I want to start by thanking everyone who has taken the time to share their feedback. It’s clear that many of you are frustrated and upset with the current state of the server, including myself, and I want to assure you that your voices are being heard. Your concerns are completely valid and I'm going to try everything in my power to get these actioned. These kinds of topics often spiral out of control and end up being locked or archived, which only adds more fuel to the fire; that won’t be the case here. As many of you know, or don't, I was recently appointed Head of Player Experience for the RAGE server. While my role is focused on RAGE, I understand that the issues raised by the community affect both servers and I want to make it clear that I’m working to improve things for everyone. I’m here to prove to you that I’m the right person for the job and that your trust is not misplaced. One thing that has bothered me for the past few months is the leadership team. It’s no secret that some individuals in positions of power haven’t been contributing and that has a direct impact on everyone’s experience. If someone isn’t fulfilling their role, they won’t be in that position anymore and I will push for it to be actioned. I have no patience for inactivity or complacency. My priority is pushing for the right people in roles who will make a real impact and bring about meaningful change, such as the Illegal Faction Team. Another issue that bothers me is the toxicity within the community. I know many of you feel that certain individuals are receiving too much attention, creating a negative environment. A quick glance through #main, and you can see it for yourself; this needs to change. I want to see an environment where constructive feedback and healthy discussions can thrive, not one where negativity dominates. I’m committed to addressing toxic behaviour and creating a more respectful and supportive community moving forward. Imperium's original post hits the hammer on the nail and I do not blame him or Cake for leaving whatsoever. While my role is focused on RAGE, I want to stress that SAMP is still a core part of LS-RP’s legacy. It’s where we started and it holds a special place in all our hearts. I’m not going to forget about SAMP and I will continue to work to ensure both communities feel valued. Another point is the diminishing roleplay experience, particularly around street-level gang roleplay and high-stakes interactions that once made LS-RP stand out. I agree with you, those elements need to return. I’m committed to working with whoever needs be to get the ball rolling. Everyone deserves the opportunity to help shape the server into something that feels real and engaging. I know there’s a lot that needs fixing, and while I can’t promise everything will be resolved overnight, I want to assure you that I am fully committed to improving both servers. The community deserves to feel heard, respected, and valued, and I will make sure that’s exactly what we provide moving forward. I want to remind everyone in the staff team that without this community, we wouldn’t be where we are today. Please feel free to reach out to me directly on Discord if you want to discuss anything further, I’m always available and I can assure you that I won’t ignore your messages.7 points

Why keep inactive testers and admins around? Remove them. Make space for people who are actually working towards a better community. Start advertising & promoting the god damn server! Listen to your community. Illegal factions have been waiting for mapping & other things for months on months, to the point where they end up closing. Now look at the illegal scene, hardly any active gang factions. The same thing that once use to keep this server thriving. Shit, we was told there was a new ROE being set-up MONTHS ago, how long does it really take to write up a new ROE? Lol. And remember, without US the player base/community, you admins/lead admins/testers/management have NOTHING. Get off your high horse, you don't get paid to do this, so take time to respect and acknowledge your community. You are here to help build the server up & make it a better place for us role-players to role-play in, same way we are here to keep this server active by logging in & roleplaying. Revamp the whole of IFM or whatever it's called too, coz yall suck and have zero knowledge about the streets, clearly. my list can go on To add. I agree with what Eren has said, and we need people with that type of motivation taking the key roles in admin positions. Drumj is another good example too. I've been on this server 15 years & seen it's ups and downs & the worst thing you can do is ignore your community, the ones who make LS-RP what it is.5 points

I'm happy to actually see constructive and actionable feedback on this thread. This is also not a place to squash your personal beefs, so we'll moderate this thread more if it's not pertinent to a bigger picture discussion or if it's flat out inflammatory.4 points

We don't want this to lean towards being a generic faction so we will have our own personal twist. If you've found the thread interesting and want to participate and join us on this journey then we expect you to know that you will have to develop a character and focus on bringing out the realism aspect in the environment. Any information regarding sending CK permission, the faction rules, backstory & more can be found inside the Discord channel which you can join by clicking the link below. DISCORD4 points

