Hey there LSRP.

Due to a recent discussion on our Discord's main channel, I thought we could have such a topic for people to share, if they want their experience!

So, when did you join LSRP? How old were you back then? How old are you now, and are you playing LSRP still?

What is your highlight in LSRP?

I'll start!

I found LSRP back in 2013, I was 11-12 years old, through some YouTube video of a guy who was being pulled over after kidnapping someone. He was pursued and eventually caught. That's when I started digging, found the forums, how to download the game through the guides and joined in.

I am currently 28y/o, I regularly enjoy LSRP like not a day passed.

My highlights are two.

One is my faction, the Filthy Bastards MC that we ran for 6 years, and I've made some friends in there.

Second is my lengthy period in SD, being there for approximately 8-9 years by now.

Your turn!

Found LS-RP through my friend group when I was 17 years old in February of 2008, at around 2012 I was the only one remaining from my friend group. In one months time it will be 17 years since I first started playing, currently 33 years old.

My highlights on the server from back in the day were RPing with the Coonan Mob, Auberg and many more, currently the port/IBL/Valenti project has been one of my greatest personal achievements on the server.

I was originally playing in a now defunct community known as Moving Target Gaming back in like 2010-2011 or whenever it was about, I found LS-RP in 2012~ but never really touched it until 2014, been playing it ever since. I was 12 in 2014, I'm the big 23 now, scary how time flies. My highlight was all the fun mechanic RP I used to do ages ago. Right now its definitely what we are doing with Chinatown and all the blood, sweat and tears I put into Public Works when that was around on LS-RP:V

Damn I was like 18 or something back in 2013, started playing in 2014 after my English was improved enough to pass the character creation app.

Still enjoying this shit the only difference is I got kids and a grown ass woman yapping at me all day all night

I joined in mid 2016 when I was 15. Prior to LSRP, I had never played on a roleplaying server before, nor did I have friends who even played SAMP, but after a few months of joining and a series of unexpected events, I started bumping into a few players who lived in the same country as me and we started playing together. For the next 3-4 years, we no-lifed, sinking around 6-10hrs daily on the server. I'm now 23 and the only one from our friend group that still actively plays LSRP. We still talk to each other frequently and play other games like VALORANT or Rocket League.

As for a highlight, its hard to pick one as everyday during 2017-2019 was a blast. Running Eagles Enterprise in 2019 is definitely up there as one of the most rewarding experiences, but general fucking around while on discord and playing 10 hours nonstop in 2017 was probably more enjoyable.

So I was 24 when I found LS-RP, now I’m 42. That’s 18 years of living a life that most of you wouldn't even last a day in. I've seen it all, done it all, built LS-RP from nothing into what it is today. While everyone else was still trying to figure out how to roleplay, I was out here creating the damn blueprint for it. No one did it like me. No one.

And DamianC? That guy and I were basically the dream team. We werent just admins and leaders of the server, we were the ones making all the big decisions, laying down the rules, shaping the future. Late nights, long talks, always working while others were sleeping. We didnt just talk about changing things-- we did it. And we still talk, still keep the legend alive.

So yeah, I’m 42 now. Most people my age are living boring lives, not doing anything special. Me? I’m still living like I’m 24, doing things no one else has the guts to even try... With that being said when I "found" LS-RP it was 2007 and the server was not heavily roleplay based you could run around with RPGs and shit, but me and other OGs of this server came along and layed down the foundation that made YOU find and love this server.

First joined LSRP back in 2012, I was around 14-15 years old. Currently 26 years old and I don't think there is a day that goes by where I don't miss LSRP.

Myself a group of friends used to hop in a TDM in GTA IV and RP cops and robbers. A person from the group found the server LSRP and had almost 80% of the clan members try it out and probably the most fun I had playing any type of video game.

Most memorable time in LSRP was when I got accepted in 424 Kilo Block and RPing with Murdavill and Cold Case Crips.

I remember when I first joined SD in those days, SD just released a new academy and I was involved in the first academy out in LV. Due to a lot of trail and errors with our academy, we got lucky and my whole academy was accepted. For people who don't know, back in the day, joining PD or SD was a long months process and a pain in the ass.

Good old days when PD would shout and spam in their megaphones, "LSPD OUT OF THE WAY!".

How times have changed.
