  1. The Valenti crime family, also known as the Los Santos crime family, is an Italian-American organized crime group that has operated primarily in the state of San Andreas, with its historical base of operations in Los Santos. The organization emerged from an East Coast–affiliated Mafia migration in the late 1980s and adopted many of the customs, hierarchy, and operational norms associated with American La Cosa Nostra. For several decades, the Valenti family was regarded by law enforcement as the dominant Mafia syndicate on the West Coast, exercising influence across illicit markets and, at its height, maintaining leverage within certain legitimate industries through corruption, intimidation, and control of contracting and labor pipelines. Its power reached its peak under the leadership of longtime boss Santino “The Butcher” Valenti, before entering a prolonged decline beginning in the early 2010s driven by sustained federal prosecutions under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), waves of informant cooperation, internal leadership collapse, and competition from newer and less structured criminal groups such as the Bellantonio crime family. By the mid-2020s, investigators widely described the Valentis as severely diminished and fragmented, though some analysts continued to argue that remnants of the network persisted, operating through insulated cells rather than a visible centralized hierarchy. Origins and East Coast migration The origins of the Valenti crime family are generally traced to 1987, when a small Genovese-linked crew relocated from New York to Los Santos with the approval of the East Coast hierarchy. The move was reportedly sanctioned as a strategic expansion into a comparatively underdeveloped territory for traditional Mafia rackets, particularly those reliant on cash flow, enforcement capacity, and the ability to penetrate small businesses with limited initial attention from major task forces. Early operations centered on sports betting, loan sharking, and illegal pornography distribution, activities that generated steady revenue while providing avenues for extortion and laundering. The crew’s rapid success encouraged further migration, and by 1992 more mafiosi had shifted operations to Los Santos. The expansion began to create unease within the Genovese orbit, where senior figures reportedly viewed the West Coast outpost as increasingly autonomous, and it also drew the ire of the Petrulli crime family, a long-established Los Santos organization that had dominated the city’s underworld since the 1930s. Tensions escalated throughout 1992 and 1993 as both sides competed for gambling routes, loansharking territories, and protection rackets tied to neighborhood businesses. In October 1993, gunmen opened fire on a grocery store in East Los Santos, killing one individual and injuring another. The survivor was later identified by authorities as Santino Valenti. The shooting ignited a bloody Mafia war that lasted roughly two years and resulted in at least 23 mob-related deaths, according to law enforcement estimates. The war is widely regarded as the event that reintroduced large-scale organized crime violence to San Andreas after a period of relative quiet and established Valenti’s faction as the city’s new dominant Mafia force. The Butcher’s reign (1993–2011) From 1993 to 2011, the family entered its defining era under Santino “The Butcher” Valenti. Under Valenti, the organization expanded aggressively across San Andreas and developed a reputation for both financial sophistication and strategic violence. Investigators attributed to the family a diversified criminal portfolio including racketeering, extortion, construction kickbacks, bid rigging, illegal gambling, loansharking, and large-scale money laundering. The organization’s influence was believed to extend into legitimate sectors through controlled contracting pipelines, bribery of gatekeepers, and the cultivation of intermediaries who insulated senior decision-makers. Valenti’s administration was commonly described as modeled on East Coast tradition in structure, but his relationship with the Genovese crime family deteriorated significantly during his rise and reign. Underworld accounts described the Valentis’ West Coast independence as a continuing point of friction, with Santino Valenti resisting outside direction and viewing East Coast oversight as a threat to his autonomy and earnings. By the late 1990s and early 2000s, Santino Valenti was often described as operating in open defiance of Genovese influence. Mafia traditionalists in New York reportedly viewed Valenti as a boss who had benefited from East Coast legitimacy and then severed practical obligations once he consolidated power. The relationship was further strained by Valenti’s aggressive expansion, his alleged willingness to absorb or neutralize rival crews without Commission-style diplomacy, and his reputation for cultivating an underworld celebrity profile that New York bosses considered unnecessary attention. As a result, while the Valenti family was still regarded as part of the broader Cosa Nostra world, it was frequently treated as an outsider organization that could not be relied upon to follow East Coast norms. Despite efforts to remain discreet, the family’s wealth became increasingly visible. Court records and investigative accounts later described a conspicuous lifestyle associated with Valenti and his inner circle, including luxury properties held through nominees and shell companies, high-end vehicles, and memberships in exclusive clubs. Federal scrutiny intensified throughout the 2000s. Although Valenti was acquitted of a high-profile murder charge in 2008 involving the death of his former friend and reputed underboss Paul Nunziatta, investigators continued building broader racketeering cases. On May 29, 2011, Valenti was convicted of racketeering and conspiracy, marking the end of nearly three decades of dominance and triggering a succession crisis that would define the next decade. Though eligible for parole in 2036, his imprisonment removed the family’s central stabilizing figure, and the organization’s leadership structure began to fracture. Infighting and indictments (2011–2014) The years immediately following Valenti’s conviction were characterized by rapid turnover at the top, internal factionalism, and heightened vulnerability to federal prosecutions. Underworld and law enforcement sources commonly identified Anthony Solari as the first successor to assume day-to-day control after the Butcher’s removal. Solari’s administration was described as an interim attempt to maintain continuity with Valenti-era discipline while the organization adjusted to the loss of its patriarch and assessed legal exposure. His tenure was brief and marked by mounting federal pressure, as investigators intensified surveillance and pursued secondary prosecutions aimed at collapsing the remaining hierarchy. Following Solari, Joey “Buddha” Panzarino, a street boss and former captain associated with the Tony’s Liquor crew, was believed to have assumed control of day-to-day activities as acting boss, only to later face a RICO conviction. Leadership then shifted to Anthony Corsaro, whose administration initially brought a measure of stability and relied heavily on seasoned figures from Valenti’s inner circle, including Gino “Gigi” Giordano, Ray Avena, and Paul “Duke” Carducci. In late 2012, the family’s fragile equilibrium collapsed when Corsaro and Carducci disappeared under suspicious circumstances. Their disappearance created a vacuum and fueled speculation of internal purges and retaliatory violence. Vincent “Bulldog” Malacci, widely described as Valenti’s former driver and bodyguard, assumed control of the family for a short period before he also vanished. As scrutiny mounted, out-of-state branches in Florida, San Diego, and San Fierro attempted to influence succession, complicating leadership legitimacy. Florida-based captain Stephen Cersani was installed as boss, but his reign ended abruptly amid another damaging series of indictments. Informant cooperation proved especially devastating. Lucas Santora and Frank Nappi, both deeply embedded in Valenti operations, testified in major Mafia trials that exposed internal structure and revenue channels, eroding the secrecy culture the organization had inherited from its East Coast lineage. Underworld rumor frequently held that Samuel “Sammy the Beak” Beccarini, Valenti’s longtime consigliere, served as a de facto leader behind the scenes, using rotating figureheads as buffers. Beccarini later faced arrest and imprisonment, further destabilizing the family. The year 2014 marked the end of the immediate post-Butcher succession scramble and the beginning of a more chaotic transitional phase in which would-be reformers attempted to seize power. On January 1, 2014, Nicholas Diopare, a former Valenti captain known as “the Apache,” was murdered in a brazen daylight shooting that media outlets dubbed the “New Year’s Day Massacre.” Diopare had been one of the more visible internal contenders to restore structure after the wave of disappearances, and his killing was widely interpreted as a message that the boss seat remained contested and dangerous. Underworld accounts frequently attributed the killing to rival faction maneuvering, with particular suspicion falling on Oakland-based soldier Anthony Sutera, though no charges were filed and the case remained unresolved. Rise of the Bellantonio family (2014–2018) In the aftermath of Diopare’s murder and continuing fragmentation, the Valenti family’s instability created space for younger criminals less committed to traditional Mafia norms. Michael “The Snake” Sarino and Joseph Bellantonio formed a renegade crew that evolved into the Bellantonio crime family. Traditional mobsters derided the group as “Mickey Mouse gangsters,” emphasizing their perceived recklessness, looser recruitment standards, and street gang–like volatility. Despite this reputation, the Bellantonios grew rapidly and became the most visible organized crime force in East Los Santos by the mid-2010s. Sarino was widely rumored to have previously worked as a driver for Anthony Sutera and was later linked by law enforcement intelligence to multiple killings, including the murders of Sutera and Sarino’s mentor, captain Patrick Durante, earning him the nickname “The Snake.” In 2016, Sarino was shot and killed by his own associates, but the organization’s expansion continued under Joseph Bellantonio. By the late 2010s, the Bellantonio family had eclipsed the Valentis in street-level dominance, forcing the remnants of the Valenti organization into retreat or quiet adaptation. Resurgence attempts and the Valenti–Bellantonio war (2015–2021) Multiple efforts were made to revive the Valenti family between 2015 and 2019. A coordinated resurgence effort emerged in 2015 under Frank Carna, a figure linked to the San Diego-based Lorenzo Valenti crew. Carna sought to broker alliances among rival factions and position himself as a peacemaker in the turbulent Los Santos underworld, reportedly forming a short-lived ruling panel with Robert Luppino and Joseph Bellantonio. The alliance collapsed after Carna died in a car accident while traveling back East, triggering renewed fragmentation. A more credible revival appeared to coincide with the prison releases of Samuel “Sammy the Beak” Beccarini in 2018 and Donald “Ducks” Rigazzi in 2019. In the same period, tensions with the Bellantonio crime family escalated into a sustained turf war that drew national attention and produced numerous killings and disappearances. The conflict was widely portrayed as a clash between a weakened traditional family struggling to reclaim its footing and a newer rival whose culture was defined by volatility and street-level aggression. Bonanno involvement and Commission standing (2019–present) The Valenti crime family’s standing with the New York Mafia Commission has historically been described as peripheral and conditional, shaped by its West Coast geography and its uneven relationships with East Coast families. During Santino Valenti’s reign, the family’s poor relationship with the Genovese crime family placed it at a disadvantage within traditional Commission politics. Underworld accounts described Valenti as resistant to outside direction, and the family was frequently viewed in New York circles as independent to the point of liability. As a result, Commission interest in Los Santos was often framed less as stewardship of the Valentis and more as occasional intervention to prevent instability from becoming a national law-enforcement problem. Bonanno involvement did not become a significant factor until 2019, when the Valenti–Bellantonio war threatened to spiral into an uncontrolled cycle of retaliatory violence. Underworld reporting described the arrival of Joseph “The Barber” Uttaro, a reputed Bonanno caporegime and Commission-linked intermediary, as a turning point. Uttaro’s role was commonly characterized as that of an outside stabilizer tasked with forcing a settlement that would reduce killings, limit collateral attention, and impose a functional separation of rackets to prevent future escalation. The peace that followed was frequently described as a Commission-friendly outcome, not because it restored Valenti dominance, but because it created a workable ceasefire in a region that had become increasingly visible. The settlement was later regarded as one of the first instances in years where the West Coast conflict was contained through a traditional Cosa Nostra-style mediation rather than spiraling into prolonged factional warfare. Modern decline and the Grumo administration (2020–2024) By the early 2020s, the Valenti family increasingly appeared to prioritize survival and insulation over expansion. A key transitional figure was Paul Grumo (1966–2024), a Tampa-born administrator who rose to become acting boss during the family’s fragile rebuilding period. Grumo was described as markedly different from Santino Valenti in style, favoring low visibility, internal consolidation, and the careful reconstruction of revenue channels disrupted by prior indictments and defections. Under his stewardship, the organization reduced overt violence and shifted toward quieter forms of money movement and influence, while attempting to preserve enough cohesion to prevent splintering. Grumo’s administration was often characterized as a containment strategy. Rather than attempting to reclaim the sweeping territorial dominance of the Butcher era, the family narrowed its exposure by limiting who had access to sensitive information, reducing the number of direct touch points between senior figures and street-level operations, and leaning more heavily on intermediaries and trusted earners. This approach was reinforced by the realities of the post-2019 environment, in which the family had already endured a public war, growing surveillance, and a shrinking recruitment pool. Underworld accounts frequently described Grumo as an internal mediator who prioritized predictability, internal discipline, and the avoidance of flashy conduct that could create investigative leverage. In 2021, the family suffered a major disruption when a federal investigation triggered by the disappearance of soldier Arnold Brigone uncovered a sophisticated state-wide money laundering network orchestrated by captain Lucas “Pags” Pagano. Investigators described the operation as one of the most ambitious financial schemes ever attributed to the Los Santos Mafia. The laundering network reportedly relied on shell corporations and legitimate fronts such as farms, service firms, and agricultural wholesalers, converting illicit proceeds into seemingly lawful revenue while also evading taxes through layered bookkeeping and controlled disbursements. The resulting indictments named Pagano, Grumo, Rudolph Guercini, and Carmine “Baggs” Baggalia among the high-ranking figures, and law enforcement widely described the case as the most damaging blow to the family since Santino Valenti’s imprisonment. The case not only removed key earners and administrators but also forced the family to reassess how it moved money, how it compartmentalized decision-making, and how it insulated leadership from financial tracing. Transition to the Dippolitos (2024–present) In 2024, Paul Grumo died suddenly, with underworld accounts and investigators commonly attributing the death to an apparent heart attack. His death created another leadership vacuum at a moment when the organization’s senior ranks had already been depleted by indictments and violence. The transition that followed was widely described as the final major structural reorientation of the Valenti crime family in the post-Butcher era. Rather than elevating another short-lived figurehead, the family consolidated authority within a small leadership nucleus associated with William and Michael Dippolito. The shift represented a movement away from a single stabilizing administrator toward a dual-track model in which revenue control, enforcement credibility, and internal arbitration were coordinated through a tightly managed inner circle. By the time Grumo died, underworld observers argued that the Dippolitos had already become essential to the family’s stability in practice. William was commonly described as the figure most capable of preventing fragmentation because of his calm reputation, his ability to conduct sitdowns without provoking challenges, and his role as an allocator of rackets in an era when fewer rackets remained worth fighting over. Michael was commonly described as the operational counterpart, valued for his control of earners, his ability to enforce compliance quietly, and his role in sustaining low-exposure revenue streams that could survive the post-2021 investigative environment. The transition also marked a clearer articulation of the family’s modern operating philosophy. Under the Dippolitos, authority was maintained through tight compartmentalization, a reduced leadership footprint, and the use of buffers to separate senior figures from street activity. Disputes were increasingly handled through private sitdowns, and violence was treated as a last resort due to the legal exposure it created. The family’s day-to-day functioning was frequently described as performance-based, with influence tied to who could produce revenue, keep their people out of headlines, and preserve internal order without creating investigative openings. In this period, the Bonanno channel that had emerged during the 2019 war was increasingly described as beneficial to the new Valenti leadership nucleus. Under this view, Bonanno-linked relationships provided a form of external credibility at a moment when the Valentis had suffered repeated leadership collapses, indictments, and informant damage. Rather than granting formal recognition or direct oversight, the Bonanno connection was seen as providing practical support through structured dispute resolution, the maintenance of non-interference agreements with rival groups, and selective introductions that allowed the Valentis to remain connected to broader Cosa Nostra business norms even as their domestic footprint shrank. Sicilian Mafia ties and the Storti–Siraca ’Ndrina In the modern era, investigators and underworld sources increasingly attributed portions of Valenti narcotics and money-movement activity to transnational relationships with Italian organized crime groups, particularly Calabrian ’Ndrangheta networks and Sicilian-linked intermediaries. These relationships were most often described as pragmatic business arrangements rather than formal alliances, structured to give the Valentis access to wholesale supply while providing Italian counterparts with distribution reach and laundering opportunities in San Andreas. A key nexus in these accounts was the Storti–Siraca ’Ndrina, a Calabrian ’Ndrangheta clan reportedly involved in international cocaine trafficking. Underworld reporting described the ’Ndrina as operating through a web of intermediaries that sometimes included Sicilian-connected facilitators who could broker introductions, resolve disputes, and guarantee credibility between groups that otherwise did not share direct organizational lineage. In this framework, Sicilian ties were less commonly portrayed as command relationships and more often as connective tissue, with respected intermediaries vouching for participants, establishing terms, and ensuring transactional compliance around debt, delivery schedules, and retaliation protocols. The Valenti family’s strongest reported connection to the Storti–Siraca ’Ndrina was said to have flowed through networks linked to Michael Dippolito and his associate Giannis Savas, who allegedly facilitated shipments routed through Las Venturas and rural Bone County. These channels were described as using desert landing strips and logistics corridors disguised as agricultural transport, allowing product to enter San Andreas with reduced exposure. Analysts framed this relationship as part of a broader Mafia economic shift in which weakened domestic La Cosa Nostra groups increasingly relied on external suppliers with stronger upstream control. In this model, the Valentis’ value was local distribution capacity, debt enforcement, and laundering expertise, while the Storti–Siraca ’Ndrina’s value was access to international supply and a disciplined trafficking infrastructure. Sicilian intermediaries, where referenced, were typically described as transactional brokers who bridged cultural and operational differences between American crews and Italian counterparts and helped maintain trust without direct, high-risk contact between leadership figures. Current status By the mid-2020s, the Valenti crime family was widely assessed as severely diminished and fragmented, operating at a small fraction of its former size. Unlike the Butcher era, when the organization was believed to maintain clear command authority over crews and territories, the modern Valentis were described as a loose constellation of aging members, long-time associates, and semi-independent crews bound more by personal history than by an enforceable centralized hierarchy. Law enforcement officials often noted that defining the family’s contemporary structure was difficult because remaining members appeared to have adopted increased compartmentalization, reduced communications, and greater reliance on buffers to avoid surveillance and conspiracy exposure. Geographically, remnants were thought to persist in Los Santos and older outposts such as San Diego, San Fierro, and Florida, with occasional corridors extending toward Las Venturas. Rather than controlling territory through visible street power, the family was described as operating through selective influence, quiet loansharking, discreet money movement, and laundering arrangements tied to legitimate businesses. Some accounts suggested that surviving Valenti-connected figures increasingly relied on non-Italian intermediaries who served as practical shields, allowing older mafiosi to reduce direct exposure while still benefiting from revenue streams. The aftermath of the 2021 Pagano laundering case continued to shape operations, with analysts arguing that the organization shifted toward smaller transactions, less centralized cash pooling, and cautious legitimate mixing designed to reduce the risk of another sweeping financial indictment. Investigators remained divided on whether the Valenti crime family still functioned as a coherent family or had become a collection of residual relationships operating under an old name. One view held that the organization was effectively defunct, with most senior figures dead, imprisoned, missing, or retired. Another argued that the Valentis had evolved into a quieter formation, operating through insulated cells and legitimate business entanglements, with fewer members but a higher degree of caution and adaptability. What was broadly agreed upon was that the modern Valenti organization bore little resemblance to the syndicate that once dominated Los Santos under Santino Valenti, and its decline was commonly framed as part of a broader West Coast pattern in which traditional Mafia structures were eroded by RICO enforcement, demographic shifts, competition from agile criminal enterprises, and the increasing sophistication of financial surveillance. 2. The truth is, the way RAGE was introduced as the future and vision for LSRP and its community is absolutely ridiculous. At first, I didn’t pay it much attention, but over the past six or so months, I’ve come to realise that half the staff team aren’t here to support the only platform we currently have up and running. Most are hogging their roles while waiting for RAGE. That hasn’t only created a divide within the team but has also made things very discouraging for the community. Staff members are failing to realise that SA:MP still has potential, still will have potential, and just needs the right people who share the same passion to keep it running. What’s the point of having testers on our current platform when they’re not interested in it? I really tried to make sense of it but couldn’t. Now that this division exists within the staff, I think it’s time for management to make it official. If staff members aren’t interested in SA:MP, split them. Have those who share a passion for this platform perform and actually partake in vital roles for it. There’s no reason for the head of any team to hold their role when they have no interest in SA:MP. It’s time for everybody to pull their weight, from staff to community. I’ve read a couple of decent suggestions made by Voronov, and I stand by them. It would be great to create an economy other than guns and drugs for illegal factions. This is why I always hoped for an inventory system, like I mentioned in the previous thread. There are endless possibilities once items are actually introduced to the server. Like Martin Busato also mentioned, any money made from SA:MP should have been pumped back into it. I do understand that there aren’t many developers who share the same passion some of us do when it comes to SA:MP, but at the same time, we’re not actively recruiting for one. Management should be looking to recruit developers for SA:MP, especially those who show interest. The more, the merrier. Furthermore, there should be a capable person managing those developers, and a project or two should be pushed out for SA:MP every couple of months. If, however, we do not find any, the money made from donations should be used to help bolster this platform. Whether it’s for development or marketing, anything at this point would mean a lot. I’d really like to go into more detail, but I honestly fear that this thread will derail, eventually get locked, and that my posts will get removed. I’ll wait and see how this one goes before I take the time to write anything else.

