I don’t think Shadow PC is allowed due to it being a shared desktop and banned players could abuse it. You can now request VPN access for the server too. -
Most likely the SAMP ban bug, I would refer you restart your SAMP and try a few times, should work. If the above didn't help, make sure to restart your router and computer.