Even the mere illusion of activity is enough at this point. Reducing wait times for requests and removing inactive staff members should be a good start.4 points

I completely agree Martin, its been refreshing to see. The reactions to my post show people care. The solutions are actually fairly simple, it may mean some difficult conversations need to take place but its worth it and this community is definitely supportive of change and want to see it thrive. We need everyone to chip in with their opinions, everyone needs to be heard.3 points

Feel like when some staff came back to the server on launch, especially some admins, ifm etc, they came back for that feeling of power but were quickly demotivated when they realised returning players weren't 13 years old anymore and actually had demands for success and an ability to be a voice for concern. End of the day, SAMP is old, the player base has potential to grow but nothing crazy. The player base was huge on relaunch due to nostalgia and people wanting to DM for fun, that was it. What you're left with now is those who can commit some time to role-playing and those who want to create story lines instead of DMing/breaking rules. If you want to raise the player base: Fix marketing, it is the key to growth. I know content creators was brought up somewhere, do it, Tiktok whatever Incentivise new players, they're joining a server were people are 10+ years head of them.. Revamp IFM and actually listen to illegal factions. Obviously people are going to be demotivated when they've asked for mapping that never happens yet PD/SD get whatever they need (mostly staff too, funny enough) Make activity a key in gaining official status, and keeping it. This should be looked at monthly. Too many official factions with no activity. Give someone else some time to shine, even if it does end up being a short run. I'd much rather see a new active short term faction gain official status, regardless of how many days they've been around, than a dormant official faction doing nothing. Listen to your community. How many times has a thread like this been made and we get a comment here and there, a reply here and there and nothing changes. If people aren't up to dedicating some time and effort to helping the server excel, please replace them with people who are.3 points

Paid & Laid INC. is a modernized twist on Black Organized Crime Roleplay. This concept aims to be ever-evolving and never stop in the comfort zones that other factions on the server have embraced, i.e. spamming the same screenshots of drug sales & posting up on a corner everyday. This group is an off-shoot of the Blanco—Longoria DTO and a part of an in-character Organized Crime Syndicate that has formed around Blanco—Longoria's operations, it's also one of the direct ways to get involved with the faction. Seeking us out ICly is the preferred method of joining, but due to timezones and other activity restrictions we encourage newcomers to give a heads-up through a forum PM to @Marco Polo.3 points

