HECTIC'S REPRISAL I

Amante Paxton, 20 DRUG BUST DURING ROUTINE TRAFFIC STOP Thursday night at 11:45 PM Los Santos Police Department held a traffic stop to identify drivers who had been driving with expired tags. This was held at Exit 28 in Idlewood Los Santos, San Andreas, the highway that leads into the neighborhood Idlewood, a black 2007 Pontiac Primo was going through the traffic stop when police began to grow concerned about the smell of marijuana lingering from the vehicle. Following a search of the vehicle, police unintentionally found several bottles of pills that contained xanax, an ounce of marijuana, and $3000 in drug money stashed under the backseat, hidden underneath a towel. "We will continue to prioritize efforts to address the drug crisis in our city by taking wanted suspects off our streets and holding individuals who sell illegal narcotics accountable," stated the arresting officer at the scene. It has been reported that drugs are yet again on the rise in Los Santos, and it is foreseen that a drug war will soon rival the safety of our children, friends, and family who live in these areas. The suspect is none other than 20-year-old Amante Paxton, a known drug affiliate of the Westmont Avenue gang, "Money Over Everything", better known as "MOETOWN". A small drug organization that has gained attention from the DEA and LSPD following the death of "Poquez 'Pookie' Owens, a well-known homeless man who usually warms the hearts of people in the neighborhood with his kind acts despite being on the opposite end of fortune. Poquez was shot and killed by a stray bullet on April 18th, at 2 pm earlier this year. No suspect has been found but it is believed the gunfire stemmed from an ongoing drug war that is rattling the streets of Los Santos. More recent footage has recently surfaced the internet of a supposed Gang related shooting near the Ganton 24/7. The car nor the shooters have been identified, and eye witnesses claim the car was a tan colour Tahoma, but no registration was seen on it. During the shooting it has been reported that several shouting and screaming occured, one of the most common being something along the lines "Niner Gang" as witnesses report. The shooting happened on the 19th of March 2017 at roughly 7:40 PM. The footage was recorded on a damaged CCTV Camera which was mounted on the corner of the Ganton 24/7. The owner of the shop said "I ran out as soon as I heard the gun shots. The car was coming right towards me and I thought I was going to die. Luckily he spared me and drove past. But what he left behind was horrendous. A blood bath right opposite my store at the blue projects. It was a horrible sight". Local law enforcement advises people to stay inside after about 8PM due to an increase in crime around Southern Ganton. The LSPD is currently on the search for the Tan Tahoma and asks anyone who see's it to instantly call 911. ORIGINAL NINERS "Niner Gang" Was formed originally in the early 2010's by the unity of 3 local Ganton street crews ranging in ethnicity. Initially the crew united under the "NINER" banner which comprised of Mexicans, Blacks & Whites due to rising local tensions between other crews which led to this new found unity. The original "South Ganton Niners" were led by 3 OG's, each running their own crew. Generally lacking in numbers the three crews maintaing control over 2 project blocks, frequently slinging drugs in front of the local 24/7. This became increasingly difficult when opposing gangs began competing for the same spot. This led to many deaths & arrests leaving all the original OG's dead or in jail. The inevitable downfall of many Original members resulted in younger members taking over the same spots in attempt to fill the vacuum. During this time the Niner's had gained control of that Hyatt Park neighbourhood. Despite the gain in turf the young clique still had many local gangs/street crews still hunting for them. This made it more difficult to make money, hang around outside. The Original sets faced many struggles throughout 2015-2017 despite being around for such a long time, their turf was still regularly contested. The gang continued making most of it's money through selling drugs and occasionally dealing arms locally. Most crimes were petty and despite seeming organised, lacked integral structure and order. Many internal conflicts led to already dwindling numbers diminishing even further. A tight knit circle still remained, and the once somewhat powerful street crew became obsolete. NINER FUNCTION The NINER FUNCTION is a set formed out of Crystal Gardens & West Grove, representing the ORIGINAL NINERS. Surviving members found themselves in Crystal Garden's where a new set was formed. It's a coalition of older & newer members that rose to strength prominently in the late 2019's. This newer younger collective quickly rose to power in the local area, frequently supplying arms & narcotics to locals. The new group undertook several hierarchal changes, many members had been given specific roles within the gang and through this newly found structure, the gang was able to hold a united front. This gave the new generation NINERS a chance to seize more power of the local area which they did, ultimately attracting an increasing amount of law enforcement to their neighbourhoods. Dragomir Šarović: From Struggles to Strength Dragomir Šarović was born in a small village in Serbia, very poor. Life here was a never-ending struggle for survival. Having grown up in a family that was just scraping by, Dragomir learned to value hard work and self-sufficiency very early in life. His father had left, and his mother could barely get by on her own, so Dragomir filled in as a provider. He developed skills that he did not know would be crucial to his survival. By the time he reached his teenage years, Dragomir had grown to be a jack-of-all-trades. He could fix anything with a few tools and a little ingenuity: from the family's rickety old tractor to their ramshackle home. His resourcefulness, coupled with determination, set him apart, and soon enough he was known as the mechanic of the village, even though he was barely in his teens. But Dragomir was reaching for much more: an improved life where he could contribute with his expertise to build something meaningful. So, when the opportunity came to finally move into Los Santos, he grabbed it and took the struggles he had gone through as lessons learned to help create a better future. In Los Santos, Dragomir found work fast as a mechanic. His natural aptitude and work habits soon gained respect in a city where someone had to be tough and able to adapt to survive. The city was pretty far removed from the kind of rustic life Dragomir knew, yet he did well—using those survival skills he had developed back home to get by in urban life. Well, Dragomir is more than a mechanic now; he's a symbol—something resilient and determined. His journey from that poor Serbian village to these busy streets in Los Santos tells us how much he is into it: his spirit, his drive, and most importantly, his belief that with hard work enough, every dream can be turned into reality.

Hello, With today's game update we're adding the ability to cut your drugs with dilutants and a set of furniture items to enhance your trap house interiors. We've also done tweaks to the algorithm for businesses accepting trucking cargo & fixing crashes related to that. We're also actively working with the community to revamp trucking route rewards to be more balanced. [Game Update 13.3.11] - Added ingredients - /myingr, /buyingr, /giveingr, /dropingr - Added drug cutting - /cutdrug - Added new furniture category Miscellaneous > Trap House - Fixed /hq and /togfam not showing properly - Edited the /givepropkey warning to include information re. furniture access - Fixed businesses buying cargo within TPDA, the calculation now takes into account the amount of storage space and how much they can afford Cutting Drugs You can use an ingredient to cut some drugs, which will increase their amount but decrease their strength. This will then have effect on some of the effects the drugs have. Only some drugs can be cut, and they can't all be cut with the same dilutants. I won't give you a full breakdown with the numbers as to let you experiment and figure the system out with trial & error. We're looking to expand this ingredient system with more features in the future.
