It consists of several members of various ethnic backgrounds who work exclusively for him. All of them are loyal to him and listen to him , since he has helped them making the first steps at the city of Los Santos. He is very loved in the criminal underworld of Los Santos but also in the legal world, collaborating with the shop owners and the hard working people of Los. All the members of his group got many things in common. They are all from overseas, Balkans. They left their corrupt countries because they either were risking jail or they didnt have the possibility to show their full potential due to the moral and ethic barriers that existed in their communities. Los is the perfect place to show their true potential as they dont have to worry about disrespecting and ashaming their families. Basically unknown in the streets of Los, they gather around Aslan, leaving behind the historic conflicts and ignoring ethic rivalries, seek to reach the American dream with him and his connections. Love for German cars, alcohol and crime keep them bonded together as they get out in the streets of Los waiting the right opportunity to shine at the cities night life and criminal world. - Mafia Part - The mafia division of the organization Balkan Blaze operates as a powerful underground network, specializing in activities such as smuggling, money laundering, extortion, and enforcing loyalty among its members. Their primary goal is to secure control over the lucrative black market and maintain the organization's dominance through fear, influence, and calculated operations. - Racing Part - The racing division of the Balkan Blaze organization operates as both a front for their criminal activities and a hub for adrenaline-fueled street racing events. They organize underground races, betting syndicates, and high-stakes competitions that attract elite racers and thrill-seekers. Beyond racing, they smuggle goods and contraband using modified vehicles, engage in vehicular heists, and recruit talented drivers for missions requiring speed and precision. Bellomo

Upon recent years the San Andreas law enforcement agencies both city and state wide have been made aware of the presence of organized crime within their borders. Both old and new organizations have come forth and others trickled from existence into obscurity; from hood and varrio street gangs, to paramilitary mobs, all the way to police ran criminal entities have leveled their streets with violence, crime and corruption alike. In 2016, the influence of America's now defunct Italian American criminal society dubbed by the US government as "The American Mafia" seemed to be on it's dying breaths after the rigorous crusade against criminal organizations nationwide. While it is no secret that the once powerful "Cosa Nostra" is on it's last legs even to this day, city officials continue to acknowledge it's presence. In the City of Los Santos, LSPD Vice Division officer Dominic McClane was murdered in a hail of bullets by what witnesses say were two members of the Sinaloa Cartel. Only a very peculiar fact stood out after they publicized the officer's murder. Officer Dominic McClane was not investigating the Sinaloa Cartel in Los Santos. McClane was assigned to a very recent organization made in connection to the Genovese Crime Family in Liberty City. This organization arose after the release of an old "Soldier" said to be related to the upper echilon of the Genovese Crime family's alleged ranks. Arnold Bellomo, a Bronx native and a convicted felon from the Eastern Seaboard region had been released from Liberty State Correctional in 2014. His crimes were violent, his sentence was long and his reputation was maintained through the government's several failed attempts to get him to turn statements against his co-conspirators. LCPD detectives have described Bellomo as a thug and a brute before and after his seventeen year stint in Liberty State Penitentiary. They have said that he is an unreasonable, irrational, and unconventional criminal in comparison to mobsters before his time and even in his own time. They have suggested that the active members of the Genovese Crime Family only respected him for not being an informant, and having a reputation for being fanatically loyal to his mentor "Gene" Borsellino, who had a stellar reputation for being a great earner, even from behind bars. Borsellino was given life in prison for his involvement in a street war between crews in the 1970's, where it is said, that Bellomo was his most useful and most ruthless enforcer. As one might assume the Genovese Crime Family moved on without Borsellino and Bellomo. Once he was released from Liberty State in 2014, Bellomo was sent out to the West Coast by his superiors. It is claimed that they gave him the blessing to start his own family in order to establish business between the two coasts, but most informants and law enforcement officials say "they just wanted