BY SIB STAFF / JUNE 08, 2025 SHERIFF WESTBORO PROMOTES COMMANDER GEISBAUER TO DIVISION CHIEF, NOW SERVING AS HIS CHIEF OF STAFF Sheriff Westboro announced the appointment of Robert E. Geisbauer to the rank of Division Chief of the Los Santos County Sheriff’s Department, effective June 2025. Chief Geisbauer, a 30-year veteran of the Department, now leads the Office of the Sheriff, where he is responsible for executive-level coordination of departmental initiatives, strategic planning, and oversight of special projects, in addition to providing direct and ongoing support to the Sheriff. “Chief Geisbauer is a trusted, principled leader whose decades of service and dedication to this Department speak for themselves,” said Sheriff Westboro. “His vision, commitment to integrity, and relentless drive for excellence make him the ideal choice to help lead our agency forward as we continue to serve the people of Los Santos County with transparency, accountability, and professionalism.” Chief Geisbauer’s career in law enforcement began more than 30 years ago with the Los Santos County Sheriff’s Department. He has served in multiple assignments, including Patrol Operations, the Professional Standards Division, and the Administrative Services Division. As Captain, Geisbauer led the Internal Affairs Bureau, where he directed sensitive administrative and criminal investigations and oversaw the Department’s legal arm, the Advocacy Unit. He also served as Coordinator for the Basic Sergeant Supervisory School, modernizing the leadership curriculum and introducing new evaluation models to enhance readiness among first-line supervisors. Promoted to Commander in May 2025, Geisbauer assumed oversight of both the Administrative Services Division and the Professional Standards Division, where he led efforts in departmental training, policy compliance, and ethics oversight. He played a key role in aligning internal accountability with countywide governance and performance standards. Appointed Division Chief the following month, Geisbauer now leads high-level operational planning and the implementation of strategic initiatives in close coordination with the Sheriff. His efforts help ensure the Department remains focused on its mission to protect and serve the community while fostering professional excellence across all levels of the organization. Throughout his career, Chief Geisbauer has emphasized professional ethics, leadership development, and organizational accountability. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Organizational Leadership, is a graduate of POST Command College Class 52, and maintains several advanced law enforcement certifications. Internal Structure Our internal structure consists of two divisions and three offices that support the daily operations of the department under the following names: Division of Adult Institions, Division of Adult Parole Operations, Office of Internal Affairs, Office of Public and Employee Communications, and the Office of Peace Officer Selection and Employee Development. The Division of Adult Institutions consists of the brunt of the department's work, this division houses all custody staff and controls the day to day operations of a facility within our prison system and also houses the Investigative Services Unit and the Crisis Response Team. The Division of Adult Parole Operations consists of our Parole Staff and is responsible for the enforcement of our parole conditions for parolees who are released from our system to try and re-enter society as a better person, the division also houses the Fugitive Apprehension Team. The Office of Internal Affairs is responsible for all misconduct reports and investigations into employees of the department, their ultimate goal is to ensure employees are following policies and guidelines pertaining to their job at all times. The Office of Public and Employee Communications is responsible for the public and professional image of the department as a whole, this division handles press releases and events that the department attends. The Office of Peace Officer Selection and Employee Development is responsible for investigating the backgrounds of potential Correctional Officer Students and guiding them through the recruitment process as well as the Basic Correctional Officer Academy, the division also handled all In-Service Training for employees.

