Some people are just riding on old merits. If you’re not spending time on the server and staying active, maybe it’s time to step down and let others who are actually active and care about making the server better take those positions. It’s time for some changes, and honestly, people need to drop the negative mindset. Instead, focus on things that can actually improve. But yeah, in the end, some changes at the top are definitely needed, at least in my opinion.
