Hi All Hope everyone is doing OK, we're past the half way point of the year, isn't it crazy how fast time goes when you're having fun. We're currently in the midst of very good hot weather, I hope everyone is staying hydrated and touching grass more than once a week. Without further ado, we've only a short update for this month, have a read below. Illegal Faction Team The Illegal Faction Team have been working to address a number of issues on the server, one of which being weapon stockpiling and the general flow of weapons on the server. You may have seen the MOTD in-game along with our announcements regarding the upcoming weapon wipe. As a one-time measure, the Faction Team Council will be conducting a stale weapon wipe over the weekend of July 04, 2025. What does this mean? With the recent addition of Unique Universal Identifiers (UUIDs) for weapons, our Lead Admins and FTC now possess the ability to track individual firearms, including their origin and history. Since the update, any weapon spawned on a player or within a vehicle has been assigned a unique UUID. However, weapons held by players or within vehicles that have not been logged in or spawned since the update currently lack these identifiers. To ensure your weaponry is properly identified and remains available to you, we kindly request that you log in if you are carrying weapons or packages, or spawn any vehicles containing weapons before July 04, 2025. This action will automatically assign the necessary UUIDs to your items, saving them from being deleted forever! You will not be refunded if you miss this cut-off point. We're excited to announce more opportunities for unofficial illegal factions! We've broadened the schemes available, making it easier for factions to access properties/businesses within their designated turf. We're also launching a new monthly faction spotlight! This initiative is designed to recognize and celebrate factions that truly stand out. Keep an eye out on discord and the forums for further information, and in the mean time check out the current available schemes! Emmanuel Orozco, better known on the street as Manny or Bomber, grew up on Grove Street in Los Santos. His family came from Michoacán, Mexico, and settled in the city during the early nineties. He was raised by his mother. His father disappeared early, locked up on federal charges before Manny even started walking. Manny got involved with the Grape Street Crips through his childhood friend, Haziel Vargas, who was putting in work for the Sureño side of the Grapes. Manny was active on the walls. He hit up alleys, storefronts, rooftops, anything that could carry the name of his clique. Manny hit everything, so people stated calling him Bomber. The LSPD and Manny don't go together. "LSPD can suck my chorizo". When they roll up, he doesn't hold his tongue. If they grab him, he twists loose. If they cuff him, he finds a way out. When the cops came down on Grove, most of Grape fell apart. But Grove didn't stay empty for long. Barrio Los Padrinos moved in. It isn't about switching sides. It's about survival, loyalty, and staying with the people who hold the block now. Barrio Los Padrinos have given him a new purpose. The same streets, just a different banner.4 points

Fire Guts Licata-Linked Butcher Shop in Los Santos, Outfit Expansion Rumors Intensify By Scott Burnstein – July 2, 2025 Los Santos, SA – A suspicious fire tore through the Star Street Butcher Shop early Saturday morning, a longtime local business tied to Chicago Outfit enforcer Richard Licata, raising fresh questions about the Outfit’s rapidly expanding reach in San Andreas. The storefront, located in East Los Santos, was completely destroyed. Investigators quickly ruled the fire an arson, though no arrests have been made. The butcher shop, quiet on the surface, is believed to have served as both a cash business and an informal meeting hub for Licata — the trusted right-hand of West Coast Outfit captain Frank Caccia. Mob experts say the fire — whatever the motive — marks a calculated moment in the Outfit’s playbook. “When something burns in the middle of a power shuffle, it’s never random,” said SA-based mob historian Tony Calvillo. “Whether it was a warning, a purge, or just cleanup, it sends a message.” Rumors have circulated that the fire may have been a self-arson, potentially linked to an insurance payout or a quiet exit from a compromised location. While no official link has been made, the theory is gaining traction among organized crime watchers. “Mob guys don’t hang onto dead weight — if a location is exposed or no longer useful, it gets erased,” said former FBI analyst Lori Mehta, now a consultant on OC operations. “And in this case, it got erased with fire.” The Star Street blaze is the latest flashpoint in what many see as Caccia’s methodical reassertion of Outfit influence across San Andreas — from Las Venturas to the streets of Los Santos. With Licata embedded and trusted, and Caccia pulling strings behind the scenes, the Outfit appears to be making moves in quiet, calculated steps — and in true Outfit fashion, letting smoke do some of the talking.3 points
