I enjoy a good game but don't play it much anymore, I have a mate who's in the Exodus clan and he sinks about 40 hours a week in

I got like 900 hours into it, was doing competition with a French team for years, kinda lost the motivation.

Most squad leads don't have a clue what they're talking about unless you come across a clan member squad lead

 

It gets better with more time you put into it, give squad lead a go yourself or look for a clan

I've been playing it quite a bit recently with the Middle East Escalation mod becoming more popular, just wish OWI would add in more variation on weapons.