to distance themselves from him." As his release became public and his migration to the West Coast raised some eyebrows in the law enforcement community, investigations began immediately. In a press conference by the LSPD's commissioner in 2014, he made a public statement in regards to Bellomo and his newly forming group of associates without mentioning him by name or implying direct involvement in criminal activity. After the distamantling of the longstanding Valenti family's administration, the commissioner said: "Just because we put one group out of commission for now doesn't mean there's no more of these guys walking around. We know these guys are out there, we see them coming from all over; Vice City, Liberty City, but we're not done here. Our work is not done. We're not dealing with the Genovese Crime Family or the Valenti Crime Family, who at least had the common decency to operate in the shadows, we're dealing with a completely different animal and we need not remind them what happens to soulless, remorseless criminals who terrorize our cities and corrupt our judicial processes. You will not oppress this city the way you've oppressed the cities on the Eastern Seaboard, and if any one of you are watching this press conference right now, consider yourselves on notice." As the Bellomo Crime Family quickly rose in the face of law enforcement , their involvement in the gun trade, the drug trade, and a plethora of other rackets had become solidified irreparably. Their reputation for quick violence under Bellomo's leadership had become synonymous with unlawfulness, immorality, and barbarism. Names like Aroldo Bianco, Vincent Cassesso and Walter Funicello have become a staple in the underground criminal world in association with the organization. Upon a number of unnecessary murders, the Bellomo Crime Family's two year reign was brought to an abrupt halt by the Vice Division of the LSPD after the murder of Dominic McClane, nearly destroying the organization. Many of Bellomo's criminal associates had been arrested and presented charges with violations of the RICO act in connection with Arnold Bellomo, though most cases were dropped through lack of evidence. The investingation towards McClanes death has not uncovered evidence to connecting Arnold's involvement in the brazen murder are in fact still underway he remains on the lam. In just two short years Bellomo had managed to terrorize Los Santos to a point where the LSPD had to make an example out of him. McClane was not investigating the Sinaloa Cartel, but he became well aware of Bellomo's personal connection with them the moment they approached him to meet his demise on the street in broad daylight. His partner survived with critical wounds. While this was not done by his men, this had Arnold Bellomo written all over it. Not a shock to law enforcement officials for his actions but to consider the audacity of one man. From actions taken by the LSPD the Bellomo Crime family's administration ,post McClane, younger generations have developed through the ranks. Bellomo’s organization stands among a number of other rivaling families in Los Santos; the D'Aquila Crime Family, the Bellantonio Crime Family, and the Valenti Crime Family. After establishing their presence in the city they have remained active throughout the State during last decade. Bellomo is nowhere to be found within the abilities of the local law enforcement agencies. He remains on the lam and believed to be in a nursing home under a false name near Lake Tahoe. Federal law enforcement are currently working on an operation to detain the now ailing seventy year old menace and they do not plan on cutting him any slack for his personal endeavors. Informants say that a deterioration in health has effected his ability to function in any coherent manner let alone continuing to serve as a Patriarch to the family due to health and age complications. His senior administration have taken a less hostile approach towards the organizations future practices. Bellomo himself is done in Los Santos but his members still maintain active operations within the confines of the city, tight lipped about their connection with Bellomo and his successors. With new names on the bulliten board and Arnold Bellomo crumpled into obscuirty by pressure of law enforcement, members who have been labelled in association with the Bellomo circle are said to have went more corporate. Bellomo's era was the very last of a violent wave of Los Santos mobsters, promised the LSPD. Bellomo came in, cracked heads with his people, and his successors have been reportedly ordering their men to calm down and abandon the violent ways that the family had become infamous for in two short years. However, a recent civil war within their ranks had taken place between two known and active crews. Recently promoted captain, Donald Vigioletti, had expressed his disdain for the new leadership with Bellomo gone made