At the minute, IFT/FTC is in dire need of change. I am hearing no positive feedback about the going ons at the minute and have been told that leads are having to step in as a result. This is also a complaint that Flip had prior to resigning as both admin and FTC. Considering the illegal factions are what keeps roleplay alive and draws the majority of the playerbase in, it is astounding that standards have been allowed to slip so far. For reference, just a month ago I had been told by badhbh that Spectre "did fuck all anyway". So now we're down to two, one of which supposedly does nothing. An IFT meeting took place where official factions were discussed; Flip was tasked with reviewing current officials, which would have likely seen FBMC being descripted due to lack of activity and standards. Barons MC was meant to be given official following the entire team being in agreement, which would have filled the slot formerly held by Nakahara-Kai. Black Mafia Family was also meant to take an open slot, then followed by Obshyak. Why have these factions still not been rewarded almost a month later when the playerbase is already in decline and suffering from demotivation? These are questions that should be being asked. Props to Dos Santos and Izumi for offering to take a stand and push for said changes, but I will hold out giving any real credit until these promises comes to fruition.

The Ghetto Boyz Gang (GBZ) is a Sureno gang coming out of Glen Park, Los Santos. They were established around four decades ago and have several cliques. The Ghetto Boyz 13 are enemies with hoods like the Playboys 13, 39th Street, 41st Street, The Hang out Boys, Clanton 14, and Primera Flats. The Ghetto Boyz 13 rivalry with the Primera Flats has been harmful to both sides and their neighborhoods, with both being around the same area, they both proclaimed the park which resulted in a war over it, this led to tragic events like April 2002, where an 8-year-old boy was playing at the park and was shot in the chest during a crossfire between the two gangs, causing him to lose his life. Why is this goof allowed to troll and derail my topic? Ban him already so he can move on with his life and we can get back to a constructive discussion. Those posting here have provided a wealth of feedback and suggestions for management/staff to utilize. Someone should be monitoring this to ensure it stays on topic and blatant trolls are dealt with accordingly. The purpose of this topic is for the community to come together to find solutions to improve LSRP. The hyperbolic "LSRP is dead" comments aren't helping the cause. This game update is packed with some highly requested features, such as the train returning to the server, spawning furniture anywhere in the open world, transporting bicycles, bikes, and forklifts on other vehicles, add furniture to your vehicles, picking a vehicle door with a mini game and 3 new civilian skins for anyone to use! We've been hard at work bringing you these features and we're not stopping here, we have lots more in the works so just stay tuned! The train returns to Los Santos! The train can be observed passing through every train station in San Andreas with Lenny in the front, keeping the passengers safe as always! Spawn furniture anywhere! You can now use /spawn to create furniture anywhere, drag a couch out or host a BBQ, anything is possible! Bring your bicycle with you on your trip! You can also attach your bicycle to your car! Bring it on your trip across the city or go explore the mountains using /attachto! Hook your forklift up to your trailer! You can now use /attachto while sitting in a forklift to hook it up to the back of your trailer or to the bed of your DFT-30! Don't worry if your bike has broken down... You can now also tow bikes on the Yosemite, DFT-30, or Pony! Call a mechanic and ask them to bring their flatbed! Attach bikes using /attach, /attachcar, or /attachto! Pick the lock with an actual pin! You can now actually pick the pins to a vehicle's doors, remember where each pin should be and test your way forwards! If you fail, you'll have to start all over again... Keep the filth out of your car... Vehicle furniture are here with /v furniture and /v buyfurniture! You can now add furniture to your vehicles, throw in a pile of garbage on a seat and now law enforcement can't see your guns in plain view! Or tune your dreams away! No offense, I know you are doing what is in your power and have to follow specific guidelines. But, addressing to the whole staff team here, I want to ask: is a warning appropriate to tackle people who clearly are not here to contribuite to the community and are only going to troll, DM, provoke etc etc? A guy like that should AT LEAST serve a temporary ban from the forums, yet he gets a warning as if he gives two cents about it. This is also seen IG where some serious rulebreakings are punished with a 25 mins Ajail that they are going to sit out by simply AFKing without getting kicked. Different if the ajail was for 360 minutes, and they shouldn't even get the pity of "oh 180-360 minutes is an overkill" well for start it's better than a ban and anyway they should've thought about it before breaking the rules, something they clearly don't do now because they don't give a fuck. Even I would go rob a fucking bank IRL if I knew I was only going to serve a week in prison lol. Leniency is what keeps poor RPers, trolls and whatever else around. Are these people really going to contribute to make LSRP any better or are they going to bring it down? Because so far they haven't contributed to nothing but turning some areas of the server into a comedy hub, I'd go as far to say that the current standards on the server are some of the lowest I have ever seen around, resulting in ugly and poor RP being presented frequently (exception made for a few factions out there). Even RCRP at this point had higher RP standards, that speaks volume. Stop being afraid of losing players for enforcing the appropriate punishments, because you'll retain poor RPers at the expenses of the good RPers who will leave for not wanting to be bothered by the bullshit they got to endure day in and day out. For example, last night I was stood outside my faction's business having a smoke with Bruce Laterza when all of a sudden Melania Lopez pulls up, rolls down the window and for no reason whatsoever, unprovoked, yells "You Johnny slick back goofy motherfuckers, I'll kill ya." Is this deemed acceptable? She then proceeded to shoot it out with the cops down the road from the Brickhouse. Is this, again, acceptable for a heavy standard RP server? And is it acceptable to just dish a 25 minutes ajail to those who display such a poor RP followed by most of the time a poor reason to kill? You're not really punishing them and are not really enforcing any good behaviour that way. What have you got to lose at this point anyway? You've already lost plenty, perhaps enforcing appropriate punishments will remove the Trolls/DMers (not entirely but the good majority) and will see an increase of the standards...perhaps you'll see some old faces returning when this happens. Faster response times from FTC? I think that also plays a (if not THE) pivotal role in all this. Anyway, punishments need to be more severe, that's one thing that has to change, 25 minutes ajail or forum warnings do not do justice at all. I'll be waiting for that moron to come back and keep on trolling. When he does? It'll be the moment I will stop following this thread, because in that case clearly not a single fuck is being given about everything we are saying here and it's a real shame if that's how it is. Someone clearly not here to help and contribute to the community, while derailing a thread and insulting people gets a warning instead of a ban. It's ridiculous and LSRP's staff/management has set the bar for it unfortunately.
