What are your thoughts on the servers gambling roleplay?

Whats ur opinion on the current roleplay happening regarding casinos, poker etc

I'd say make use of the in-game casinos - create scripts for raffles, poker, slots etc. I've been on a few roleplay servers for GTAV and a majority of them make use of the casino. Not entirely sure I'd have the casino owned by a player though and more just a server wide thing.

Gambling (casino) is fine. Just give everyone an  equal opportunity to own one if they prove to be good enough. ( Leasing experience and past businesses )

I don't know enough about this to say what should or shouldn't be done but I'm sure irl there are a lot of regulations around casino owners and they can only take out a small percentage of what is earned

Hey there, I gotta say I'm all for the server's gambling roleplay! It's a fun way to spice up the gaming experience and maybe even win some virtual coins while you're at it.

Yeah, hopefully gambling is brought back. It's definitely a fun way to enjoy the game. Some-thing that should be heavily checked up on is the actual role-play done there. Maybe have admins receive notifications about poker games that have started to occasionally check up on them and make sure that it is all role-played. I mean, you shouldn't have to do a /me line each call, fold or check you make but a /me line here and there about folding and doing something other than just sitting like a robot would be necessary.

 

I hope they bring the option for players to be able to host gambling sessions again. Nowadays, many organized crime groups run their own gambling games, such as blackjack or poker in their own businesses in order to make some money on the side. Plenty businesses have also been shut down because of that. It would bring some fun role-play for the detectives of both PD and SD to role-play around as well.