the attempt to shift power by eliminating the only other standing crew in 2023. Dean Cracchiolo, Bellomo family loyalist and protige of Jonathan Accardo, had taken action against the Viglioletti crew after losing one of his trusted associates. Having presented the perceived threat towards his crew Cracchiolo was ordered to stand down upon his accusations without proof. After spotting four members of the Viglioletti crew outside of one of his businesses that was recently vandalized he had received the green light to kidnap a sponsored associate with Viglioletti, Charles Boscolo. Upon learning of their plans, Dean had received the blessing from the current Boss to eliminate the Viglioletti crew. Rumors say that the Serbian Paramilitary Group "Zivanovic Grupa" are responsible for a triple murder against Cracchiolo's rivals within the Bellomo ranks, as the Cracchiolo crew remains responsible for the murder of two Viglioletti defectors. Donald Viglioletti and his only man left, Raymond Basso, have been said to have fled the city because of the internal conflict and have lost their stripes as a result. They are no longer recognized as valid members of LCN. Through his actions in protecting the organization Cracchiolo is now suspected to be within the upper echelon of the Bellomo organization under the new administration with sightings of other up and comers such as Jack Marrese. Wiretaps have picked him up saying to an unknown assailant "No more of this shit, ever again. Anyone ever opens their mouth the way they did, you handle it and you handle it quietly before its too late." The Bellomo family has reforged their ranks and are continuing their operations; expanding to regain their power vaccum. The existing members between the senior administration and newcomers have brought together a newly solidified comradery for the sake of continuity and heightened business etiquette for modern times. The current families spread across the nation still give merit to the Bellomo Family's legitimacy. 3. San Fierro Wiseguy Aquitted on All Charges After Spending the Past Year Intangled in a Court Case Reputed Mobster James Delutro will be Back on the Streets Feb 14th, 2021 SAN FIERRO - One gangster got his Valentine's day gift early, James Delutro a reputed member of the nearly defunct San Fierro Crime Family was acquitted in the San Fierro superior court today. Delutro 46, has been in and out of prison lately, spending eight of the last fifteen years behind bars relating to charges stemming from two separate drug arrests. Delutro is a longtime member of the Fierro mob and a close associate of the lasting acting boss of the family: Anthony Gatti. His latest stint cost him four years inside of State prison. The family Delutro will be returning to is a far cry from the one he left in 2019 however, the San Fierro Crime Family has been on a steady decline since the mid-2000s. The family is now largely considered largely defunct, last year one FBI agent described the current state of the once dominant Durante mob as "a gambling club for senior citizens now." Rumors have long stated that the family has no more than a handful of active members at this point. The history of the San Fierro Crime Family dates back to the late 90s, when Valenti Captain Patrick Durante broke off from the family staking his own claim to Fierro. Also known as the Durante Family, the group was always small compared to the two major LS families. They gained a reputation quickly, however, for reliable drug trafficking due to the family's connections at the San Fierro port. This control of the ports has allowed the Fierro family to remain relevant despite its size. Since the disappearance of Patrick Durante, the Fierro Mob has had the tendency to overstep its boundaries and try to expand its criminal schemes into Los Santos. James Delutro was once a part of one of those early satellite crews which attempted to plant the Fierro flag in Los Santos. Delutro found himself involved in a drug operation alongside Ray Ferrante and Patrick Durante Jr., the son of the former boss, the bust up of the operation resulted in his incarceration. During this time the Fierro crew ran into turbulence with the Bellantonio Crime Family this led to the deaths of the acting Fierro boss Anthony Gatti, along with two soldiers: Albert Alfani, and Phil Cefalu within a two-year span. Currently, the family is believed to be led by Richard Novarese a Valenti soldier with close ties to Patrick Durante, Novarese has kept a low profile since the death of his predecessor. However, it's widely believed that Novarese is no more than a figurehead at this point and stays off the street away from what criminal activity remains. Alleged Underboss Frank Baldi is assumed to be the one running what few rackets are still going on. Baldi in his late 60s, was a long-time friend of Anthony Gatti and is frequently spotted running down to Los Santos to meet with