Some of it is being updated, but what I commented is the law as it current stands. So ticketing someone right now for the things I listed isn't legal, same goes for impounding.

It's a great start, but a few off these aren't technically illegal parking per the penal code. These are the illegal criteria: Obstructing an intersection, alleyway, crosswalk, or public road preventing the flow of traffic. In any manner that obstructs more than two thirds of a sidewalk or pedestrian path. (So it can be parked partially on the sidewalk, but just can't obstruct more than 2/3rds) Facing opposite traffic. On any median. (Next to is legal as long as does not violate any other criteria) In a tunnel. Next to or obstructing any fire hydrant. (The red curb is not illegal parking as of now, but this addition is coming soon) On railroad tracks or within range of being struck by a railroad car. In the immediate ambulatory parking or bay area of a hospital or clinic. In front of or obstructing a private driveway or an entrance or exit to a private road or path. And A vehicle parked in a manner not permitted by the property owner. Private property may set its own parking rules, so long as they do not obstruct any public roads or sidewalks. Policies may also be set by a property manager authorized by the property owner. State agencies, such as the LSPD and others, may set parking rules for the facilities they maintain. Technically, you CAN: - Park along a pink marked curb (for now) - Park alongside a median (as long as it doesn't violate any other traffic rules) - Park horizontally inside an angled parking bay (unless this is on private property, and the owner is not okay with it.) - Park inside a non-designated spot within a parking bay (unless this is on private property, and the owner is not okay with it.) - Park with two wheels on the street, and two wheels on the sidewalk which obstructs pedestrian travel (The photo provided is not blocking 2/3rds of the sidewalk)

On this, I know @Dos Santosis looking into who's going to run things now that Sal left. I also joined it to help get it active, as the marketing stuff is crucial. From what I understand this is being worked on, but it's not an object that currently exists for GTAV so that makes things harder

If they are going to have to apply, why not leave it with FD? People are either going to want to RP it or not. Shouldn't take away from a faction because you think more people will apply if it's done by the server instead. Same as lawyers. Even with a shorter simplified process & test, we barely have any.
