For context: Theodore Breckenridge stole Vincent Pierra's car and drove it into one of Primerano's garages. Vincent Pierra and Martin Iopella saw Primerano exiting the same garage where the car had been driven into. Eventually, Primerano ended up paying Vincent Pierra the car's worth, claiming that his people had taken it from the 'blacks' that had stolen Pierra's car. Unfortunately, I did not take a screenshot of that part. Props to Theodore Breckenridge, Vincent Pierra, and Martin Iopella. The roleplay was enjoyable from start to finish.

The Circle City Pirus (CCP) are mainly an African-American street gang, located in Willowfield. They were formed in the early 1980's and they were a small group/clique until the mid 1990's. In the 90's they were recruiting a lot of the youth in the neighborhood mainly on Arbutus Street. They are the mostly active on Arbutus due to their main meeting spot at of the houses at the dead end where their OG lived that goes by the name of Brian "Jugg" Peterson. Jugg ran the street during the 90's leading into the 2000's until he was shot and killed at a party he went to that was in Jefferson and was killed by a rival. Jugg's killer was never found but with him being gone the remaining members of Circle City Piru continued to keep his name alive. There is a memorial setup at the end of the dead end street where members of the gang and affiliates from other gangs that are allied with them have a hood day at every year to celebrate Jugg in his memory of their true official OG. A man named Jamal "Obee" Snowden ended up being next in command after Jugg's passing. He ran CCP a little different then how it was in the 90's and the early 2000's, instead of basing their income on just getting money for the set he allowed all of his put-on members have their own streams of income so each member can have their own money so they can choose what they wanted to do with their money while he makes sure that they are still active and programming. In due time after a couple years of being the head man controlling the set with a few others he ended catching a RICO charge and was incarcerated in the San Andreas Correctional Facility where he still calls shots to other members that are still active on the outside. CCP is a ruthless gang now with most of the older generation are either dead or in prison. The Present The next generation of the Circle City Pirus started to do anything and everything after Obee was sentenced. They started to shoot up their rivals homes, and diss other rival gangs on social media. They would take disrespectful terms to social media and diss them there. The school system got worse as most of the gang interactions happens there which makes them get ahold of the youth in their local school. They had one on one fist fights and also gang brawls after school, many people from many different gangs were jumping rivals and it was completely unsafe and still is unsafe to this day. They are very active in the drug trade around the neighborhood to which keeps their cash flow coming in. They are a product of their environment and with them having rivals in other neighborhoods they are constantly recruiting. There is also a lot of gunplay coming from CCP, they have been seen with automatic weapons on social media and even the local police department have evidence of them flashing weapons. They are very dangerous and with them gaining numbers they are a threat to the neighborhood. They also engage in robberies, and home invasions around the city which is what most of the younger generation is into nowadays and they show no sign of letting up. CCP has kept a presence in the Willowfield area for years now and is still there within the younger generation.