  3. Redouane Bouziane was raised and born on the streets of Casablanca, Morocco. His boyhood was forged out between the rhythm of the medina and the shadowy specter of the street hustle. The world never gave him much, so he made do with what he had with the cards he held... quick mouth, silver tongue, and hard heart when it suited him. Redouane had moved at 16, his family along with him, to the Netherlands in search of a brighter life. But European streets, though, weren't actually all that different from what he was accustomed to... cleaner, quieter only. Soon enough, he ended up in the underground scene, taking part-time jobs for the local gangs before his name started ringing in the ears of the authorities. Before long, Redouane was completely enveloped in the life of the Mocro Maffia. With time, Redouane climbed ranks... fast. His record was impeccable: reliable, discreet, ruthless when the occasion demanded. When a high-risk braquage (heist) opportunity arose, he was chosen. The job was brazen, dangerous, and risky... just the sort of thing he enjoyed. And it paid off big. The gang got away with more than they could count. But while most were basking in the glory, Redouane was making plans to leave. He knew the heat would come. It always did. With a phony passport, and burner phone. Redouane vanished from the Dutch radar... straight into the smoky horizon of Los Santos. In Los Santos, it wasn't long before he met a face he knew. Achraf Lamari, a face familiar to the Moroccan underworld, now a high-ranking member of a rising DTO known as Conexion Casablanca. Their encounter was uneventful... but behind it, years of trust and dirt built on silence and survival. Redouane wasn't in need of being persuaded. Blood money and a new city to inherit, he entered into a completely new game.

  4. I joined a faction called Valenti in 2010 when I was a teenager. Everyone called them elitists, thought they were overrated and that they will die off at some point. What I found was a tight knight group of people who formed true friendships and managed to stick together for an unthinkable period of time. Through server closures, reopenings, faction being forcibly shut down by the administration at that time, you name it. Nothing ever truly brought this group down. I left for over 10 years and moved on with life. Last year when LSRP reopened I decided to give it one last go for as long as this lasts. I found the same friends I had over 10 years ago and it felt and still feels like not a single day has gone by since I had left. Nothing will ever kill this group.

  5. Redouane stands at 6’1” with a clean, athletic frame and a sharp, no-nonsense presence. His skin is olive-toned, with a smooth face and subtle street-hardened edges. A tight fade frames his black hair, cleanly styled, and his eyebrows are thick and expressive over focused brown eyes. He keeps it simple but sharp, always crisp, paired with Nike TNs or Air Max 95s. No tattoos. Just that quiet confidence of someone who's seen too much and says little.

  6. For those who missed it: there was a general discussion topic called "Will LSRP survive?" that went viral yesterday which was flooded with constructive criticism and solutions to improve LSRP. The thread was locked in response to a small minority of people doxxing, leaking staff information and derailing, and someone within the staff team crashed out and merged all of the faction threads into Bellantonio's. This prompted staff to rollback the forums to recover the faction forum, which resulted in the deletion of this topic. I've been told others have tried reposting it only for it to be deleted again but I'll give it another go, although I want to frame the discussion slightly differently to push for a more positive, solution-based discussion. Censorship certainly isn't the answer here and will only serve to shatter any trust left in staff and push the few players left out the door. Please keep this thread up if you know what's best for the server. If people are derailing or breaking rules, deal with those individuals accordingly but the rest of us who wish to see LSRP revived should be allowed to say our piece. Roughly a year ago I posted the first iteration of this topic and it was received quite well by everyone. I was very pleased with the staff response and moderation of the topic, but seeing what happened with the topic yesterday was a reversion to the kind of censorship LSRP had been known for years ago and was deeply disappointing. Linked below is the topic I posted last year which goes into detail about my vision for LSRP and is ripe full of great ideas put forth by the community: A VISION FOR THE FUTURE - Page 15 - General Discussions Archive - Los Santos Roleplay Today, however, my post (initially written as a response to the topic that was deleted yesterday) will focus on what I believe to be the crux of the issue. Given my faction has been staring down the barrel of description threats recently, I don't take posting this lightly but I want LSRP to succeed and believe it needs to be said. I want to start off by acknowledging and thanking the staff members who have helped make LSRP be a great place to roleplay over the years. As a member of this community since 2009, former member of Faction Management, an official faction leader from 2018-2024 and having still represented Valenti in many of our correspondences with Illegal Faction Council beyond that, I’d be remiss not to highlight the vast improvements seen in the Illegal Faction Team in particular compared to past eras where it was marred with incompetence, toxicity, and corruption. Factions today have access to more perks than ever before, official faction selections have been handled sensibly for the most part, and the IFT has generally been more supportive and transparent than ever before. Despite recent disagreements with IFC's handling of my faction, I greatly appreciated the honesty, accountability, insight and consideration shown by @Aloosh, @Rye and @unlawfulact in their responses yesterday and this gave me a renewed sense of confidence that the IFT is still in good hands. I'd also like to thank @badhbh and @Dos Santos for their immense dedication to this server and being a pleasure to deal with during my time as an official faction leader last year. When we brought Valenti back, I urged our people to set the bar low in terms of expectations for LSRP. Not because I didn’t believe in the potential for a major comeback on SAMP, but because the staff, more specifically, the management, had let this community down time and time again, and the return of the SAMP server seemed more like a last-ditch marketing gimmick for LSRPV than anything else. I wanted our people to enjoy this last ride as much as we can without dwelling on the failures of the staff team. Fortunately, despite the recent decline, this SAMP run overall has exceeded my expectations and much of that is thanks to the staff putting forth more of an effort to satisfy the community’s wishes, at least initially. Beyond that, the success affirmed that there is still an appetite and market for SAMP. Unfortunately, that market is shrinking by the day and will vanish if things don’t improve in quick order. I’ve only recently returned to playing after a year-long hiatus so I’m admittedly writing this from a limited perspective, but I’ve kept in the loop and been around long enough to pinpoint what I believe to be the main reason LSRP is on a steep decline: inactivity, complacency and a lack of leadership at the management level. No, this is not the only problem. Yes, I do agree with much of what was said in the discussion yesterday, but many of those problems are symptoms of this primary issue. When @Mmartin and Surreal took over from Damian, I showed my support publicly and still believe it was a much-needed change at the time. Some positive changes were made over the years and when Mmartin was actively contributing, developing and engaging with the community earlier in this run, the community was undoubtedly better for it; I am grateful for his contributions over his many years here. However, being a good leader isn’t just about knowing when to step up but also knowing when to step down when it’s clear you are no longer the person for the job. That time came long ago and it’s time to act on it. Every leader has a shelf life and there's no shame in that but it's abundantly clear a major change is needed at the very top to restore any level of morale and confidence in staff by the community. By no means is this an attack on Mmartin; in fact, my interactions with him both IC and OOC (the times he responded) were always good, but an active and engaged leader is essential for any hope of a revival for LSRP. The community should vote on a new manager and that’s who Mmartin should pass the reins to; doing so would rejuvenate the community, potentially salvage the staff’s reputation, and hopefully bring about a vision on the best path forward. I personally don’t have much faith in LSRPV but if that’s what Mmartin and others want to focus on, fine, but there needs to be a dedicated manager and team for each server, not one divided and dysfunctional team covering both. I don’t mind managers being paid for their efforts and wish LSRP was successful enough financially to pay all of their staff because I am extremely grateful for their contributions, but donations to the SAMP server should go towards the SAMP server and LSRPV donations should go towards LSRPV. Once either project is sustainable and successful enough, only then should managers and/or staff get paid. With foresight and an actual vision, there will be more to go around in the long run, but if the status quo persists, donations will dwindle away to nothing. The LSRP brand exists on SAMP, not on GTAV, and it’s glaringly apparent the SAMP server needs to be more of a priority going forward. LSRP SAMP failing is a marketing disaster for LSRPV. Plenty of good ideas have been presented and I have no doubt that people within the staff team have pushed for many of the improvements we are asking for, but ultimately it starts at the top. Management needs to seek player feedback more via discussions like this, feedback surveys, allowing players to vote on important decisions, etc., then utilize those findings, set out a vision and get everyone pulling on the same rope. The disconnect between staff and players needs to be eradicated and instead we need to be one cohesive team. I know this sounds like a pipedream, but I believe the right leadership can make it happen, at least to some extent. TL;DR: Management needs to step it up for the community, put forth a comprehensive vision that we can all work towards, or step aside for someone who will. LSRP's future depends on it. What's your vision for the future? If you bring forward a problem, do so respectfully and also bring forth a solution. Please keep it clean and let's have a productive discussion that can hopefully help shape a positive future for LSRP.

