    I've already had to speak to you, and your faction multiple times in-game for your behavior. If you're going to have a faction here on LS-RP, the bare minimum requirement is to read, and understand the Faction Rules of Engagement. 

    Regardless of whether you're in an agreed war or not, you must always abide to what the RoE states in regards to attacking another faction.

    Your faction will be receiving a strike, for the negligence displayed, both in-game, and on this report. Take this as a stern warning for the future, as this is a very serious issue. 

    Please take some time to read over the RoE, and have your members do the same, before you log in-game, or decide to have interactions with another faction in the future.

    Dominic Padilla & Rudy Padilla have been notified, and have 72 hours to respond to the report.

    I'd like to know why you decided to get out of the vehicle & shoot Jabari & Raylon down, before they'd even answered your question. Do you have any previous interactions with either of these players?

    The aforementioned claims of deathmatch were handled here by means of a player report:
     

     



    Which leaves one outstanding issue, being Davion Davis using an OOC mask to conceal their identity. As Davion was already Player Killed, this is a direct & what I would deem to be an intentional breach of the Rules of Engagement. As a faction leader, you are required to understand, and enforce the RoE within your faction. I believe beyond reasonable doubt that upon reviewing the evidence, and reading your responses, that you do not understand them. It is imperative that you become familiar with them before you step into a faction, let alone lead one. 98 Main Street Mafia Crip will be receiving a faction strike for the gross misconduct displayed by their faction leader, Davion Davis, whom will also be punished for his actions.
