Recruitment for the faction is done in-character, and you will be expected to follow the server rules while associating yourself with our image. I've been pretty quiet here but overall that's a good thing. We continue to update policy as we see it. Our in-game presence remains high and this has been encouraged by seeing recent player peaks in the low 200's. We did create an OOC guide for faction members to more clearly understand the mindset we want them to have. We've had some minor issues with mentality but it's addressed as it's noticed and OOC punishments are issued when required. Still looking for feedback from the public. In the future we intend to host more events for the public to attend and interact with us.