THE STORY: CHAPTER I - Havi & Mazuz Escorts Havi's Den' idea started up as a creation of an idea of two israeli friends whom their families immigrated to Los Santos since their young age in purpose of a better life opportunities. At about the age of 21 Adir Havshush & Yarin Mazuz decided to create an women escorts company at the upstairs of the path-ways of Winona Avenue, Idlewood. Adir bought up the place few months upon due to an usual real estate trade and didn't yet plan to use it as a money printing machine kind of a place. Time went by and the two started their thing: The two started with no exprience nor ideas how to collect a bunch of women who will have the purpose working along their lines. The two did were apart of some earlier age illegal activities with a local israeli group around the bounds of Los Santos. Havi who was a big enthusiast and passionate to conquer started to walk daily, day by day, letting people know his place exits in hope it'll bring working women and clients to it. CHAPTER II - Havi's Den As time went by Mazuz slided out of the business due to focusing on other money incomes - Havi stayed all alone in the game. Working hard on the streets of Idlewood and just working 24/7 collecting women & marketing his place took some time which was a development to what was future to come. Havi made up open "Home Parties" at his place which wasn't even an offical registered business - everyone who could come and enjoy came and did - parties took place DEEP into the nights at about 3:00am-4:00am to not catch the ears of any govermental enforcements. As time went by - Havi hard work and believe did start to show roots of development. More people visted the place, more people knew and more girls came to take apart of the stages & back rooms Havi offered them. CHAPTER III - Midnight Success Havi didn't pick up women the usual way offering them stripper opportunity - he has invented his own style and magical way to lyiric the women' ears. He has sold them fun and it was a big game changer, Havi's Den openings started to be packed with people, the guy obiously knew what he's doing and others could see a master of his craft. Havi created a unique midnight atmosphere which never was in Los Santos - offering people to come and enjoy night shows and night time fun like no one else could with no enternce fee and no security check. Magically Havi's Den almost had no fights nor shootings inside the business due to Havi's unique managing skills and talkative abilities - which again it's magically for a violent place like Idlewood pathways at late night time. CHAPTER IV - Connections & Step forward At this point of time Havi has completely earned the badge of honor to his name, he couldn't open for 3 weeks and once he opens the place would be packed with people awaiting to enter the mind tingling atmosphere Havi has brought them. After been in the game for some time now and running things smooth and along all by himself. Havi has met two Japanese friends during one of his openings - people who liked the place And by the time became strong partners of Havi The trio ran the place together under Havi's unique design of managing and talking to the people and the girls, humble, respectful and in the height of the eyes. A lion is strong enough but few lions are much stronger - That's what was going on them days Place was packed EVERY opening and had about 10 dancing girls dancing along with girls at the back rooms waiting to give the top payers extra love. Only people who were inside know how the place felt. Floating fun. People were actually waiting during day time to ask if there can be an earlier opening - people just couldn't wait to have the same exprience over and over again! Again reminding place was an unoffical unregistered underground place going under the nose of authorities. CHAPTER V - FBI After few months running hard and strong like every beautiful singing bird a hunter might come to have your beautiful singing at home. Havi & Partners was under investigation of the FBI. Due to the japanese partners smart and under going connections with people from within the oppressing forces Havi was able to be aware and well known to the fact he's being hunted. The trio has trapped and tricked EVERY one of the underground agents the FBI has sent them - FBI was actually during his very bad management those days. Havi did hire many people to work along with him and they tried to sent girl working agents to film illegal activities, guards who worked with him Actually there's secrets of one footage of Havi f***ing the agent who the FBI sent and the rest.... you can imagine There was a point of time when the trio has humiliated the FBI that much they couldn't take it anymore - agent after agent they sent was tackled by the trio's upfront intelligence & preformence. They came to shut down the place after the opening in hope to catch Havi in their hands but sadly for them he got away in time. After the FBI shut down the place Havi was waiting with plans for this day to come and had apartments all across Idlewood ready to be used as the "meanwhile club" until the heat went down. Days by days went by Havi kept making underground openings while being in the shadows until one day the FBI busted him at Idlewood gas station. Giving him long prison time - luckily his lawyer was able to bring him a shorter sentence. CHAPTER VI - New Beginnings & Offical Place Going out of prison was ofcrouse a time off for Havi but once he got back to the streets he just couldn't handle himself not going back to his love - like a pe**phile for kids. He had another kind of passion for his work. After making few openings at the old place quietly & underground way, Havi japanese partner has made a check mate move which brought up the bright future of Havi's Den continuation - he met up with a big investor, convincing him to sell out his hold club managers and bring up Havi's Den as his business name. And the trio became four partners. Havi & Partners hard work has finally paid off and Havi's Den became an offical registered club business at Main Street - the long time dream has come true! Less words needs to be said CHAPTER VII - Moving & Upgrading As a partners decision Havi's Den business place was decided to be recreated with an extra ordinary magically once in a life time interior stage which will be a breath taker to all Havi's Den crowd. Finally the four partners decided to move up to Gallway Street just nearby the mall - the place is the current location of Havi's Den to this day which can be found on @samaps After long time building blueprints & plans and inviting the top of the japanese construction builders and designers all the way from japan with the best of the money the group had. After few months of quick japanese building the place was ready and fired to go and ohh... it's phenomenal, once in a life time to be seen and a custom made 1/1 design club in the whole world in the biggest stage in the San Andreas.
