Hey All, Hope everyone is well, we don't have a lot to report on this month. So we'll get right into it below: Illegal Faction Team Update Throughout this month, the Illegal Faction Council have been heavily monitoring factions for stockpiling, official and unofficial. There's been a recent update in which IFC and Lead Admins can now easily track weapons as they move through the server which has been of great help in combatting the issue. We'd like to thank the Official Factions involved in this initiative for their co-operation and understanding the importance of their role in combatting stockpiling and unrealistic gun sales. We've also increased the prices involved in the weapon price agreement to allow for further profits to be made by Official Factions and their members. We've also been working alongside the Development Team on further measures to combat stockpiling. We're now excited to announce the next part of this initiative, as a one-time measure, the Faction Team Council will be conducting a stale weapon wipe over the weekend after May 20th, 2025. What does this mean? With the recent addition of Unique Universal Identifiers (UUIDs) for weapons, our Lead Admins and FTC now possess the ability to track individual firearms, including their origin and history. Since the update, any weapon spawned on a player or within a vehicle has been assigned a unique UUID. However, weapons held by players or within vehicles that have not been logged in or spawned since the update currently lack these identifiers. To ensure your weaponry is properly identified and remains available to you, we kindly request that you log in if you are carrying weapons or packages, or spawn any vehicles containing weapons before May 20th 2025. This action will automatically assign the necessary UUIDs to your items. Our Illegal Faction Team have been working hard to provide the server with exciting avenues of roleplay, with the Faction & Solo Drug Scheme having been opened recently under the newly appointed Head of Drugs Scheme @Clack. Please keep an eye on the available schemes as we hope to reopen many of our popular schemes throughout the month of May. We've also taken on a new Official Faction Candidate, 59th and Harlow Bloods, and we'd like to wish them all the best in their journey towards official status. As always, if you'd like to get involved in Illegal Faction Team and discussions, please reach out to @badhbh and @unlawfulact Staff Update We are still looking to for Testers and Insiders, if you're interested please give our latest announcement a read and send in a application if it applies to you or something you're interested in. You can find more information below: Here are some of Aprils Key Metrics: There were a total of 3029 reports handled There were a total of 3173 help requests handled There were a total of 11 refund requests handled There were a total of 48 forum reports handled There were a total of 367 character applications handled The number of applications coming through is great to see and I want to give a warm welcome to the new players in our community, I hope our team is welcoming and provides the best possible experience for you! Moving on, congratulations to our newly promoted staff members: Game Admin Demigod — Alooshy Trainee Admin fiellavin8 points

Our faction's main objective is to depict an authentic one-percenter motorcycle club, with a strong focus on individual character growth and fostering rich, immersive lore. We expect our members to maintain a high standard of roleplay and to familiarize themselves with the one-percenter culture before joining. If reliable resources are difficult to find, we’re more than happy to assist with character creation and provide materials to help players accurately portray a motorcycle club member. We recognize that real-life responsibilities such as work and family always take precedence over roleplay. While some may not fully grasp this, rest assured that joining our faction does not require you to be active every night of the week. Once you enter the prospecting phase, we reserve the right to issue a character kill if there is valid justification. However, this is always considered a last resort rather than a first option. For any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to @Phoenix999 via the forums or in Discord.5 points

Osamu Sugiyama was born in the neon heart of Osaka, where tradition clashes daily with the pulse of modern vice. Raised in a neighborhood where respect came through fear and protection had a price, Osamu grew up watching the Yamaguchi-gumi operate like kings in the shadows. His father, a mechanic with gambling debts, died owing favors to the wrong people. Osamu learned early that loyalty could be both armor and chain. By 22, he had proven himself useful to the local Yakuza—not as an enforcer, but as a planner. He was smart, quiet, and knew how to handle logistics, clean up messes, and make money flow where it needed to. For over a decade, Osamu worked his way up as a fixer, laundering cash through automotive businesses and coordinating low-profile international shipments. But things changed when a shipment meant for Tokyo’s elite turned up empty—and three bodies were found in a warehouse outside Kobe. The bosses wanted a scapegoat. Osamu’s name surfaced. Maybe it was politics, maybe betrayal—but in the Yakuza, someone always has to pay. A trusted associate warned him hours before the hit was supposed to go down. He vanished that night. Using forged documents, Osamu fled Japan and resurfaced in Los Santos, San Andreas, under the name Sam Sugiyama.2 points

Quick update regarding what we're up to. First I'd like to thank @Scumpy and @who is horizon for starting to provide some in depth MCB roleplay. While the team involved with MCB isn't big, it is dedicated and filled with people who promote development over all else. I'd also like to shout out @Dat_Block for helping us get SEB back on track. They've been deployed a few times as of recent and I've witnessed some really good situations with them. Currently I'm working on an updated OOC guide for our faction members to go on. This will go over concepts such as playing for quality, proper character development, and generally how we expect people to act within the faction when roleplaying. There's already some really good guides on our forums for LASD terminology and tradition but it misses a couple points regarding the standards we're enforcing. Otherwise we're feeling quite stable. We did have a couple of our guys resign as they weren't able to provide as much time as first believed but I'm still confident in our ability to continue operating and we've filled most of those spots already. One thing I'll note is I've yet to receive any public feedback and I'd really like some, positive or negative. If you don't feel like putting it here you're free to shoot me a DM! Look forward to providing another update soon.2 points