  7. Thank you @Martin_Busato for always staying pure and promoting the best roleplay with yours and your faction's efforts. With respect for you guys I won't troll or derail this thread, I'm only going to speak the truth and if it gets removed again then that's the only answer you need about what intentions management has for LSRP. And respect to @jack for being willing to hear us out. I was going to be a lot more brash with this post until I read you were formulating a response so I will hold off with some things until we see it. I do want to address some critical concerns I have with things I've seen since being staff again and I hope instead of hiding this you will address it in your reply. I speak with the experience of being in multiple generations of staff/IFT so please heed what I am saying. As Aloosh pointed out, most of the staff here are simply hogging their positions and doing nothing for the actual functioning server while waiting for rage which isn't even half way ready to be a playable server. From what we've seen, your only concept of marketing is saying "soonTM" to the 5 people a month who ask when it will come out while taking your sweet time with the development. 2 months ago, while I was staff I had asked in the rage discord channel when they would be executing their "marketing concept" (which was copy/pasted from ChatGPT) and the response I was given was "probably as soon as we are feature ready so there's actual stuff to show". Mind you they had already launched the server once, it flopped, and they've been back at the drawing board for over a year now... And to this day we haven't seen a single rage snippet. Upon being further questioned the dev said "if you'd join the server and help push development forward, you wouldn't need me to answer this question". I'm being very vague because I don't want another forum ban, if you want proof you can message me. I don't know what moral high ground this side of staff thinks they have when they neglect the server with players to "work" on a hypothetical lala land that isn't even half ready. I and many others cannot make any sense of it. What allowed LSRP to stand the test of time was the standard of illegal roleplay it provided compared to every other option, and the truth is that everyone still supporting the rage server is simply too bad at roleplay to do anything meaningful on the SAMP server. They don't know what it's like to spend hours upon hours grinding for official status in a faction surrounded by high-quality players. They don't know what an immersive roleplay scene really looks and feels like. When they get bored of dying to factions on their LEO characters they band together on alts to either create or join sub-par factions such as 38 street. They are bad and have always been bad at roleplay, they care more about updated graphics and gameplay and want their own little space to rub each other off on GTA 5 and get away from all the "elitists" on SAMP and GTAW. At least, this is the vibe that we - the people who have put countless graveyard shifts into LSRP's underworld economy - feel when we see things like this. I would also like the state of our current staff team to be addressed. Tester applications are nothing but a clout competition. Voting consists of nothing apart from "do I know him? Yes/no. Yes, he's in PD and he's so nice! He would be a great addition!". The question of whether these people know how to roleplay is never asked. Most of the dev team intentionally does not work on SAMP for rage, and yet it is nowhere near a standard to compete against GTAW. I think this is a very selfish mentality. You should be developing for the players who are going to populate your server. If you want to serve your own desires then leave our community and develop your own. We as a community have made it clear countless times what we truly want, and are being ignored every day by the development and management team. IFT have put hours of brainstorming into script ideas to accommodate credit card/bank fraud, testing kits, weed growing, etc etc and when it doesn't fall on deaf ears we have Kane ragebaiting us on the forums. These threads are in the IFT board collecting dust for over a year now. I can tell you with 100% confidence that 90% or more of the server was or is currently cheating, myself included. I've burned myself out over the years and have not truly enjoyed roleplaying for a long time. I'm sure I'll be permanently banned for the cheating I did as I've made some of it public and I have no desire to come back. I don't blame anyone who uses any hacks though. When everyone has the unfair advantage it no longer becomes an advantage, it only levels the playing field. There is a certain level of trust that you cannot afford to lose with your community when it comes to consistent fuck-ups, favoritism, and false promises. You lost our trust years ago when you tried to launch V the first time. You lost our trust when nothing in the UCP voting section has been worked on or implemented since it was added, while you remove all donator packages for some overpriced bundle. You're losing our trust again now by allowing the same thing that happened to the PB last year to happen once more. We are human and we are all getting older. We don't have the time to be giving out second chances to groups with terrible track records. I feel like it would take a miracle for you as management (apart from @badhbh, she is the only one that truly did anything meaningful for the server as management/lead admin since relaunch) to recover from that loss of trust, so instead of happy hoping I think its more realistic for us to start saying our goodbyes. If you want to play with the same 20 people on LSRPV then be my guest. I would advise anyone who wants to play GTA 5 roleplay to go to World. I had my fun, met a lot of really cool people, and can say I contributed a lot to the illegal scene with you guys. To give my thoughts on who could fill the position, I always respected Bennemus and how he handled his role while he was a lead admin. He was always extremely transparent and before the post-covid closure he truly tried his best. If he still has it in him he could be the one that potentially turns this around.

  9. Well said. The staff team has been harbouring a bunch of people with that same silly mentality. Whenever multiple staff members voiced their concerns about SA-MP and its current state in staff chat, they’d get gangbanged by the same group of friends over and over again. Nothing constructive, just constantly shitting on you. Let me give you an example (THIS IS FROM MAIN CHAT, DON’T BAN ME). How can you expect a staff member, or those who are here for SA-MP, to stay for the long run when, first, you’ve been neglecting the community, second, you go MIA and show no support, and third, you have people on the team who are constantly bashing the platform. These same people who have been bashing the platform that some of us still love have gone untouched. They haven’t been addressed, and it’s been ongoing for months now. It’s a divide that management has supported because they themselves are part of the neglect we’re experiencing. Stop saying SA:MP is dead when you’re not even trying to fix it. Be part of the solution, or shut your mouth and wait for your so called GTA V server to show up. Edit: Also, can someone tell us why Kev’s reply was removed?