other rumored gangsters. Anthony 'Lines' Ulino, a Venturas gangster who was also incarcerated with Delutro in the past, is known to often accompany Baldi on these trips. A major question for James Delutro if he wants to return to the Fierro organized crime scene will be if there's anything left for him. Los Santos is now firmly under the control of the resurgent Valenti Crime Family along with the remnants of the Bellantonio Family, setting up a crew once again in LS would likely lead to conflict. This means that Delutro will have to find where he fits amongst the hierarchy within the largely defunct San Fierro mob, this could lead to future conflicts on the horizon. SAN FIERRO CRIMINAL UNDERGROUND IN TURMOIL April 2, 2020 Twenty twenty, a new decade in a city. San Fierro has always been on the forefront of weapons smuggling, and narcotics trafficking along with many other illegal activities in the state of San Andreas. The city has widely been known for its large LGBT and Asian populations, but of the city’s more local problems, the Chinese community specifically has drawn a lot of interest in recent weeks. A prominent Chinese-American port official was found in the trunk of a car last month after that vehicle was shot up in Los Santos according to authorities. The reason for this individual, currently unnamed as police search for next of kin, to be involved in business with Asian organized crime is unclear but his death was followed by an explosion at his Los Santos property several days later. It remains to be seen whether the violence from Los Santos underworld scene is spilling back over into its neighbors; however, this does show that new organized crime groups are taking over where others had once laid claim. The power vacuum that was left by the once prominent San Fierro mob has grown as the family has become nearly defunct in recent years due to tumultuous chaos within its upper hierarchy. After the death of Patrick Durante in 2014, followed by the deaths of SF enforcer Phil Cefalu, and Durante’s then replacement Anthony Gatti in the following years, there has been some speculation about whether anyone has actually taken up the reins of the defunct San Fierro crime family since Gatti’s 2016 demise. The two most prominent factions in contention for control of what remnants are left of San Fierro mob, appear to be: Richard Novarese a Valenti soldier with close ties to Patrick Durante who never strayed back into Los Santos after Durante’s 2014 death; unlike some of his more greedy counterparts, Novarese has avoided the spotlight in recent years and he may be the acting boss of the SF family according to some sources. Novarese and his button man and enforcer James 'Jimmy' Delutro have avoided the media spotlight so far, but will they be coaxed back into the San Fierro mob scene due to these recent turn in developments? The other main faction vying for control of what’s left of the San Fierro Organized Crime Group is one of the former acting boss Tony Gatti’s closest associates, an old-time button; The nearly seventy-year-old bayside hitman Frank Baldi. He has been seen in the Chinatown district of downtown Los Santos within the last few months however, what his intentions hold remains to be seen. What is certain is that Frank Baldi and another Fierro button John Magro have made multiple trips out to the Las Venturas strip to visit the son of deceased San Fierro enforcer Phil Cefalu, Charles 'Chuckie' Cefalu. Now, what was Charles doing in Las Venturas? Another Durante original has popped back on the San Andreas organized crime radar; James Bruno, a Michael Sarino loyalist, who was apparently running the Visage Resort Hotel & Casino with other notable felons like Charles Cefalu, Samuel Nola, and Anthony 'Lines' Ulino listed as his employees. How was a convicted felon with illicit gambling ties was able to gain control of the most profitable casino and resort hotel on the strip? Apparently through his political connections in city hall gained from years of running operations for once-prominent Los Santos organized crime figures like Patrick Durante and Michael Sarino. The waning influence of the once-dominant organized crime group in San Fierro has not gone unnoticed by the multitude of other criminal organizations planning on staking their claim on the bayside city, as the recent outbreak of violence in the Asian-American community in San Fierro reveals. SAN FIERRO BRINGING OUT THE MATTRESSES January 30, 2015 The recent discovery of a body has attracted dozens of mob journalists. The corpse belonging to the San Fierro crime group member, Albert Alfani, was found in an alley near the Avispa Country Club. Alfani was shot three times. Instead of a mugging gone wrong, the incident may have been a mob hit with the purpose of sending a message to Alfani’s associates throughout San Fierro. Alfani was a notable affiliate of Anthony Gatti, the successor of Patrick Durante. Gatti