it's great to want to make the SA universe evolve, it can still live a long time! But personally, I don't know what can be added now? We can do almost everything without worries, I understand Kalcor a little, what more do you want to add? We can script what we want and we can add objects directly via the server, so what more can we do? I think that's why Kalcor decided to stop developing SA:MP. The only point where I don't agree with Kalcor is that he decided to close the forums/official site, it's a shame

Yes it's true that I find that the OOC factions are extremely weak. When I see simple kicks or 15/30 minute jails for DM, it surprises me a lot. That's way too little.
