Throw in the towel or change. Those are the only two options. As Michael_Dippolito said, it is not solely up to factions to create and uphold standards. They also have to be enforced2 points

these admins are quick to close a faction more efficiently then to handle a request for a faction to receive some sort of assistance for roleplay. What makes all of you continuing too comment when they don't give a fuck about you, or this game (they as in most, if not all admins/testers on this shit). Then @JesterJrhas to play captain save a hoe cause hes the only admin remotely looking at this shit. You know what will make these useless, redundant admins leave? Close your factions, and stop playing lsrp. Again, they don't care about you or the server. It's evident. 2 out of 6 of the current official factions are active (EHC, 18th and Blanco are excellent factions but I can't imagine them wanting to continue to play when their suggestions and ideas are thrown to the trash, as evident via this 26 pages of unused recommendations). The admins purely don't care. LSRP has dropped it's standards when we started letting these shit factions constantly report, accepted sub-par roleplay and development, and put player count over factions/players ability to produce diverse and nuanced rp, creating more heavy based standards. Now look at the faction thread, I don't need to say anymore. I'm glad I got banned from this server, and I wouldn't be surprised if I got banned again for my comment. Admins despise dissent and disagreement, they sure as fuck despise your recommendations even more and it's obvious.2 points

26 Pages this thread has, that's 26 pages of suggestions, criticism and highlighted problems. What more can the community do to help? There's been so much out cry and yet, there seemingly from the perspective of the players has been zero action, apart from a shrinking development team and a dwindling playerbase. The illegal roleplay scene has none but a handful of players who are motivated to even get in game, the rest have given up hope or turned to deathmatching. The server doesn't even have a roleplay standard anymore, when it was once upon a time the standard. It's become physically impossible for any member of a gang related unit to do anything productive, detectives can't even roleplay, police can only get involved in 2 hour pursuits that eventually end up in deathmatching. What is supposed to be a roleplay server feels more like a deathmatching mess which punishes those who roleplay accordingly instead of rewaring. The whole ecosystem of gameplay has fell apart, and these 26 pages of criticisms and outcries are a result of complete failure to look after the good players of the server.2 points

He didn’t post the comment; he simply reacted to it. There’s a big difference between publicly voicing an opinion and quietly agreeing with someone else’s statement. Removing someone from staff over a reaction, without even issuing a warning, is completely over the top. If management feels the need to police reactions this harshly, it says more about their insecurity than anything else.2 points

I'm just replying back to you in the same constructive way that you are. I'm sorry if you feel it as toxic, wasn't my intention. I'll work better on it. However, am I allowed to disagree with you, or not?1 point

The only thing repetitive here is your toxic attitude, which reflects the same dismissive behaviour that has become all too common among subpar admins. If people are saying the same things repeatedly, maybe it’s because nothing has been done to address their concerns. Reacting to a joke isn’t hate. He was removed without warning for agreeing with something that happens to be true. Don’t pretend you’re standing on some moral high ground. It’s this kind of defensive and arrogant attitude from admins that frustrates the community and fuels their distrust. Looking in the mirror won’t fix the fact that staff like you are pushing this server further into decline. The community isn’t asking for miracles in five minutes, they’re asking for accountability, progress, and respect. Dismissing criticism as hate is just another excuse to avoid taking responsibility.1 point

"staff has a lot of things to deal with u can't expect things to change in just 4 quadrillion months" >removes people for clap reacting to a funny post on forums classic schizo management moment : P LSRP FACE !1 point

I apologize and retract my statement. When I read it and saw the screenshot I was under the impression both parties were the same person. This totally changes things then in my eyes. I don't think that should have warranted any sort of punishment at all. I understand they want to hold a level of "standards" within a staff team, which I get. But removing somebody for liking a post in a topic makes no sense regardless of what the post revolved around. This has me curious because I'd like to know Dos Santos felt the need to remove you and how they came to that conclusion?1 point

Why on earth would you bring up North Korea? Completely unrelated and blatant derailment. Banned!1 point

This type of mentality is the main bone to pick I've had with the administrative team so far, obviously there's a disconnect between players and admins when the staff refuses to see an issue unless it's given to them on a silver platter. I'm not being offended on behalf of anybody here but speaking from experience, as I've been in countless mishandled situations, it's more beneficial to let it go than go through the bureaucratic hoops of counter-reporting someone or filing an admin report. This I believe is very much the case with other adult players, thus a lot of shit gets lost without resolve; and the negative feelings left sour up people's experience on the server.1 point

That player shouldn’t have been warned in the first place. Utilizing mechanic hotlines to rob mechanics is by far one of the dumbest, subpar example of role play and counters the goal of being a realistic environment. I had called a mechanic out to fix my car, once he arrived I pulled a gun on him.1 point

While it’s clear that some individuals have invested significant effort into the re-opening, and I can personally attest to the dedication and support provided by a couple of them, there appears to be a larger issue at play. If a ship with ten captains on board still manages to sink, it speaks to deeper systemic problem, primarily the disconnect and poor communication between management and community and the server's direction as a whole, that continue to hinder the server’s progress. The server feels as directionless as ever. The SA-MP reopening seems like a last-ditch effort to revive the community, but the lack of unified focus among the staff remains a challenge. With a substantial portion still focused on GTA 5—a venture that lost momentum years ago and has repeatedly demonstrated its lack of viability resources feel misallocated. We want to focus on SAMP, but also we are entertaining the idea of relaunching the GTA 5 server, sending all the faction leader's a google form about it, while saying SA-MP is our full focus and so on and so forth. Mmartin’s inconsistency has only added to this predicament. Since the SA-MP reopening, critical issues have been raised repeatedly without tangible results. Familiar problems resurface in every discussion, often met with calls for “patience,” but this approach no longer resonates with a player base that has grown weary of delays and half-measures. The cycle of doing too little, too late continues to chip away any confidence left and drive players away. My whole point is, management is obviously not aware of the huge mistakes made in the past as they just keep repeating themselves like a broken record. That's just my two cents. Now when the server is at its lowest point PB wise, now the management makes a true effort in trying to implement the community's wishes and reach out to everybody, but it's too late imo. All of this should have been done months before.1 point