New Blood on Sunset: Bellantonio's Up-and-Comers Grab the Wheel SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 4 JUNE 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS I) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE RAYMOND FLLEMING & ARTHUR CREA The purpose of this supplemental intelligence report is to provide information regarding suspicious activity observed during a solo ride around Downtown on 04-06-2025. On 04-06-25, about 0342 hours while conducting a ride around the Mulholland area, I observed two vehicles parked next to each other in the Mulholland Parking Lot, close to the entrance of the parking lot. The vehicles were identified as a 2025 Maserati Gran Turismo ((Buffalo)) , bearing license plate "9PXW907", registered to Raymond Flleming of 2333 Sunset Avenue, Downtown Los Santos, and a Windsor, bearing license plate "5QLU363", registered to Arthur Crea of 1058 Mulholland Drive, Mulholland, Los Santos. Both alleged Bellantonio associates were pictured exchanging duffel bags. The contents of the duffel bag are unknown at this time. Raymond Flleming and Arthur Crea were standing between their cars while the exchange occurred. Following the exchange, both of them departed in different directions. The observed exchange of duffel bags between Raymond Flleming and Arthur Crea at the Mulholland parking lot at nearly 4AM in the morning in a secluded alley is highly suspicious and suggestive of potential criminal activity, such as the exchange of illegal goods, money, or weapons. Whereas there is no photo of Raymond Flleming's vehicle during the surveillance due to the angle of the camera, I personally witnessed it parked next to Arthur Crea's Windsor as I drove past the Inside Track business. MDC check confirmed that it was indeed his 2025 Maserati Gran Turismo. There is no previous photo of Raymond Flleming's 2025 Maserati Gran Turismo however there is a surveillance photo of his 2024 Range Rover Vogue parked outside of Sharky's, the infamous Bellantonio restaurant. The vehicle's ownership was identified through Raymond Flleming's details on the MDC. The shootout was documented during a solo ride around Downtown on 06-06-2025. On 06-06-25, about 0011 hours while conducting a ride around the Commerce area, several motorcycles were pictured parked outside of Sharky's. Approximately around six bikers wearing "Warlocks MC" leather vests and patches were pictured having a conversation with a few Bellantonio associates right outside the restaurant. In the span of ten minutes, more people kept coming in despite the business not being advertised as open, hence why it raised suspicion that a confrontation can occur. Deputy Casatella decided to circle the area as there were a lot of cars coming in and out, Deputy Casatella then repositioned over to the South side of Sunset Avenue in order to get a better surveillance angle. People from both sides started shoving each other around, there was an obvious dispute and it escalated into a massive shootout. Several identified members of the Bellantonio Crime Family were pictured wielding pistols, shotguns, TEC9's. Approximately eleven members of the Bellantonio Crime Family were present on the scene with about six additional allies who are yet to be identified. None of the identified members of Bellantonio took casualties, the only people who were shot and killed were part of Bellantonio's unidentified allies and the entire group of the bikers from Warlocks. The motive behind the shootout is still unclear, there is no previous information of Bellantoino and Warlocks having any deadly interactions nor if they have had a partnership. Some of the Bellantonio shooters are still being identified. Deputy Casatella has managed to recognize a lot of them through all of the surveillance that was done during the shootout. Here is a list of every confirmed shooter that has been identified yet: ADAM MORA CHRISTOPHER TESSARO RAYMOND FLLEMING HENRY SCAVIOLLA CAMERON FLLEMING NICHOLAS CICERO MICHAEL DEROSA MATTHEW JULIANO There are still three more shooters that have to be identified, will follow up on this as soon as possible through extensive surveillance and research. The reason why Deputy Casatella was there in the first place was because of the presence of Mr. Philip Arditi who is an alleged Soldier in the Bellantonio Crime Family, considering the information about him on the New Blood on Sunset: Bellantonio's Up-and-Comers Grab the Wheel article in which his name is mentioned alongside several high ranked Bellantonio members. Mr. Arditi also had his Huntley pictured outside of Sharky's, a known hangout of the Bellantonio mob. Once Mr. Arditi left Sharky's and got into his Huntley, Mr. Arditi was accompanied by Mr. Joseph Calabrese, an associate from Bellantonio who has previously been arrested for Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm, Failure To Pay A Fine, Obstruction of Justice, Assault on a Peace Officer, Criminal Threats and Driving Without use of Headlights, as per the Incident Report submitted on May 30 2025 by Deputy Sheriff Reynolds (41398). Mr. Arditi got into his Huntley with Joseph Calabrese in the passenger seat and he drove South from Sunset Avenue. As Mr. Calabrese recently was charged with Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm, Deputy Casatella decided to follow Mr. Arditi's Huntley by maintaining a safe distance in order to investigate the relationship between Mr. Arditi and Mr. Calabrese. Mr. Arditi parked his Huntley next to a blue complex on 799 Rodeo Boulevard, Marina, Los Santos. Deputy Casatella parked his unmarked CVPI on a safe distance across the street and started taking surveillance footage of Mr. Arditi and Mr. Calabrese. Mr. Arditi was seen walking inside of the apartment with Mr. Calabrese standing outside. Mr. Calabrese was later on joined by two more individuals, one of them was identified as Mr. Anthony Scifaretti and the other one currently remains unknown, he will be referred to as Suspect 1. Mr. Calabrese, Mr. Scifaretti and Suspect 1 stood outside of the apartment for approximately ten minutes as Mr. Arditi remained inside of the apartment. While the trio were outside, an unidentified male with a Base 5 shirt, cargo shorts and baseball cap on backwards was captured on surveillance approaching the Bellantonio associates outside the apartment, he will be referred to as Suspect 2. After a short conversation, Mr. Calabrese, Mr. Scifaretti and Suspect 1 started running after Suspect 2 as they were trying to tackle him to the ground. Mr. Scifaretti was also pictured physically assaulting Suspect 2 as he punched him in the face with his right arm. The situation was noisy and unnerving as a lot of inaudible shouting echoed around Marina. Mr. Arditi walked out of the apartment while the rest of his associates were chasing Suspect 2 and was also pictured on surveillance running after Suspect 2. Suspect 2 was trying to escape the situation and wasn't actively defending himself with force against Mr. Calabrese, Mr. Scifaretti, Mr. Arditi and Suspect 1. The chase was mainly held in the backyard of the complex however Suspect 2 managed to get on the Rodeo Boulevard where he was actively chased by Mr. Scifaretti. Deputy Casatella took the decision to cease the surveillance once Mr. Scifaretti started chasing Suspect 2 on the Rodeo Boulevard as the probability of being caught doing surveillance increased due to him being exposed while taking pictures of the situation. On June 1, 2025, at approximately 1450 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance around the Sharky's restaurant on Sunset Avenue, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. The main purpose of Deputy Casatella's presence around this area was to gain sufficient intel on whoever is regularly visiting Sharky's, a publicly known restaurant which is ran by The Bellantonio Crime Family. Due to the high amount of vehicles and alleged Bellantonio members crowding the area, Deputy Casatella occasionally scouted Sunset Avenue and took surveillance pictures of two vehicles who were parked around Sharky's for a prolonged amount of time. It was a hot Sunday afternoon and the Bellantonio members took advantage of the sunlight and decided to step outside of Sharky's, treating themselves to a cold drink to ease the heat. Deputy Casatella decided to take a surveillance photo of three men standing outside of Sharky's. Whereas two of them currently remain unknown, one of the men is Mr. Carmen Romano, who was recently arrested by Deputy Sheriff Ian Wahl on June 4, 2025 for illegally discharging a firearm and possession of an unlicensed firearm. The Yosemite with license plate of 4EWA154 is registered to Mr. Romano. Whereas the license plate is not visible on the surveillance photo, Deputy Casatella looked through the vehicles that Mr. Romano owned after being informed about his arrest and managed to identify the Yosemite. After approximately five minutes, four more cars parked around Sharky's and a total of seven men walked inside of the restaurant. Deputy Casatella took advantage of this and shortened the distance between himself and the establishment in order to take proper surveillance photos of each vehicle's license plate. The Premier with license plate of 5AVX273 is registered to Mr. Calvin Quinn who has no direct connection to The Bellantonio Crime Family however he did visit Sharky's during a time when the business was not publicly announced to be open. The Landstalker with license plate of 2VDW619 is registered to Mr. Benjamin Galante, he has not been identified yet via surveillance as he has no prior convictions and Deputy Casatella currently cannot confirm whether he is connected to the Bellantonio mob or not. One thing is for sure, he was present at the scene however his involvement is still to be investigated. The Black Elegant with license plate of 6PXY042 is registered to Mr. Jay Mezzasalma. Mr. Mezzasalma himself was not captured on surveillance footage however he was identified through his past criminal records as he was arrested on the May 15, 2025 by Deputy Sheriff Rocco Battista for Grand Theft Auto, Resisting a Peace Officer and Failure to Identify to a Peace Officer. The Windsor with license plate of 5QLU363 is registered to Mr. Arthur Crea. Mr. Crea was not pictured on surveillance on that occasion however he was documented exchanging duffel bags with another identified Bellantonio member, Mr. Raymond Flleming, as per the Supplemental Intelligence Report submitted on June 4, 2025. After the successful surveillance carried out by Deputy Casatella in managing to identify all of the vehicles outside of Sharky's, he decided to depart from Sunset Avenue in fear of being spotted as the area is not exactly surveillance friendly, considering the amount of tall complex buildings and lack of cover. ATTACHMENTS Carmen Romano pictured with two unknown alleged Bellantonio associates The license plates and vehicles of: Arthur Crea, Benjamin Galante, Calvin Quinn and Jay Mezzasalma SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 17 JUNE 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS I) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE SAN FIERRO LINK? On June 16, 2025, at approximately 2300 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance in San Fierro, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Sunset Avenue has been unusually quiet for the past week. Neither of Bellantonio's businesses had opened in the past dozen days and it has to be related to the shooting that took place in front of Sharky's on June 6, 2025. The mob is obviously laying low at this time however several key figures of the mafia continue using their personal phones and were hence traced continuously for the period of June 6, 2025 to July 17, 2025. While the majority of their members kept their phones off, several high ranked members such as Frank Baldi, Anthony Ulino and Adam Mora kept their personal phones on and were able to be traced by Deputy Casatella. On June 16, Deputy Casatella received a rather poor response from the San Fierro Midtown Tower 2 that Frank Baldi is located in Financial, San Fierro (909) and Anthony Ulino being located around Esplanade North, San Fierro (909). Deputy Casatella didn't have the exact location of Mr. Ulino & Mr. Baldi's whereabouts so he took the risk to commence surveillance around Financial and Esplanade North with the hopes of gather more intel on the Bellantonio mob. Deputy Casatella drove past a street in Financial and managed to recognize Mr. Baldi's personal vehicle, a Feltzer with the license plate of 9VOW198. The Feltzer is easily recognizable due to the red leather seats within the interior and the black exterior. The Feltzer wasn't the only car parked outside of the property, there were two more vehicles in close proximity. A brown & black Landstalker with the license plate of 0QYG498 and a black Admiral with the license plate of 8TBL425. The Landstalker is registered to Mr. Dante Muscato who has been arrested on June 12, 2025 for Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm and Resisting a Peace Officer. The Admiral is registered to Jack Santavicca who has a clear record. It is still unclear whether Mr. Muscato and Mr. Santavicca are directly involved to the Bellantonio mob as this is the first time they were caught in surveillance ever since the beginning, this will be investigated further. Core members of the Bellantonio council have historically migrated from San Fierro and it was only a matter of time before Deputy Casatella was able to link anything back to the likes of Anthony Ulino and Frank Baldi, both known high ranked members of the now defunct San Fierro Crime Family. The establishment which is labeled as "Michelle's Auto Repair" with address 2842 Unknown, Downtown, San Fierro 909, San Andreas is going to be further investigated in the near future in order to find out the connection with the property & Bellantonio. ATTACHMENTS Surveillance of the vehicles outside of Michelle's Auto Repair (2842 Unknown, Downtown, San Fierro 909, San Andreas) ((OOC logs of the /trace usage: server logs can be checked too if ever required)) SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 19 JUNE 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS I) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE The botched assassination of Michael Casatella On June 17, 2025, at approximately 0200 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, was on the way to the West Vinewood Station after conducting surveillance in San Fierro, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department, when he was approached by a masked individual with intentions to either rob or murder Deputy Casatella. After Deputy Casatella took enough surveillance footage in San Fierro, he decided to drive back to the West Vinewood Station in order to access his work computer and submit a surveillance report. After submitting the surveillance report, Deputy Casatella decided to drive past Sunset Avenue once more to see if anything suspicious is going on. After failing to locate any of the Bellantonio members, Deputy Casatella decided to scout Flint County with his unmarked CVPI due to the fact that Flint County is considered the territory of the Barons Motorcycle Club. The Barons have been documented by Detective Susan Yanagisawa to have held meetings in front of The Rock Barn with The Warlocks Motorcycle Club, the current rival faction of The Bellantonio Crime Family. Deputy Casatella parked his unmarked CVPI North from the Flint Gas Station, right at the intersection between the roads leading to the San Fierro tunnel and Blueberry. Deputy Casatella was forced to park his vehicle as he was receiving subsequent phone calls from his fiancee. Worried that something bad has happened, Casatella took the time to answer his fiancee's phone call and remained parked for approximately ten minutes. Vehicle lights lit up the interior of the unmarked CVPI as a Black Admiral parked right behind Casatella. Still occupied on the phone, Casatella prioritized the conversation with his fiancee over the suspicious approach of the Black Admiral as his guard was evidently down. Shortly after the Admiral parked behind Casatella, an overweight man with a thick black beard, black shirt and blue jeans walked outside of the Admiral. He was wearing a red motorcycle helmet. He was walking towards Casatella's unmarked CVPI in a rather quick pace. Deputy Casatella finally notices the man approaching as he clocks him on the driver's side view mirror, the man still walking towards the unmarked CVPI. Upon realizing what's going on, Casatella hit the gas and drove off as fast as he could, his destination was the West Vinewood Station. Casatella parked the unmarked CVPI and went inside the station in order to report on the aftermath of his initial San Fierro surveillance. Upon reviewing the dashcam footage, the Black Admiral's license plate was identified as 8TBL425. The vehicle is owned by Mr. Jack Santavicca, confirming that this is the same vehicle that was captured on surveillance footage in San Fierro, outside of 2842 Unknown, Downtown, San Fierro 909. Despite not having clear footage of Mr. Santavicca's face during the incident, his distinctive overweight build and thick black beard are easily recognizable. The motive behind Mr. Santavicca's actions are to be investigated further. It is still not clear whether Casatella was targeted by the Bellantonio mob in order to be assassinated or if this was an independent decision by Mr. Santavicca to perform a robbery. One thing is certain, Mr. Santavicca clearly didn't have any good intentions of approaching Casatella's vehicle with a motorcycle helmet over his own head. ATTACHMENTS ((Due to the heat of the moment, I was not able to take screenshots. There would be dashcam footage of the incident, I've confirmed this with Detective Leadership.)) ((OOC confirmation from Jack Santavicca that it was him)) SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 22 JUNE 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS I) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Kenneth Muldoon, the new Dallas Calhoun? On June 21, 2025, at approximately 2320 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance around the Sharky's restaurant on Sunset Avenue, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Despite strategically being a difficult location to surveil due to the narrowly built complexes and skyscrapers, Sunset Avenue remains the top priority of the Major Crimes Bureau due to the frequent gatherings conducted by the Bellantonio mob, both at their restaurant Sharky's and their newly launched lounge Downtown Royalty Lounge. Deputy Casatella always drives through Sunset Avenue on each surveillance that he is conducting and June 21 was no different. What sparked Casatella's interest in that specific surveillance is that there were nearly eight cars parked outside of Sharky's and the majority of them had not been surveilled before. Casatella assumed that the business had opened to the public due to the presence of unknown vehicles however no social media report suggested that Sharky's had been advertised as open. Many people were coming and going, making the task of obtaining surveillance photos of the vehicles' license plates extremely difficult. Deputy Casatella took his time with the surveillance as he strategically waited to take photos since there were many unidentified individuals standing right outside of Sharky's, smoking cigarettes and drinking alcoholic beverages. All of the surveilled license plates are going to be listed below in order of the attached evidence footage in ATTACHMENTS: License plate: "8ANK361" Vehicle model: Sentinel Vehicle color: Light grey Registered owner: Sergei Eskin License plate: "4XDG420" Vehicle model: Landstalker Vehicle color: Black Registered owner: Rondall Simmons License plate: "9GUK003" Vehicle model: Uranus Vehicle color: Light blue Registered owner: Gerald Tupua License plate: "7BMP601" Vehicle model: Primo Vehicle color: Black Registered owner: Mateo Sussiani License plate: "9VOW198" Vehicle model: Feltzer Vehicle color: Black and red Registered owner: Frank Baldi License plate: "3EIV413" Vehicle model: Elegant Vehicle color: Grey Registered owner: Antoine Gournier License plate: "MULDOON" Vehicle model: Huntley Vehicle color: Black Registered owner: Muldoon Bros. License plate: "0IGG741" Vehicle model: Admiral Vehicle color: Black Registered owner: Anthony Scifaretti License plate: "8HQQ316" Vehicle model: Premier Vehicle color: Black Registered owner: Peter Belotti After managing to photograph all the vehicles and their license plates, Deputy Casatella drove off as people were constantly going in and out of Sharky's, he was afraid of being caught doing surveillance. This is not the first occasion of Bellantonio members and supposed business associates or friends gathering privately in Sharky's however one license plate stuck out like a sore thumb - "MULDOON". At around 2348 hours, Deputy Casatella situated himself North from Sunset Avenue with intentions to continue his surveilling over Sharky's. Whereas the surveillance was directly aimed at the Bellantonio mob, Casatella was now more interested in the "MULDOON" license plate branded Black Huntley. The main target was to identify whether the vehicle was operated by an employee from Muldoon Bros. or whether it was driven there by one of the Muldoon brothers. Upon getting closer in order to conduct surveillance, Casatella noticed an easily recognizable mullet. It was indeed Kenneth Muldoon, the current candidate for becoming the next Mayor of Los Santos. He was pictured together with Evelyn Nichols and two currently unidentified men. A separate casefile is going to be organized and submitted within the next 48 hours regarding Kenneth Muldoon and his involvement in the Los Santos underworld. ATTACHMENTS Surveillance footage of all license plates documented in front of the Sharky's restaurant Kenneth Muldoon outside of Sharky's, together with Evelyn Nichols and two unknown males SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 26 JUNE 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS I) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE BELLANTONIO & BARONS MC CONNECTION On June 24, 2025, at approximately 2345 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance in Flint County, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Sunset Avenue is slowly picking back up again as several already identified Bellantonio members were spotted by Deputy Casatella outside of Sharky's however conducting any surveillance would have been insufficient as the suspects have already been pictured together multiple times and they weren't doing anything suspicious. After the Midnight Massacre reported on the 8th of June, every identified shooter has had their personal phones actively traced by Deputy Casatella along with members of the Bellantonio council, such as Frank Baldi, Anthony Ulino and James Delutro. One of them is rarely showing face and has only been identified through the articles and his past criminal record - Arnold Guarna. Deputy Casatella has attempted to trace the location of Arnold Guarna's cellphone however he never achieved any success, he assumed that the SIM card was already destroyed and the phone is no longer in use. Upon trying to locate the remainder of the council, Deputy Casatella was shocked as he realized that he finally has managed to trace Arnold Guarna's personal cellphone. Heading to Flint County, Deputy Casatella was approaching the region with immense caution as Flint County is a predominantly flat area with little to none adequate cover for conducting surveillance. Deputy Casatella parked the unmarked CVPI behind the hill as the terrain would work in his favor. Deputy Casatella walked down to the tunnel where the train tracks are located as it was the perfect place for him to conduct surveillance. It is also important to mark that the business that they were inside, The Outsider, was not publicly announced as an open business, leading us to believe that this was a private meeting between Bellantonio and Barons MC. The only Bellantonio members that were captured on surveillance are the already identified Richard Cicero and Dante Muscato. Arnold Guarna was not captured on surveillance footage however he was inside of The Outsider while the Bellantonio associates were standing outside. Due to the angle of the surveillance, Deputy Casatella managed to identify only two vehicles: One being the easily recognizable Black and Yellow Phoenix owned by Russell Muldoon with license plate 3EYW470 and a white Premier owned by Michael Kavanagh with license plate 7ZAA395. The motive behind the private meeting has not been identified yet however both organized crime groups seem to be meeting a lot more often once Election Day came around the corner. ATTACHMENTS Full Surveillance Footage ((OOC confirmation of using /trace on Arnold Guarna's phone with /stime included)) SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 02 JULY 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE DOMESTIC TERRORISM AT PERSHING SQUARE PARK On July 1, 2025, at approximately 2245 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, and Deputy Sheriff Soraya Reynolds, assigned to the Majors Crime Bureau under callsign 809D1 conducted covert surveillance in Pershing Square, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. In a rather quiet night, Deputy Casatella decided to take Deputy Reynolds on a patrol as part of her Field Procedure training within the Detective Mentorship Program. Deputy Casatella went through some of the key bullet points in regards to the investigation of the Bellantonio Crime Family in order for Reynolds to familiarize herself with the state of the casefile. As they drove past Pershing Square, Deputy Casatella noticed three men sitting on a table in the garden and just like a bolt out the blue, these three were no ordinary men. Arnold Guarna, Adam Mora and an unknown male were spotted having a conversation in public. This instantly raised alarms as mobsters have historically used areas like the municipality where the likeliness of being targeted are very slim. Both of the identified high ranked Bellantonio members, Arnold Guarna, the alleged street boss of the LCN mob, and Adam Mora, the alleged captain have very rarely been captured on surveillance footage. It is important to note that this is Arnold Guarna's first public appearance ever since the casefile commenced. Furthermore, an unidentified white Sentinel was parked in close proximity to the meeting, the vehicle was facing towards Guarna and Mora's table. Upon patrolling the area, Deputy Casatella and Deputy Reynolds drove past a blue Sentinel with license plate "4SGA773" at West Azalea Street, the vehicle is registered to Frank Malvezzi, he has no current identified ties to the Bellantonio mob. However, an already identified Bellantonio associate was sitting in the back of the car and was quickly recognized by Deputy Casatella due to the previously done surveillance, his name is Dante Muscato. An extremely rare public meeting held by high ranked members of the Bellantonio mob along with a separate car being parked a block away from the meeting raised concerns. The Bellantonio members usually resort to holding meetings either in Sharky's or within other properties around Sunset Avenue. Deputy Casatella and Deputy Reynolds remained within close proximity and more specifically on North Lucas Avenue to maintain a safe distance. Deputy Casatella made the call to temporarily evacuate the area and pick a different unmarked CVPI in order to reduce the suspicion of the Bellantonio members. On their way to the West Vinewood Station, Deputy Casatella's suspicions became a reality - an emergency call came through the 911 hotline. "There is a bomb planted under a black Sentinel in the Pershing Square park." The call was made within Mulholland Drive & Monterey Avenue, the number that called is 624-802-718. Deputy Casatella immediately called the number back and after greeting the caller, he was told "I just found this phone on the street. You got the wrong number." The Los Santos Police Department were initially planning to hold a press conference at the City Hall on July 1st however that event had to be postponed as Deputy Reynolds called in for the bomb squad as the potential threat of explosives in Pershing Square couldn't be overlooked. There was only one place that this bomb could be located as there was only one vehicle on the parking lot, a black Sentinel. Upon the arrival and operation carried out by bomb squad, an explosive was indeed located underneath the black Sentinel with the license plate "9ZCF509", the vehicle is owned by Adam Mora. The bomb squad successfully defused the situation and evacuated Pershing Square. Deputy Casatella noticed the camera over at the Pershing Square park and decided to request the footage for review in order to see if he can identify the potential bomb planter. A masked individual is shown on the CCTV footage walking towards the black Sentinel at approximately 2258 hours. Whereas his face is covered, his clothing seemed oddly familiar to Deputy Casatella. Upon going through the footage a couple more times, Deputy Casatella realized that he already saw a man dressed up with the exact same clothes lurking around West Azalea Street. The bomb planter's identity has been revealed as Dante Muscato. This confirms that Dante Muscato had clear intentions of assassinating the captain of Bellantonio Adam Mora. ATTACHMENTS 911 phone call for the bomb in Pershing Square Deputy Reynolds calling in the bomb squad via radio ((OOC confirmation by Dante Muscato to confirm the usage of the CCTV)) Surveillance footage of the bomb squad defusing the C4 explosive from Adam Mora's vehicle SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 18 JULY 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE The Russian Connection On July 11, 2025, at approximately 2345 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, assigned to the Majors Crime Bureau under callsign 809D1 conducted covert surveillance in Market, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Sunset Avenue has developed into a ghost town prior to the internal war which divided the Bellantonio crime family. Sharky's & Downtown Royalty Lounge's openings have been cut short as the Bellantonio mob members have stayed out of that area for the past couple of weeks. The internal war reached its boiling point once Dante Muscato planted the bomb underneath Adam Mora's black Sentinel. This lead Deputy Casatella to conduct surveillance in different Los Santos neighborhoods in order to gain any sort of intelligence over the Bellantonio mob. One of those places being Trojka, an ancient Russian restaurant which has been surveilled by Deputy Casatella in the past. The parking lot of the restaurant is rarely used for any meetings as they are usually conducted inside in private however in this instance, Henry Scaviolla was pictured together with Sergei Eskin, Marat Gusarov and two unknown individuals. Sergei Eskin and Marat Gusarov have been present in past surveillance reports, such as The Midnight Massacre, the infamous shootout between Bellantonio and the Warlocks MC outside of Sharky's on 8 June 2025. They were not actively involved in the shootout themselves as they were pictured unarmed however their ties to the Bellantonio mob have been well documented. ATTACHMENTS Surveillance footage of the license plates Henry Scaviolla, Sergei Eskin, Marat Gusarov and 2 UNKNOWN outside Trojka SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 18 JULY 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE James Delutro's Santa Maria house On July 13, 2025, at approximately 1455 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, assigned to the Majors Crime Bureau under callsign 809D1 conducted covert surveillance in Santa Maria, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. After successfully executing the electronics warrant at the house owned by James Delutro on address 2532 Santa Maria Boulevard, Verona Beach, Los Santos, Deputy Casatella closely surveilled the Santa Maria Boulevard as he patiently waited for a private Bellantonio mob gathering within the property. Several vehicles were pictured outside of the house along with identified Bellantonio members, that being Carmen Romano and Michael DeRosa along with one unknown individual. Despite the presence of mobsters, Deputy Casatella was not able to gather any intelligence as they avoided speaking inside of the house. The vehicles were still parked outside and the audio transmitter wasn't picking up anything. This lead Deputy Casatella to believe that the private meetings are conducted within the garage which is connected to James Delutro's house. The garage is going to be closely monitored and as an electronics warrant has already been approved, Deputy Casatella is going to place encrypted audio bugs inside of it as well. The warrant is going to be properly executed and armed with patience, opening the garage door manually through lockpicking mechanisms is going to be a complex operation. Deputy Casatella is carefully going to plan the strategy in order to prevent any suspicion from the general public and eliminate any chances of James Delutro or any other connected member of the Bellantonio mob catching up on it. ATTACHMENTS Carmen Romano, Michael DeRosa and 1 UNKNOWN MALE outside James Delutro's house SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 17 JULY 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Peter Belotti wielding an assault rifle On July 13, 2025, at approximately 0130 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, assigned to the Majors Crime Bureau under callsign 809D1 conducted covert surveillance in Market, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Continuing his regular surveillance over the Russian owned Trojka restaurant, Deputy Casatella took several surveillance photos of vehicles that were previously not driven to the parking lot of the establishment. An unregistered black Buffalo along with Anthony Ulino's black Washington (4GFC892) and Peter Belotti's gray Premier (8HQQ316) were present in the parking lot. Anthony Ulino has had his vehicles previously pictured outside of Trojka however the debut presence of the unlicensed Buffalo and Peter Belotti's Premier was a rare sight. Idling within a good distance, Deputy Casatella remained inside of his unmarked CVPI with a camera in his hands, he was waiting for anyone to walk outside of Trojka in order to gather sufficient intelligence. To his shock, Peter Belotti walked outside of Trojka wielding an assault rifle. He instantly started running North as he left his vehicle outside of the restaurant. Deputy Casatella opted of following and investigating Peter Belotti due to the lack of supporting units at the time, the risk was calculated to be extremely high. Deputy Casatella remained posted up for another ten minutes and decided to leave the area shortly after. The Russian group in Trojka has proven itself on multiple occasions to be closely affiliated with the Bellantonio mob. They are currently going to be investigated as allies of the Italian mafia. Peter Belotti is also going to be investigated further as this is the first bit of surveillance conducted in which he is directly involved. It is still unclear whether he's an associate of the Russian mob, Bellantonio mob or acting as a solo enterprise. ATTACHMENTS Surveillance footage of the license plates outside of Trojka Surveillance footage of Peter Belotti running North from Trojka holding an assault rifle SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 23 JULY 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Richard Cicero's 911 call On July 18, 2025, at approximately 1330 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, received a 911 call from an already identified Bellantonio member with an existing POI file, Richard Cicero, shortly after successfully executing the electronics warrant at 2532 Santa Maria Boulevard, Verona Beach, Los Santos. Deputy Casatella had just came back to the West Vinewood Station in a 2003 Dodge Ram Van which was utilized for carrying out the electronics warrant on James Delutro's garage in Santa Maria Boulevard. An emergency call came through and the number of the caller was easily recognizable for Casatella since it was one of the few electronic leads left for the Major Crimes Bureau in order to track the location of the members. 224-3472. The number belongs to Richard Cicero, an already established and proven member of the Bellantonio mob. His emergency call was brief and straight to the point, quote "I'd like to speak to someone about an organized outfit operating in the city". Deputy Casatella called the number as soon as he was done with his task, he carried out a small conversation with Richard Cicero in which Cicero demanded a personal meeting arranged with Deputy Casatella. Followed by a backup unit, Deputy Casatella headed towards Angel Pine in order to meet Richard Cicero in his hideout place, a trailer in the trailer park. Deputy Casatella and Richard Cicero walked inside of the trailer and held a conversation for a little longer than an hour. THE CONTENT OF THE CONVERSATION WILL BE INCLUDED IN AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT SUBMITTED BY RICHARD CICERO THE STATEMENT HAS BEEN PREPARED AND WILL BE UPLOADED SHORTLY TO THE CASE PACKAGE, IN TEXT & VIDEO FORMAT One of the most important things that Richard Cicero shared with Deputy Casatella in their meeting is that Richard has reasonable concerns over the well being of his brother, Nicholas "Nicky" Cicero, another closely surveilled and already identified member of the Bellantonio mob, along with his crew associate Matthew "Meatball" Juliano, also an identified member of the Bellantonio mob who was also part of the Midnight Massacre on June 5. The current supplement report is going to be followed up with the intel gathered through the encrypted audio bugs placed in James Delutro's garage, the subsequent arrests of Carmen Romano and Michael DeRosa and Richard Cicero's official statement. ATTACHMENTS Proof of Richard Cicero's 911 call SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 23 JULY 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE "As I said, he won't see it comin." On July 18, 2025, at approximately 2332 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, successfully managed to gather intelligence through the audio encrypted bugs placed in James Delutro's Santa Maria Boulevard garage. Deputy Casatella was on his way for a routine patrol utilizing an unmarked CVPI as his audio transmitter started picking up coherent speech. The moles were placed in the garage at 2532 Santa Maria Boulevard, Verona Beach, Los Santos, property of James Delutro, an identified and high ranked member of the Bellantonio mob. The individual who is mainly heard on the tape has been identified as Carmen Romano, both through the logistics of his subsequent detainment and context in Richard Cicero's official statement. The current supplement report is going to be followed up with the subsequent arrests of Carmen Romano and Michael DeRosa, and Richard Cicero's official statement. ATTACHMENTS ((Roleplay of the warrant being executed by Michael Casatella)) ((Screenshots of the audio being captured via moles in game)) SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 30 JULY 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Michael DeRosa and Carmen Romano arrested On July 19, 2025, at approximately 2345 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, apprehended two identified members of the Bellantonio mob, Michael DeRosa and Carmen Romano. After the intel obtained through the surveillance, Deputy Casatella had probable cause to believe that the safety of his informant, Richard Cicero, was at a high risk. Following up to the previous supplemental report, Carmen Romano is heard discussing whether Richard Cicero is aware of the death of his own brother, Nicholas Cicero. Whereas there isn't any concrete proof of Carmen Romano being involved in the murder, the surveillance proved that he was completely aware of Nicholas Cicero's sudden passing. In the initial meeting held by Deputy Casatella and Richard Cicero, the detective was informed by Richard himself that Richard Cicero, Nicholas Cicero, Matthew Juliano, Carmen Romano held a meeting at Ray's Subs, a fast food restaurant located on the Santa Maria pier. Later on, Anthony Ulino and Michael DeRosa also joined the meeting. According to Richard Cicero, this wasn't any ordinary meeting. The private gathering had intentions of clearing any personal disputes within the Bellantonio mob. The reason as to why the meeting was held is because Michael DeRosa was the target of a contract killing. The contract was given by Henry "Hen" Scaviolla, another identified Bellantonio mob member. It was later on confirmed by Richard Cicero that Henry Scaviolla had a change of heart and decided to physically assault Michael DeRosa instead of murdering him. Scaviolla decided that he will opt of killing DeRosa and instead rough him up and commence taxing him from that point onwards. Richard Cicero also confirmed that Michael DeRosa had a total of four pistols and four ounces of cocaine in his vehicle which Richard Cicero decided to rob from Michael DeRosa. It is important to note the names of the individuals involved in the robbery, physical assault and extortion of Michael DeRosa: Richard Cicero, Nicholas Cicero, Matthew Juliano, Henry Scaviolla. Despite Henry Scaviolla being the one who initially gave the order of physically assaulting Michael DeRosa, he was not present at the meeting held at Ray's Subs. Michael DeRosa had complained to Anthony Ulino about the situation and was demanding for his stolen pistols and ounces of cocaine to be returned to him. Richard Cicero complied as he took a drive in order to pick up the stolen items as he returned them to Ray's Subs for Michael DeRosa's compensation. Richard Cicero left the meeting immediately after returning the stolen goods back to Michael DeRosa and left Nicholas Cicero, Matthew Juliano, Carmen Romano, Anthony Ulino and Michael DeRosa to conclude the remainder of the meeting by themselves. As soon as Deputy Casatella started picking up intel from the moles set in James Delutro's Santa Maria Boulevard garage, he started connecting the dots by aligning the context of Richard Cicero's testimony along with the words uttered by Carmen Romano. Deputy Casatella was in close proximity of the garage and immediately started requesting backup. The initial plan was to block Carmen Romano's blue Majestic which was parked right outside of the garage however as Deputy Casatella was orchestrating and coordinating the arrest of Carmen Romano, the blue Majestic took off. Deputy Casatella took that window of time to make his way down to Angel Pine's trailer park, the temporary hideout of Richard Cicero. Considered for Cicero's wellbeing and the possibility of him being targeted at that exact moment, Deputy Casatella arranged two cruisers to follow him to Angel Pine in order to check on Richard Cicero. Upon reaching the trailer park, Richard Cicero was spotted across the street casually smoking a cigarette. Richard Cicero was informed by Deputy Casatella that Carmen Romano was picked up on surveillance talking about the passing of Nicholas Cicero along with conspiring to murder Richard Cicero. He was ordered to hide in his trailer until the arrest of Carmen Romano was successfully executed. Deputy Casatella received information from his radio that the blue Majestic was parked outside of Downtown Royalty Lounge, a well known Bellantonio mob business located on Sunset Avenue. Deputy Casatella arrived on the scene with two more law enforcement officers for backup, Deputy Virgil Nash and Deputy Anas Benatia. The three deputies stormed the place and were initially only after Carmen Romano at the time however upon entering the business, Michael DeRosa was standing right next to him. Michael DeRosa was already targeted by the Major Crimes Bureau for his involvement in the "Midnight Massacre" which happened on June 6, 2025 outside of Sharky's. He was pictured wielding a silenced pistol as he was actively involved in the shootout with the Warlocks Motorcycle Club. Deputy Casatella decided to apprehend both of them and take them down the Dillimore headquarters first for questioning. Upon questioning, both Carmen Romano and Michael DeRosa opted to use their lawyers to represent them further and refused to cooperate with Deputy Casatella. Carmen Romano was arrested for 316. Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm. Michael DeRosa was arrested for 316. Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm and 105. Assault with a Deadly Weapon. The current supplement report is going to be followed up with Richard Cicero's official statement. ATTACHMENTS ((Roleplay around the arrests of Carmen Romano & Michael DeRosa)) SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 30 JULY 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Richard Cicero's official statement On July 21, 2025, at approximately 2100 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, successfully conducted and processed Richard Cicero's statement in the West Vinewood Station. The statement is available as a transcript, which is supported by an hour long video footage. ATTACHMENTS TRANSCRIPT OF RICHARD CICERO's STATEMENT: SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 4 AUGUST 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Lucas Dillon On July 29, 2025, at approximately 2150 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance in Temple and more specifically Star Street, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Following up on the supplemental intelligence report submitted on the July 17 titled "Peter Belotti wielding an assault rifle", the unlicensed black 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon caught the interest of Deputy Casatella and was further investigated. The vehicle was spotted once more on July 29 parked outside of a business in Star Street with a new license plate of 3COG899. The plate was checked by Deputy Casatella through the MDC and it turns out that the license plate belongs to 2005 BMW 760I ((Sentinel)) and the owner of the vehicle is Davonte Antwine. On August 3, the same 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon was spotted outside of Sharky's on Sunset Avenue with a new license plate. Upon running the plate through the MDC it turns out that it is another stolen plate. The license plate of 3DXQ006 belongs to Tampa and the owner of the vehicle is Darius Pritchard. A man who has nothing to hide wouldn't be forced to steal license plates in order to conceal his identity. Deputy Casatella availed of calling in units to investigate the Dodge on the spot as it was spotted outside two regularly surveilled locations, Sunset Avenue and Market. Upon reviewing all Los Santos citizens with High-Risk Arrest Warrants set out by both the Los Santos Police Department and the Los Santos Sheriff's Department, Deputy Casatella managed to identify Lucas Dillon through the surveillance footage gathered across the span of two weeks, from July 17 to August 3. Lucas Dillon has been on the run for more than four months now as the High-Risk Arrest Warrant was submitted by Police Officer Rocco Baristta on April 10, 2025. His garage in Glen Park was raided and the LSPD Detective Division managed to find weapons that are connected to several shootings occurred in East Los Santos. He is alleged to have ties both to the Russian Mob and the Bellantonio Crime Family. His current line of work is unknown to the Major Crimes Bureau. He will be further investigated. ATTACHMENTS MDC information on both stolen license plates Surveillance of Lucas Dillon and 1 UNKNOWN, Star Street Surveillance of Lucas Dillon's vehicle with each stolen license plate Surveillance of Lucas Dillon at Idlewood Gas Station SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 18 AUGUST 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE SERGEANT MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE [H-RAW] Dante Muscato On August 3, 2025, at approximately 2345 hours, I, Sergeant Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, received a phone call from the alleged bomb planter, Dante Muscato, from the Pershing Square Park Incident on July 1, 2025. Sergeant Michael Casatella was well aware at this point that Dante Muscato was the one behind the terrorism act on July 1, 2025 however due to complications with the forensics analysis, Casatella had his hands tied. After the success he had with former Bellantonio associate Richard Cicero in converting him from a street gangster to a state witness, Casatella decided to take advantage of the phone call received by Dante Muscato and convince him to become an informant against the Bellantonio crime family. Ironically enough, Casatella asked Muscato to meet him at the same parking lot in which the bomb was planted in: Pershing Square Park. Casatella knew the suspect poses a great threat and had to meet him in a public spot in order to limit any attempts of an ambush, a potential kidnapping or even an assassination. After a brief back and forth with no clear cut communication and Muscato being wary enough of Casatella wearing a wire, Casatella was told that he is going to be given an envelope with a secure phone number inside of it. Muscato handed him the envelope and both of them went their separate ways. Casatella weighted the envelope in his hand in order to review the possibility of Dante Muscato handing him an explosive device, considering his line of work. After Casatella got back into the 2018 Ford Explorer, he put the envelope inside of an evidence bag and was reluctant of opening it on his own accord. Sergeant Casatella drove back to the West Vinewood Station and in the presence of other Major Crime Bureau detectives decided to put on a pair of nylon gloves and carefully reveal what's inside of the envelope. A phone number wasn't found, instead a printed photograph of a middle finger. At this point, Michael Casatella decided that Muscato isn't going to be given any more chances of redemption and offers of becoming an informant. The forensics report was provided by the head of LSPD detectives, Thomas McLoughlin, to the current temporary head of LSSD detectives, Michael Casatella, on August 16, 2025. Upon reviewing the analysis of the fingerprints on the homemade explosive, it was confirmed that they belong to Dante Muscato. A high-risk arrest warrant has been approved by Presiding Justice Christopher Shabrovnik on August 17, 2025. The arrest is going to be coordinated by head of LSSD detective unit Michael Casatella together with his Major Crimes Bureau unit. A supplemental intelligence report is going to be submitted once the high-risk arrest warrant has been executed. ATTACHMENTS [H-RAW] Dante Muscato SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 18 AUGUST 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE SERGEANT MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Dante Muscato sentenced to life imprisonment without parole On August 20, 2025, at approximately 2325 hours, the high-risk arrest warrant on Dante Muscato was successfully executed by detective Camila Alvarez along with the tactical cooperation of the Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB). Following an investigation carried out by Sergeant Michael Casatella and Detective Soraya Reynolds, the identity of the bomb planter was known to the Major Crimes Bureau detectives however due to complications of obtaining the forensic analysis, specifically concerning the fingerprints on the homemade explosive, Sergeant Casatella was not able to request the high-risk arrest warrant due to fears of the suspect's chances of legally countering the arrest and potentially fleeing the state of San Andreas afterwards. Upon receiving the forensic analysis from LSPD's Detective Division, Michael Casatella submitted a request for Dante Muscato's arrest warrant on August 15, 2025. He was captured in a coordinated tactical operation spearheaded by Lead Detective Camila Alvarez along with the support of the Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB). Dante Muscato refused to cooperate with the Major Crimes Bureau in order to reveal who had given him the orders of placing the bomb underneath Adam Mora's vehicle. No further intelligence has been obtained by the suspect. Muscato himself refused to pursue this matter in court and legally contest the charge. He was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole for PC 325. Terrorism. ATTACHMENTS Supplemental intelligence report submitted on July 2, 2025 titled "DOMESTIC TERRORISM AT PERSHING SQUARE PARK" ((CK confirmation)) SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 25 AUGUST 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE SERGEANT MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Bellantonio and Valenti mobs holding private meeting in Casa Di San Lorenzo On August 24, 2025, at approximately 2355 hours, I, Sergeant Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance around Sunset Avenue, utilizing an unmarked 2016 Dodge Charger registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Whereas Sunset Avenue remained relatively quiet with little to none presence around Sharky's and Downtown Royalty Lounge, Sergeant Casatella spotted a group of people leaving a business situated at South Main Street, right on the corner across the Main Street Ammunation. Casatella instantly identified familiar faces as he drove past them with an unmarked 2016 Dodge Charger, he went straight to the intersection between Sunset Avenue and All Saints General Hospital. Sergeant Casatella stepped out of the unmarked vehicle as he withdrew his Canon EOS 3000D camera. He managed to quickly take two photos just as one of the groups were about to leave Casa Di San Lorenzo. The business was not advertised at all on August 24 which means that a private gathering was organized within the establishment. Frank Baldi, Anthony Ulino, Michael DeRosa and Carmen Romano were present from the Bellantonio camp. They were pictured right as Frank Baldi was making his way to the drivers seat of the Black Greenwood, a rental vehicle, accompanied by the rest of his Bellantonio members. Michael Dippolito, an alleged Valenti mob associate and brother William "Bill" Dippolito, alleged Soldier of the Valenti mob, was also pictured leaving Casa Di San Lorenzo, right after the Bellantonio mob exited the building. The remainder of the individuals on the captured surveillance, whom have not been mentioned by name, will remain unidentified for the time being and will be further investigated to identify whether they have any ties to either crime family. The rental vehicle was followed by Michael Casatella and was later on captured on surveillance outside of a garage in Market. The address of the property tied to the garage is 1831 Mildred Avenue, Marina, Los Santos 313. That area is going to be closely monitored from now on as Sergeant Casatella believes that this could be one of the places that the Bellantonio mob is using to hide their weaponry and narcotics. Casa Di San Lorenzo is also going to be closely monitored by the Major Crimes Bureau. ATTACHMENTS Surveillance footage of Bellantonio and Valenti concluding their private meeting 1831 Mildred Avenue, Marina, Los Santos 313: surveillance footage of Frank Baldi's rental vehicle outside the garage SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 21 SEPTEMBER 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE SERGEANT MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Eastmoor meetings between Bellantonio and the Russian mob On September 21, 2025, at approximately 0255 hours, I, Sergeant Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance around Eastmoor, utilizing an unmarked 2016 Dodge Charger registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. One of the alleged leaders of the Russian Mob, Marat Gusarov, was pictured entering a beige Blista Compact on Star Street, a vehicle unfamiliar to surveillance yet. The vehicle's license plate reads "2LKF282", the car belongs to Vadim Konstantinov who has featured in prior surveillance reports submitted in the Bellantonio Mob casefile. The Buffalo with license plate "9PXW907" belongs to a familiar Bellantonio associate and alleged hitman, Raymond Flleming. He is one of the main suspects in the "Midnight Massacre", the shootout that occurred outside Sharky's on June 6, 2025. Whereas the surveillance footage doesn't show in which apartment the private meeting was held, it is strongly believable that they met in Frank Baldi's Eastmoor apartment. The supplemental intelligence report is to further show that the Russian mob and the Bellantonio mob are still maintaining some sort of a relationship, whether it's private or strictly business. ATTACHMENTS Surveillance footage of Vadim Konstantinov, Marat Gusarov, Raymond Flleming and Edgar Vittore SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 27 SEPTEMBER 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE SERGEANT MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE V-Rock Hotel On September 25, 2025, at approximately 0015 hours, I, Sergeant Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance in Las Venturas, utilizing an unmarked 2016 Dodge Charger registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. The majority of Bellantonio mob members have opted out of using their personal phones, either keeping them off at all times or prioritizing the usage of burner phones. However, Sergeant Casatella is still trying to trace the location of their phones daily in the hopes of gathering intel. That was the case with Arnold Guarna's cellphone as it was successfully traced and located in Julius Thruway East, Las Venturas. Upon arriving to the suspected location, Casatella realized that Arnold Guarna was located in V-Rock Hotel, a famous luxury hotel in East Las Venturas. As he was taking surveillance footage, A brown Huntley with license plate "2TPI421" parked outside of the hotel. After checking the registration on the MDC, the vehicle owner turned out to be Mr. Kevin Giampa, a former convict who has previously been charged with Prostitution and Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm in 2018. Despite not having any past surveillance mentioning Mr. Giampa, it is very likely that he is associated with the Bellantonio mob. His involvement is going to be further investigated. 11. E/S Playboys 13, also known as "Conejos" or "Rabbit Gang", is a long standing, notorious Sureño street gang located in the low-bottoms of South Central, East Side Los Santos. Taking over Jamestown St. and nearby areas, E/S Playboys 13 was established in the early 1970s, forming a branch off of the original West Side Playboys from the 1950s, who began as the Southern San Andreas Latin Playboys Car Club. A group of young Chicano men who spent weekends building lowriders and showing off their cars around West Los Santos. They wore matching jackets and polished chrome, not gang colours. But as times changed, the city's Latino population was growing, and many working-class families were being pushed south towards lower income neighbourhoods, and as a result, Playboys younger generation had turned from a social club into a street gang. The set remains firmly aligned with the Mexican Mafia and enforces strict Southsider codes through the "13" affiliation. While it is historically a Mexican-American gang, it has been known for having a relatively high number of African American members. Despite this, the gang’s identity, symbols, language, and traditions are heavily rooted in Mexican-American gang culture. Daily operations focus on street-level sales of meth and heroin, extortion of local spots and dealers, armed robberies, while being highly territorial, with strong emphasis placed on defending and representing its neighborhood. E/S PBS13 currently operates out of three different cliques, each playing their own role within the organisation. Zoo Riders operate as a mobile, enforcement-heavy subset focused on street presence and rival confrontations. Malos, one of the oldest cliques inherited from the gang’s founding era, carries veteran influence and handles internal discipline. Crystal Bunnies, the all-female clique, maintains tight operations with their signature pink/red accents blended into traditional blue Sureño colors. The set holds a low-key but brutal reputation amid fierce rivalries with Florencia 13, 38th Street, and local Crip hoods. Territory is heavily tagged with "PBS", "E/S PBS13", and rabbit symbols marking dominance. Regardless of their affiliation to the Mexican Mafia, this has not stopped Playboys from forming rivalries with other Sureño gangs. With the increased presence of gang members and affiliates on social media platforms, Playboys 13 has also become a frequent target of online provocation. Often referred to as “Peanutbutters,” which is widely recognized as a derogatory nickname aimed at disrespecting the set and its members. Such labels are intentionally used to undermine the gang’s identity, challenge its reputation, and provoke emotional reactions, particularly in spaces where posts can spread quickly and reach a wide audience. Members of the gang are commonly sending threats in response, recording themselves in enemy territory either in traffic or vandalizing walls with the sets tags. These conflicts escalate, and turn into the root cause for a lot of gang rivalries in E/S Playboys 13's modern history.

