I'd genuinely love to hear a response from what he said from Management and whoever's decision it was to move to :V. LS:RP isn't and wasn't declining due to :V being a new thing, the statistics are there - SAMP, even if it's discontinued, was still progressing. The issue? The issue is straight, the community fell out of touch and the faith in once a staff team so majestic and elite no one wanted to step a foot in the wrong and miss out on what once used to be a hotspot, LS:RP. I don't, and still don't have faith in the way things are ran on here. I think the staff team / management are way out of their depths, specially seniors. People who is somewhat still in charge yet is at fault for the decline of LS:RP SAMP. It's actually humorous how people who still try to make a positive effect(Plannit + FM) yet are side by side with dude who don't have the slightest idea what is needed and required from certain positions within this community. The same management is still running this server and couldn't even manage to bring out a GTA:V server without delays and false promises -- suddenly, the SA:MP servers back and now its all back to normal? I'd be shocked if MMartin still communicates, feels like we've even gone downhill from the days when Davis and Kane was pulled in for development and even did more than MMartin has done. If the development and server owner can't even release and be genuine with their releases dates, how else is anything gonna push forward? Genuinely.

Amen Simply put we had these same discussions prior to the server closing, we're worrying about the transition from SAMP to V and IV is round the corner. The nostalgic wave is the low poly and old players still wanting to go back to it, personally I won't ever play V cause of the high poly it doesn't interest me even though the development and plugins are far more advanced as SAMP is limited in terms of development and V. Kudos to FM and current factions keeping the ship afloat, I didn't invest time for the reason I knew this was gonna start declining. All the good oldies have moved on, and so should everyone else. Move on there's bigger opportunities out there

Was you staff in SAMP, Roze? If all three of you came up with this idea and genuinely stood back and thought; OK then, that's cool then that's a worry. Like I said, kudos for an event but if you want the proper realistic roleplay LSRP desires for, approach factions.

The issue was your staff members incompetently can't run events and it's worrying these people got their positions through the GTA 5 role play server forum work and now are making a mockery of leading their selected positions. If the event was done realistic, no issue, it was the peer mall-rat experience that unfortunatently proves that your staff member have this mentality - start the core, fix your problems or they will happen again. Kudos for actually creating a event, though. Just next time, you should ask factions to run events and do it in characterly, there you'll see proper quality of roleplay.
