The first thing about you is to tone down a bit, nobody is hunting you because of a twenty-something year old game and there is no reason to feel all that stressed because of it. On the screens part, the only important thing is that they are readable and not unpleasantly looking to anyone's eye, apart from that, everyone has their own style. Focus should be shifted more towards character development and other things. Developing your character through in game actions and situations is what actually matters in roleplay, and ofcourse having fun along the way.
