Sources inside the Organized Crime Bureau confirm that daily shipments of narcotics—primarily prescription pills and cocaine—continue to funnel into the city from unknown sources outside state lines. Customs data and intercepted communications suggest these shipments are not being manufactured locally, but rather routed through a network of external pipelines, likely spanning across Liberty City, Las Venturas, and even southern international borders. What’s more troubling is that many of the intercepted packages are described as "clean, professional, and minimal risk", indicating a level of organization well beyond street-level distribution. “We’re not dealing with corner boys,” one anonymous investigator told LS Times. “This is coordinated.