I'm happy to say what I think needs to change to see an improvement in the player base. 1. Removal of "Education over Punishment" Right now there is an expectation that admins educate over punishing. Meaning a player can DM someone 2/3 times before we enter the space of actually being able to issue a light punishment. When I returned to the staff team and saw this, I was shocked! This is why we lost the standards and went from a "Heavy roleplay Server" and entered the realms of being more like a Cops & robbers server which is probably the best way to describe the current state of the community. I have standards, and luckily I have a set of rules which I used to govern. - I don't follow this rule, I never have and quite frankly I never will. I am all up for helping someone understand where they have gone wrong and explain to first time offenders, but if I think (On the balance of probabilities) deliberately broken a rule, you're being punished for it. I owe this standard to the rest of the community that uphold the rules, play fair and want to get on with their roleplay. I know what its like to be roleplaying with your mates, and to have a dumb ass come up to you trying to provoke you to desperately try provoke a reaction to justify pulling a gun and engaging in a shootout. It ruins everything and creates the very situation we're in. (Barely any street level gang roleplay.) 2. Removal of Inactive and Idle Administrators & Testers We have a large amount of inactive and completely Idle Administrators and Testers that are retaining their positions for absolutely no reason. I am all for people having breaks and having real life priorities however a large percentage have been on absence for months on end. And for the Admins I will break that down for you guys to understand in a more granular detail. We have too many Admins in key positions who are Idle holding their areas hostage over the title but don't want to actively work for it. Lead Admins: 7 Of the 7 admins, only 2 (28% activity) have been active in-game. (I acknowledge there's stuff behind the scenes, but your core function is to Lead Administrators, and you can't do that unless you're in-game.) Senior Admins: 11 Of the 11 admins, only 4 (36% activity) have been active in-game. Some haven't logged on in months at all. (One hasn't logged on the forums since October!) Game Admins: 16 Of the 16 admins, only 5 (31% activity) have been active in-game. (To be considered "Active" you must have a minimum of 30 hours spent IG per month. For context, some admins peak at 180 hours a month.) So when you look at the above figures for admins you have 11 active admins providing the community with 24 hours coverage 7 days a week. What this creates is admins becoming burnt out because they're carrying more work loads, people becoming unmotivated as a result of a lack of support, and this results in the figures dropping even more. I dread to think the state of the activity leading up to the new year. These 11 active admins are the same ones processing your player reports, refund requests, house changes, ban appeals and just about everything else on the forums! We're too afraid to loose inactive admins because "What does that fix?" it shows there's a consequence for not being active and pulling your weight, it allows space for development for those who are active to develop further into the admin team. It encourages growth and development for everyone. (Chain effect all the way down which in turn allows us to give a better service to our customers who are our community. 3. Faction Management I will be honest with this point, I do not see Illegal Faction Management as a functional service as it stands. It is not representative of the community, and rather a small circle that operates around it. You have so many voices in the illegal factions world that are experienced, giving the IFM the very solutions to the problems we're facing and instead of gripping onto those solutions and running with them to implement nothing is being done. Or we're shutting them down on the spot. There are Official Factions that went inactive after a week of getting it, remove them and make space the the numerous other factions that are absolute gems within the community. This needs to be done because once the illegal factions give up in their pursuit you'll have PD pursuing SD until one of the two decide to give up. Urgent and drastic leadership changes are needed in order to preserve the future of the illegal scene. I personally have been so put off from continuing my illegal roleplay knowing it will never lead anywhere. 4. Legal Faction Management One of the most catastrophic mistakes was the decision to move LFM from a full time person and move it under operations with no oversight from an experienced LEO role-player. Why a LEO role-player? The two biggest legal factions are PD and SD, and a great deal surrounds the two. Instead the role was merged across the responsibility of two people, one being the head of Illegal Factions - a clear conflict of interest. There is a huge issue with activity around the leadership of many of these legal factions and I have seen in the recent days a series of poor decisions being made about leadership changes. Faction Leaders need to be active in order to drive the faction, maintain and uphold standards and again provide the player base with a level of service! - Some days the server has 100+ players with 1 or 2 LEO's on, where is the realism in that? You then speak to the factions, and the response is, If faction management can't be asked why should I? Then you get nothing short of civil war on the server. Legal and Illegal factions are the most important entities on this server, and we're getting it so incredibly wrong. In both PD and SD we have absolutely exceptional leaders who aren't being given opportunities to lead simply because they're vocal and active and threaten the inactive leadership by outshining them, so instead of promoting them to run and help out, we're seeing them be supressed and ostracised to keep them at bay in order to safeguard certain individuals positions. Legal Faction Management needs to be owned by a Lead Admin that has experience in either PD or SD as a leader that can give them the full time attention they need, this doesn't mean dictating, this means obtaining feed back from the faction members, giving and equipping them to succeed. Right now we're seeing the polar opposite. 5. Pandering to the toxic few. There's a certain few individuals who keep popping up within these chats (Ban Evading) may I add who offer nothing of any value at all, and we're allowing their opinions and voices to plague and curtain the true issues we need to be addressing on this community. Some of these who I won't bother naming have been banned for a while for gross breaches of rules in-game and on the forums. Stop pandering to them and ignore their moot opinions. Finally my message to the community, a shit ton of effort goes into this community by Martin and Michael (prior to his departure) and I stand firmly beside Martin with this. He often is called lazy and that he doesn't care or he's not invested and simply wants money out of this etc etc...I've heard it all. I will defend him till kingdom come. I know how much he invests and how much he injects into this community to keep it running and he is let down by some of his staff, but also a community have a significant part to play here as well. Stop the toxicity, accept it will never be like 2015 or whatever era exists as being the golden age for LSRP for you, we're in 2024 going on 2025 and we're pushing through during different and challenging times around the world. For many this is a get-away from reality. Acknowledge the effort going into the community, appreciate the little things and be constructive and productive about the future of the community. Remember, pressing the red button and switching the community off once more is an easy option - we need to keep fingers away from that and start collectively driving this forward. If anyone has been offended (Staff or otherwise) by anything I have said, tough luck if the shoe fits lace that bitch up and own it. I own my flaws, and I will work on them but I will never give up on this community. Eren.3 points