  12. Peckerwoods MC History. Peckerwoods Motorcycle Club was founded in Santee, California in 1978. The city of Santee is located in San Diego County. The club are a whites only motorcycle club. The term “Peckerwood” is often used as a derogatory term in the deep south of the USA in the early 20th century. It describes someone who is white, most likely poor and undereducated. The word is a reversal of the bird name “Wood Pecker”, of which a variety has red on the belly. The reversal, as can be seen in the Peckerwoods patch has the red on it’s neck, indicating it is a redneck. Members of the Peckerwoods ride Harley Davidson motorcycles and have vests which often include patches of the iron cross and SS bolts. Peckerwoods MC Patch, Motto. Colors. The Peckerwoods patch is made up of a woodpecker bird who has red on it’s neck/head area. The bird is wearing a leather vest, boots and looks as though it is going in to fight holding a piston. The Peckerwoods motto is “We are everything you think we are”. The Peckerwoods colors are blue and white. More About The Faction Peckerwoods MC aims to portray a realistic outlaw motorcycle club culture in LSRP. We are not affiliated with any real-life group, nor do we support far-right ideologies, racism or hate speech. Our faction prioritizes illegal roleplay and strong character development while ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all players. Members are expected to follow server rules, avoid distributing hateful content, and respect the in-game consequences of their actions. Our focus is on immersive roleplay, not real-world politics, and membership remains strictly in-character. For any questions, please message @Kazano.

