Character name-theft will not be possible. Names currently held on either platform will be inaccessible to anyone but the owner. -

It'll remain the same. We may look at an incentive for new players, i.e X amount over X amount of time, but that's yet to be confirmed. -

Unfortunately not, even with ACP permissions on the old boards, we cannot edit, or create posts, it’s fully disabled. -

Asking as I would like to relaunch my business on day 1 to support the launch, I've had a lot of old faction members ask for things to return, but I would need a little bit of support to make this happen properly
More information will be available for property support once we release the SA-MP boards on this forum, so in short, yes you will absolutely have support. If you owned said business(s) when the server shut down, they'll still be owned, and accessible.-

Obviously keep those old posts in an archive read only state but keep all the other sections. Would that be easier?
A lot of work has going into moving the old boards into what they are now — and in order to keep everything tidy, we’ve decided to create a SA-MP Category on these boards, which will soon be accessible to the community.

The screenshot situation on V is/was so much better than SA-MP in all honesty. It used to be pretty bad, to the point the collective activity of (official) factions was below average, but screenshots were up. A lot of it was scripted & people literally just logged in to get “screens.” It’s a pretty neat way to showcase your roleplay, IMO. I think it’s cool to explore avenues that people wouldn’t regularly RP through screenshots.
