SAMP is the past, GTA V is the future of roleplay.

It is a huge upgrade to what GTA San Andreas had to offer both mechanics and graphics wise. After playing GTA SA for a fair amount of years, I would rather stay on GTA V than move back. That's just how it is.

LS-RP is migrating to GTA V for a reason, at the time being we have no interest in moving back to GTA SA.