Has anyone in management or the marketing team ever considered putting together a video showcasing the official factions on YouTube? It appears there has only been one recent faction video for Beogradskaya Grupa. Perhaps an even more recent compilation of factions in one video would be a step in the right direction to promote some presence on YouTube again. Just a thought.2 points

LSRP’s decline in activity isn’t some grand mystery. It is the inevitable result of poor management, ignoring player concerns, and flat-out mishandling the gang community, which has always been the heart of the server. Let’s be honest, the gang community has been treated like an afterthought. IFM and staff have dragged their feet on critical changes, leaning on flimsy excuses like “holidays” to explain months of inaction. Meanwhile, illegal roleplayers have waited endlessly for mapping, updates, and systems that never seem to arrive, while PD and SD get everything handed to them on a silver platter. The disrespect is real, and it is driving people away. IFT serves no real purpose other than to slow down progress with unnecessary bureaucracy. Instead of empowering active illegal factions, it has become an obstacle. Replacing it with a council of active, experienced illegal roleplayers who understand the needs of the community could make a real difference. This council would advocate for the factions that keep the server alive and ensure their concerns are addressed without endless delays. The server must also focus on faction activity, rewarding those who are contributing while replacing dormant groups with newer, eager ones. Monthly reviews of faction status would prevent stagnation and keep the IRP scene going. Marketing is another major issue that has been overlooked for far too long. LSRP needs to adopt a modern approach to reach new players. Campaigns on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and collaborations with content creators would attract fresh faces. New players stepping into a server where others have over a decade of experience ahead of them need proper incentives to feel like they belong. Players are not asking for the impossible. They are asking for leadership to show respect and support for the community that keeps the server running. The gang community cannot thrive under a system that ignores it. If management is not willing to adapt and address these concerns, it is time for new leadership to step in and make the changes the server desperately needs. The problem is not the age of SAMP; it is the refusal to evolve with the times and value the players who make this community what it is.2 points

There needs to be active marketing to get the server out to the masses. There is definite potential for the player base to grow, I mean the foreign communities out there still thrive. The admin team needs a complete overhaul. Frankly, for the player base as it stands, there are WAY to many divisions/teams. This is directly contributing to the appalling response time to applications/requests on the forums. One person leaves the staff team, it can throw an entire section into disarray until someone comes by to pickup the pieces. Inactive staff should be removed, and a recruitment drive for new staff members should be undertaken. There are definitely people in the community who would be willing to take up the mantle of responsibility to ensure LS-RP survives, and thrives.2 points

