I see where you are coming from, but I would argue that said factions are bringing the heat upon themselves by constantly acting recklessly and causing a literal mayhem. Patrols are there for a reason and that reason is most of the time the several deputy/officer involved shootings that take place. Needles to say, being a part of the LSPD myself, I do have a bias, but I feel like the interactions from both parties have been great and contributed to the creation of some "healthy" scenarios. The "win at all costs" mentality is no longer there and I feel like that, even if a GANG unit or just a regular cruiser are circling around the area, you still have a fair chance to escape. TL:DR: Putting pressure isn't inherently wrong, especially if criminals are misbehaving constantly and making their hood a "red zone".

this is neat, what mods do you use?

There is a good margin for improvement, the server feels and plays smoothly. The first changes I'd implement are a more intuitive and readable UI (i.e., when using /commands) and improving the new-players onboarding experience. Let me elaborate further: upon joining the server, new players do not really know what to do or where to go (even renting vehicles or getting to know that you have to type /dmv to find where the DMV school is feels bad and counter intuitive). New players are what makes the server flourish, and focusing on their experience is crucial to keeping a healthy playerbase and increasing the overall retention. We have just launched, but these are the main areas I'd focus my efforts on.