became the reputed acting captain of Durante’s Fierro crew between the years 2012-2014. Durante’s death last year solidified Gatti’s position as boss of Fog City. Local law enforcement claims that organized crime in S.F. has taken a turn since the beginning of Gatti’s reign. Investigators have confirmed that there is a list of potential suspects. Other than local trigger-men, the list surprisingly includes the names of a few known L.S. mob figures. In a short press release, the Department of Justice’s Office of Public Affairs exposed the existence of a possible rivalry between Cosa Nostra organizations in Los Santos and San Fierro. The Criminal Division distinctly mentioned Gatti and a number of his underlings, as well as Michael Sarino. The involvement of the two calculating criminals has not been explained in the press release, but further investigation by the DoJ has revealed the rest of the plot. Philip Cefalu is amongst those in the list of suspects. The forty-year-old already had an extensive rap sheet by twenty-five. In 2012 he was inducted into the San Fierro crew. Surveillance has shown that Gatti and Sarino have been meeting regularly, about a month after Sarino’s release in November of last year. Within roughly two weeks of their first sit-down, Gatti’s crew headed by Cefalu made a move to Los Santos to join forces with Sarino. To help clarify the situation, Detective Joe Dino agreed to meet with our team for an interview. “Gatti and Sarino had some sort of an agreement in which everyone somehow made a financial gain.” Dino then explained the confidentiality of the case, but when asked about Cefalu, he continued. “Phil made the move under Gatti’s order, but this must have been a temporary deal. Gatti would never leave his city or let his guys work for someone like Sarino. It never really made sense to anybody how Gatti and Sarino were even able to sit together in the same room. It’s no secret that Sarino played his part in bringing down Durante, who Gatti and the rest of the Fog City crew were most loyal to. This shows how loyalty gets trumped by riches, and that’s the reality of their world. But suppressed issues like these have been known to spark bloody mob wars almost overnight.” Dino then concluded, “for the Fierro gang, deep pockets talk. Cefalu let his hunger for wealth steer him.” Cefalu and Sarino were spotted arriving and leaving San Fierro the same night that Alfani’s body was found. Let your imagination run wild—a deceiving hoodlum and a money-cherishing hot-head come together. Cefalu would be making more money than he ever did if he was allowed to stay in Los Santos, and Sarino wouldn’t mind crossing another boss, allowing Cefalu to make his stay permanent. Knowing which strings to pull, it is fair to assume that Sarino saw to it that Cefalu became a part of his organization. It is likely that Alfani’s death was collateral damage in Sarino’s recently developed scheme. Mike “The Snake” has writers beginning to wonder how much backstabbing the mafia will tolerate. 5. Approaching an illegal faction is a common issue that most roleplayers face, so I'll try to explain a few possibilities I've learnt about during my time as a roleplayer. Some ways are hard to pull while others are easy, some are creative and unique, while some are common. How you get involved depends a lot on who you are trying to portray and approach, so keep in mind that if you do the wrong action at the wrong time to/with the wrong guy, you'll find yourself in a position that is hard to come back from. The same goes with the right action at the right moment to/with the right guy. It can benefit you, or it can ruin your chances forever. What matters most is to keep true to your character and its personality because nobody likes to see people roleplaying one character today and another tomorrow. Don't be a robot. One thing I've noticed is that most of the new characters get help from certain factions either by acquiring a role they didn't earn via their own development or by having their newly created persona already know an insider, thus kickstarting their roleplay within the project. While this isn't against the rules, in most cases it might be a mistake for the future of said faction because it takes away the chance for the possible member to undergo a real recruitment process based on his own efforts and creativity, so it creates a player who needs to be spoon-fed roleplay instead, because that's what he got used to from the beginning of his time within the organization. Of course, there are exceptions, people who have been in said faction before, people who are known by the leadership to be capable roleplayers, etc, but I'll mostly be talking about new roleplayers joining an existing faction they've never been in before. That being said, here are a few ways a new character can get within the ranks of an organized crime group: Normally, a mob has a variety of legal