Property leases, property license registrations and property changes in general can take more than 1 week.

I don't think deciding EVERYTHING via poll is the best option. Most times true democracies are not a good idea at scale because what the majority of people want might not actually be healthy for the server/community as a whole. However, the input from the player base should be heavily weighed over almost all other factors to a certain degree.

Look at Iran, the fundamentalist are in power but they do all of their actions for the core constituents  which is 20% of the population whilst fucking over the others. Why are we letting the 20% to fuck over everyone else, a lot of people in PD/SD and always talk about the old days because things just felt way better over all. The pendulum has swung too far in the other direction, when is someone going to put down their foot and say okay STOP, y'all are doing too much. I'm not saying every change that's been made has been bad, there's been a lot of positive change but also a lot of bad and no one wants to look back at all the changes that's been made and take a good look at them and say. Okay, what can be improved here? Do we really need to make this a requirement? Does the benefit of this change outweigh the cons? How will this affect activity in the faction?  Is  criminal RP really going to suffer from this change or is it mainly the trolls who suffer from this change, which is far more acceptable? 

 

Another thing is, when you express a view of being too realistic you almost get looked down on by other people or dismissed,  almost as if like " How dare you try not to chase for realism, we are a Hardcore RP Server"   - " How dare you try stop this, can't u see it's unrealistic" " Yes its fun but we're trying to portray a 1:1 LEO Faction".    I get it, you don't want to be the odd one out.  Chasing realism has become a form of virtue signalling on the server even though it just makes it a much less fun clunky experience.

Back in like 2018 ish PD/SD was crazy. Anyone doing non-LEO RP would agree. You'd just have squad cars rolling around 4 deep, usually with staff, and they'd just be looking for shoot-outs.

 

I'm not sure if that got better closer to the server closing or not, but it was a big factor for many illegal RPers leaving around 2018-19, etc.

 

It does feel like it's swung too far in the other direction now, as others have said above me. I do believe there will be a better balance once more forensics features get added down the line.

I agree with this and think a forensics system would greatly benefit the LEO and Illegal RPers alike.

How about the backed up property auctions? There's tons of businesses and properties that are for sale. If we clear up the auctions and get everything up to speed with the listings on the Property & Housing board, we could open up numerous fresh roleplay opportunities. Since people are sitting on more than $100 million from 2021, let's offer them something worthwhile to spend their money on once more. Additionally, there's very little chance that you will come across a garage when looking for one because everyone hoards theirs and none of them ever seem to appear for sale on /auctions.

I will add a couple of things that made me leave:
- Robberies constantly, they will find you everywhere just to rob you, literally everywhere.

- Might as well change it to RPG the way people behave.

When I report, it either gets voided or the admin just accepts the report and doesn't say or do anything. Not even reply back to my PM.

When someone else reports, admin immediately started log checking and asking me questions like I committed war crimes. They won't even attempt to log check when I kindly request, but somebody else they will take the server down just to do it.

- PD is literally behaving like its an RPG server. MGing, PGing, Non-RP Behavior, DMing, Unnecessary car chase, reckless driving.

- Incompetent people getting a staff role is beyond me.

Jr. admins got my friend banned by power tripping/corruption.

Trying to talk to an admin about a case, they will block your PMs.

Jr. admin tells me there is no bike in GTA SA called PCJ600, it's instead in GTA 6. (PHOTO)

Enjoying coming back. Some bug fixes will be nice, especially operator script for burners! But other than that, been fun and I expect a lot of the bunny hoping DM, robbery 24/7 punching doors to vehicles all day players to get bored and be weeded out. My hopes anyway..
