As per the Faction Report guidelines, screenshots or videos that are cropped, altered, or edited in any way can not be considered as evidence. They must be raw, and unedited.
@Purcell thank you for owning up for your mistakes, but you need to be aware that RoE breaches are taken very seriously. I advise that you spend time reading, and ensuring you understand the Rules of Engagement before you head back in-game. The reporting faction may request refunds, should they have sufficient evidence. -

As per the Faction Report guidelines:

No back and forth. Answer the questions you are asked and follow the instructions given to you by the handling faction team member.
Discord evidence is not allowed under any circumstances. The only exception to this is when: a video is recorded with the discord application reloaded on video with full view of your desktop. Discord evidence is not acceptable due to how easy it is to fabricate evidence. (See here)
Keep the evidence relevant to the report. We are not interested in discord arguments, discussions, or anything outside this community.
Keep the size of the report as small as you can and make it easy to read. Start from the beginning to the end, call out the names of those who were involved and the rule violations as you go.
Feel free to post another report, should you have sufficient evidence corroborating the claims. -

Yes, I read the report. There’s no other evidence to substantiate your other claims. Feel free to post another Faction Report when / if you do have more evidence. The situation you’ve reported was voided in-game.

I do recall voiding Xhosa's death as per it being an accident, and they didn't want to muddle it with RoE, and I confirmed that with Revonte before allowing it to happen.

Both factions are being issued with a stern warning. Let's ensure we read, and understand the RoE moving forward. I don't want to see Snipers being used in attacks, double attacks, or anything of the sort.
There's clear breaches of the RoE on both sides, but as you both have a clean track record, nobody will be being striked.
Consider the faction war between your factions null in void, and interactions cut. Notify your respective members of this, because you'll be responsible if you don't.
Should you come into interactions ICly again, that's fine, but that will be a discussion that needs to be had between you both as leadership, as a war like this is unsustainable, and I won't be so lenient if I see breaches of the RoE in future from either faction.

I didn't know I was masked, I thought I took it off. The reason I was ooc masked to prevent being Meta Gamed while getting a rental. Since people like to meta game my name I've been in many scenarios where my name was Meta Gamed I was killed.

Like I've said before they killed one my members Purcell_Webb, They even shot at us before with an UZI and shot at and stabbed Kenneth. And yesterday the clip is here where we was shot at when getting back into our vehicle. Like I told @zalenacI did not know me aiming my gun was a attack I thought it was just an interaction or some sort because no one was harmed or injured until Earl started shooting at us which is shown in this clip here : https://streamable.com/z3wqxl Also we didn't have a target on this attack we were going to there turf to shoot at anyone there and unfortunately Earl was the target.

When Kenneth chased Earl down I wasn't aiming to kill him just to shoot him thats why I didn't stand over him or shoot over to put him into the " This player is dead " script.

This right here has a simple answer Earl ran right into his direction when I chased him that way, Thats when Dakota shot him.
Your faction is already on thin ice, having received 2 faction strikes in the span of one week. Also seeing you respond with your YouTube links to Sprinter's comments shows me that you don't take this seriously.
YouTube links are just there, they are not to troll or insult him. I apologize if @Sprintertook them YouTube links as an insult I didn't think anything of it.
As I've explained to you more than once now, you need to be aware of what you're doing, and how you go about it, especially a faction attack. It's just plain negligence at this point.
The RoE doesn't say you can hunt people down if you're putting them in brutally wounded mode, but not killing them. It's evident you were chasing him to kill him, or else you would've stopped pursuing him, and shooting him. This shows me you haven't read the RoE since I last instructed you to do so.
The evidence you've provided is dated by more than a week, and from what I can ascertain, there's been multiple different attacks from both sides since then.
Is there any else you'd like to add in your defence? -

- Why is Kenneth Goldie masked in this attack? None of the other evidence has been provided unedited by the reported party, so as a result I'm going to close the report.
Hoovers Locos 18. You need to be very careful, as I advised in the last report. Take on board what I said, and do not provoke other factions senselessly. More than one faction can operate in a certain area, so show some realism around that. Don't just spend your time fighting over the turf.