Armando, people like you are/were the actual problem on LS:RP. You harp on and on about how someone else was unfair to you, all the while you were doing the same to others. It only became a problem when you and your friends were on the receiving end. On top of that, you lie... a lot. You have been proven to be a liar, numerous times, in the last 3 pages. You say one thing - I prove the other, with screenshots. I never begged for rank. I was told, by the sheriff, to apply for the operations sergeant position because you and your friends are incompetent - so much so that your incompetence will never again be topped. I never threw a fit. I attended 1 last training, heard your friends — who can't lead and routinely get their teams wiped out on the main server — try to tell others how to lead, and realized just how inept your friends are, so I sent unlawful a PM and told him I was leaving. Also, if I had "an aggressive mindset" and "an inability to have a dialogue," you'd think I would've called your inept friends out for their failures (of which there were many), no? Instead, regardless of how truly idiotic you and your friends' tactics appeared to be, I tried to guide them in the right direction diplomatically. Please do provide proof of these accusations. After all, I've posted proof of your hypocrisy. Again, don't even start with Iudex. You are the one who was rimming him every chance you got - whether it was in the faction chat, supervisory channels or TeamSpeak. You spared no one from your tongue - not even Brasi or Romiro. I am not your friend. I was never your friend. I never thought highly of you. You are gullible and spineless, and have proven that over multiple iterations of LS:RP. You will cozy up to any and everyone who can potentially benefit you. You stand for nothing. You have no morals. Since you seem to be having a hard time with comprehension, let me help you: I don't care about Iudex. No, he should've never been the sheriff. His leadership has been "tried and tested" before, and the faction needed a new face to lead it instead of having the same few people rotate through the leadership positions. But, you can't deny that he did more in a week than you and your cronies did in 3 years. Keep crying about Storm too, and try to convince yourself that your friend matt deserved a promotion for doing nothing. You post an entire manifesto crying for your friend, but can't seem to justify why he deserved a promotion and instead try to do mental gymnastics with a "he proved himself to me and that's enough!" argument. I'm just happy you were served a taste of your own medicine. Also, a single guy against around six of you, and he still managed to outwit all of you? You know, maybe that's just proof that you guys aren't/weren't smart enough to lead the faction. Not going to reply to you anymore, chowder. You've proven that you're not able to have a dialogue without becoming accusatory or disrespectful. Make sure you check for Iudex under your bed before you go to sleep 😂1 point
-
I didn't give reasons for it because I don't need to prove to you that Matt was prepared for promotion. As a matter of fact, Matt and I weren't even friends nor did we have any personal level conversations until after the LSSD's leadership team exploded. What's crazier about this is... the only person Matt needed to 'prove' himself to (I put 'prove' because this is a fucking video game) was me, as I was his direct ES Liaison. He satisfied that and we put him up for promotion. Per ES regulations, CS promotions may not occur without the TOTAL agreement of ES, meaning 100%. If one person dissents to your promotion, you do not get promoted. These regulations were used against Matt, Cano, and Justitiae. But were ignored for Storm's promotion, despite myself and Unlawful showcasing clear dissent to the promotion at that time. That is why we are where we are. That is the mismanagement I speak of. All reasons why Matt was eligible for promotion were communicated to official channels. But you just can't accept that, Saucedo. You begged for position, begged for rank, threw a fit when you didn't get it, and went inactive when you were told to earn it. You're holding out hatred and aggression toward Matt because he grew into a position that you, unrightfully, felt was yours. Operations Sergeant would have been your position if you didn't have the problems you're showcasing right now — an inflated ego, an aggressive mindset, and an inability to have dialogue without becoming accusatory or disrespectful. That manifesto you speak of wasn't written by me for no reason. Michael and Izumi reached out to me to get my opinion. I simply shared what I told to them, since that's the only thing I've written in detail about this entire situation involving the SD and previous/current leadership. It's pretty impressive how this thread became a 'who's friends with who' contest. All of you glazing Storm or white-knighting for Iudex are really showing your true colors. You say we're all friends and try to help each other, but you're working hard to dismantle the perspectives of the actual people who have the experience and the time in rank to have been exposed to these issues. We complain about inexperienced, illogical people running things — yet we listen to the loud, salty minority of people who burned their chances to gain the experience. So instead they scream from the tops of the buildings about stuff they have absolutely zero knowledge about. Unfortunately, being a member of a faction and failing to earn ranks that you whined about not getting, does not qualify you as an expert in that factions leadership. Despite you wishing you were.1 point

Other than what has already been said. Sometimes I wonder why LSRP isn't being spammed across social media and advertised. Would be a start to actually promote the server across a wider audience. I think there should be a team that creates videos, reels, shorts or whatever with a link to the server and forums.1 point