  13. I would like to preface this post by first begging administration to let this thread run its course unless it is absolutely derailed to the point of idiocy. Let the discourse flow. I have, embarrassingly, been a part of this server since early 2008. My 12 year old self would ask I be euthanized if he knew I was still roleplaying at my current age. However, I have always had a soft spot for this community and the people that make it up. Roleplay is a hobby that keeps the brain fresh and creative. I am too old to employ ChatGPT in this response. These words come from my beating, probably-autistic heart. I have been around for the entirety of LS-RP's latest return. I watched it start off firing, continue strong and exceed my own expectations of longevity by more than a year. I have had some of the best roleplay of my entire cursed tenure in this iteration. I have now watched, sighing, as it degrades. There is not one single reason or issue to point to, but instead, a host of many. This last run was doomed to fail from Ground Zero. I expected nothing of it, and it continued to defy and surprise me everyday. GTA World has the playerbase, the features, the map - all a roleplayer with something better than an ancient laptop could desire. It, however, lacks LS-RP's innate soul. GTA World is not LS-RP. Do I know how to salvage this server? No. Do I think an aggressive marketing campaign will save it? No. Easy requests have been delayed, scripting has grated down to a standstill, and the only good administrators we have have somehow become a lightning rod for the frustration everyone feels. Do I attribute these issues to a single individual? No, the rot is systemic. Grow up if you're trying to affix blame to a single individual. Is there administration that should have long ago lost their title? Yes. Many of these others however, as aforementioned, are the only ones fighting to make the situation better and breathe life into a sever already gasping for its own. Stop shitting on them. They are the only thing keeping this Titanic-after-iceberg afloat. As we sit here and debate how to save a dying, geriatric body, I see only one way forward. It's bringing that soul back. Countless hours have been spent chasing away factions comprised of some of the best roleplayers I know in an attempt to punish the lowest percentile of their membership. Meanwhile, spree-robbers and moronic behavior runs rampant and untouched. If you want this shit to last, it's time to get in-game and lead by example. Create the change you want to see in this world. Create a community of roleplayers that people want to join. If we wanted to leave and discard this server, we all would have left already and wouldn't waste time typing up a response like this. The manifesto? I can only speak to my specific niche on the server. Center it around roleplay. We have a roster of strong official factions. Concentrate features into their hands. Encourage systems that allow them to connect with unofficial factions and water the plants seeded by these new factions. Create an ecosystem wherein factions are forced to rely on one another to achieve their aims. Narrow the scope of schemes and material distribution and force factions to center their aims into singular ones. X faction should be the kingpin of cocaine, while another should have the means to launder money. A third faction should pioneer good chopshop-based roleplay, while the fourth spends their time researching how to best portray the marijuana grow op they have in their basement in-game. These are limited examples that could easily be implemented. Reflect real life criminality. Encourage interplay between these groups, not because it results in cool screenshots, but instead, because it creates a semblance of necessity in sustaining their own faction’s expansion. The best roleplayers I know have always been encyclopedias of knowledge in their specific lane. Encourage this specialization. Stop policing concepts so harshly when the activity and wherewithal is not there to sustain or even acknowledge their approval. Let people cook. The second order of importance is clarity. Too many discussions occur behind closed doors. As a member of IFT, my ilk and myself are guilty of this. Expose everything to the soul of this community - the players. Act on their suggestions when good immediately, and offer insight as how to improve upon ideas when they're bad or otherwise lacking. The administration should not be a separate body from the players overseeing them, but instead, a sounding board for the players they are representing. Make it political. There should be no tenure for administrators that aren't enacting the goals of the general populace. Administrators should not be private police, but the speaking output for those they represent. To stifle discussion is to make your own job irrelevant. Unless blatant bullshit is happening, let everyone say their piece in the agora that is this server. Lastly, and most importantly: FUCK KRISK FUCK KIRIL SOKOLOV FREE SHARIF REYNOLDS FREE RIVA FREE ASESINO FREE DAMIANC UP BAHDBH AND RYE FUCK GTA V We can all watch this server die a slow, awkward death or we can take steps to be the change we wish to see in it. For many of us, this is our last chance at roleplaying and comprising membership of the server we want to see. Clown on this post to your heart's content. I have searched all of my empty pockets and cannot find a fuck to give.

