This is the Yard-Line clothing mod pack.

To my knowledge, a large amount of the work is credited to the artists who deployed their work on GTA5-Mods.

All other retexturing and modeling credits go to the creators listed below.

YARD-LINE 17:

TO INSTALL YL17 FOR RAGEMP:
Create a .txt file named "dont-remove-expired-clientside-packages" in your RAGEMP directory.
Place all folders in "RAGEMP\user_resources\global\game_resources\dlcpacks".
If the path above doesn't exist, then simply make the folders yourself.
 

YARD-LINE 18 (SINGLEPLAYER ONLY):

TO INSTALL YL17 or YL18 FOR SP:
Use or create "mods" folder in GTA 5 root.
Create "update" folder in the "mods" folder.
Copy "update.rpf" from "Grand Theft Auto V\update" into "Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update"
Place all Yard-Line folders in "Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks".
If the path above doesn't exist, then simply make the folders yourself.
Use OpenIV and turn on edit mode.
Head into "Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data" and right click "dlclist.xml"
Edit "dlclist.xml" and add all Yard-Line folders inside along with other game .rpf files.
-You add the folders anywhere in the list, it should read like this for YL18.
