  1. Hello, as the titles suggests, i'm proposing we make a RP hub same like we used to have back on LSRP SAMP (Idlewood stacks or the mall), it's mainly to encourage new players to engage with others and give SOLO RPers a place to hangout and make connections, basically everyone can hang there when they don't have anything to do. From my experience as a solo RPer, the server doesn't offer much for Solo's (Solo schemes are limited and hardly get accepted), so with the new RP hub there would be engagements with random people to RP together, for both legal and illegal, have fun and just hang around. I propose these three places to make it the Idlewood Stacks V2.0, hopefully we ghet some outdoor mapping and some NPC stores and businesses. 1- Mega Mall at Davis 2-Vinewood Plaza 3-Davis Plaza (My favorite) I would love to hear your thoughts on this matter! Inb4 MallRats Inb4 Pitstop is not RP hub

  2. I’ll form something up and try and get something done as we do need a sort of roleplay hub - if you have any ideas forward them to myself would love to hear from you all!

  3. So player owned businesses don't get hurt, how about we have businesses such as libraries, internet cafe's etc that don't require any sort of staffing inside them. They're just there, for roleplay?

  5. ABOUT The Hell Runners Motorcycle Club or the HRMC is a 1% Motorcycle Club originally coming from the Tri-State Region (New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ) and Connecticut (CT)) that was founded by Kevin Portillo and James Deckert in 1984 as a group for motorcycle passionates. The club later got involved in multiple illegal actions such as racketeering, drug and arms dealing, prostitution and arson which got them under the radar of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). The New Jersey chapter was considered to be the original one, with the 5 founding members coming from that area; usually all-charter churches were held in Lakehurst, New Jersey being considered one of the more iconic landmarks for the club, with most of the members calling it the mother-chapter. At the moment, the US Department of Justice declares that there are over 500 sworn-members over the 50 states in America, being considered one of the most dangerous gangs in the US. The club is not officially a racially segregated organization, although no afro-american members are apart of the HRMC. ORGANIZATION Each Hell Runners chapter in the United States is organized in a rank structure, consisting of a President, a Vice-President, a Secretary/Treasurer, multiple Sergeant-At-Arms, Road Captains and Enforcers. Each of the existing chapters has autonomy over their members/rankings and can make local-impact decisions on their own, without permission or summoning a church at the mother-chapter's location. ((OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION)) This faction is aiming to portray a realistic 1% MC, inspiring ourselves from existing motorcycle clubs from the United States. Gaining membership in the faction is done strictly IC (In Character) and we do not condone any type of favoritism but we encourage you to bring your friends along in our faction. We strive to follow all of the rules of LS-RP and enforce them at all times within the faction. If you have any questions or concerns about our faction, you can reach out to me (@danut) or @trickster.

  7. I might be biased because I RP there but it seems like a pretty good spot. Good split between housing / businesses, a number of factions based there, plenty of unclaimed businesses there too. There's one or two spots to add some rental cars as well.

  8. That'd work too. I know there's a shopping center there with a good parking lot and a bar and mechanic shop established there too. And further from police stations than the Davis option

  9. There are a lot of houses (a lot are taken, but seeing as people are starting to get evicted now, there may be some more availability for people) and a couple complexes up the road, just at the end of the bridge.

  10. What’s everybody’s thoughts on Mirror Park? Getting a load of businesses that are owned by the company team and can be a sort of hub for players.

  11. I'd say Davis plaza is the best one. Central area on a popular area. Vinewood plaza has a gun store and another interior that's being worked on there that would make things awkward for those wanting to RP there

  12. I agree, everyone from diffrent backgrounds can chill there and hangout, there are spots to park vehicules and yeah, opening up store there would be great.

  13. If we had what people ask for they'd get in-game. Stop deflecting from the problems and act like they're magically gonna solve themselves. Good luck building a community with that kind of attitude. Your issue is you think people care. They don't. They'll choose an alternative, and pretending it's on them to not play victim and simply log on is counter-intuitive to what we're trying to achieve. Personally, I couldn't care less. If the server is good and there's players, I'll play. If not, I won't. Simple as.

  14. there are currently 80 players online, I am in game browsing my 20 unique outfits for various types of situations: business, casual, swim, hanging around, and the obligatory tactical turtleneck. there’s enough features to lay the groundwork, and there’s more than enough variety in roleplay to permit the development of any sufficiently flexible character. this seems more like a you problem, so as the OP said: be the change you want to see.