façades open for business which your character can approach and find or create roleplay at. No matter if it's a bar, a gym or a trucking company, all venues can provide a way in for the people that are interested in joining the faction. For example, a bar/café will provide the best environment for building friendships with the other members by sharing a drink, a story, or even by playing a game of pool. The gym offers your character a way to improve its body, the possibility to watch, comment and bet on boxing matches or even the chance to become one of the fighters, thus getting the recognition of the insiders if they feel like they can use you or work with you. The companies allow having a stable job for characters that need it, but they don't offer a clear path inside the mob, so you'll have to figure one out by yourself depending on the roleplay that occurs, the chances that are presented to you and the purpose of the firm your character works for. When considering most legal fronts, it's also possible to ask for a job from the get-go, but that (in my opinion) is a tricky and recycled way of approaching because, realistically, the insiders won't just go to their legal employees to ask them to commit crimes without proper reasoning behind, so make sure you trickle in motives for them to consider you for extra jobs. There is a big variety of businesses that a faction can open for the public that new characters can take advantage of, so make sure you figure out a realistic way to benefit from the chances presented to you by them. For the most part, the mob acts like a pyramid scheme, where you start from the lower levels and try to climb your way up the ladder for financial gains and for the power attained from being up in the hierarchy. That being said, it's unlikely that somebody from the higher ranks will accept sharing more than two words with a new character that they don't know when it comes to business, so what you can do to get them interested in you is run gigs on your own. Being self-sufficient and creative in your roleplay gives you a good and well-developed way into the faction and it will surely serve you better in the long run rather than relying on others to give your character stuff to do. You can take the legal route and roleplay running a company or owning/leasing a place, or the illegal way where you can have your character do petty misdemeanors or white-collar crimes. It's always a good thing to showcase your illegal activity to the right characters at the right time because people aren't just inducted into a life of crime out of nowhere. The mob will rather approach people who are already involved in crime or have a firm they can work with/exploit rather than your ordinary civilians that work 9 to 5s. One important aspect to remember is that your character should behave the way he would behave towards people he doesn't know no matter the rank they posses until they are told otherwise IC, so keep any knowledge gathered via OOC means away from your roleplay. Don't act a different way with a character just because you've seen on the forums that he is a high-ranker, the insiders are quick to notice this and it will not help you getting in quicker. A thing I don't recommend for fresh characters to do from the start is the drug/weaponry dealing because, for the most part, it's a boring and overdone idea that is usually rushed and conducted in a poorly and unrealistic manner, so consider exploiting other venues of roleplay instead and do your research well. The organized crime groups make a lot of their money by exploiting other people, their addictions, their mistakes and their businesses, so with that in mind, another way of approaching arises. A character that has issues, especially monetary ones, may be a target for the mob, so the chances for an involved member to find his way into the middle of their problems by offering assistance aren't slim at all. For example, let's say that your character has a difficult situation at home and is desperate for money, but at the same time he's an avid gambler who can't seem to get enough of the vice, so he needs to find a way to get more money than he earns from his job. This scenario creates the space needed for a mobster to step in and offer his "help", thus putting your character in direct contact with an insider. It's a toss of a coin and it's a case by case scenario because certain people will just laugh at your character's problems, while others will seize the opportunity to exploit it by either offering your character jobs to do or a loan. This is hard to pull in a correct and realistic manner and is also very risky because your character will have a hard time getting rid of the problems that are pestering him in order to get back on his feet, so new roleplayers might get overwhelmed by this situation, but it's without a doubt an interesting way to approach and will surely be appreciated by the others.
