The white Car is a group of white inmates whom stick together in prison for protection and affiliation, these cars are usually influenced by prison gangs such as Aryan Brotherhood, Nazi Low Riders and Public Enemy Number 1, although they are not always directly involved in various White Cars within facilities across America.

TINY VETS is one of several cliques within W/S Varrio Diamond Street 13, reportedly based in the Pico-Union area of Los Angeles. Role in Gang Activities Recruitment pipelines: Targeting younger individuals (e.g., teens) for initiation into the gang, sometimes through coercion or social pressure. Localized enforcement: Handling disputes or crimes within their immediate neighborhood to assert control. Drug distribution networks: Managing street-level sales of narcotics (e.g., methamphetamine, marijuana) in coordination with the larger gang.