  14. The Notorious Wah Ching gang, which operates in several sets throughout Los Santos, is mostly, though not exclusively, made of Chinese American ethnicity. The gang began in the 1960s as a form of unity to protect each other from rival sets pressing the Chinese American locals and turned to making money through drug trafficking, gambling establishments, and the sales of illicit goods and contraband through connections to Triad associates. As the Wah Chings membership increased over time, internal strife eventually forced them to relocate south to Los Santos, leaving their original city under foreign control. There, they formed a subset called Alley Boyz. The gang completely assimilated into the local gang culture during this time embracing its colors, gang signs, fashion, slangs and aliases. A more decentralized structure was the outcome of many Wah Ching sets breaking away from the original hierarchy in the late 1990s due to the increased law enforcement pressure and RICO investigations. The different groups still identified as Alley Boyz in spite of this division, and they mostly kept amicable relations with one another. Although the sub sets still function in a more conventional, disorganized gang fashion, Wah Ching has mostly reorganized today around structed, organized crime activities, still having ties with Triad affiliates. Wah Ching Alley Boyz are known to operate out of Brouge Avenue within East Los Santos, they're often seen loitering outside the corner discount store, car wash or within the parking lot, where they conduct various illegal activities.

  15. The lack of transparency from staff to players and the lack of adequate punishments for cheaters and severe rule breakers are the main reasons for the downfall of LS-RP. This is a concern that me and multiple other dedicated IFT members raised ever since late Q1/early Q2 as we started recognizing the patterns that brought the server down back in 2020-2021. There are multiple threads that I have created back on the legacy forums, I would've gladly shared the link however those forums are currently down. One specific thread was in regards to players remaining unpunished for subpar roleplay (mainly in terms of provoking, robbing, deathmatch, etc), a thread that Martin Busato and Michael Dippolito were also contributing to and I am sure that they remember that. Veteran/experienced roleplayers didn't quit LS-RP because they got old or real life responsibilities took over. They gave up because of the standards of roleplay and this is something that players themselves cannot be blamed for as they are not the ones regulating the standards. The same 25+ year old players who were "tired of RP" are now very active on GTA World and I can assure you it's not because GTA V is much more pleasant to roleplay on - it's about the standard of roleplay. Many have complained about the over the top restrictions that World has however that approach is evidently working. It does get annoying at some point however it's simple quality assurance in terms of the overall standard of the community. You aren't able to speak your mind on LS-RP, let alone accuse certain individuals of ruining the server with their imcompetence as it is considered "bashing". You are also not able to lash our your frustration over things that you believe are absurd as that is also considered "bashing". The usual answer that you get from staff members to any of you "crying" is: "Why are you still playing then?" Once you create a "civil" general discussion like this one, it will inevitably grow into fed up players who have a genuine passion for the server to come and start "talking shit". I will refrain from using my regular approach to these kind of threads as I don't want to see this getting locked. I know they are just waiting for someone like me to pour their heart out and have an excuse to throw this in the bin. Many will ask me as to why I even bother commenting on this thread, considering that I am permanently banned and will most likely never be allowed back in the community. To give you my answer in advance, I truly cared for this community for many years and I wanted to share my two cents. Unfortunately, I don't see a scenario where players can regain the trust of the staff members and continue as if nothing happened. I became a Tester in early November and was basically advised by staff members to accept any incoming applications, as long as they haven't used ChatGPT in their stories. That itself shows how we have allowed literally anyone to join the server with the hopes of increasing the playerbase. We allowed the migration of players coming from low tier roleplay servers to disrupt the roleplay of veterans, leaving their subpar roleplay unpunished because "we need players". That only made experienced roleplayers leave and you were left with the players who can barely string any decent /me or /do without the usage of ChatGPT. TLDR: Management is at fault. No future for LS-RP without transparency and genuine dedication.

  18. I have most likely fucked up the formatting somewhere as I had to copy and paste the entire casefile from the LSSD forums in which they are still using the old BBCodes from the legacy forums. I wanted to show to the community the depths that the Major Crimes Bureau had taken the casefile on the Bellantonio faction. Whereas it was primarily myself spearheading a one man casefile on an entire faction, I did receive enough help from my faction whenever I truly needed it, whether it was a patrol partner or sending in the menaces from SEB. As a LCN roleplayer for more than 10 years, I never really experienced the constant pressure of law enforcement in the way that I wanted. Investigate roleplay wasn't a niche picked up by many players and those who did either lacked the patience to carry out long-term investigations or just didn't fully comprehend the dynamics of being a detective. So I did it myself. I walked in with having absolutely no prior investigative roleplay experience and just followed my intuition and used common sense all the time. The initial plan was to investigate Valenti however due to their inactivity, we had head down the other side of the city and investigate Bellantonio instead. Their leadership knows that we have had or ups and downs however as I look back at it, I have no regrets. I was planning to go for Valenti next and even spoke to their leadership OOC'ly about it however I just don't have it in me to continue this type of roleplay. I've invested too many hours of my life in the Bellantonio casefile and honestly, I am burnt out. So for all the Valenti guys, I'm sorry. NOTE: Some of the hyperlinks lead to the LSSD forums and you will not be able to have any access to see them. I have a lot of surveillance footage that I haven't included in the casefile itself, you can see it all here.

  19. Thank you for all the interest shown so far. I do want to point out that this adjustment does not mean joining will now all of a sudden be easy. We strive to roleplay everything realistically IC and recruitment is no exception. In fact, much of Valenti's success across all eras can be attributed to our stringent recruitment/progression process; delayed gratification has worked wonders for us in many other facets as well and will continue to be foundational to our success. There are other LCN factions where you can simply have an Italian name, ask for a drink and they'll hire you to do dirty work, but that won't cut it here. Working your way in will still require the ability to portray a realistic character, creativity, and patience. It's no secret our activity has been below peak levels for a while now and the server as a whole isn't as lively as it once was, so we felt a public Discord channel is an appropriate move for the time being. We're giving you a few nuggets on where and when you can find us to make joining a little more convenient, but it's on you to plan a realistic character and find your own pathway into the faction from there. In regards to the recent decline in activity: don't worry about it. All factions experience peaks and valleys when it comes to activity and ours are unavoidable due to our memberbase being much older than the average faction and increasingly pulled away from the game due to real life responsibilities. The beauty of Valenti, though, is that it's very rare that people ever leave the faction; they'll take a break from roleplaying and return home when they have time to get back into the game. Our ability to retain players over long periods of time is simply second to none and rest assured myself and countless other Valenti loyalists will return home when we have the time. We have experienced far greater activity slumps in the past and rebounded to incredible heights; I have no doubt that will happen again. All that to say: don't let our recent slip in activity deter you from joining, but rather look at it as a prime window of opportunity. The inactivity currently is at the associate level, which means naturally there will be a higher demand for manpower and more room for characters to advance than in many previous eras. That doesn't mean it will be quick or easy but now is certainly a great time to get involved if you'd like to make your mark on our historic storyline. With that said, I hope this adjustment dispells the misconception that we are a closed club full of elitists and don't want anyone to join because that couldn't be further from the truth. This is the Mafia; our exclusive nature IC is self explanatory, but on an OOC basis we are thrilled to have new people join. We may or may not be as engaging as other factions are in their Discord channels, but we are also cognizant of creating an immersive roleplaying environment IC with no OOC strings attached. Every single one of us was new to this faction at one point and we can all speak to how helpful the faction and its members were in developing us as roleplayers. Valenti has lasted so long because it's always been a breeding ground for the best LCN roleplayers and we are looking forward to seeing the next generation emerge and helping them along the way. Just two cents from the dead boss. Keep up the great work everyone.