Hi there, I don’t typically post on these threads but after reading @Eren ‘s post, I feel comfortable sharing my own thoughts. 1. Illegal Roleplay / Official Factions: the only faction I have genuinely seen active from the current list of official factions are Barons MC and EHC. Someone feel free to correct me if I’m wrong / just shouting into my own echo-chamber here. We need to open the door for more factions that are active / deserve official. I can name quite a few. Sadly even those factions are beginning to fall off due to my next point. 2. Staff Communication / Wait Times: For context, my faction waited months to hear back from IFC on a faction complex. Our main faction leader reached out numerous times. It took us reaching out to @izumi to get the ball rolling. @Spectre and @badhbh ignored this request and left it on unopened for a month. Our primary faction leader had reached out over discord and forums. I spoke to several members of IFT who all expressed the same: They've also waited ages to hear back from IFC for their own requests. Their hands are tied on so many requests. Recently, I put in a LOI for the Illegal Faction Management Public Team on recommendation of a member of the IFT. I, like many others here, only want to help. I gave ideas and expressed my interest, only to never hear back and be left on read. Perhaps I lack an understanding of how long it takes them to process information but it seems that even an acknowledgement would be reasonable. 3. Punishments: Recently, there was an LCN faction that consistently DMed, terrorized other factions, and based on their OOC grudges consistently broke rules to ruin the roleplay of several factions on this server. They have been, subsequently and rightfully, banned. This process however, took around 2 months. They were reported relentlessly and despite these efforts it took until tracksuithitman started to look into them. After several faction reports and consistent player reports, bans were issued. This problem could’ve been resolved months prior had the staff been able to deliver harsher punishments, especially given the severity of the actions. All in all, I know I’m only one voice but I hope that at the very least that the staff who do help and are outspoken about the issues here know that we are listening and we do appreciate it. Unfortunately, without significant change at the top, this will undoubtedly continue to trend downward like LSRPV did. I encourage any of the people I've mentioned here to reply, I know they won't because they have no defense but I might as well keep them honest.1 point

Hey guys! I am no longer an active part of this community due to the egregious nature that the staff team, more specifically the faction management aspect of it, has been run. I will not be pasting 4 paragraphs like everyone else simply because I am tired of putting mass amounts of effort into a dying community. But I'll gladly hit you with some shorthand information that will help you line up the issues here. People have failed you. A lot of people have failed you. You're constantly being failed by your inactive lead admin and senior administrative team. Unlike the rest of you with skin in the game, I have none. For that reason, I think it's best we do some name-and-shame. Unfortunately, @izumihas failed you several times. If you've been active in this community, you may have seen this post But the response given by Izumi was "This isn't a rule for regular players to suggest. This is an admin rule." - That was in September. 3 months later and we're having the same issues. Last time I checked @izumi @Mmartin @badhbh(never even seen you) - without your community, your admin team is worth fuck-all. Your 'regular players' feed you, provide something for you to do, and pay to keep this server running. Kindly fuck off with the 'not for regular players to suggest' cause that's a load of horse shit. Your entire purpose is to serve the regular players of this community. You failed to serve the community, so you're losing it. On the other hand of where Izumi has failed you, the players, has been in their ludicrous mismanagement as Head of Legal Factions. A few months ago, several key leaders of LSSD left within a short period of time due to extreme leadership concerns and issues. People that had been around for years and had put time and effort into this. A massive faction report was filed against the LSSD for mismanagement. I have put my response to the faction report in this pastebin link here. Unfortunately, Izumi is known to be very friendly with Iudex and co, as can be exampled by how we were asked, and I quote "Were you involved in organising mass resignations or rebellions against LSSD faction leaders?" THE SAME FACTION LEADER IZUMI WORKED TO PROTECT, HE WAS FORCED TO BAN FOR CHEATING. IN RESPONSE, THEY PROMOTED ANOTHER CONTROVERSIAL FIGURE INTO THE SHERIFF POSITION, WHO DOESN'T EVEN HAVE INTERNET LOL The admin team failed Michael and now he's back to being Grey-Name Imperium. The admin team constantly fails the playerbase and now it's dying. DYING. 17 players when I get home is crazy, when it used to be 250. The lead admin team has been constantly failing MMartin and the administrative team. Inaction from Martin's side speaks volumes as well. Here is another example where you're BEING IGNORED AND BEING FAILED AS A MEMBER OF THIS COMMUNITY. Horrific mismanagement and inexperienced, privileged, entitled people running things is what's killing this community. But what do I know. I've only been around since 2012 and have been in SD leadership for a majority of that time. Let's rattle a list of people who I genuinely have never seen in-game or on the forums: @badhbh @bobster @Dos Santos @jungsaeo The five of you are in positions of great power. Where are you in this? Look at Eren's post and look at your activity, are you inadvertently staring into a mirror? With the powers and positions you are in, if you aren't working to fix the problem, you ARE part of the problem. Quite frankly, I applaud you guys for dishing out so much effort into trying to fix this place, but it's past repairable. The wrong people were put into the wrong positions under false pretenses and they fucking blew it. They waffled. They failed. They failed YOU. They failed MARTIN. I applaud, genuinely, the efforts of Martin because I know how much he loves this place. Years ago we used to play CSGO and it was evident THEN that he had an immense amount of love for this place. It's a shame that those he trusted should have never been there in the first place.1 point

