting that happened between PBS and 38ST, and Elisa’s starting to feel the weight of it all. She can’t get herself to sleep right or even eat, instead she just stays in the house and spends most of her time laying around in bed. Her mental health is at its lowest point, and rather than feeling proud or a sense of accomplishment about a rival being gone, she keeps second guessing if she’s really made for this life. The events of last night play in her head like a broken record, no matter what she does it keeps coming back. After a while, she finally decides to come outside and kick it with the homies, but not because she is necessarily feeling like so, only because she wants to act like she isn't affected by the recent shooting. Elisa runs into Matthew, and the two start talking. He lets her know that they got pressed earlier, and they speculate it's members from 38ST, probably looking to get revenge for the death of one of their own. Peckerwoods MC History. Peckerwoods Motorcycle Club was founded in Santee, California in 1978. The city of Santee is located in San Diego County. The club are a whites only motorcycle club. The term “Peckerwood” is often used as a derogatory term in the deep south of the USA in the early 20th century. It describes someone who is white, most likely poor and undereducated. The word is a reversal of the bird name “Wood Pecker”, of which a variety has red on the belly. The reversal, as can be seen in the Peckerwoods patch has the red on it’s neck, indicating it is a redneck. Members of the Peckerwoods ride Harley Davidson motorcycles and have vests which often include patches of the iron cross and SS bolts. Peckerwoods MC Patch, Motto. Colors. The Peckerwoods patch is made up of a woodpecker bird who has red on it’s neck/head area. The bird is wearing a leather vest, boots and looks as though it is going in to fight holding a piston. The Peckerwoods motto is “We are everything you think we are”. The Peckerwoods colors are blue and white. More About The Faction Peckerwoods MC aims to portray a realistic outlaw motorcycle club culture in LSRP. We are not affiliated with any real-life group, nor do we support far-right ideologies, racism or hate speech. Our faction prioritizes illegal roleplay and strong character development while ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all players. Members are expected to follow server rules, avoid distributing hateful content, and respect the in-game consequences of their actions. Roleplay Summary — What was supposed to be a regular drug deal turned into something else, as Elisa and the homies ended up in a semi-lengthy conversation with members of the Hustler Crips. In the end, one of them offered to talk politics at a later date, so Elisa saved a number and decided to take the news back to Sicko and Suspect. They discussed what the next move should be, and during the conversation Anthony also filled them in on some politics regarding the rivalry with Thirty Eight Street. S/S Playboys 13 The Playboys 13 (PBS13) are a long-running Sureño street gang based out of Idlewood South Park, a residential neighborhood located in the south-central region of Los Santos. The set has roots going back several decades, with multiple generations having claimed the gang. Though known for its deep traditions, PBS13 has gone through various changes throughout the years. Newer cliques and younger members continue to represent under the same name, but often with their own hint of flavor and identity. These cliques may differentiate through different graffiti styles, area codes, or block numbers - yet they all claim the same hood and fly the same flag. PBS13 is known for wearing red and blue bandanas (depending on the clique) as a visible sign of their affiliation. Many members also have a variety of different gang-related tattoos. While many of the original members came up through the old school-to-street wave, the younger generation is most of the times pulled in through local tagging crews, parties, or just by hanging around the area. Idlewood South Park has long served as the heart of PBS13 territory. Though initially built as a space for families and locals, the park has slowly evolved into a hangout spot for the Playboys Gang. Residents once used the park for cookouts, basketball games, and Sunday hangouts. But over time, increased poverty and neglect turned it into a hotspot for gang activity. Law enforcement has tried to contain the gang presence in Idlewood South Park through community sweeps, but with limited success. PBS 13 v BGLCS: 56th Street CLS Worst Nightmare. Around August 15th, 2020, at about 10:35 PM, 21-year-old Daniel Galeas (a Playboys 13, 56th Street CLS affiliate) was seen walking home with their friend after grabbing food from a JP Taco's truck. As they made their way down Bee Hives, a masked individual dressed in black clothing emerged from an alleyway and fired multiple shots at Galeas, striking him in the chest & abdomen. Daniel collapsed to the floor while the suspect fled the scene in a black sedan. The ambulance arrived shortly after, transporting Galeas to the All Saints Hospital. Unfortunately, despite efforts of trying to save his life, Daniel ended up passing away during surgery. Law enforcement officials have claimed that the killing is gang-related due to the recent shootouts in gang violence across the Idlewood area. This incident started a series of retaliation attacks over the following weeks after Daniel Galeas' death, leaving two more individuals dead and several others in critical condition. In response, Chief Anthony Rosario created a task force to stop the gang violence and bring justice. After weeks of research & investigation, police arrested 23-year-old Travis Boyd, a known affiliate of a local gang to be responsible for Daniel Galeas murder. Investigators are continuing to dig through the case for potential links to other crimes around Idlewood.

Thank you for being the best team imaginable. This wasn't just me, and I can't take the credit for it. Roze Enterprise was ultimately run by the community, for the community. Every person that has come through our doors over the past 7 years has impressed me, I have never seen a project like ours take off so well, and do so much. I have even gotten messages from people who have joined other rp servers, just to tell me that they have copied our model because it works so well.