  20. Chamberlain Hills Housing Projects Constructed in 1971 by the Los Santos Housing Authority, the Chamberlain Hills Housing Project was part of a sweeping urban redevelopment plan intended to address overcrowding in South Central Los Santos. Designed as a high-density solution for working-class families displaced by freeway expansion and industrial zoning, the complex promised affordable housing, green courtyards, and community-centered living. By the early 1980s, however, economic downturn and job losses across Los Santos hit Chamberlain Hills particularly hard. As legitimate employment opportunities declined, the project became increasingly affected by the rise of street-level narcotics. Drug use and trafficking took root within the complex, fueling cycles of addiction, violence, and instability that reshaped its public image. City authorities responded with aggressive policing strategies throughout the late 1980s and 1990s. Heavy patrols, tactical raids, and zero-tolerance initiatives became routine, bringing constant law enforcement presence to the area. While officials framed these measures as necessary crime suppression, many residents viewed them as over-policing that strained community relations and deepened distrust. Over the decades, Chamberlain Hills has remained caught between two persistent forces — the long-standing struggle with drugs and the equally enduring tension between its residents and law enforcement — shaping its identity within South Central Los Santos to this day. Modern Day In modern-day South Central Los Santos, the Chamberlain Hills Housing Project remains one of the city’s most troubled residential zones. Decades after its construction, the complex now struggles under the weight of entrenched social issues that have only intensified over time. Drug problems are highly visible throughout the project. Dealers and users often live side by side in the same buildings, with stairwells and courtyards doubling as informal marketplaces. Open drug use is not uncommon, and residents frequently speak of how deeply narcotics culture has embedded itself into daily life. Attempts at intervention have been sporadic, and the cycle of supply, addiction, and petty crime continues largely unchecked. Youth disorder has also become a defining feature of the area. Groups of teenagers regularly gather in communal spaces, tagging walls and entrances with graffiti tied to emerging street crews. Vandalism of lifts, lighting, and playground equipment adds to the sense of neglect. Much of the anti-social behaviour — from harassment and intimidation to low-level theft — is attributed to 16–18-year-olds who move in loosely organised groups. Violence remains a persistent concern. Gun crime statistics have shown little meaningful decline in recent years, and the project is widely regarded as a breeding ground for gangs and small street crews competing over territory and drug trade influence. Conflicts that begin as minor disputes can escalate quickly, contributing to an atmosphere of tension that residents have grown accustomed to navigating. Education outcomes reflect the broader instability. Local high schools report high absenteeism rates among students from Chamberlain Hills, with many teenagers skipping lessons or dropping out altogether. Poor academic performance, limited supervision, and exposure to street culture create a pipeline that feeds back into the same cycles of crime and anti-social behaviour that have long defined the project. Today, Chamberlain Hills stands as a stark example of how concentrated poverty, drugs, youth disengagement, and persistent violence can reinforce one another — leaving an entire community struggling to break patterns that have endured for generations. Drug Trade In present-day South Central Los Santos, the underground economy of Chamberlain Hills revolves heavily around narcotics. What began decades ago as scattered dealing has evolved into a deeply embedded street-level trade that shapes daily life inside the project’s towers and courtyards. Multiple substances circulate within the complex. Cocaine and crack remain highly profitable staples, while heroin has resurged in recent years. Pharmaceutical opioids — including codeine syrup, oxycodone, and Valium — are frequently traded alongside marijuana, which is both widely sold and openly consumed. Transactions often take place in stairwells, parking lots, and between buildings, with dealers operating in familiar, highly visible spots that residents quietly learn to avoid. Competition over territory and supply routes fuels ongoing violence. Disputes over debts, stolen product, or encroachment on another crew’s corner regularly escalate. Killings linked to drug conflicts are not uncommon, and retaliatory cycles can stretch for months. The gun crime statistics tied to these disputes have remained stubbornly high, reinforcing Chamberlain Hills’ reputation as volatile ground. Juveniles play a significant role in the structure of the trade. Teenagers — particularly those between 16 and 18 — are frequently groomed by older dealers to act as runners, lookouts, or low-level distributors. Their age makes them strategically valuable; if arrested, they often face shorter sentences in juvenile detention. As a result, many young people from the project move in and out of juvie, accumulating records before they reach adulthood. For some, this revolving door normalises the system and hardens their ties to street crews. The drug trade also creates a blurred line between user and seller. Some residents begin dealing to sustain their own addiction, while others grow up in households where narcotics activity is routine. Entire networks can exist within a single building — suppliers, mid-level distributors, street sellers, and consumers all living within floors of one another. Law enforcement operations periodically disrupt activity with raids and targeted arrests, but the structure quickly regenerates. As long as demand remains high and economic alternatives remain limited, the trade continues to reproduce itself, embedding deeper into the social fabric of Chamberlain Hills and shaping the future of the youth growing up within it.

  21. W/S SNIDEYZ 924 Hoover Criminals Gang · Do Lows Down · Crystal Gardens, South Los Santos Background The Hoover Criminals are among the most notorious street gangs to have originated on the Westside of South Los Santos, tracing their roots back to a sprawling network of Hoover sets that once operated under the Crip banner. By the early 1990s, following growing resentment toward traditional gang alliances, Hoovers stepped away from the blue flag, dropped the Crip moniker, and replaced it with something altogether different, the Criminals moniker. As a result of the rising gang tensions across the Westside of South Los Santos, the Hoover Criminals adopted an EBK (Everybody Killer) attitude; proudly claiming the 'Most Hated' status in South LS. From here, the 716 movement grew, as did the Hoover sets that fell beneath this banner. They move independently, on their own terms, and have built a reputation across decades for putting in work on all sides of the gang divide. Among the Hoover Criminal subsets that took root in the Davis region, the 92 Hoover Criminals Gang known on the streets as the 9-Deuce Hoovers, the Du-Lows, or Figgwest stand as one of the oldest. Their foundational presence predates many of the later Hoover sets that would emerge across the decade, and it is that seniority that gave them a distinct weight in establishing the Hoover identity south of the freeway. Not far from the 9-Deuce came the 94 Hoover Criminals the Low-Downs, the Middwest, carving their own name whilst still carrying the Hoover Criminal moniker. Over time, proximity bred kinship. The two sets began moving in tandem, their shared geography and shared enemies drawing them closer until the alliance was formalized. That bond became known as the "Do Lows Down" more commonly shortened on the streets to Snideyz. The 924 combination, representing both sets together, became a unified identity that today supersedes the individual set claims for much of the younger generation. Crystal Gardens, Los Santos · Present Day __________________________________________________ Present Day "The older homies still claim their set. The young generation? They just claim Snideyz." Historically, both the 92 and 94 Hoover Criminals were predominantly African-American street-level gangs. That demographic reality has shifted considerably in recent years. The W/S Snideyz, as the alliance is known today, have grown substantially in both numbers and diversity, drawing in a younger generation composed predominantly of Hispanic members, many of whom came up around the Crystal Gardens projects and absorbed the Hoover Criminal identity organically through neighborhood ties rather than any formal recruitment. The older, more established members those who came up in the set during the height of the Hoover-vs-everyone era, still identify tightly with their individual set. For the new generation, the numerical affiliations carry less weight than the 924 and 716 alliance. They are Snideyz first. The gang's operations today center around the Crystal Gardens Housing Projects in South Los Santos. The Hoover Criminal movement remains intact. The Snideyz do not align with neighboring gang factions, and operate under the understanding that the only card worth holding is their own. Territory Crystal Gardens Housing Projects, situated in the Westside South LS area. The projects serve as both a base of operations and a social hub, the place where members were raised, where alliances were formed, and where the set's culture was passed down through generations. The surrounding blocks, corner stores, and alleyways all fall within the informal boundaries that the 924 have claimed and defended over the years. 22. They’ve been told not to engage in these types of threads. Instead, they’ve decided to split the community once again, and if you want to voice your concerns, you have to do it internally, within threads that only staff have access to. At least that's what I was told when I was still a Senior Admin. Edit: I honestly don’t know why they’d expect any staff member who’s still passionate about SA:MP to share their concerns internally. I’ve witnessed the behaviour from multiple LSRP V enthusiasts on the staff team. They outnumber you and actually bully you out.

  23. FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY Federal Bureau of Investigation Southern San Andreas Field Office Eurasian Organized Crime Task Force Armenian Organized Crime in San Andreas: Fact Sheet Last updated: 11/MAY/2019 The Armenian Power organization — aliases: Armenian Power 13 (AP13); AxP, Vinewood Power Gang; North Vinewood Power Gang; East Vinewood Power Gang; Armenian Mob; Armenian Mafia — is a predominantly Armenian–American criminal enterprise based in the Greater Los Santos metropolitan area where it has remained since inception. Armenian organized crime is unlike more traditional forms of organized crime present in the United States in that it lacks a definitive leadership cadre. Similarly to the associated Russian mafiya cells, members within the organization are primarily ranked according to their individual ability to generate profit though the organization differs from their counterparts through their significant street presence within their neighborhoods of operation. These activities are used to facilitate overt luxurious lifestyles. In gang parlance, this is referred to as "putting in work" or being "active". While the Armenian Power organization is involved in the distribution of Schedule I-III controlled substances as well as arms similar to street gangs, such activities are suspected to only make up a small portion of the gang's income. Instead, there is a focus on white-collar crime — often in conjunction with prominent Russian mafiya figures ("thieves-in-law") — and focused on various forms of fraud. Members identify themselves through overt gang tattoos Attachments 1a., 1b. and knuckles tattoos, 1c. potentially in homage to Russian prison art as well as gang signs that showcase allegiance to the Mexican Mafia Sureño program 2a. and "AP" for "Armenian Power". 2b. 24. Under the "totality‑of‑the‑circumstances" test of Illinois v. Gates, 462 U.S. 213 (1983), probable cause exists where there is a fair probability that evidence of a crime will be found in a particular place. Affidavits must be interpreted in a "commonsense" manner that recognizes the training and experience of law‑enforcement affiants. United States v. Ventresca, 380 U.S. 102 (1965). As the affidavit below demonstrates, the convergence of independently corroborated surveillance observations, CSLI data, undercover recordings, and victim‑witness statements establishes far more than a "fair probability" that evidence of the enumerated offenses will be found at the Target Locations. Courts routinely uphold search warrants for the residences of suspected gang members where surveillance shows the member commuting between crime scenes and the residence. See, e.g., People v. Camarella (1991) 54 San.An.3d 592. CSLI and physical tailing place each SUBJECT at his respective residence within two hours of the Havana Club assault. Given the short temporal proximity and the inherent mobility of firearms, there is a fair probability evidence will be stored at these homes.

  26. I can elaborate. As someone who had access to all the RAGE progress, I can vouch that there were almost no discussions regarding the future of LSRP-V. Most threads, limited to staff members, have been inactive, show little real progress, and provide no clear picture of what we can expect. The only thing that actually stood out was how the economy would be handled, allowing cash transfers from SA:MP to LSRP-V at a ridiculous ratio, a ratio that would inflate the economy and force us to sell guns and drugs at the same prices we currently have in SA:MP. Furthermore, to my knowledge, a dozen modules have been pushed since last year, about one module per month, maybe even less. Most are just bug fixes or minor changes. Around 3 pages of suggestions have gone unaddressed, all from staff and RAGE insiders. Illegal factions have no real features, and drugs aren’t completed, even though they were promised 2–3 months ago. Other than a basic script that replaces the current warehouse system, called DarkNet, and a simple chop-shop system, we haven’t seen anything special regarding LSRP V. Also, before I resigned from my role at IFC, I was approached two days prior by LSRP-V developers for advice on what features they could implement for illegal roleplayers. Mind you, this is very recent and clearly shows that it’s not ready for launch. With all that being said, you’re clearly pulling your weight, and I respect your dedication, but if you really want to push for LSRP V, enlighten us. Let us know what immersive and glamorous features LSRP-V has that GTA World (its biggest competitor) doesn’t.

  30. The Rollin 20's Outlaw Bloods (R20OLB) started as a small branch off from the Rollin 20’s Neighborhood Bloods. They are predominantly African American street gang based on the East Side of Rancho, mainly posted on Jamestown Street. The neighborhood they reside in is often referred to as the Low Bottoms. The Low Bottoms got their name from having a historically low income and also for having low-lying/flat areas all around. Other known gangs located in the Low Bottoms include the Avalon Gangster Crips, Pueblo Bishop Bloods, Playboys 13, 43 Gangster Crips, and Broadway Gangster Crips, among others. The Rollin 20's Outlaw Bloods share a heavy alliance with the Rollin 30s Bloodstone Piru. The alliance has been going on for years to the point where both gangs are practically sharing each other's hoods. Going around each of their turfs, you can see tags from both hoods. Their alliance is named ES230 (20s x 30s); They remain strong to this day and gained members, money, and power over the years of having the alliance with each other. The R20OLB is also a part of the V.S.O.P alliance. The V.S.O.P alliance consists of 4 gangs, the Rollin' 20 Bloods (Outlaws & Neighborhood Bloods), Blood Stone Pirus (Rollin' 30s & Rollin' 40s), Blood Stone Villains, and finally Swan Bloods (Mad Swans, Mobb Swans, Family Swans). The R20OLB has a huge presence in the gang scene and has a bunch of allies and rivals. Their allies are the Rollin 30's/40's Blood Stone Pirus, Rollin 20's Neighborhood Bloods, Black P. Stones, Swan Bloods, and the Blood Stone Villains. They are also one of the last true CK riders, pushing all crab killer. Most of their rivals are crips. Rivals include: Neighborhood Crips, East Coast Crips, Gangster Crips, Avalon Gangster Crips, Broadway Gangster Crips, Mac & Thug Hustler Crips, and Low Bottom Hustler Crips. They've also been going at it with other Latino gangs such as the East Side Trece, Primera Flats 13, Varrio 22nd Street 13, and 38 Street Gang 13. During 2005 March 19th, a 17-year-old male by the name of Xavier Brackston was shot and killed while standing outside of a local corner store. Xavier Brackston was a part of the R20OLB under the name of "Lil Red Kapone". He was loved around his neighborhood, seen as a good kid, but behind the scenes, he was an active gang member. Throughout the whole week after Xavier was killed, killings between the 4Pacc Gangster Crips and the Outlaw 20 Bloods spiked the murder rate high. In this small war, the Outlaw 20 Bloods lost at least 5 members to the justice system, life without parole.

  32. Nearly 3 days for that response is disappointing. Anyways, you failed to cover vital concerns in regard to SA:MP: Martin has been Head of Development for nearly 5 months, and as Badhbh pointed out, it’s something he wanted. What work or projects have been pushed since? What about the roadmap from June 2024. Are we to forget about it? What efforts have management and leadership gone through to find SA:MP developers? Are we ever going to address cheaters, or at the very least make it harder? How are we going to cater to the SA:MP community when, as previously mentioned, you’ve got staff members who hold key positions but don’t show interest in the platform? Now that the Illegal Faction Team is inactive, how are you going to persuade others to join and contribute? What about the mapping team? What about the rules and how admins enforce them? Marketing efforts? It is also no secret that you’ve been quite inactive yourself. You only came back because of these threads, which is something you did last year as well. If I recall correctly, you carried your weight for a couple of months and then disappeared again. What’s going to change this time? And lastly, how are you going to convince the SA:MP community that the server is here for the long run and is not being used to present a somehow “active community” to ensure a healthier launch for LSRP V?