So after reading through all of this, there are some very very good points in this that I can relate too. Education > Punishment I believed turned into this stigma of "you can't punish them, you need to teach them", I think it just domino rolled into this when really that's not the point at all, at least that's not what Nature wanted (from the short periods that I've spoken to him about the rule). But I do believe in removing the stigma for admins and not being able to punish players for malicious wrongdoings. The admin team, I could rant for hours on this. It's crazy the amount of admins we have as a team and the amount actually hit monthly quotas or actually want to be involved. But, that should be changing with Mmartin's recent announcement in the staff section, I believe this is a step in the right direction. What I will say is you need to reward your loyal and active members, I'm not talking about myself, but you have admins that are eligible for certain positions clocking insane hours and insane forum quotas but are still being left in the dark and hopped over by people that are doing far less than. Revisiting eligibility requirements and rewarding hard working individuals should be mandatory. Keep your active people active, don't pray giving an inactive player a role will make them active. I'm not really involved with IFC so I won't comment on what and how much they do, but with LFM. I'm going to say it's because it was a cursed position and we went through a new LFM handler every second week. But we really do need to find someone that has the knowledge, experience and expertise outside of their role workload. Izumi has a hell of a lot of shit to handle with being AHoO and having to oversight the entire legal team just adds extra workload unnecessarily and then it doesn't let the legal factions have the amount of support etc that they need during these times. My perfect example of this and it's going to sound petty would be the appointed of Kayayday as Sheriff. While I have no specific problem with Kayayday and how well they COULD do as Sheriff, you had plenty of other candidates who were ready and willing to take over the role, hell I have an entire word document and discord server with changes that would be implemented, rank structures, promotions, revision to BSSS and FTP to ensure a steady flow of deputies and so much more. None of this was taken into consideration and how I put it to Izumi, the decision seemed like it was a shoot from the hip and whoever it hits, gets it. There was no "What can this person do? What are they going to bring to the faction?". I know I'm ranting here but I know you have capable people like Storm, Eren, Cano all that have put in the hard yards for LSSD and have come up short for months and months on end with very little being done about it. A capable and 100% committed LFM "Handler" would be able to watch and look at these things and be able to be there in real time, as that would be their sole role, is to ensure the smooth sailing of legal factions. The community seemed to of turned this into a "4fun" community and server as I like to put it, the level of trolling has increased, the level of unnecessary deathmatching and pointless robbery crews is absurd. I'm personally not too sure how to fix it however.1 point

“His rounds were devoted to having fun with his gangster friends who drank plenty each hole, gambled recklessly on the stroke of a ball and carried loaded weapons in their golf bags for use in emergences.” Capone, with his crime syndicate bringing in an estimated $100 million a year at the peak of its operation, had no problems funding his golf habit.1 point
